We had an old delta hardware part in are shower/bath tub
go bad, the part that switches from the water going into the tub
to coming out of shower head .John,the plumber, came out and
figured out quickly what the problem was but being the hardware
is 40 years old there was only one place in town that carries the part
and it looked like it was not going to be in until the following day which
I did not think was so bad considering the age.However,John decided
to make a stop at a Home Depot where he lives and look for that part  and by
chance home depot had the part(that doesn't happen very often)So
instead of waiting until tomorrow to come over and fix it he gave us a call
and came right over within a 1/2 hour and got it fixed the same day.
When does that ever happen ?John you deserve the 5 stars, great job

Very nice and easy experience working with Daniel (owner of ProMax).

Requested a quote on yelp got quick response.  I needed to have 2 new toilets installed and he accommodated for next day in the evening. Daniel was very professional & worked quickly. So far everything seems to work just fine. Will surely call again for any future plumbing need!

Called Daniel to fix leaky faucet and he did it going above and beyond what was needed without charging anything extra. Honesty and professionalism at its best !!  As always very polite and excellent craftsmanship.. Highly recommend to everyone! Without any doubt will call him for all my plumbing needs.

Just wanted to say how responsive and pleasant Matt and Miguel were in working on a slab leak in City Heights apartment.  They got right to it  and promptly done, testing the fix before they covered it up.  All and all I would recommend them highly.  They can provide bi-lingual plumbers if need.

Excellent customer service. Can't say enough about how great Chris is. He was prompt, masked, and professional when I first had him out .. and when I called him again regarding a different issue, he strategized what I could try on my own rather than just coming out and charging me for another service. I will absolutely use him again. He's busy, but worth the wait.

We were having issues with our hot water/pressure. Reached out to them, gave them our availability and they came knocking exactly at the time given (they even texted us 30 mins prior to arrival!).  Kel R. Came and diagnosed the issue and solved our problem promptly. He respected our home by putting on shoe covers each time he came in and out (yes, I noticed haha). Gave us great recommendations. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

Twin Plumbing did a leak detection test and found two sources of rain leak in my unit.  So lucky they worked on repairing one source of the leak last year and they are extremely professional in every sense.  They do everything that they say they are going to do.  I couldn't be more happy.  They really deliver.

I have used their services twice in the past few weeks. They have always been very responsive. I needed some drains to be cleared as well as an issue with my hot water heater. Communication with Leon was good. They were able to clear the drains and fix the water heater. Other improvements were discussed but no pressure was placed on doing anything immediately. They were very open to questions and explained the problems well. I've been happy with their service.

USE THIS COMPANY!  The true measure of a good company is how they respond when something goes wrong.  Well, I used this company yet again recently and unfortunately they cracked something.  Without any hesitation, they paid to replace the item and they replaced/installed that item the very same day.  This left them without a profit on the original job.  They didn't complain; it was simply the right thing to do and they did it!  On previous visits, they did a great job (without any accidents) and I like that they are straightforward about their prices, without the shady upsells that you get from some of the lowball companies out there.  I've used Affordable Drain Service multiple times already and after seeing how they react in the face a problem, I will certainly use them again.

Very fast response. Came over and gave me a competitive quote on replacing two toilets. Even went to pick them up for me since I don't have a truck. I would definitely recommended Curtis from All About Plumbing. He is friendly and does solid work. It's been three weeks and everything is working great!
