Great service. Very reliable. They showed up the same day and on time. I had called another company before and they told me I had to replace the entire toilet. Kailib from Elite Rooter was very professional and was able to fix it in less then 20 minutes and now it's working great. Didn't have to replace the toilet. This could have been very costly but he fixed the problem for only $79. I highly recommend them and will never call Aman Plumbing again.

I had a clogged drain adjacent to my washer and I was able to get someone out in a timely fashion. I was able to have the snake run through the pipe and it working within the hour. However it was the type of service and quality you could observe with Black Mountain Plumbing. 5 stars for sure.

First I have to say they are pretty high tech---with texting alerts and prompt phone calls. After many service/plumbing experiences I was ready for them to be late or to not call. Yet they texted and called. I was also emailed and got a text post service.

Secondly, Solomon Nwosu was awesome---he was coridal and affable while at the same time knowledgable about the plumbing situation I had. He was able to explain things and took his time to make sure everything was working correctly. Something to note that I don't see in many service providers was this humble attitude towards their work when I mentioned they were highly rated. I work with lots of people and I know when people come off the wrong way but just the way the company was represented really stood out to me.  

Thirdly, obviously I wish that I didn't have to call but plumbing issues will abound in home ownership and I know that I will go to Black Mountain Plumbing next time because of the quality of service and friendliness of their associates.

We had several companies out to give us quotes to repipe our house after a foundation leak. California Plumbing was not only the most reasonable price but also the most professional company. All of the employees were knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend.

Danny and his team replaced and installed a new tankless water heater for us. Danny was responsive, answered all my questions thoroughly and he and his team completed the work on time and for the price quoted. We had four quotes quotes and ProMax was by far the most transparent and competitive. We have found our new plumber!

Had a hot water problem (it was cold). Matt came out on short notice on a late Friday afternoon. So glad to find a great plumber!

Chris replied to my Yelp message right away and arrived at our agreed time even before I did. He solved my issue immediately and was very pleasant and helpful. He didn't even charge me for his trip and that is not something you find very often these days. I will definitely call him again if/when any other issues arise. I highly recommend. Also, he was wearing a mask which was awesome because as we all know, safety first!

Our master bath shower faucet would not turn off on Wednesday morning and we frantically started calling around for repairs within the North County area.  After contacting Paws Plumbing through Yelp, Dispatcher Will promptly responded back and was able to schedule a time to send over someone to do a consultation.  After having the water turned off to our house for 24 hours we were happy to welcome Technician Eric for our consultation Thursday morning.  
Eric was pleasant and professional when he arrived with a mask and shoe coverings at our front door.  Although we had tried to purchase new hardware for our shower and sink faucet replacements he kindly informed us that it would not match what was needed for the repair.  He was able to provide both a consultation and start the repair work the same day!
As our shower was the first priority that was completed on Thursday and we worked with Will to schedule another appointment for Monday for our troublesome sink faucets. All the work was completed within the estimated time frame. Paws plumbing is highly recommended!

My parent's kitchen sink and bathroom faucets  are connected via the same pipes in the wet wall so the kitchen floor and bathroom sprung a leak at the same time. Water was leaking under the kitchen sink onto the floor and also in the bathroom and was bubbling up from the floor tile grout. The problem was a quarter sized hole in one of the pipes in the wall that was leaking onto the ground soaking the flooring.

Travis responded within minutes of my call to assess the problem, was very professional and wore protective masks due to covid. My mother has early onset dementia and was very respectful of her and her routines. He showed us how turn the water off and trouble shoot several areas just in case anything were to happen before or after fixing, but returned the next day and fixed the problem promptly. Travis had to refit the pipes, cut them and put new pipes with an expansion sleeve on it to clamp down.

After this job as done, my dad told me he was planning on fixing issues with his water heater and a company he was looking at (Anderson Plumbing in San Diego) was quoting him $1900 to fix. After seeing Travis' quick, professional work and talking to him about cost, he decided to bring Travis for the water heater job and after he finished, Travis charged my dad around $800, saving my (both retired) parents over $1,000.

My dad has been a mechanic and general handyman all his life and he said Travis did some of the best work he's ever seen, and coming from him, that means a lot! Would definitely recommend Travis and Vessel Plumbing to anyone who wants great, professional work done in an affordable and quick manor!

Twin Plumbing replaced a ruptured water heater for us a little over a year ago. They were here very soon after our initial call, and got us sorted out that day. They didn't push any extras on us, just asked us what we needed and got it done. We've had no problems since, but today we noticed some calcification and corrosion on the supply-side pipe. We called Twin Plumbing to tell them about this potential problem, and Scott was here within about fifteen minutes (he was already in the neighborhood). Turned out to be no big deal, but we're nevertheless very relieved that Twin Plumbing stands behind their work- even more than a year after installing our water heater they were here for us.

Year late review. Mike and his tech came to replace my 40 gallon water heater. They did a great job. They made water spill from the tank but they cleaned it up. I had a great experience with Mike. BTW no problems with my heater since then. Thank you guys.

We have a gentleman coming out to help us with our bathroom sink leak today. He is super helpful and kind. He gave us a very reasonable price. He was on time and very nice to talk to. I would highly recommend him if you have any issues with AC or leaking or bathroom remodeling.

Had to shut water off to the house late last night night due to plumbing issue. (No fun when caregiving for 2 elderly parents.) This morning Yelped a few companies for quotes. Extreme Home Service was 1st to respond. David E. was graciously going to come out at the end of the day, and at a very reasonable rate, but David had an earlier opening and ... well now we have water back on and emergency plumbing issue resolved! Thank you so very much David for your EXTREMEly excellent customer service!

I've used TDP twice now. The first time was kind of an emergency since our toilet broke and I needed it replaced. The guys that came over did a good job and were fair and transparent in their pricing.
The second time I used TDP was to install a tankless water heater and run a new gas line directly from the meter. I went with them because of a prior good experience and they were very competitive in terms of quoted price. Installation was seamless and the guy did a very clean job. They're my go to for plumbing now.

I needed to replace my garbage disposal and Gabe flawlessly completed the job. He was available within 2 days and showed up right on time.

My kitchen drain was blocked below the p joint and below the washout on the side of the house. I knew I had a serious blockage that required professional assistance. So I looked up rooters on Yelp and liked the reviews of Affordable Drain Services. Unfortunately, this all happened on a Sunday so I knew there would be an extra charge. I called the number and the dispatcher hooked me up with he service tech. He told me the rooting process and mentioned that if i waited till Monday It would be only 88 bucks.
So.... The next day I called Affordable Drain Services again and they came out at the expected time. It was only about 15 minutes of work but they cleared the block.

- Cheaper than other rooters, but same great results!
- Weekend Work is about 130 for service.
- Weekday work was 88.
- They guarantee their work.

I had sewer water backing up into my shower and obviously went with the first company that had availability to help. Luckily, that company was All About Plumbing. They were on-time (five minutes early, in fact), friendly, and transparent with their pricing. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber on short notice.

A top quality organization.  Christian was a consummate professional!  I will recommend Chase for any and all plumbing requirements.  Christian accurately diagnosed, installed and quality tested the new faucet, airgap and garbage disposal.  

Chase is the best and I strongly feel that their pricing was very reasonable and fair.

TL;DR
Extremely responsive company with competitive pricing.  They did a major sewer replacement for me and I'd call them again for anything I can't handle myself.  They also wore masks when appropriate during this age of Covid-19.

Crawled under the house during Memorial Day weekend and noticed the dirt was damp along the main sewer line.  It's 70 year old cast iron and I knew it was just a matter of time before we had a real problem, so we decided to bite the bullet and take care of it.  We landscaped our yard a few years ago with paver walkways, and back then I said we should take care of the sewer first, but we didn't, and of course the sewer pipe to be replaced is under the paver walkway from the sidewalk up to the front door.  Why wouldn't it be?

I found Above and Beyond kind of by accident, turns out the referral I received from a neighbor was for a different Above and Beyond plumbing in the area but the number was disconnected, so I found the similar name on Yelp and went with them.  Joe came out and did a camera inspection and pretty much confirmed that the pipe was in horrible shape and had standing water in places.  He recommended a trenchless sewer line replacement technique called 'pipe bursting', gave me a quote, and said to let them know when we were ready.  After researching it a bit (it's a really cool technique), we decided to go with it.  Anyway, long story short, it was a 2-day job: 1 day to dig the required holes and expose what needs to be exposed, then 1 day for the pipe burst and hooking everything back up.  He said to expect to be without sewer and water for about 6 hours.  I'm a firm believer in that every major job will have at least 1 issue to work through, so I wasn't surprised when the pipe bursting machine stopped and I started to hear yelling under the house.  Then I watched them pace around for a while and sigh a lot, but I knew better than to go out and ask what the deal was, and after jackhammering the hidden concrete blocking the cutting head the burst job completed with no further issues.  After completing the burst, hooking the sewer back up, and reconnecting the hidden water main right above the sewer pipe that they had to cut, we were back in business.  They stayed really late to make sure my family and I had water and sewer overnight, and we really appreciated that!

Trenchless pipe bursting more or less leaves your yard intact.  They removed pavers to dig a 4x4 ft hole in our yard for the pulling end, and the burst started under the house, so theoretically all we would need to do afterwards is fill in the hole and restore the pavers, which is pretty much what we did.  If you look really closely you can see the pavers shifted ever so slightly along the path of the pipe burst, but you only notice it if you know it's there.  Kind of like tiling looking horrible until you add grout, a little more joint sand hides it well enough.  You would be able to burst under concrete with no issue, but you'd have a much more noticeable restore job after filling in the hole.

Expect for the job to take longer than they think, too.  It always does.  Also try to not be home during all of this if you can, which is difficult in this age of Covid.  The sound of the pipe burst while it was under the house was interesting, kind of like little earthquakes with the sound of clay pots/vases breaking into pieces and falling on the floor.

Jeffrey was very kind to come check out the back flow device on our home.  After looking at the device, he let us know that he wasn't able to fix the device.  However, he was very straight forward and didn't charge us.  Thanks Jeffrey!
