I take back my former one star review which turned out to be an error that the company completely rectified in a very professional manner. so refreshing to work with a company with integrity! so rare these days.

Of all the experiences I've had with plumbers in San Diego, this one was the best one by far. Had an issue with my garbage disposal on a Tuesday night after most companies were closed and Byron saved the day! He was extremely prompt, polite, and thoroughly explained what to do in the future should the issue were to occur again. He was very patient throughout the process and answered any questions I had in a way that was very easy to understand. I could tell that he was very honest and genuine about his pricing and his advice and I have permanently saved the company number in my phone for any future problems! :) THANK YOU BYRON!

Needed to get the washer intake connections replaced due to corrosion. Collins Pacific was the first company to call me back, gave me an estimate for the work over the phone (I texted some photos), and after calling around, was the first company that could get a plumber to my house.

James called before arriving earlier than our scheduled appointment, asked a few questions, and discussed all the work to be done. He give me an idea of common problems we may run into and what that would mean for timing/ costs on repairs, and asked permission before shutting off the water (we have a toddler, so confirmation beforehand was amazing).

James did high quality work quickly, replacing both water valves and the shower cartridge upstairs. The shower upstairs works better than it has in the 7 years we've owned this place (and we've replaced that cartridge twice before) and the washer connections look and work great. Even better, it was all done in less than an hour for the price I was initially quoted on the phone.

I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had a hot water pipe leak under a slab in the garage and needed to get it fixed asap. I found Core Plumbing through my neighbors recommendations via the Nextdoor app. Don came out and checked out the repair and provided estimates which I thought was honest and reasonable.  Don and his crew are very professional and has done an excellent work on our plumbing repair and we are extremely pleased. He has gone an extra mile for us to fix the some unforeseen issues encountered during the repair.  I would definitely call him again for any of our future plumbing needs and highly recommend Core Plumbing to everyone. A+++

I checked Yelp for HVAC companies with good reviews and thencalled around and compared prices for having my AC tuned up.  American Ace had the best price.  When I called, the first thing that Fred Zandian told me was how I can do this myself and what is involved in a tuneup.  Since it had been 5 years since I had my AC checked, I asked him to come out.  He was over within an hour and then had to go to Loews to get the correct size filter and showed me how to check my AC temp vs the ambient temp of the room and how to remove the filter to clean.  I also asked him a question about a tapping sound in when the toilets flush and he explained it clearly and told me that it is nothing to worry about.  Oh, and he also removed a vent in my master bedroom and turned it the correct direction to allow cold air to flow down.  He was concerned about disturbing the paint around the vent and I told him that it was not a problem to touch up the paint.  He did not charge me any extra.  I will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing or HVAC issues!!!

Quick and reliable! There are tons of plumbing providers out there and TL Premier Plumbing is by far the best one out there. Response time and knowledgeable staff they got my issues resolved right away. Again thank you for the quality of service.

This is the first review I've ever written on Yelp - usually don't have time but this one is an exception.  In fact, this is a long overdue review from an August 2020 service call.  

Needed a laundry room sink faucet removed and a new one installed.  I had already purchased the new faucet from Amazon.  I thought we were getting one plumber - but got two!  Tony and Eric were great - on time, courteous, professional and an absolute joy to chat with.  They went over and beyond our expectations - even cleaned out the laundry room sink cabinet.  They showed up on time, wearing masks and did a great job.  

Highly recommended this business and while I do not want any plumbing problems, will definitely reach out to them in the future and encourage others to do the same.

Joseph was great. Very quick and efficient. He let me know the process he would be doing to replace my sink. Very knowledgable and personable. would highly recommend.

I needed help connecting outdoor kitchen to the hookups (drain, water, gas). They came
in time, provided a reasonable estimate(significantly below the other two I got), and then came another day to do the job. They did a quality work, always on time as promissed. When I called them to ask them to come back to address one issue with the gas connection they made, they came back a second time and addressed the issue.  I would recommend them.
One area for improvement is the cleanup after the work is done. Having in mind the price and the quality of the work they provided, I was OK with swiping the floors afterwards myself.

Daniel responded to my call in a fast response time, gave me a very reasonable price on the service and did quality repair in good time frame! Express Plumbing is now my go to repair!!!

These guys are awesome! Water heater pilot light went out so I called in the morning around 730 and the guy who answered was really nice and informative of what I needed and let me know how much it would be (really good price compared to others I was calling). They came around 3pm and got it fixed right away! Professional and very organized! Definitely recommend.

Kelley arrived early. My husband had created a wide ranging list of tasks and she got right to work. She did a great job and was up front on anything she didn't feel qualified to do. Her rates are reasonable and I enjoyed meeting her.

Absolutely unprofessional!!  Do not even bother with this company. Quoted me $150. Booked me from 2-5 today and then canceled and then rescheduled me from 3-5, raised the price and then canceled again.  What a complete flop of a company.

Our plumbing backed up flooding the downstairs and HL&DS were there immediately and right on top of the problem. Nellie called me and she was so kind and sweet then contacted Miguel quickly. They resolved not only the plugged up drain but went beyond and extremely committed to getting the job done. So pleasant and friendly making me feel at ease under a stressful situation.
Unfortunately on a second time around when there was still a problem. However it was separate from the first drain plug. We were quoted $1500 to repair a pipe but later found out through two more plumbing estimates and a AC guy that they were not correct about the pipe and it was coming from the AC condensation. Go figure ... their still nice guys but glad we sought  other plumbers for additional opinions. As well they did not return my calls and the drain backed  up again.
By the way, when I tried to get a quote in writing -they dropped me like a bomb and did hear a thing. We left friendly terms so was surprised.

Freddy and his team did a very good job installing a new water heater at my townhouse as well as fixing my fireplace / identifying the issue and repairing a gas valve inside the wall. Also Nelly has been very good communicating and accommodating needs.
In a nutshell Plumbing Tree is a good company at a great value! They do good quality work and they'll work with you to minimize costs as much as possible. Considering that they offer free estimates it is definitely a good idea to call them! Thank you Freddy and Nelly!

My toilet was clogged on a Saturday night. Eduard responded very quickly.  He said someone would be here on Sunday morning between 9-11.  I received a call just after 8:00.  Victor was here in 20 minutes and the job was completed by 9:15.  Their fee was reasonable for a Sunday morning.  Thank you.

Great guys.  Very professional and quick to respond.  I had a gas leak and they responded right away, showed up, detected the leak, then fixed the problem.  Very very happy with the service.  Highly recommended!

So, last night, after day of a slow leak, I thought it would be a good idea to change our shower faucet. I ran into a stripped screw and ended up completely bending the valve. No water, almost the weekend! Not good for a big family. We were scrambling to find someone to fix my mess. Someone recommended I call True Plumbing and I am glad I did!!! Chris was incredibly courteous, clean, thorough and did such a pro job fixing what could have been a nightmare for me to try and navigate. He was prompt and did a great job! 5 stars for Chris and True Plumbing.

Burt each was very responsive to my request for service.
They called to let me know that they had a cancellation no could manage my repair the very same day.
Mike, our Burtech technician, was professional and courteous.  He was able to repair three malfunctioning Toto toilets quickly and efficiently unlike other plumbers in the area.  He had all the parts necessary right in his truck.
We will request Mike the next time we need a great plumber!
