Elite was able to come out the same day I contacted them and provided service to an area they usually do not cover (Jamul). Kailib did an outstanding job at quickly assessing and fixing the problem of the clogged drains and then went on to discuss possible fixes to minimize the problems occurring in the future.  Overall, I was very impressed with the service and the positive attitude of the Kailib.   I will definitely use them again.

Hands down the best plumbers I've seen in 35 years! These guys should be called the Magic Plumbers! Fast, clean and excellent service; sink installations, faucet and drain replacements. Highly recommend John Horn and his partner Robert. They came to give an estimate and completed everything within a few hours. Amazing!

I called California Plumbing and they came out within an hour and Zaby was very helpful and upfront. The pipe I thought needed to be repaired ASAP turned out it went to the sprinkler system.
He capped the line and told me to get PBC at a later time which saved me lots of money. Oh and he did not charge me for the visit.
These guys are straight shooters and I appreciate that very much.

Daniel was so wonderful to work with! We had to cancel on him two different times due to our illnesses. By the time we called again (with a vacation in there also), it was a few months since I had first contacted him. I thought he'd think we were flakey and not want to try a third time. But he was so nice and professional about scheduling again. I liked that he texts timely.

When we finally had our appointment, he was on time, considerate and professional. He explained everything he was doing or had done. He drained/cleaned our Navien tankless water heater, checked a sink for any clog, caulked our bathroom sink, removed a hot water reservoir under the sink, and replaced an odd Toto toilet flapper that was all one piece (not like the normal ones we usually replace ourself). He worked quickly, neatly, and considerately.

We have been through about three other plumbers since moved here 4 years ago and were not satisfied - but now we have found our forever plumber!! You can't go wrong with with Pro Max!!

I'm so glad that I called this company 3 days ago, when i was looking for an honest, reliable, professional  and knowledgeable people who would help me with my water leakage problem, as detected by Otay Water District in their last meter reading and I was told tht my bill is 5 X higher than  usual. I was very concerned.
Joe answered my call and sent Chris & Jay to diagnose the problem. Chris thoroughly explained what was causing the leak. I asked them to shut  the water off, to prevent more leaking  until they came back the next day, with Angel and they skillfully did their job. They dug part of the front yard to gain access to the area that they needed to replace. And today, they came to finalize their job. They re-planted my roses and the put back the borders.The owner, Matt , came to check what was done  and re-checked the 3 toilets and realized that they were leaking, also the faucet in the front and in the backyard and so they replaced the old and faulty parts. And Matt was so kind and generous, in not charging me extra !
I felt so relieved, after. I can't thank them enough for a job well-done !!!

Thank you CML Plumbing!  We found out that we had a propane leak and I needed a plumber asap.  Chris the owner came out and pressure tested our line at 7:30 at night and figured out where the leak was.  He was very informative and called 1st thing the next morning with an estimate.  Based on his Yelp reviews I didn't bother shopping around for more estimates.  He was out a few days later and replaced the whole main propane line feeding our house.  Thank you for your help we appreciate it!

Had such a great experience with Paws and Kell. I had a leaky sink valve and had to leave work early to meet a plumber from another company and he cancelled at the last minute. I called Paws and they had Kell out to fix my valve in 20 min! He was quick and professional and the pricing was exactly what I expected to pay. I would definitely use them again.

Travis recently replaced our 30g tank water heater with a 40g tank in our newly-purchased 1958 home in Serra Mesa. The existing tank was about 10 years old and had started leaking into the containing drain pain pretty significantly. The tank was also leaning and had a number of other issues with the installation mentioned in our home inspection. It was also in a tricky location in the middle of the house but he was able to move things around and fit a 40g tank (our request, not an upsell). He addressed and resolved all the existing issues mentioned in the inspection and did an overall fantastic job of installing the new unit, supply lines, etc. He was professional, courteous and didn't hesitate to answer all the random questions I had.

I've actually replaced a water heater myself before in a different home where it was in the garage (easy access) and I've sweatted plenty of copper tubing over the years so I could certainly recognize the professional quality level of his work. As far as price, I thought it was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again for any water or gas plumbing work.

Scott was able to fit me in right away for an urgent water regulator replacement. He did a fantastic job and the price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

I didn't even get past the phone call for him to have someone come out. When I asked 'if' he might be available at 6pm for when my husband came home he laughed into the phone & let me know that it's Friday night. Seriously?

Then I told him I was being honest & was calling around, he asked me what city then area I lived in, I told him, he suddenly was interested in hooking me up w/an associate & instead of being forthcoming w/whom that individual might be, he attempted to obtain all of my info, to include address. I advised him that I didn't give out entire personal info unless I speak to whomever he was referring it out to & I then decided we'd make an appt. He noticeably hesitated & said he understood because it was spooky. Wth? Who says that? I told him it wasn't spooky it was smart. More laughter into the phone.

Idk what relatives & neighbors wrote this guy glowing reviews & although he may be a fabulous technician, he needs to work on his professionalism.

Calling someone else. No one needs to put up with this kind of behavior, particularly nowadays.

Our water heater went out this morning and By the Book Plumbing was out to fix it within a few hours. They were fast, professional, friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

We bought a dishwasher from Home Depot a few months ago. Long story short, the guy installing it (from Home Depot) said he couldn't do it. We called David, he answered right away, arrived within an hour and we had our dishwasher ready and running that same night. Definitely recommend.

Richard and his team did a wonderful job excavating for our 1st bathroom disaster that we called them for the 2nd bathroom disaster. Short of the long, the bathroom AND main needed replacing. Every crew member was professional,  courteous and punctual. It was a nightmare going thru it, but knowing a great team led by a strong owner made us feel better. Can't say enough about the organization. Thank you Rich and crew!

Gabe did an amazing job with my kitchen! I had a busted garbage disposal, a faucet that wouldn't turn, and a scratched up two compartment drop in sink that needed replacing. Gabe was very responsive to my calls and texts.

I had issues getting the sink shipped to me from Home Depot twice and ended up buying the materials in store. Gabe was very patient and didn't mind that I had to reschedule. If you need any plumbing work done, Gabe is a great handyman that can get the job done. I'll be contacting him for any future job I need done.

I have used Affordable Drain twice now! They are fast, honest, thorough, did a great job and charged me a fair price. When I needed to replace or re-line my lateral sewer line they got me quotes from 3 different class A Plumbers. Craig contacted the various companies and the City of La Mesa on my behalf. He went above and beyond to help me with this serious problem all at no extra charge. Affordable Drain has been invaluable to me and I highly recommend them!!

We just bought a house and ran into some plumbing issues shortly after the sale. We called several companies to come out and take a look at the problem. Above and Beyond was one of those companies. Some other plumbers didn't even show up at the scheduled time. Above and Beyond was very professional. They took a video of the pipes to show us exactly what was going on. Having just bought a house we were a little tight on cash. They not only worked with us to find a solution that worked for us and our budget, they did it quickly so that we can use our water. There was a lot of back and forth as we were trying to figure things out and everyone was courteous and attentive. I would highly recommend them. As their name suggests, they went above and beyond with us!
