We called Elite to come out and fix a clogged sewer pipe. They initially came out to assess and use the camera. They said they couldn't see anything because it was clogged with roots from a tree that's growing 250 ft away, which is total BS being that itsa small palm tree. They said they could jet the clog and it would be guaranteed for a year.They brought the jetter, charged us 750 and jetted the clog down the hill. 2 days later it was backed up again. Elite said they'd return to jet it again and they failed to return for 4 days. When they finally returned they jetted it again without checking the pipe further down our property. They stated it was all good and clear and shouldn't have any more issues. A day later the county showed up to inform us our sewer pipe had exploded and was now leaking into our neighbor's yard. We immediately called Elite and they said they'd be out first thing in the morning. That afternoon we called to see where they were and the owner was very unprofessional and argumentative, stating it was our fault the pipe broke and that we couldn't prove it was their fault,  even though the clog was apparent in the broken pipe. After a lengthy and contentious conversation the owner finally agreed to come out. While waiting all day again we called a different plumbing company. While we were getting another estimate from said company the Elite owner showed up, took some pictures and left.  He said he'd wait to speak to us after the other company left but that was another lie. He left without speaking to us and we never hear from him again. There was such a lack of professionalism and competence with this company. We were incredibly disappointed and unnecessarily stressed out dealing with the county and an unresponsive plumbing company. And to make matters worse, their tech had the most horrific hand hygiene. We watched him touching dirty pipes then touching his face. And to my horror, he touched my clean laundry hanging on the clothesline.

Great job. John and Eric were very thorough, explained my options, and did what was needed. I've used Black Mountain Plumbing 3 times and every time they've gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again to the company and crew. Great all around.

Our master shower made a knocking noise whenever we turned it on. I called California Plumbing and they scheduled an appointment right away. Cody came out to check on the noise and got us squared away quickly and effeciently. I really appreciate California Plumbing and will definitely be using them in the future.

Daniel went above and beyond to quickly get us a bid and complete the job of replacing a leaking old water heater with a new tankless water heater. The price was fair and the work was great. Daniel did a great job of making the new unit fit well in a tight space.

Thank goodness i found almighty plumbing, they saved my neck twice so far, they are very reasonable with their prices.

George has come out twice to our house for work and his work quality is excellent.

I LOVE Paws Plumbing! I'm a Realtor and needed a reliable second plumber for my clients who can perform certain tasks that my regular plumber doesn't do (ex. Drain Scoping). I now refer Paws to all of my clients. This review is over due by a few weeks.

Eric Myatt & Mike are AWESOME! (Not sure of Mike's last name - about same age as Eric.) They came to a property my clients were buying in Normal Heights (it was Eric's 2nd time there) to identify an area of cracked clay pipe underground that we'd found on the Drain Scoping / Sewer Lateral video. We were having totally unrelated water pressure issues in the master bathroom shower and they both helped me troubleshoot that just to be nice. They completely figured out the issue & solved the problem on site. Turned out to be super minor and at the time it was making the deal extremely difficult!

Their expertise is extensive, they are EXTREMELY thorough (I have many more examples), they are operating safely with masks these days, and they're just generally really nice human beings who care about their service. I will request them on all of my jobs now for my clients!

Really pleased with the service from Travis. He came within an hour of my call, took care of the entire problem in just a few hours, and explained everything thoroughly. And the price was almost $1000 less than big company in town!

Mike was responsive same day. He quoted me a price for only what I needed vs. Pacific Drain & Plumbing who tried to dupe me into paying $9,000-$11,000 on critical plumbing work under the master bathroom. Other plumbers work on commission and this has made navigating the contracting industry and finding honest work very hard.

As a property manager, I only wish I had met Mike Carroll and his team 10 years ago!!!!

WOW! These guys are incredible. Don't be fooled by the lack of reviews on their page, they are new to Yelp. I gave them a call Saturday morning to help us with a troublesome clog and they arrived within an hour. They were very friendly and courteous, had really nice new looking uniforms, and explained everything they were doing while they did it. I mostly spoke with Leon and it is apparent, he is a master in this trade. He knew EVERYTHING about plumbing and offered to walk around and teach me about our current setup while doing a courteous inspection. Generous prices, quality work, great appearance, and incredible professionalism, these guys will be my go-to moving forward.

Another fine job for these guys! Estimate was fair, work was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. I will continue to use this company with 100% confidence. The very old washing machine valves that they replaced with a new dual shut off valve always made me nervous. Easy, secure shutoff allows me to vacation with no nagging worry of a flood.

I was in the middle of a not planned bathroom remodel due to constructions defects in my condo.  The plumber that the contractor hired was doing a bad job.

I contacted Rich and he came in and finished the job.  Did amazing work, on time, friendly and great customer service.
A few days later I noticed the shower head water was not that strong.  He came out the next day and removed some debris that was caught in the shower head after turning the water on.

Gabe responded to my request very quickly and was able to take care of the kitchen in my rental the next day. He called me after the job was done to explain his work and described other possible issues that may occur in the future. He was professional and will be my go-to person for jobs at the house. I highly recommend him!

He was absolutely great. Had to work out a jammed packed bathroom line. Took him awhile but he got a very difficult plug out.

Troy was amazing, he gave me some plumbing education while repairing and inspecting my plumbing system.  You can't go wrong with this company; they are a great fit for any job so go ahead and call them up you won't be disappointed.  My original appointment was for a home inspection but ended up installing a water regulator and at a great price.

I was able to easily schedule an appointment and he arrived on time and quickly took care of the problems. He needed to replace parts in both areas and he had them on hand so it was quick and efficient.

I was so pleased with the entire experience. We had issues with the bathtub not draining well. I was able to get an appt on the same day with Jorge and he was very good about being on time. He fixed the issue quickly and was good about cleaning up afterwards. Thank you!

Fixed my covering after last company refuse to put it back. All without charge and next business day! I'll use them next year for the test.
