I would like to give a shout out to Matt Elsa and his crew Vince. They have done such a phenomenal and outstanding job fixing my main water pipe leak and drainage blockage on sewage pipe issues. They would work non-stop to get the job done from day to night. They were very dedicated and professional for doing their job, especially when it comes to problem solving and fixing the issue. Im amazed how they set up the plans and schedule from point A to B and from day one until the estimated day, everything is on point. Also the most important thing is they dont leave any mess behind, they haul and did the clean up just like the way it was before. Im very satisfied and greatly vouch for them. They did very excellent service, courteous and great communication. They always very responsive and always check after they did their job if everything is good or if we need anything else. There is no word to describe how great and professional the way they do their job. Im very grateful that i found Matt Elsa and Vince to help me fix my plumbing and water leak issue. I never seen anything like it, no other person can compare to do how they do things to make everything work and running. Nothing is impossible for them to fix and they always find the solution for it. Their dedication to work and  their time spending to get the job done is phenomenal. No one has an expertise like them and the way they accomplished their job. I highly recommend anyone else who is reading this review to choose Matt Elsa and Vince as the main person to do the job. They are very trustworthy and respectful and most importantly very very professional and most experience at doing their job. Big thank you to Dylan, Scott, and Adam at Black Mountain Plumbing. We noticed water coming from  a garage wall and an exterior wall and needless to say we knew we needed help. We noticed them working at another house down the street previously and looked them up on yelp and decided to give them a go. Scott initially came out to assess the situation and provided us some options  that would work to fix the issue. Once we decided on a plan of action we set up a date and a team from black mountain came out  and got the job done in a timely and professional manner. Couldn't be happier with the work they did and we will definitely look to them for plumbing issues in the future.

We have a leak in the main bathroom shower. I first called another company that had high reviews on Yelp, but they had a waiting list, so I called California Plumbing after reading their reviews. They said they could come out within 2 hours. I was surprised they could come out so quickly. I was at work, so I rushed home. Good thing, because Benji arrived shortly after. Wow, fast response! Benji was knowledgeable, fast, and was able to address our issues so we can get things resolved. They were also reasonably priced. I highly recommend California Plumbing!

I got a few quotes to replace my old direct water heater that was already on borrowed time. Daniel from Pro Max was prompt to respond over the Yelp app and eventually came and provided a quotes that were very reasonable compared to what I had other vendors quoted me at. After meeting him, I was confident that he could perform the job. He provided me various options I had to choose from including attempting to find another direct vent water heater to replace the current one with along with a non-condensing tankless water heater and a condensing tankless water heater. After going over the pros and cons of each, I chose the condensing Navien NPE-210S water heater based on Daniel's recommendation of my current gas line setup and durability of the unit. He was able to perform the work the same week after the quote was provided and the job took about 6 hours. During the straightforward install we realized that my pressure regulator for the entire condo was not functioning correctly and he was also able to install a new one in the midst of the tankless water heater job. Daniel made sure to cover all indoor walking paths with plastic covering to ensure my wood floors would not get dirty/damaged. He also vacuumed and cleaned up all the areas he perform work under. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work that Daniel provided and would use him for any sort of plumbing needs in the future. The water heater so far is working out perfectly and the labor/parts warranty that came with the install has instilled additional confidence that any issues that may occur the future would be taken care of.

A great experience! We decided to improve our property and have the hot water line rerouted outside to eliminate future nightmares of maintenance. We hired Almighty Plumbing and we are really glad we did. The crew was pleasant, cheerful and punctual in arriving at our house each day, as well as skillful and careful in carrying out the reroute plan.  All the areas in which they worked were left clean and neat. In addition, they were able to plan out their work to minimize  inconvenience to the family over multiple days of work. We definitely got our money's worth and not only will we call Almighty again, but would also recommend them highly to others.

We had a leak in our Bathroom in early December and put out the Bat signal on Yelp for a plumber. I'm glad that Paws Plumbing was first to be able to make it out. The master plumber Eric and his apprentice were very professional, polite and informative. My husband and I work from home and had no problem working while they diagnosed, advised us of our apparent wax ring leak beneath the toilet and were able to give an accurate time to finish up and referred a reliable restoration company. I also appreciated that I overheard Eric teaching his apprentice that there were right and wrong ways he may see in the profession but never to take short cuts. That definitely made me appreciate them even more.
It's been a busy time but I wanted to be sure to write a review to note how pleased we were with the service and ethics of this company and their employees. Thank you!

My kitchen sink clogged up on a Saturday morning. Travis responded immediately. He was courteous and left my house clean.

Twin Plumbing replaced a ruptured water heater for us a little over a year ago. They were here very soon after our initial call, and got us sorted out that day. They didn't push any extras on us, just asked us what we needed and got it done. We've had no problems since, but today we noticed some calcification and corrosion on the supply-side pipe. We called Twin Plumbing to tell them about this potential problem, and Scott was here within about fifteen minutes (he was already in the neighborhood). Turned out to be no big deal, but we're nevertheless very relieved that Twin Plumbing stands behind their work- even more than a year after installing our water heater they were here for us.

I have called on Carroll Plumbing before when we had a clogged sink and badly leaking faucet and Mike and his team did a fantastic job fixing it.  So when our ancient water heater broke, Carroll Plumbing was my first and only call.  They were able to come out the same day and replace it. They are courteous, professional and offer great customer service.  Thank you.

Excellent, prompt service! Had clogged kitchen/laundry drain and thought I needed hydrojetting as I have CIPP lined main line to street main sewer line. Techs explained that I probably only needed to snake it with the cable to the main line and that proved to be the case. Saved me a lot of time and money. They were there within 2 hours of my initial call and were friendly and courteous. Definitely would use them again. Also, receptionist was cheerful and friendly on the phone, always a plus.

Great service. I thought I needed to replace the toilet. All I needed to do was have him auger the toilet and it was clear. They save me a lot of money.

Since we moved to Rancho Bernardo, we had several plumbing problems & dealt with plumbers, good & bad.  Christian Chase, is one of the best plumber.  Today, 7/28/20, I called him  at almost 9am.  I informed him he needed to check the leaking noise coming from the toilet tank in the Hall Bath.  He set up the appt. between 10 -11am.  He came at 10 with his mask on.  I showed him the Hall bath.  I also showed him the new bar of soap & paper towels for his use.  He checked the source & determined he can repair it.  He had the parts.  He replaced flash valve gasket.  It took him less than 30 minutes to do the repair.  He wiped down the area & did not leave a mess.  Most of all, his charge is still the most reasonable among the plumbers in RB.   Christian is professional, respectful & very nice.  I highly recommend his company, Chase Plumbing for any plumbing repairs needed.

What a great experience! I got a response on a holiday weekend and they had someone out to fix our backflow the next business day. Jared was friendly, arrived on time, and our backflow was fixed very quickly. I highly recommend this company. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
