Barbara Hanson told me Elite Rooter of San Diego. They were fast and so professional and did a wonderful job.  They went beyond just doing a job.  They ever wrote a letter to my HOA stating my issue with roots and the problems.  I appreciated the A-1 service they provided.  They came on the day they said they would show up.  Loved them.  Would recommend for sure!!!

Service call was $117 less the $20 coupon, I paid $97 for the plumber to tell me I just need a $20 part (handle for toilet) as it was broken. And on top of that I was going to be charged an additional $260 for them to come out and install the part! The original service call would be applied. The toilet handle by the way just screws on! I felt totally ripped off! I asked what part number I needed and I ended up purchasing it on Amazon and doing it myself! Totally lacking in customer service. Maybe they do well on big jobs but this was ridiculous.

Aaron and his crew saved the day!  I had a different plumber come first and he cost me hundreds of dollars in electric and plumbing parts that i did NOT need!  I should have called Aaron first!
He completely fixed the problem I was having at my salon.  They are knowledgeable, friendly, prompt! They assisted me early in the morning to accommodate for my customers later in the day. Thank you so much!!!

I used ProMax for annual servicing of my tankless water heater. Daniel was great. He fit me in ahead of a trip, was quick, and generally just a nice guy.

Our water heater had sprung a leak and I was concerned about water damage. A friend had recommended Almighty Service to come check out the problem because of their response time and good service. Their technician was very courteous and knowledgeable as he explained the situation and our options. The pricing was very competitive for the options we had. They fixed our water heater problem with out any hassle. I will call Almighty for future plumbing issues.

CHRIS  was   real  helpful over the Phone in THAT..............   Nobody  Has  PIEZO's !  (  N I jus learnt to sphell it  ; )   What is  Up w   dat ?  A  $4   item  and  without it.. couldn't  start the  water heater ?    Fortunately  Fergusens...   had  an old   abandoned  scrap water heater  w  one still on it out  Back.

 Do yersef a  favor n save one of those gizmos  before you dump an old  WH  ( They  come out  w  a  screwdriver!   ;)

Very impressed with this company. Our hot water heater stop working. Called in the morning to set an appointment. We had a brand new unit professionally installed by the afternoon. Great job!

Never send a boy to do a mans job. Had a main line issue and went through home warranty to get a plumber to resolve the issue. A company came out to clear out line only to spend about 15 minutes to say that the snake wasn't long enough and needed a 125' line. He likely made the clogging worse! Spoke to Travis (owner/operator) at Vessel and he was friendly, knowledgeable and came through in the clutch! Travis had all the proper equipment to diagnose and was working on site within 20 minutes of initial call! Hate to call out another company but a spade is a spade! Especially when it's dealing with a critical component of a home. Stick with piece of mind and call Travis for your next plumbing need.

Our go to plumber. Highly recommend Scott. Professional, prompt and knowledgeable plumber who will not take advantage of you. We couldn't be happier with the work he did for us.

Finally, a local plumbing group that is fully competent and NOT interested in ripping off customers!  Our assigned plumber replaced a new water pressure regulator, kitchen faucet, and garbage disposal -- quickly, without any issues, and reasonably priced.  Importantly, he was courteous and respectful to our home.  When the water pressure still wasn't exactly what we had hoped for, the owner of the company paid us a visit a few days later and made some further adjustments -- all at no charge!  We are hoping not to need a plumber's services for a long while.  But if we do, we will definitely call Carroll Plumbing again!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I had a slab leak and called By the Book to get a leak detection done. I made it clear that leak detection was the only service I needed from them that day, as I was going to weigh my options for plumbing. Leon came out and immediately was very condescending right off the bat. I get it, I'm a girl, I look young, but assuming I'm dumb is a bold move. I ask for leak detection, and Leon is already giving me the go around about why he can't do that. He tried telling me I don't have any water damage, even though I felt warm spots underneath our entire kitchen (meaning water was leaking and spreading under the vinyl). If I listened to Leon, we would have severe mold damage under our floors. I also knew there was water flowing in our bathroom and Leon said he didn't hear anything and implied I was just making up the noise. After not doing what I requested and instead doing a walk through of our whole house, Leon said he would be back in 5-10 minutes. He came back a full HOUR later! I had no idea what he was doing as I thought he was maybe preparing his leak detection equipment. Instead, he was ignoring my request and coming up with 10 different plumbing options to repipe the entire house. I was annoyed because all I wanted was a leak detection and Leon was refusing to do that. I quickly told him I wanted him to leave and he got visibly upset and threw a tantrum! I've never seen a professional old man do this. He told me I wasted his time, which I quickly reminded him that I never asked him to sit in his car for an hour. After throwing a fit, Leon finally left and I still had no leak detection done.

I called a different company, Mastercraft, and they came out, detected my leak, and showed me that I had bad water damage under the floors. They were very kind the entire time during the water remediation process and told me how to do everything through my insurance. I then called California Repipe and Plumbing to take a look at the leak and they had a very quick response time. They were extremely patient explaining the entire process to me and gave me very reasonable prices. It was clear they were not trying to take advantage of me and were there solely to help me.

By the Book Plumbing clearly does not train on customer service and they leech off people who are desperate for fixes. Be smart and do NOT hire this company! They will take advantage of you and be condescending the entire time.

David took on a job that several plumbers had declined and did an awesome job for a very fair price.  Communication, responsiveness, clean up, and follow up was top notch.  He's now my go to guy for plumbing needs

Rich was great!!!! I had no luck calling a few places and he answered and said he would be here in about 30 mins. He was here in 10! He really helped us out today with an emergency and we will definitely be calling him again for any of our plumbing issues. Super honest, reliable and knowledgeable! These guys know what they're doing for sure! He turned a bad morning into a good day.

Gabe responded to my request very quickly and was able to take care of the kitchen in my rental the next day. He called me after the job was done to explain his work and described other possible issues that may occur in the future. He was professional and will be my go-to person for jobs at the house. I highly recommend him!

Called this morning, he arrived early and done by 11:15 he was done. Great service. Fast, efficient, professional and friendly. Will definitely be using them again when needed. Had some other questions for him and he gave me great advice. Highly recommend.

These gentlemen did a great job. I tried to fix my toilet on my own and really jacked it up worse they fixed in in 20 minutes. My wife is going to be a lot happier now. I'll leave plumbing to the pros. Local, fun to talk with and very reasonable prices. Thanks fellas.
