I called them on a Sunday because my shower was completely clogged. Nobody returned the call until the following day. The next available appointment was the following week. Ridiculous.

Easy to make an appointment, text confirmations were helpful, and the service was done within the time frame allotted. The technician was helpful and offered very good recommendations. The work was done correctly and we were happy with the service. The tech was on time and completed all of the necessary work I requested. I'll definitely call them again when I have plumbing issues.

I've already used these guys twice. Not only are the prices great but their customer service everything. With Collins Pacific Plumbing will you never feel like they're trying to find things or add additional things. They're honest and I wouldn't recommend anyone else besides them. I'm keeping them in my book for life for sure!

Fantastic service!  A family business whose name says it all.  Justin was so helpful and really went above and beyond for us.  Thanks, Justin! He was able to fix a bunch of things we'd had trouble repairing in the past.  He is knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated.  When our kitchen faucet couldn't be repaired because of too much mineral build up, he recommended a great new one and came out a little while later to install. We are so happy with all of the work he did. Debbie was great also - gave some good advice and very accommodating with scheduling.  Thank you Five Star Plumbing.  Definitely recommended.

I just purchased a condo with a leaky bathroom sink issue. Wasn't sure if the supply line needed to be replaced or maybe the faucet handle cartridge. So I did my own research on YouTube, but decided to let a professional check this out (because let's be honest, I have no business trying to fix this).

I called Fred and had an appointment the NEXT day. He was early, gave me an estimate, gave me options and advice, and let me decide (which was to replace the faucet fixture since it was rotted/rusted and the cartridge needed replacing anyway). I went to Home Depot to grab the new faucet fixture. Although he told me EXACTLY what I needed to buy, my dumb self got flustered, feeling in a hurry and not finding a Home Depot helper... and bought the wrong darn fixture! WTH is wrong with me!  I had one job. Fred was kind and told me I bought the wrong one.

Here is what was truly impressive: Fred went to Home Depot WITH ME (only about 1.5 miles away) to choose the right one. He went through a few boxes and helped me pick a good brand, with good quality and at a decent/moderate price. Who does that?!!?? I'll tell you who. My dad would. Only my dad. So I am so grateful I called American Ace. He installed it quickly and, after a week, all is well in my bathroom!

I had Manny do some work for me about 4/5 years ago. Saw him at Home Depot with his company Premiere. He hooked it up. He did a great job

We don't need a plumber often but whenever we do, Community Plumbing is always there to help us. They get back to you, show up when they say they will. They are easy to work with and they do quality work. Finding a good plumber is hard so we're glad we found Community Plumbing.

Cody came out to our home to connect gas to our new fire pit. I did a LOT of research and had quotes that were double what discount plumbing cost. They were fast, knowledgeable and accurate. We will continue using Cody for all of our plumbing needs! It's hard to find a reliable company and one who can be trusted. They just made my life a whole lot easier!

Matt and Mark were on time, fast, friendly, thorough, and inexpensive. It was a small job but they saved me time and hassle by using an adapter for a new faucet I had purchased with the wrong size lines. I really couldn't ask for more!

I need a hot water heater replacement and contacted a few plumbers for a quote. Daniel at Express Plumbing offered me a very reasonable price and came to my home with a brand new Rheem hot water heater in an hour. He is honest, professional and polite, explained to me all the details about the installation and city code. My water heater is in a tight space and he finished the installation in about 2 hours. There is no extra or hidden charges. I am extremely happy with the work he did and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

I had an issue with my air condition condensation pipe discharging to another pipe beneath my house.  The pipe beneath my house was backed up and I thought it just needed to be snaked.  This was an urgent matter since the overflowing water can do some damage to my flooring and it was during the San Diego heat wave.  Air Condition is a must!
So I called a few plumbing places and found Eastlake Plumbing to have the ability to snake the condensation drainage pipe with a camera.  It turns out the pipe ends at the corner of my house beneath the foundation so snaking it would be of no use.  The only other alternative was to re-route the condensation pipe into the ceiling and out to a drainage at the back of my house.  The quote I received was excessive.  It was $960 to route a pvc pipe up and out to the back of my house.  This included a condensation pump which was approximately $60 at Home Depot (which 1 of 2 the plubers told me since I asked how much a replacement would when this one goes out).  The pvc pipe I was told would only be $30 (Per the quote).  So that leaves $870 worth of labor......  And  I was told it can be done in less than 4 hours.  That's about an hourly rate of $108 per plumber.   If I knew labor dollars for a plumber would cost this much, I would've changed professions!

All the local plumbers were either booked or didn't have time to come fix my problem.  So this was to their advantage.  
I do have to note that Eastlake Plumbing has superb customer service.  Their response time is great and the work they performed was top notch.   I just feel that $870 in labor was excessive given the work they needed to do.   But I needed it done ASAP.  So I paid the price for convenience.

Just to note, the job was done in 3 hours but the quote remained the same.....  (Deducting one star for that)

I hired Kelley to install two grab bars in my mom's bathroom. She also sanded down the edge of a door that had been sticking for weeks. She finished and cleaned up in under an hour with reasonable rates. Kelley was friendly and I felt comfortable and safe having her around my mom and me. I would definitely be interested in hiring her again in the future.

This 5 star review is specifically for the plumber who came and helped us with our situation, which was just a simple kitchen faucet replacement. After getting several quotes from other plumbers, ALL of whom bloated the price by trying to add an additional & totally unneeded repair (and one who also wanted to charge over $600 for the job! Are you kidding me?! Looking straight at ya, company that starts with a Tar- and ends with a -pee). So we went with Troy Plumbing who gave me a fair price quote online here on Yelp. When the plumber Rafael came out, he was honest and friendly, confirmed that nothing else was needed and he got started right away. He did a superb job, very efficient, cleaned up after he was done, and we are very happy with the install!

Much like how a good honest auto mechanic is hard to find, it's the same with plumbers. When you find a great one, you hold on to them for a long as you can. As long as Raphael is there with Troy Plumbing, I'll go to them every time!

Now, as far as their person who does the scheduling/appointments there, James...he caused a lot of undue stress on the day of the appointment and was very unprofessional. I sincerely hope I don't have to deal with him again, but I won't hold that against this company nor will I let that affect my score because Rafael was just that fantastic!

These guys are very professional, affordable and they get it done quick.  Had them fix a leaky toilet and an exterior pipe as well.

I want to recommend Freddy and his competent, professional crew to the yelpers out there. Freddie contacted me after a yelp message inquiry, he was as advertised. The other 100+ reviews are accurate. He gave me a fair price, did the job as planned, expected. He worked with me on all my needs. I'm so thankful for his fair price and service. He was the right choice out of the other 5 plumbers I had look into my kitchen and bath re-plumbing work.
HIGHLY recommend and would use again instantly.

I can't remember the guys name who stopped out but he was quick to respond, quick to solve the issue and being that he happened to be so close to where i live he didn't charge me.  Unbelievable.  I still gave him some money out of guilt for his time and expertise and I Will be using him in the future.

I checked Yelp and True Plumbing had 5 stars and great reviews. So I called the office and Melissa was great, prompt to answer my questions, sent her pictures. I had a plumber from a home warranty so before I fixed the holes in the ceiling I wanted to make sure all was well and wanted a non-home warranty company to come out.  Stephen came to the rescue!! He assessed the 2 areas and said that one was fine, but the other plumbing job (another home warranty plumbing company) was done badly. So he gave me a price to fix it and did a great job!!  Sometimes he even talks to the pipes :).
Anyway, showed us what the other company had done wrong. I feel confident now that we can fix the holes in the ceiling. I would highly recommend True Plumbing!!

I got quoted from another company and they wanted to charge $500+ for a running toilet (crazy!!!)

I am so glad I asked for a second opinion and Mike showed me exactly what was wrong and how to fix in the future.. easy & quick fix!
