Today I had the pleasure of having Kailib as my plumber today, he did a great job and did it quickly and made sure to educate me as to why the problem with my shower was happening. Would use Elite Rooter again. 10/10.

They used to be our Plummers of choice. But since they moved to a service that screens the call they no longer return calls which is a shame...

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Aaron and his team! Our entire home had to be repiped due to faulty pex piping. The first time we had a pipe burst, we cleaned the flooding,had it patched, and called it a day. Within a year, it happened again, but worse. This time, we called in multiple professionals to get assessments and quotes. Aaron, by far, gave us the best first impression. Without even hearing his estimate, my husband and I agreed that we liked him most; he seemed to understand us best and was definitely the most open and honest. He quickly provided us a written estimate via email, we accepted, and he and Nestor (1 & 2) got to work. The entire team was professional and polite, and understanding of our pets. They kept the inevitable mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves daily. Aaron was so very patient with my daily game of 20 questions! My mother-in-law was present every morning to let them in our house and she thought highly of them, too. The work was finished quickly and accurately, with minimal delays. (Thank you, Aaron, for helping us fix all piping issues! You and your team were fantastic! You're our go-to now!)

I used ProMax for annual servicing of my tankless water heater. Daniel was great. He fit me in ahead of a trip, was quick, and generally just a nice guy.

Josh came out and installed new washing machine shut off valves for my mother in law. The price was better than quotes from other companies and he was very professional. Will be using CML for future plumbing needs.

Had an appointment from 12-2. At 12:30 they called saying the tech was finishing up in 15 minutes and will be on his way. At 2 I called and the tech was still on the previous job and not sure when he was going to finish now. Then they wanted to reschedule after I had been waiting for 2 hours and me calling not them. Will never use them.

My downstairs toilet, when not in use, suddenly started overflowing with water that was sudsy,
flooding the bathroom floor and into the hallway.  Since I was washing clothes I turned off the machine and the water line to the toilet and used Yelp to locate Vessel Plumbing/Travis.  Even though this happened on Saturday night, Travis responded promptly to my emergency plumbing issue. He quickly assessed the situation as a clog in the drain leading from the house to the sewer line and then diligently worked to clean the line.  I'm very appreciative for his assistance and professionalism.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I had a slab leak and called By the Book to get a leak detection done. I made it clear that leak detection was the only service I needed from them that day, as I was going to weigh my options for plumbing. Leon came out and immediately was very condescending right off the bat. I get it, I'm a girl, I look young, but assuming I'm dumb is a bold move. I ask for leak detection, and Leon is already giving me the go around about why he can't do that. He tried telling me I don't have any water damage, even though I felt warm spots underneath our entire kitchen (meaning water was leaking and spreading under the vinyl). If I listened to Leon, we would have severe mold damage under our floors. I also knew there was water flowing in our bathroom and Leon said he didn't hear anything and implied I was just making up the noise. After not doing what I requested and instead doing a walk through of our whole house, Leon said he would be back in 5-10 minutes. He came back a full HOUR later! I had no idea what he was doing as I thought he was maybe preparing his leak detection equipment. Instead, he was ignoring my request and coming up with 10 different plumbing options to repipe the entire house. I was annoyed because all I wanted was a leak detection and Leon was refusing to do that. I quickly told him I wanted him to leave and he got visibly upset and threw a tantrum! I've never seen a professional old man do this. He told me I wasted his time, which I quickly reminded him that I never asked him to sit in his car for an hour. After throwing a fit, Leon finally left and I still had no leak detection done.

I called a different company, Mastercraft, and they came out, detected my leak, and showed me that I had bad water damage under the floors. They were very kind the entire time during the water remediation process and told me how to do everything through my insurance. I then called California Repipe and Plumbing to take a look at the leak and they had a very quick response time. They were extremely patient explaining the entire process to me and gave me very reasonable prices. It was clear they were not trying to take advantage of me and were there solely to help me.

By the Book Plumbing clearly does not train on customer service and they leech off people who are desperate for fixes. Be smart and do NOT hire this company! They will take advantage of you and be condescending the entire time.

David is the plumber of your dreams.
We have a very, very old house with very, very old plumbing.  Bathtub started to leak more than usual.  Called a trusted friend who referred us to David at Extreme Home Service.  He was able to come out the next morning to give us an estimate, which was very fair and set up to change tub faucets the next day.  At that time, no emergency.....but later that night, the leak became constant running so much so we had to turn the water off to the whole house.  
David and assistant/son arrived promptly the next day and got to work which was challenging as old pipes had to be cut out in pieces!  When he was finished with the repair, he checked for leaks and reminded us we do have a warranty and to call him any time for any other assistance.  I asked him about our toilet not completely flushing without holding the handle down the entire time and could he replace the guts, without batting an eye, he said yes, looked at it, adjusted the valve.......and duh, works perfectly!  We thought the entire guts had to be replaced.  Showed his character, and no charge of course.
David cleaned up his area and was on his way.  
We highly, highly recommend David at Extreme Home Service and will continue to use him for our home needs and our rental properties.

I called Richard this morning and he had someone available this morning. Came out within an hour. I've used TDP before for moving a gas line in my kitchen and decided to call them again for a leak from my water hose (pinhole copper pipe leak) and they got right to it. Pricing always fair and quick professional team. Looking for a plumbing company that's nice and  knows what they are doing call TDP.

Gabe is who you NEED to hire right now. Had a shower handle thing along with other issues and he was available within hours. One-time, professional, and communication was excellent! Thank you!

Fantastic service! I called Desmond on a Friday evening and he drove from east county from another job to north county within 2 hours. He was professional, helpful, and went above and beyond! It's always a bummer and stressful when you're having sewage and drainage issues, but thankfully Desmond's helpful and professional demeanor made it easy. Plus a fair price is key!

I called All About Plumbing and the technician came and confirmed what I already knew that there was a leak under the kitchen sink. He looked under the mobile home and he pointed out the leak that I already saw. He charged me $75.00 dollars for what I already knew. He said to call a contractor to have the floor removed, so he could repair the pipe that was leaking.
I called the contractor to remove the damaged floor and the entire kitchen was removed too. The plumber replaced a 5 inch little piece that was very visible to him and charge me $685.0 not counting the $75.00 dollars for a total of $760.00 dollars.
Three days later another piece of pipe bursted connected to the 5 inch pipe that he replaced. I noticed that a pressure regulator was not installed in the plumbing so, I asked him to look at it, and he said yes, there is no pressure regulator and is going to cost you $500.00 dollars to install.
I feel that he ripped me off and didn't even noticed that there was no regulator, and all he did was replace the leaking pieces. In my opinion; the entire piping needs to be replaced because they are old. For the price that he gave me, I could have replaced all the pipes. I have to hire a different company replace all the pipes, including the little pieces that All About Plumbing employee replaced.
This is an act of theft and dishonesty about All About Plumbing. I will expose their act of theft to the public and make sure they don't do it to anyone else. A law suit is comming for sure!

We had a problem with our toilet handle and ability to flush the toilet and was told that we would need to purchase a brand new toilet to fix the issue! It seemed so odd to me that we would need to replace the entire toilet when it was only the handle we were having a problem with.

I contacted Christian whom came over and resolved the issue in under 5 minutes! Apparently there was just to much water in the tank.

Christian was super genuine, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I love the fact that he didn't arrive seeing what opportunity he could get to make money, but to really resolve the issue at hand! That's true customer service!! He saved us over a thousand dollars. We will definitely be using Chase Plumbing for all future jobs! And I recommend you do too!!

After going through YELP's reviews and reading ABOVE & BEYOND's website -- i thought i was on the right track of finding that HONEST, RELIABLE, AFFORDABLE plumber.

JOE GARCIA proved that he TRULY lives by his NAME and what's advertized on the website. His family-owned company and team of workers (i met Juan, David, and Viviana by phone) not only met my expectations -- expert workmanship, detailed professionalism, respectful courtesy -- they went ABOVE and BEYOND. Joe gave NO bait-n-switch, just UP-FRONT rates for our three plumbing issues -- even told us how to save money by buying the faucets ourselves. Joe gave us a $50-DISCOUNT for the inconvenience of changing our scheduled appointment due to an emergency. He put in practice the ABOVE and BEYOND by coming to work on SUNDAY -- which was Mother's Day! (But no worries -- May 10 is the Mexican Dia de las Madres which the family will celebrate today, Monday.) Joe finished the other faucet Monday morning, when he came with David even before 8am sharp. The ABOVE and BEYOND was again proven when Joe, via David, changed some really old corroded pipe-parts at NO EXTRA CHARGE. JOE GARCIA and company has TURNED this ONE-TIME client into his LIFELONG customer!
