Avoid. Contacted elite router to remove and install a new dishwasher. They arrived and disconnected the old dishwasher. The plumber Ricardo then told me I had water damage. There was some water on the floor from the disconnected dishwasher and dark stains on the inside of the cabinets. He contacted a restoration company he said could come out and check. . They came out and quickly told me I had water in multiple areas of my kitchen and dining room. And was going to take major demo work and to contact my insurance company. Over the next day I was told by the restoration company that was contacted by elite router multiple times saying my insurance company had given the go ahead to begin demo. My insurance company never authorized that and sent a separate water detection company to my house. They detected no leak know where the stains under my cabinet were at least 10 to 15 years old. I contacted elite router and advise them what their plumber did. They charged me almost $600 to replace a valve. That was all they accomplished other than the headaches and pains from the restoration company and their plumber. I reached out to the company I told them this story. I was advised someone would reach out and contact me. It's been over three weeks and I've not heard a word.

We felt so lucky to have Adam help us out with an emergency shower handle cartridge failure. He was very professional with great communication. Such a great guy who did the job quickly and left our bathtub/shower spotless. We are grateful for his expertise!!!!

Phenomenal!!!  Aaron, Nestor and the rest of the crew not only provided EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE pricing, but they were able to complete the bid UNDER their estimate because it ended up being easier than anticipated. I was given a conservative estimate so that there would be no surprises once they began work, which I greatly appreciated. At the end of the job, you wouldn't even have known their crew had even been there, that's how well they clean up after themselves!  When it comes to plumbing, it's such a pain in the neck (sometimes literally being contorted under the sink and/or the house) that I despise having to make any type of plumbing repairs. These guys alleviate the stress and get the job done for a reasonable price that I would be happy to recommend to anyone having any sort of plumbing issue beyond the scope of their personal skill set.

Probably the most honest home service company I've dealt with...and I'm a house manager/assistant, so I deal with a A LOT of different service companies daily .

They came out for an initial estimate for a water heater issue (thought it was installed incorrectly and was a fire hazard- according to another company who quoted me RIDICULOUSLY high [$3k+] for what I saw as a pretty minor repair/fix)

1. They initially quoted me 1/3 of the price I received from the other company, so I was happy already...

2. Then about a day after they came for the initial estimate, I got an email saying that someone else was going to come out (for free again) to double check and make sure there was an actual issue before doing anything.

3. The owner was the one who came out this time, and he confirmed that there was no issue with the venting/exhaust after all (it was a brand/model that happens to be installed differently than most others).

Great service and experience, definitely recommend them for anything water heater related!!

Fantastic service. I called with a problem with our bathroom sink. They responded promptly. They were fast and extremely pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

The sink in our bathroom has been draining slowly. My husband tried to fix it himself but couldn't figure out the problem. My husband found CML plumbing on Yelp and messaged Chris on a Thursday. Chris told my husband he would be able to come over and look at our sink the next day. I was surprised at how quick Chris was willing to take a look at the issue. I was expecting him to not be able to come out until at least that following Monday. Chris called before he came to give me a timeframe of when he should be at my house. Chris showed up, took a look at the sink, cleared the drain pipe, cleaned the faucet spout and readjusted the stopper. We've been living in this house for over a year and I didn't even know the stopper could be adjusted. He then informed me about the pressure of my water. He even tightened the pipes under the sink. Chris was very friendly and informative. You can definitely tell he knows his stuff. He also gave me tips and tricks on how to clean my faucet spout, shower and shower head and how to remove any calcium build up around my shower and sink fixtures. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

We had a terrible smell coming from our shower drain. Eric was extremely thorough to help us find the root of the problem and always arrived on time.

Travis, Vessel Plumbing's owner, showed up to review my sump pump issue, on time and in person.  After I had received a bid from another company based on 10 minutes of them thinking (not looking/touching/turning on water) what the problem might be, Travis had the forethought to actually TEST and diagnose while he was there, taking an extra 15 minutes to remove panels, turn on water and discuss all options and costs up front, and at a price that was fair, included labor and was less than the competition!

Wow!   Solution focused all the way!

His follow up was meticulous, texting the date and time that he was available to complete the necessary work, while accommodating my schedule as well.

Work was completed in a timely manner, with no surprise up-charges.  Job site was immaculate afterwards and Travis took all scrap offsite for disposal.

Professionalism is top-notch quality!

Great service. Easy to communicate with and very patient! Was able to get me on the schedule quickly and handled our issue as promised.

WOW! These guys are incredible. Don't be fooled by the lack of reviews on their page, they are new to Yelp. I gave them a call Saturday morning to help us with a troublesome clog and they arrived within an hour. They were very friendly and courteous, had really nice new looking uniforms, and explained everything they were doing while they did it. I mostly spoke with Leon and it is apparent, he is a master in this trade. He knew EVERYTHING about plumbing and offered to walk around and teach me about our current setup while doing a courteous inspection. Generous prices, quality work, great appearance, and incredible professionalism, these guys will be my go-to moving forward.

I have been using TDP for about 3 years now and I don't think I will ever use another. When we purchase our home they came to do our inspection for us. There was a leak few other plumbers couldn't locate. Rich's staff did one thing and located in repaired the leak. We have a sump pump and it's a nightmare when you work from home with a daycare. No matter what time I call the staff at TDP is always helpful to fix and repair. They are reliable, honest and trustworthy. Now my entire family uses TDP because of their integrity.

I needed to replace my garbage disposal and Gabe flawlessly completed the job. He was available within 2 days and showed up right on time.

I think there is something very wrong with these guys....they show up on time, their prices are very fair, they don't upsell, they get the job done quick, professionally and with a smile.  Who does that these days?  

Seriously, Carlin was the tech that fixed a root problem on my clean out line.  He was probably the best plumber type (they are not plumbers, but drain techs) I've ever worked with.  He was on time, clean, professional, got the job done quickly and right the first time.  My only complaint is that these guys don't do more plumbing work!  

Bottom line...they (Carlin) rock!  I would hire them again in an instant!

I had sewer water backing up into my shower and obviously went with the first company that had availability to help. Luckily, that company was All About Plumbing. They were on-time (five minutes early, in fact), friendly, and transparent with their pricing. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber on short notice.

I have been in the same house for many years and have used Chase Plumbing for new plumbing installations and repairs and he has always been knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He is highly recommended.
