I wish I could choose all options of why they're great! But in the process of moving, as I started moving things out of my sink I realized I had a slow leak that have been there for a while I didn't know what to do.  I got in contact with Elite Rooter and they replied quickly with multiple times I could choose for the same day for a technician to come out and take a look. Robert (senior technician) was right on time they called me an hour before to let me know they were on their way. When he got here he had booties to put on his shoes so that he wouldn't track anything into my home, which was so appreciated because I have only carpet. The whole time Robert was very communicative about what was going on and what needed fixing. And cherry on top he was extremely kind to my overly anxious and excited dog.

I am so impressed with this company. We had an object accidentally flushed down the toilet over the weekend. Black Mountain came right away to check it out. Extremely professional- from the first phone call with Kathy to the kind plumber Solomon who came out to help today. I am also so impressed with how sensitive they are to the Coronavirus social distancing measures. They are really taking care of their team. He arrived fully protected- gloves, face mask, shoe covers. Everything was done mindfully and at a distance. When the job was done he took the time to sanitize and wipe down everything he touched. Amazing experience and highly recommend!

Phenomenal!!!  Aaron, Nestor and the rest of the crew not only provided EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE pricing, but they were able to complete the bid UNDER their estimate because it ended up being easier than anticipated. I was given a conservative estimate so that there would be no surprises once they began work, which I greatly appreciated. At the end of the job, you wouldn't even have known their crew had even been there, that's how well they clean up after themselves!  When it comes to plumbing, it's such a pain in the neck (sometimes literally being contorted under the sink and/or the house) that I despise having to make any type of plumbing repairs. These guys alleviate the stress and get the job done for a reasonable price that I would be happy to recommend to anyone having any sort of plumbing issue beyond the scope of their personal skill set.

I emailed Daniel at 10:00pm on a Friday night hoping for a reply on Saturday, heard back within 15 mins that night or less. Called on Saturday, quoted a time and price, showed up on time that afternoon, priced as quoted, no overselling or anything.

Replaced my heavily leaking 50gal water heater quickly (under 2 hours), gave me a lot of suggestions for maintenance, couldn't have been more professional or nicer.   Found my new plumber.   Highly suggest using him for your plumbing needs and I'll have him back for some changes and other things I want to do as well.

100% HONEST!!! I was quoted a range and they stood by their word and even came in on the lower side. I am now hiring them for a few more jobs around our home as they were clean and on time and the finished work looks amazing!!

I had a minor plumbing issue, and found Paws here on Yelp. They were able to send someone out immediately even though it wasn't an emergency. Eric did the job, and he was professional, courteous, left everything clean, and charged a fair price. I will definitely be calling them again for the next issue, large or small.

Our plumbing backed up stopping up 2 bathrooms. Travis was able to come out within a couple hours, got straight to it and cleared it up.  Friendly, good tips/advice, and reasonable. Glad to have found him!

I can't imagine how someone could have given Scott a 1-star review.  My elderly parents had already had two plumbers out to look at a hot water issue and neither could diagnose the problem with their hot water circulating pump.  I called Scott at 9pm, he was out the next morning, he knew exactly what it was, drove across town to get the part, and had it fixed by noon.  Scott was knowledgeable, fair in his pricing and very nice to work with.  I wish I could give him 5+ stars

Showed up on time and did a wonderful job for a reasonable price. Changed out my builder grade sink and everything is working beautifully.

My toilet was clogged/ draining slowly and when I plunged it, water started to come out of the tub. I contacted several businesses but they were either not available for a few days, or they took my information and the tech never called back.
After a few hours of waiting, I decided to go back on yelp and find another plumber.

That's when I found By the Book Plumbing Service. Leon answered my call and came over in minutes. On a Saturday! However, by that time the toilet seemed to have fixed itself? Leon made sure everything was working by running the sink and flushing the toilet several times. He could have easily told me that he needed to do some repairs and I would have believed him. Instead he said everything looked good and said to call back if anything changes.

Touchdown Plumbing was recommended by a friend and I'm so happy she made the recommendation! Rich (the owner) was quick to respond with a quote and to schedule an appointment.  Joel (the plumber) was friendly and efficient at replacing my burned out garbage disposal. I will definitely keep Touchdown Plumbing in mind for my future plumbing needs.

Gabe did an amazing job with my kitchen! I had a busted garbage disposal, a faucet that wouldn't turn, and a scratched up two compartment drop in sink that needed replacing. Gabe was very responsive to my calls and texts.

I had issues getting the sink shipped to me from Home Depot twice and ended up buying the materials in store. Gabe was very patient and didn't mind that I had to reschedule. If you need any plumbing work done, Gabe is a great handyman that can get the job done. I'll be contacting him for any future job I need done.

Thanks to Affordable Drain Service, the untimely clogged main at my home was not the headache I thought it would be.  It turned out great.  Every step of the way was handled professionally and promptly.  My technician was knowledgeable and courteous.  He took care to insure that the job was done properly and the area was left clean.

Late post, I should've posted this already... Called for an issue we were having with our kitchen sink. Christian showed up within the hour and it was fixed and good to go right away and at a good price. Definitely recommended!!

Joe gave 5 Star + service! I'd had an extremely stressful & expensive day dealing with a day at the tow yard getting my  Son's car from impound! Only to come home, at midnight, to a horrible smell and waste covering my bathroom floor!!!!! Joe promptly responded to my call and offered me a 2 hour window, which was amazing but I needed some one ASAP! He made it happen! He had Sergio there within an hour of my call!!!! Sergio gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was coming and provided an ETA. The efficiency & professionalism was beyond what I was expecting! It had already been a stressful day and this company came into my home and provided the service needed quickly, thoroughly, professionally, and most of all...economically! I have additional plumbing needs for my property and Joe will be my first call when I'm ready to move forward with all my other plumbing projects!!!

Jeff is so easy to work with gets the job done when you need it most.  He saved me (and my neighbors )from non-compliance with the city twice now.
