Robert S from Black Mountain Plumbing knows his stuff and he is one of the few plumbers who have expertise on Moen Smart water shutoff. He answered all my questions really well and is good in communicating with  his customers. I recommend Robert and will hire him again in the future.

Daniel was on time, professional and nice.  He did a great job diagnosing the problem and finding the part.  He replaced and got my water heater working in 2 hrs, and that was with going to buy the part.  I had called other companies who gave me a large window for an appt and charged a fee to come out.  Promax gave me a time and he was there early by a few minutes.  Also, looked at it before giving me a fair price.

The two techicians from Almighty were so positive and professional for the dirty job I had for them. They had to dig out a very large wet hole to get to some plumbing lines that had exploded and got into my neighbors electrical conduit and flooded their electrical box. They got me out of a situation that could have been very very expensive. Thank You So Much!

A special thanks to CML plumbing for an outstanding customer service experience I recently had a new customized  shower installed in my home and CML was at-the-ready to put all of my plumbing woes at ease. We have 2 shower heads that we're broken and I called Paws Plumbing out. They were quick to respond and scheduled us asap which should of been a flag.

To make a long story short, they damaged the tub, and left a mess in both bathrooms. I called multiple times until I got someone to call me back regarding these issues.

According to them they did not scratch the tube up and they were sorry for the mess. Asked if I needed anything else. The End.

He followed Covid guidelines, wearing a mask at all times, and worked quickly and efficiently and had our leak fixed in 2 hours with minimal mess. I had a shower handle break with the water on, and i couldn't turn it off.  I called Scott on a Friday afternoon at 4.  I chose him because he was close, and had good rating on YELP.  I am extremely happy that i did!  Scott was at my house in less than an hour, and had the shower fixed, and the water in my house back on quickly!  He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and did a good job at a fair price.  He will be the first plumber i call in the future, highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about Carroll Plumbing! Mike was responsive, incredibly accommodating of my schedule, professional, courteous, and provided excellent service. I thought his price was very reasonable, as well. I highly recommend him and his team, and I will definitely be calling Carroll Plumbing again if I need any plumbing work in the future!

I have used their services twice in the past few weeks. They have always been very responsive. I needed some drains to be cleared as well as an issue with my hot water heater. Communication with Leon was good. They were able to clear the drains and fix the water heater. Other improvements were discussed but no pressure was placed on doing anything immediately. They were very open to questions and explained the problems well. I've been happy with their service.

This is a very good company.  The people are professional and honest and fair.  We had our faucet leaking and they replaced it,  the faucet started leaking again (because the faucet was defective) and they came out again and replaced and did not charge us.

Clean, professional plumbers that show up on time, respecting yours and that do the job as requested and with no upsell.  They are true to their estimates, get the job done cleanly and quickly.  I will continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

I needed to replace my garbage disposal and Gabe flawlessly completed the job. He was available within 2 days and showed up right on time.

Had a surprise backup in the pipes, causing both of the upstairs toilets to clog.  Called a few different plumbers and got the obligatory let me take your name and number and a technician will call you soon.  1 call back came two hours later.  The other call never came at all.  Lucky for me, my third call was Affordable Drain Service. The girl who answered the phone was professional, helpful, and didn't treat my call as just another job.  She was able to get the techs out to my house in less than an hour.  Rob and Pat were professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up after their work was done, and had the bathrooms running like they are supposed to in 45 minutes.  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work to be done!

Troy and Curtis are great! They were prompt, reliable, knowledgeable and experienced. They explained the leak issue to me and got it fixed quickly. They went above and beyond and removed a restrictor in my shower head that was reducing water pressure. That had been bothering me for years. They also treated the stain from the leak. Just excellent nice and down to earth guys. I'm going to hire them again as soon as I am ready to replace some old fixtures in my bathrooms.

Would definitely recommend. Came over on a holiday, last minute and in the middle of the day, and got the job done quickly. thanks!
