Carlos came out and helped my parents out with their plumbing. He is highly skilled and knows his stuff we were very satisfied with his work.

I can't say enough good things about Solomon   Nwosu. I called 5 plumbers and Black MTN was the only one to respond! Yes, it's a Sunday, my kitchen sinks we're backed up and flooding over into my cupboards and across my wood floors. I bailed water out over and over and it just kept coming back up. Solomon knew exactly what to do and took care of it, explaining everything to me. If you have an emergency need for a plumber like I did today, I highly recommend this company.

What a great Experience!

I called without cold water pressure in my kitchen sink/fridge and some issues with a reverse osmosis system installed by Culligan. I spoke with Rachel and she was super friendly and helpful. She quickly got me an appointment and had Jaime out to my house the next business day. Jaime was amazing, speaks clearly, clean, kind.. (no sweaty butt crack hanging out!) and HONEST. He worked quickly, got everything working and even corrected some mistakes made by the Culligan guy. Honestly I couldn't be happier with the service, experience, and price. THANK YOUUUUU! ( Did I mention he was right on time? Called me by my name and already knew what was going on from the small bits I had told Rachel when I made the appt? Communication is a HUGE key to a successful business and they are at 100%)

Daniel and his team took care of a problem that we've struggled with for years. We had a strong gas smell and I thought we needed to get new units. Daniel explained that we still had plenty of life in our existing units. He recommended extending the exhaust vent up to the roof and they took care of it today. Problem solved and for far less money than I anticipated.

I'm so glad that I called this company 3 days ago, when i was looking for an honest, reliable, professional  and knowledgeable people who would help me with my water leakage problem, as detected by Otay Water District in their last meter reading and I was told tht my bill is 5 X higher than  usual. I was very concerned.
Joe answered my call and sent Chris & Jay to diagnose the problem. Chris thoroughly explained what was causing the leak. I asked them to shut  the water off, to prevent more leaking  until they came back the next day, with Angel and they skillfully did their job. They dug part of the front yard to gain access to the area that they needed to replace. And today, they came to finalize their job. They re-planted my roses and the put back the borders.The owner, Matt , came to check what was done  and re-checked the 3 toilets and realized that they were leaking, also the faucet in the front and in the backyard and so they replaced the old and faulty parts. And Matt was so kind and generous, in not charging me extra !
I felt so relieved, after. I can't thank them enough for a job well-done !!!

Chris came out promptly after spending time discussing my plumbing job on the phone. We had him install a gas line from my roof down into my kitchen so I can replace my electric stove with a gas one. He was extremely thorough and is very competitively priced. I had several other plumbers quote me the job and Chris' was the most impressive. His advice was right on and his work was very high quality. He made sure when cutting holes in my drywall to keep everything clean. I highly recommend CML Plumbing!

We had an emergency sink clog/leak issue in our condo unit in Downtown San Diego and called Paws last minute. Will with Paws was quick to get back to us after we reached out via Yelp and was able to give us a precise 2-hour window when the technician could be there for a free inspection. I later got a call saying that the plumber would actually be able to arrive two hours ahead of schedule which was perfect given the issue needed to be fixed ASAP. Upon arrival, Eric quickly assessed and quoted our issue at a far more competitive price than the competition. After fixing the clog/leak, Eric cleaned up the sink and cabinet area with cleaner--something I haven't seen with many other plumbing companies around town.

Super nice, very fast, very reliable and highly recommend vessel plumbing!!! Saved us after my uncle decided to wrestle our tub faucet too hard! He had to crawl into the tiniest hardest space and he fixed it fast!

Scott was punctual, professional and friendly.  He did a wonderful, clean job installing our Phyn automatic water shut off valve and was kind enough to share a couple of tips on maintaining our tankless water heater. We will happily recommend Twin Plumbing to anyone in need of a great plumber.

Called at 8am, plumber arrived around noon same day. Jevat was wonderful. He really took the time to do the job right and explained everything. It even ended up being a little cheaper than I had thought.  And you can tell he is a nice guy. My girl pug who is afraid of - or hates - everyone just loved him. That is enough of a recommendation for me.

I have used their services twice in the past few weeks. They have always been very responsive. I needed some drains to be cleared as well as an issue with my hot water heater. Communication with Leon was good. They were able to clear the drains and fix the water heater. Other improvements were discussed but no pressure was placed on doing anything immediately. They were very open to questions and explained the problems well. I've been happy with their service.

Rich is awesome! My husband and I were facing a huge plumbing problem that another company was trying to charge us an INSANE amount of money to fix ... I am so happy I found Touchdown Plumbing & Drains. Rich was professional, courteous and most of all ... honest. The other company was going to jackhammer our entire bathroom apart and charge us 3x's the price, Rich saved our bathroom floor - no jackhammering needed & solved our problem for a very reasonable price. We just moved into our place when the toilet backed up and we had water seeping up from the floor. We called Christian and he to our place in an hour. He was super friendly and figure out our problem (roots) immediately. He fixed us up and was on his way. He'll be our go-to plumber! Great service!

Wow. I am so impressed. Due to a landscaping repair snafu, our back flow started gushing water at 5:20 p.m. And, this wasn't just a trickle, it was spraying and spilling over into the street, leaving us no choice but to turn the water to our house completely off. We have a large family and being without water for a full evening, night, and uncertainly into the next day is just a problem. We all know that needing emergency service after standard business hours is the worst case scenario and we are at the mercy of the experts who answer these after-hours calls. Well, Jeffrey answered the phone. He asked me to send pictures of the back flow and, 40 minutes later (30+ of which was pure drive time), he was at our house assessing the problem. He was polite. He was professional. He explained how the system worked and what can cause these problems. Most of all, he charged us a completely reasonable and fair price for his time and efforts - and he fixed it and did the basics to check its performance.

I asked him why his company didn't have many yelp reviews and he mentioned that they don't feel right soliciting reviews; customers should write what they want to write if they choose to - no dangled incentives or personal requests. That's honorable conduct so don't let the few reviews dissuade you.

I'm sorry that backflows are so rarely in need of repair or testing because  these guys are good, and I'd happily work with them again.
