We just had Justin out again to switch us over to tankless. He reinforced what we already knew...this company is awesome!

As you can see from my past review, we had Justin out last year for a pressure valve issue. While he was here, he said, When that water heater goes, consider a tankless. He had me at instant, unlimited hot water.

We had him out again last week to switch to tankless. These guys are amazing. He was at our house from 9am-6pm, which gives you time to get to know someone. He loves his job SO much and the joy it brings him is really great to see. Tankless installs are my favorite jobs! and I basically get paid to play with legos all day!  He had to deal with gas lines, water, electricity, drilling holes through stucco (eeek!) and everything was perfect. He even added extra things for free because I want it to be the best and I want you to be happy. After it was done he said, Can I show you both how fast you get hot water in the upstairs bathroom? My customer's reaction is my favorite part of the day!

He had to return yesterday for a pretty significant switch to one of the drainage lines, which was not a result of his original work. Our house is just dumb. Right on time, as always, quick, efficient and fixed the problem. Hours of work...for free!

If you need a plumber, this is the one you want! Ask for Justin Vincent for your tech. Great guy.

Life savers!!!! I had an emergency plumbing issue and had 2 plumbers (one being a big name) come in the same day and neither of them were able to help. At this point, I was in full desperation mode when I got called CPP. Aaron picked up the phone after two rings, he listened, answered all my questions and I even asked about a service I know is more expensive than unclogging a main line and he told me that would not solve my problem and was not necessary which shows he truly cares about doing what's right for the customer. In less than 3 hours, Oliver and Jose arrived and extended the same level of service. Patient, kind, knowledgeable , efficient and affordable. Look know where else, call these guys!

Needed an angle valve replaced under our kitchen sink (had no idea what that was until today) and spotted Core Plumbing truck outside at a neighbors; I went to ask them about this and they said they actually had time to check it out because their current customer was not back.  Tony and Cody were incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.  I was very impressed, and perhaps more importantly, comforted by the way they handled our (pretty minor) job.  No overselling, just straight up competence and pleasant demeanor.  High recommend.

Had a toilet overflow and flood my house!  
I needed advise and Debbie was so helpful and honest!  She was the second plumbing company I call based on a referral!  They were half the price of the first and came out the next day!  I chose to get a new toilet and Justin picked it up for me at Home Depot will call!  What a nice man he was!  He installed in fast and even helped carry rugs out that needed to be cleaned! 5 Star Plumbing is a perfect example of small businesses that make America Great!  Also one of the few examples of a honest trade just doing the best for the customer!  I can't thank them enough!

TL plumbing is our go to for our plumbing needs. Manny has been out to our place several times and is always professional, honest, and reasonable! There are a lot of options in San Diego for plumbing, but we always go to TL first. We won't hesitate to pick up the phone and call TL in the future. After my failed attempt to fix my tub faucet.. encouraged by Youtube.. I contacted Community Plumbing (after seeing their recommendations here on ND) and they came out the same day and fixed my problem. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend.

I called this company to have them come out and inspect my plumbing .  They set an appointment from 10am-12pm. The worker Jose called and said He will be there at 12. I Called Jose again to see his ETA since it's 15 min past 12 . He said he's backed up from a job and if we're in such a rush we can call someone else . Jose is very unprofessional and rude . After this incident , Victor the customer service manager reached out and expressed his concern about the experience. He was very professional and apologetic about the unpleasant experience. Victor promise to provide a better service next time and gave me a discount for the next service I need.

Our kitchen sink backed up on Saturday after Thanksgiving.  They responded immediately and showed up within an hour.  They could hydro jet to clear the clogged old pipe. He knows what he was looking at and got to work immediately.  Highly recommended!

I do not write reviews because most companies do not meet my expectations. Omar was great, he was professional and prompt replies. When I requested a quote, response was right away. He came the next day to take a look to give proper options and estimate. Even sent a plumber on a holiday to install 3 toilets with hose and valves redone and he did a very clean, fast, and professional job. Price was reasonable and compared to other 5 companies I spoke to, it was the cheapest and they could not compete the prices with them. Other companies guaranteed quality but home leaks and drain solution quality was on point and cheap so I definitely recommend to utilize them. Dont just take my word for it and have them give you their opinion and estimate and see if you like them for yourselves.

LONG STORY (short story below) -

First we had Plumbing Tree out to unclog some pipes, and they tried a few different quick options before we realized that tree roots had broken through our old cast iron pipes.  The owner Freddy and his assistant Chris worked hard to get it all out, and they stood behind their work.  And the final bill was less than what I've had other plumbers charge for similar work.

When the landlord gave us the OK to have the old cast iron pipes replaced, we had Plumbing Tree come back out.  Freddy used a camera to check the whole pipe to make sure there were no other issues, and gave us a quote based on that.  Little did we know at the time that the builders had poured concrete around one section of the pipe and that the dirt in the crawl space was almost as hard as cement as well.  Between the need for a jackhammer and the digging of a deep trench in the crawl space, the job took much longer than we could ever imagine.

But Freddy and Chris never once let on to what a pain this job had become.  There's no way the job was easy, but they never complained, and they smiled and kept us informed all along the way.  The finished job should have cost double what Freddy quoted, based solely on the extra time it took alone, but Freddy managed to keep things within the budget.  Again, there were no surprises because as he went along, Freddy explained everything in plain English, and he didn't talk down to us because we didn't know the ins and outs of plumbing (you know the kind of service people I'm talking about).

SHORT STORY -

Above all, extremely professional with very competitive prices.  Also punctual, very clean (they even wore those booty things over their shoes), polite, honest, great communication.  Freddy and Chris are hard workers that earn their pay.  I honestly have never had this much luck with a plumber before.  If you're in need, Plumbing Tree definitely deserves a try.

Hector ponce Martinez is the man, he helped us out with our sink. Super polite, considerate, and professional. It wasn't a fun task I could tell but he handled it like a champ. 10/10 would recommend

I have used Sal and his team for servicing my Little Italy condo on two occasions.  They were excellent, on time, and did a great job.  I have given their contact to multiple friends and would use them again and again.

Great company! They quickly diagnosed and fixed a gas leak a few months ago then we called them again for issues with a newer toilet and older kitchen faucet. Wayne quickly diagnosed the problems, and gave us a quote and recommendation to save us some money. I really appreciate the honesty rather than trying to charge us for something we could do ourselves. Wayne's integrity is why we will recommend and continue to use this company. Also, when I left a message after hours, I got a call back quickly and got on the schedule right away.

In the decade+ of being on yelp, I've written maybe two reviews but I had to make sure the internet knows how wonderful Burtech is. Mike came out and spent a few hours working on some outdoor plumbing stuff for us that was old and worn out. He has the BEST attitude, is super incredibly friendly, was incredibly thorough on resolving the issues we had, and even let my 4yo hover around for an unreasonable amount of time because he's in a big plumber/construction/anyone with equipment phase. A+++
