My elderly mom had a toilet leaking at the valve coming from the wall. I live a bit far away and it was probably a bit beyond my skills. CSR was great, and repaired the issue on a Saturday at a very reasonable price. They were courteous and practiced good social distancing from my mom who is in a vulnerable group.
Will definitely use them again if I have a need.

They were super-polite and friendly, but, most of all speedy. Unfortunately, what I wanted could not be done due to the type of Equipment I have in the House. But, they were very quick and knowledgeable, and professional and took the time to explain things to me thoroughly without Upselling. Totally upfront and on the level with info they provided.

We Used Core over the past couple of years in several homes and have been very satisfied with every facet of their performance. we get a prompt response and a very reasonable estimate, the work in done professionally, without any mess left in our home, quickly and when promised. If more work or needed or recommended, it is explained in a way that makes it easy to evaluate the decision to have it done or take alternative measures, and they are happy to give a quote for that as well, without any pressure to have further work undertaken. Grant was the guy who took care of us and gave us a great deal. I will continue to refer this company and use them as I need to.

Excellent communication, fair and honest pricing and incredible attention to detail!!  I'm a DIYer but did not have the time to replace a Moen shower catridge at my apartment.   Requested a few quotes on yelp and promptly received an estimate from Justin which was extremely fair and reasonable.   Surprisingly other companies on Yelp recommended and quoted me for the replacement of the entire valve unit at a cost of 3 - 4x the price of a catridge replacement.

We exchanged several messages on the details of the building water shutoff and scheduled an appointment.  Justin was on time and quickly replaced the catridge despite me providing the wrong cartridge.   He went out and got the correct catridge and promptly replaced it.  Justin noticed that the existing brass handle was too heavy resulting in the handle moving and not staying in the desired position so he replaced the handle with a lighter one.  Great attention to detail!!

Debbie who manages the appointments and invoicing was also fantastic and a pleasure to work with.  

I recommend Five Star Plumbing and will be using them again in the near future.

They were able to replace my leaking water heater the same day (Saturday) at a fair price.  There were two people and the lead person was clearly a well experienced and highly competent professional with a competent and careful assistant.  They improved the installation and left things neat and clean.  They wore masks and communicated well so the  whole experience was excellent.  I would use them again without hesitation.

Update: Ivan was out yesterday to fix a leak. He was in and out, and super friendly as usual. These guys are great!

We had a clogged kitchen sink that I had (unsuccessfully) attempted to fix myself. Eric and Tony were at my home in about 20min and did an outstanding job. Extremely friendly, polite, and most importantly, knowledgeable. I will absolutely be using Community Plumbing again in the future!!

Daniel is a plumbing superhero.  

He arrives and sorts your plumbing problems quickly and seems to do it for the good of humankind rather than for an expensive or even average fee.  The two times I called he arrived within a few hours for my non-emergency problems.  The second time was for a problem only vaguely related to the first call.  He refused to accept payment (!), which I (and I hope you) will also refuse.  We need to keep him happy and in SD.  

Thanks to meeting Daniel, plumbing problems are one thing I'll no longer worry about here.

My wedding ring fell into our bathroom sink without a drain stop. I was distraught. My husband called Eastlake Plumbing at 11:40pm. We received a return call at 11:50pm, and the plumber, Fernando, was at our home by 12:35am. He was very professional, using shoe covers when entering our home and he even had the courtesy to remove the items under the sink before working, cleaning up, and placing all items back where he found them. He was able to clean out our sink and retrieve my wedding ring in less than hour. We highly recommend calling Eastlake Plumbing. Thank you, Fernando!

Had to do last minute hanging of mirrors and and medicine cabinet in our bathrooms. She was reasonably priced and did a great job. She also fixed and put together my wood dining room table which my brother in law and to male friends had trouble fixing. I highly recommend anyone to use her services!!

I'm not gonna give a terrible review because they didn't actually do any work but they did/do practice misleading solicitations. I was told $150 and they could be out there the next day for the leak. I scheduled the appointment to fix the leak and then received an email stating the $150 would be for showing up and that $150 would be applied to the total. Guess I'm not getting a quote... Guess they're just gonna fix the problem and charge me whatever they want?  Then they tell me that I'm confused! lol. Yeah, I was confused... Or maybe you were misleading!

Omar and his team were so great to work with. Leaks are never fun to deal with, but they were super communicative and helpful. Hopefully I'll never need them again - but if I, or anyone else I know, ever do - I'll call them in a heartbeat. Thanks, Omar!!

We had a plumbing issue at my house that resulted in shutting off water to house at 10pm due to one of the water line being broke. I called late at night and got visit scheduled for first thing in the morning. Steve Johnson arrived on time and assessed the situation, restored water connectivity to house and isolated the issue and explained what is needed. Excellent customer support and service with integrity.

I usually don't leave reviews but I was personally compelled to leave one because these people are awesome! So: Our main line suddenly got backed up out of nowhere at 6pm - so I frantically searched and called for plumbing services. Most of the places I called charges an after hour fee (as if accidents happen only in business hours. Lol) on top of the regular fee for repair. When I called RDZ, they assured me that they will give us fair pricing and they will never charge extra just because it's afterhours and worked their schedule with helping us out the last minute. For this family owned business- they definitely have excellent customer service, very competitive and fair pricing, and professional service. Definitely a recommend! Please give them a call and you will not regret it

I've had plumbing repairs done by True Plumbing a couple of times over the past few years.  Kyle did the work the first time.  Patrick came out for the most recent issue.  They were both professional and honest.  I highly recommend this company.
