Elite Rooter was able to squeeze us in same day for an unexpected plumbing problem. Kailib our technician was super friendly, explained everything to us with perfect detail, and the new customer coupon offer was very accommodating. Called a few places and they had the soonest availability to come look at a leak.  I had gotten it looked at by another plumber and their thought was it was the shower pan and wanted to basically demo my bathroom.  I wanted to get a 2nd opinion so I called Black Mountain Plumbing, their plumber gave me the hourly rate for leak detection and went to work.  He was clean, thoughrough, and found the problem was unsealed shower handle and cracked grout that needed repair and resealing.  Can't speak to whether their hourly rate is high but only got charged for 1 hour and it saved me a bathroom remodeling/demo.  Worth every penny.

My service technician Benji Escale was the absolute BEST - he was knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and very friendly. From quote to project completion he was a pleasure to work with! I went through about 5 companies to get quotes to convert a linen closet to a washer/dryer room, all of which overcomplicated the work and used scare tactics on me to increase the price. This was my first time doing any major plumbing work, so I was very nervous.  Benji came in and knew exactly what was needed for the job, and took the time to explain the work to me in a way that made sense. I am so happy I went with Benji - if you're looking for high quality work for a fair price you have to go with him.

My online request for quote was answered very quickly and an appointment was scheduled within hours the same day. Vladimir was the technician and took the time to review the situation to ensure I actually needed a new garbage disposal (vs. a repair).  After confirming the unit had failed, he was able to install a new garbage disposal in 30 minutes.  Very professional service.

We had a slab leak, needed a good plumber with this kind of specific skill set and experience, and Almighty was recommended by a friend.  We still got several estimates, and Almighty was very competitive, Matt, the owner, had a great attitude and explained clearly what they would do and after careful comparison with other major plumbing contractors, we hired them.  They arrived on time, completed the re-pipe job cleanly, quickly and professionally, just as Matt said they would, and we are very happy with the job done by Almighty Plumbing.  I highly recommend them!  Note also that the 2 plumbers that actually did the work were very experienced, worked quickly and were patient and friendly, explaining what they did and how they did it....it was above and beyond, and we felt like we were friends when it was finished.

Scott has helped me on several projects over the years and I have found him extremely professional , knowledgeable and reliable. He just finished installing the new tankless water heater in my home and he did an incredible job beyond my expectations. He not only replaced the old leaking tank he actually fixed the the old  plumbing around it which was not done right by the builders. We had a damaged shower valve from a previous plumber that tried to make a repair. Mike and John came out and quickly assessed the leaking shower valve. They gave me different options to resolve the issue. Mike and John removed the damaged valve and replaced with new. Mike showed me in detail the work performed. They leak tested and restored hot water to our shower. We are very happy with the repair. Great communication and craftsmanship, would highly recommend.

There is a reason why all the reviews on here are all 5's. David is a true professional that is only interested in making sure that the work he is completing is perfect and to the total satisfaction of the customer. He goes above and beyond for customers. We just bought a home that was remodeled (as far as the eye could see) but the plumbing is still from 1956 so my concern for plumbing issues is high. David came over to change some faucets for the garage sink and washer and in the process I had him check other concerns which he completed without hesitation and/or extra charge. He recommended I get new washer hoses and told me what to buy and said, next time I come I will change them for you, no charge.  He quickly identified other issues gave me a quote and we set a time for him to return. David arrived on the set time (early) began working and completed the job quickly. After that job (that he was getting paid for) was done, he proceeded to change the washer hoses and re-arrange my washer hose setup which I had done but very poorly. He then proceeded to the bathrooms as both shower handles had not been calibrated properly, he fixed the issue and again, no charge for the extra work. I cannot say enough great things about David but know that I am a very particular person that likes work done right and clean regardless of the price. David does it all, good, solid, clean work and his prices are incredible. I would recommend David and his son to anyone that is in need of plumbing work. I already have other projects for him to comeback and complete.

If you want a company that knows their stuff and can get the job done you better pick TP&D. I called Rich at TP&D Sunday 8:20am left a message not expecting a call until Monday. I got a call back in less than an hour. I explained my gas leak problem. Rich went thru the process of how he
would isolate the problem which was very thorough. He said I can be there Monday between 9 & 9:30 he beat me there. He pressure tested the gas line from meter to house then pressure tested the house. We agreed on the price to replace the gas line. He said his guys would show up on Wednesday 7:30am because it was raining . I showed up at 7am and his crew was already there,love it. Rich makes things happen no excuses no ifs,ands,or buts. I would definitely use TP&D again. And Rich is a top notch guy to work with.

I needed to replace my garbage disposal and Gabe flawlessly completed the job. He was available within 2 days and showed up right on time.
