I badly needed to  replace my cast iron plumbing for my washing machine drain. I called Elite Rooter and they were there within the hour. We talked about the problem and came up with a workable solution. The work was done very professionally and quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Such great customer service.   Wife was not happy with 1 item that we had done for our Reno.  And even though I signed off, when my wife came home, she wasn't happy.   None of that matters to Aaron and his team.   They wanted me to be happy.   And they came back, without question, and fixed the issue, no extra charge.   I will reuse them again, for sure.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable about tankless water heaters (most plumbers aren't!). He not only troubleshot to get to the root cause and fixed my problem (a burst heating element), he also educated me about the system that I have, best practices to extend the life of it, and what he was doing as he went through troubleshooting. Customer service is A++. Also showed up on time and is a great communicator. I will DEFINITELY call Daniel again when I need help with plumbing.

Matt did some work on a property I have in Spring Valley.

He was thorough and although less expensive than some of the competition, he did not scrimp on quality.  He persevered with a challenging tenant and did not let it impact his accurate and objective assessment of several plumbing problems that had developed in part from the tenants hard use and in part due to normal wear and tear.  Bottom line,I did not believe the quote inflated at all which is as important to me as ensuring quality to make lasting fixes.

Payment was flexible.  My cashier check to him got tied up in mail due to an address problem (on me) and he was understanding and patient while we resolved the problem.

I will definitely be a repeat customer with this company.

Wow! Chris responded to our request quote within 5 minutes (it was 9pm). He quoted us a very affordable and fair amount for our stopped kitchen sink. Being local to El Cajon he mentioned that he could have a tech out tonight. Being a bargain hunter that I am I decided to take a moment to get a couple other quotes. Needless to say, I'm a stickler for a prompt response. I decided to go with CML Plumbing.

Chris said that he was about 20 minutes out, but he knocked on the door within 15 minutes. He was very courteous, professional and quick. As a homeowner it is refreshing to find a plumber that will not price gouge and do a half ass job. I will be keeping CML Plumbing on payroll for all my future plumbing needs!

I had a minor plumbing issue, and found Paws here on Yelp. They were able to send someone out immediately even though it wasn't an emergency. Eric did the job, and he was professional, courteous, left everything clean, and charged a fair price. I will definitely be calling them again for the next issue, large or small.

Travis recently replaced our 30g tank water heater with a 40g tank in our newly-purchased 1958 home in Serra Mesa. The existing tank was about 10 years old and had started leaking into the containing drain pain pretty significantly. The tank was also leaning and had a number of other issues with the installation mentioned in our home inspection. It was also in a tricky location in the middle of the house but he was able to move things around and fit a 40g tank (our request, not an upsell). He addressed and resolved all the existing issues mentioned in the inspection and did an overall fantastic job of installing the new unit, supply lines, etc. He was professional, courteous and didn't hesitate to answer all the random questions I had.

I've actually replaced a water heater myself before in a different home where it was in the garage (easy access) and I've sweatted plenty of copper tubing over the years so I could certainly recognize the professional quality level of his work. As far as price, I thought it was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again for any water or gas plumbing work.

Mike and his team were great! Not only were they able to come out and assist us immediately with identifying a possible leak, they were timely and courteous. They both had masks on and went above and beyond for us! I would highly recommend using them and will definitely be keeping their information for any possible future plumbing issues!

Our water heater broke and we got a new one, now we gotta find someone to install it and David came to the rescue. Clean professional and very knowledgable. I've used TDP twice now. The first time was kind of an emergency since our toilet broke and I needed it replaced. The guys that came over did a good job and were fair and transparent in their pricing.
The second time I used TDP was to install a tankless water heater and run a new gas line directly from the meter. I went with them because of a prior good experience and they were very competitive in terms of quoted price. Installation was seamless and the guy did a very clean job. They're my go to for plumbing now.

I needed to replace my garbage disposal and Gabe flawlessly completed the job. He was available within 2 days and showed up right on time.

Our main line drain was clogged and we were in absolute panic when water started coming up from the utility sink. I called Affordable Drain Service, and they sent Ryan Guthrie, their fantastic technician, over in 15 minutes! He also fixed the issue in about 15 minutes, roto rooting the main line drain and clearing out debris that were clogging the pipes. Ryan was fast, professional, and honest. We highly recommend this company for any future drain problems.

Christian was great! He came out to inspect my issue, gave me a fair price (actually quite a deal after watching all the hard work he had to do) and was in and out in no time.
