Our go-to place for anything plumbing related. They won't mess around with you and try to upsell you on anything parts or services. We've had to use them on a few occasions the past 2-3 years and they have always come through and done a fantastic job. Staff is always super courteous and friendly so don't forget to tip them well after a job well done!

When the issue became we just needed a new toilet, he took our prefrences into account even though it might have meant a harder install on his end. He was friendly & efficient!! I got a few quotes to replace my old direct water heater that was already on borrowed time. Daniel from Pro Max was prompt to respond over the Yelp app and eventually came and provided a quotes that were very reasonable compared to what I had other vendors quoted me at. After meeting him, I was confident that he could perform the job. He provided me various options I had to choose from including attempting to find another direct vent water heater to replace the current one with along with a non-condensing tankless water heater and a condensing tankless water heater. After going over the pros and cons of each, I chose the condensing Navien NPE-210S water heater based on Daniel's recommendation of my current gas line setup and durability of the unit. He was able to perform the work the same week after the quote was provided and the job took about 6 hours. During the straightforward install we realized that my pressure regulator for the entire condo was not functioning correctly and he was also able to install a new one in the midst of the tankless water heater job. Daniel made sure to cover all indoor walking paths with plastic covering to ensure my wood floors would not get dirty/damaged. He also vacuumed and cleaned up all the areas he perform work under. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work that Daniel provided and would use him for any sort of plumbing needs in the future. The water heater so far is working out perfectly and the labor/parts warranty that came with the install has instilled additional confidence that any issues that may occur the future would be taken care of.

We woke up to our water heater not working and couldn't get the pilot light to work. I called and Joe said he could come out later this afternoon between 2-4, then he texted around noon to say they had an early opening if we wanted to take advantage of it - yes please! Dave and Angel appeared at my door within the hour and had my pilot light back on within 10 minutes, then answered several questions for me and made recommendations for my next water heater down the road. They were fast and efficient and clearly knew their stuff. They kept masks on the whole time and cleaned up before they left. These are my new go to plumbing & heating guys! Thanks!!

Chris gets an A+ for service. So easy to call and schedule - called on Saturday night and he made it out Monday morning. He gave me a 20 minute call ahead so I could make it home. Assessed the problem and did a quick repair. I need a new kitchen faucet and it will be Chris who I call to get it installed. Such a relief to have a plumber I can rely on!!

Dishonest and damaged other fixtures when they came in. Initially lied about it, until it was quite obvious it was from the result of their work. Proceeded to lie about ordering new fixtures to replace the damaged ones for approximately 7 months where they were non responsive and come to find they never placed the fixtures on order at all.

We were in the middle of our oven replacement when we found a huge gas pipe. Installation couldn't proceed without fixing it and that's when we called vessel plumbing. Travis accepted to come in at that very minute even though it was late in the evening! He fixed our problem with ease was a life savior! Our new oven was installed with no problems later.

Twin Plumbing replaced a ruptured water heater for us a little over a year ago. They were here very soon after our initial call, and got us sorted out that day. They didn't push any extras on us, just asked us what we needed and got it done. We've had no problems since, but today we noticed some calcification and corrosion on the supply-side pipe. We called Twin Plumbing to tell them about this potential problem, and Scott was here within about fifteen minutes (he was already in the neighborhood). Turned out to be no big deal, but we're nevertheless very relieved that Twin Plumbing stands behind their work- even more than a year after installing our water heater they were here for us.

I meant to leave a review months ago and I got all covid-y and forgot to. But I didn't forget the service I got! Jevat came and rescued our new place (rental) from getting flooded. He showed me the leaks and why the plumbing went wrong, mentioned a few things he was worried about after looking at the pipes and even went downstairs to check out our water heater and teach me a little about it, if/when I should get it looked at, etc. I ended up showing him a bunch of other stuff we thought was kinda odd and he explained those things and more stuff to look out for in the near future.. no upselling or pushing extra services, just making sure our place would make it through the rest of our lease lol he might have been a Lakers fan but he didn't mind bs'ing with me on some basketball for the while he was there. Didn't forget the social distancing and covid regulations and I felt safe and clean the whole time.

These were the second plumbers trying to fix the sink, the first ones really didn't do much and the leak (flow!) opened back up in less than a month. Now, more than 6mo in and no problems with the sink again! If they're around when we buy our own house and we need help, we'll definitely know where to go.

We had really excellent service from David and his assistants. He came out to assess a questionable gas line extension at our newly purchased home. He and his assistant did a very thorough and free estimate. He offered several possible solutions, and suggest that we first find out if the work was permitted before he did anything. We were able to find out that no permit had been pulled, so David cleanly and safely capped off the line on both ends, giving us needed peace of mind. He then installed an additional outdoor hose bib for us, and added an connection for a future irrigation system. He designed a very secure mounting system for this, and made sure that the connections will last for years and years to come. He was courteous, on time, and performed the work at a very competitive rate. I highly recommend Extreme Home Service for your plumbing needs, and will definitely use them again in the future. Touchdown Plumbing has now become our go-to plumbers! Our family found Rich and his team through Yelp and couldn't have been more pleased. We had worked with previous companies in the past and recently had an emergency where the other company was unavailable. I called Rich and he was able to come out same day by squeezing us in between appts to help us out. Since that appt, we've used them 2 more times since and been happy with each experience. Rich is professional, reliable and communicates throughout the process which is extremely important to me. His prices are definitely fair as well! We will continue to use his company in the future!

Chase plumbing and drain to the rescue!  I called Christian for a small job.  My shower spout came off and it was shooting water back in to the hole where the copper pipe is.  Consequently the water went down pouring down the 2 level ceiling  (my house is 3 levels) I told him I need someone to fix the spout asap before it becomes a bigger issue.  He was at my house in 30 minutes.  Best service ever!  Done quickly and very affordable.  Recommend Chase plumbing for your plumbing for needs.

Wow. I am so impressed. Due to a landscaping repair snafu, our back flow started gushing water at 5:20 p.m. And, this wasn't just a trickle, it was spraying and spilling over into the street, leaving us no choice but to turn the water to our house completely off. We have a large family and being without water for a full evening, night, and uncertainly into the next day is just a problem. We all know that needing emergency service after standard business hours is the worst case scenario and we are at the mercy of the experts who answer these after-hours calls. Well, Jeffrey answered the phone. He asked me to send pictures of the back flow and, 40 minutes later (30+ of which was pure drive time), he was at our house assessing the problem. He was polite. He was professional. He explained how the system worked and what can cause these problems. Most of all, he charged us a completely reasonable and fair price for his time and efforts - and he fixed it and did the basics to check its performance.

I asked him why his company didn't have many yelp reviews and he mentioned that they don't feel right soliciting reviews; customers should write what they want to write if they choose to - no dangled incentives or personal requests. That's honorable conduct so don't let the few reviews dissuade you.

I'm sorry that backflows are so rarely in need of repair or testing because  these guys are good, and I'd happily work with them again.
