Arturo was great! Fixed my toilet really quickly which was great since I was dog sitting and the dogs were losing it waiting outside. Arturo was really nice, professional and totally understanding about the crazy dogs. Would recommend Arturo to others.

Had an issue on a Saturday night about 6pm, they were quick to return my call. Robert was very friendly and did a fast and accurate fix. He explained everything that was needed to be done and showed me afterwards what was done. Highly recommended!!

No hot water on Friday morning, No panic, found California Plumbing on Yelp, on site 45 minutes later and installed new water heater 40 gallons up to code and cleaned everything. Thanks to them. They also checked few things in my house. Plumbing business number 1 in Chula Vista and probably in San Diego. 300% recommended

Daniel was awesome! I had gotten 5 separate bids and Daniel's rates were very reasonable compared to others. He is licensed so there were no worries there. He communicated with me clearly from the start - from responding to multiple emails answering my questions prior to his arrival to great customer service while he was here. He was honest, efficient, no-nonsence, kind and delivered a great product with ease. I would highly recommend him.

Had a shower clog that was caused by old, rusted out cast iron pipes. The cause of the clog was ~25ft away from the shower drain itself and Zaby & Robbie were able to assist in cutting away stucco, replacing the deteriorated Y and getting the shower back to fully functional. Responsive and timely! Thanks for the help.

Our plumbing backed up stopping up 2 bathrooms. Travis was able to come out within a couple hours, got straight to it and cleared it up.  Friendly, good tips/advice, and reasonable. Glad to have found him!

Had a wiffle ball go down a yard drain. Scott showed up in short order, pushed the ball out and was on his way. Job was quick and clean. Nice guy.

I've learned in a renovation you can get away with skimping on tile, counters, cabinets, flooring, and even electrical...but never skimp on plumbing...especially when that's how the mess started in the first place. I tried to play junior plumber with predicable results. Within 24 hours Mike had Max on site undoing all my wrongs at a very reasonable price and with an amazing attitude. These guys are the greatest. I called on a Saturday, he called me back within 10 minutes, this was around 11 and he said could come today but it would be late. He came at 3.  Super nice, did a great job unclogging my bathroom sink, and for less than the price he quoted me- so very honest too. Definitely recommend.

We bought a house a few year ago that needed a ton of plumbing work.  Touchdown has been amazing!  They redid all our pipes, did 2 clean outs, did a lining inside the drain line.  They have been a life saver.  Affordable.  Always quick to respond and amazing service.  We highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

We had a major clog in our house and I called the 24 hour hotline at 7 o'clock in the morning but let them know it wasn't an emergency and they told me I would get a call back during business hours and I received a call within two hours. I had Ryan arrive at my house around 9 AM and he did A really nice job of snaking the mainline and unclogging the drains. He was very efficient and a really nice guy. It was super easy and I definitely will call these guys again anytime we have any kind of drainage issue. Thanks Ryan!

Called Troy on Thursday and asked if they could do work on Monday or Tuesday.  He called me back in 30 and said Tuesday morning, 9AM.  I needed them to replace a kitchen faucet and supply valves.  Troy advised against buying the super cheap, Glacier Bay brand, warning that it would fail in a few years and he charges the same to install a better quality brad.  Later at Home Depot I text him, Moen or Delta.  He quickly responds, Moen.  

8:55 on Tuesday Troy and Curtis arrive.  Curtis gets to work under my kitchen sink.  I asked Troy about another issue which involves pipes in a crawl space that has a ton of cobwebs.  Troy crawls into the space and emerges with an answer that doesn't involve more work for him.  

They finished the sink job and when I asked if they would unblock a toilet, Troy tells me that he's happy to charge me $150, but that I could also get an auger from HD and save the money.  When a craftsman advises me to not pay him, that impresses the heck out of me.  I did get the auger, and unblocked it myself.  

I don't mind paying good money for good work.  Troy and Curtis deliver excellent work, on time, and clean up after them selves.  I highly recommend them.

Called Christian on Sunday - although they are closed on Sunday he gave me a call back in less than 5 min . On Monday we scheduled for him to see what the problem is, which he came and based on circumstances (HOA) it is something he can't do but gave me good advice and recommendations what I need to do. At the end I asked how much I should pay him for his hours and troubles, he said he wouldn't take a penny from me and that he is happy to consult and help customers. Truly good customer service and man. I will definitely call him for any work / fix I need. Thank you very much Christina - I have done what you told me to do and tomorrow I have someone coming over.

Joe and Above and Beyond Plumbing are both amazing and this review is long overdue. I am on the board of a homeowner's association where we had a major drain line backup. We had three other plumbing companies come out and take a look and they all wanted to charge us exorbitant fees in the tens of thousands of dollars, and even cut into the street in front of our association. Joe took the time to run sensors down are drains and discovered the blockage was more than a hundred feet from the edge of our property, which makes it a city issue. He even had the phone number for the city in his phone and called them on the spot! The city was out here within a day or two and fixed everything at absolutely no cost to us, all thanks to Joanne above and beyond plumbing. Joe's truck was clean and we'll kept, his appearance was clean and professional, and he spoke to us at length and with utmost respect. Can't recommend Joe and Above and Beyond Plumbing highly enough!

Jeffrey was very kind to come check out the back flow device on our home.  After looking at the device, he let us know that he wasn't able to fix the device.  However, he was very straight forward and didn't charge us.  Thanks Jeffrey!
