BUYER BEWARE! I scheduled an appointment through Rachael for Cal Plumbing to install a new garbage disposal. I told her I had already purchased the disposal and the electrical cord, which was a plug in type. She quoted me $139. The technician showed up and wanted $200 to do the installation. Then, he said they would not provide a warranty unless I purchased their disposal for $350. I looked up their exact model online, and it was for sale at the local Home Depot for $107. I phoned Rachel. She said that they would charge $169 to install the unit I had already purchased with the electrical cord. I declined the price switch. The technician left. Then, Rachael called me back and said if the technician was around, he'd do the job for $139. I declined. I dislike giving a small business a bad review. But, BUYER BEWARE.

I got a few quotes to replace my old direct water heater that was already on borrowed time. Daniel from Pro Max was prompt to respond over the Yelp app and eventually came and provided a quotes that were very reasonable compared to what I had other vendors quoted me at. After meeting him, I was confident that he could perform the job. He provided me various options I had to choose from including attempting to find another direct vent water heater to replace the current one with along with a non-condensing tankless water heater and a condensing tankless water heater. After going over the pros and cons of each, I chose the condensing Navien NPE-210S water heater based on Daniel's recommendation of my current gas line setup and durability of the unit. He was able to perform the work the same week after the quote was provided and the job took about 6 hours. During the straightforward install we realized that my pressure regulator for the entire condo was not functioning correctly and he was also able to install a new one in the midst of the tankless water heater job. Daniel made sure to cover all indoor walking paths with plastic covering to ensure my wood floors would not get dirty/damaged. He also vacuumed and cleaned up all the areas he perform work under. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work that Daniel provided and would use him for any sort of plumbing needs in the future. The water heater so far is working out perfectly and the labor/parts warranty that came with the install has instilled additional confidence that any issues that may occur the future would be taken care of.

Had a hot water problem (it was cold). Matt came out on short notice on a late Friday afternoon. So glad to find a great plumber!

Josh came out and installed new washing machine shut off valves for my mother in law. The price was better than quotes from other companies and he was very professional. Will be using CML for future plumbing needs.

Very good experience, professional and on time, wore Mask and shoe covers. And best thing is that they charged me less than half of what American Plumbers wanted to charge me. Would highly recommend .

Scott was referred to us by our neighbor. Called Scott and he picked up right away. Explained the issue over the phone and thought it would be the water pressure regulator. Came over within 2 hours and worked his magic and determined it was just air in our water lines. He went to each area to run the water for a few minutes to bleed out the air and everything was back to normal. Thank you again Scott!

I called Carrol Plumbing and they were able to come the next day. I was very impressed on the quality of work and the fair price to do the repairs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest professional plumber.

My toilet was clogged/ draining slowly and when I plunged it, water started to come out of the tub. I contacted several businesses but they were either not available for a few days, or they took my information and the tech never called back.
After a few hours of waiting, I decided to go back on yelp and find another plumber.

That's when I found By the Book Plumbing Service. Leon answered my call and came over in minutes. On a Saturday! However, by that time the toilet seemed to have fixed itself? Leon made sure everything was working by running the sink and flushing the toilet several times. He could have easily told me that he needed to do some repairs and I would have believed him. Instead he said everything looked good and said to call back if anything changes.

I appreciate having an honest and reliable plumber that I can go to now

I needed to replace my garbage disposal and Gabe flawlessly completed the job. He was available within 2 days and showed up right on time.

After calling many companies and leaving messages on a Sunday, Affordable Drain Service picked up my call and had Ryan call me immediately to give me an estimate and tie frame. He was able to come out within a few hours, which was perfect. Ryan is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He was in and out within an hour and a half, solved the issue, and gave me recommendations on how to avoid the problem in the future. Definitely would recommend using their service!

Fast reliable service at a fair price. Called them and they came out the very next morning and fixed my toilet in about 30 minutes. Would use them again.

Christian came to repair a shower valve on Easter Sunday, he was able to quickly fix the plumbing issue without having to shut off the water, we live in a condo and that would have been a disaster having to shut off the water to about 30 units. He did a great job and very reasonable price- Call Christian for your plumbing needs.

My tankless water heater stopped heating water. My plumber has retired so I went with above and Beyond because they could come out the soonest - 2 days. They then called and said that a plumber could come out the following day . Joe Garcia  came out and seemed knowledgable , stated that the part could be bought on Amazon or he could do the purchase for a $40.00 surcharge. I called and asked for Above and Beyond to do the purchase.  After that it took a week to come out and put in the part and I was charged $340.00. Joe said the part cost $225.00 because he had to go to Escondido for the purchase. It was an expensive and difficult process but eventually the heater was fixed . I was quite dissatisfied .

Jeff responded to my call immediately and was at the site in less than an hour. He explained the issue and repaired it efficiently. Great guy, great service. Thanks!!
