Our toilet was clogged late night, and I called Elite Rooter early morning, and they were able to respond and schedule an appointment promptly in the morning. Technicians Kailib, Travis, and Mark came by and they were very helpful in assessing the situation. It turned out to be a deeper issue than I had thought. They were professional and knowledgeable, and not only offered an immediate fix to the situation but also proposed long-term situation with a detailed plan of the solution. I've been using Elite Rooter for the past 4 years since I moved to San Diego and they are excellent.

Very knowledgeable and quick to figure out what was wrong with my toilet.   John came with a mask and was friendly and courteous.  I will never use any other plumbing company.   Thanks BMP and John!

Replaced a leaky water heater. Daniel made it easy and they had the best price. George the tech did excellent work. Was done in a couple of hours. Highly recommend.

Have used larger companies in the past but decided to give local business a try. So glad we did!!  Dave took the time to explain things and even found issues that other plumbers didn't catch.  Matt and team are great to work with.  We feel that they are honest and want to do the job right the first time.

I had a toilet flange that needed repair. Jeff from Paws showed up literally only an hour after my call to give me a free inspection and quote. Instead of pushing me to accept his quote, he actually taught me how to fix it by myself so that I don't waste any money. I mean the technician literally borrowed my tools and showed me every move that I need to do to fix it, and guess what, I fixed it all by myself two hours later. Thank you Jeff and Paws!

We were in the middle of our oven replacement when we found a huge gas pipe. Installation couldn't proceed without fixing it and that's when we called vessel plumbing. Travis accepted to come in at that very minute even though it was late in the evening! He fixed our problem with ease was a life savior! Our new oven was installed with no problems later.

We had hired a plumber from reviews on yelp. Needless to say the reviews were nice, because our experience was vastly different. After that plumber left us high and dry without a shower, we contacted caroll plumbing.

When you're inviting someone into your house, it helps when they are respectful of your home and polite. Caroll plumbing is all of that. The other plumber stormed in and stormed out when we had an issue with dust from the bath tile getting all over our newly renovated house. Especially with no forewarning and a new born baby in the house.

Caroll plumbing is amazing! They saved the day. They heard about our experience, discussed the details of the job, described what they would do and how they could fix the problem for us. All the things we look for in a plumber, especially since they are to be in our home for half a day.

They showed up on time. Introduced themselves.
They laid down tarps on the floor to contain any mess that may happen. They communicated to us every step of the job. Which was nice because it allowed us to adjust as needed with our four month old baby.

The work was to replace a leaking valve in our 1960s bathroom. This required taking out tile, replacing pipe, cutting into the wall on the other side of the bath tub and replacing all the fixtures. They did a great job! And kept us apprised of any decisions we needed to make, not just making them for us. We will only use them!

I recommend this company to friends and family as well as other businesses looking for speedy service. We needed emergency drain service at our industrial building and Leon arrived within a few hours on a very busy Monday. He was professional and took care of the clog quickly. By the Book Plumbing is definitely on my short list of reliable businesses in San Diego.

Best plumbers in San Diego!  They went above and beyond for what i needed done! Great customer service and a great family company!!! 10/10 would recommend.

I had a few old angle stop valves I needed to replace and Gabe was the first one to reach out. Gabe is awesome! I really appreciated his honesty and how transparent he was throughout the process. Definitely will be using him in the future.

Yesterday, the shower in the master bath completely clogged up.  I tried Drano and a plunger to no avail.  I previously had a good experience with Best Plumbing so of course I called them.  They quoted me $240 for a simple drain snaking!  That was unconscionable, so I called other drain cleaning services listed on Yelp and had the good fortune to call Affordable.  I called several others, but either got and answering machine, vague answers or higher costs.

The phone at Affordable was promptly answered by a pleasant man and I was quoted $95 for the drain cleaning through the drain and P-trap.  They gave me a time frame for the next day.

Within the time frame they called first, and then arrived promptly.  Ryan and Pat quickly diagnosed the problem, brought in a drill-powered small snake, and had the clog completely cleared in minutes.  Plus, they advised me to never use Drano again as it is too hard on the pipes.

Both Ryan and Pat had clean uniforms, were polite, courteous and professional.  Not only did they quickly resolve the problem, but the price remained the same.  I would not hesitate to call them again for our plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to our fellow Yelpers

Called Troy on Thursday and asked if they could do work on Monday or Tuesday.  He called me back in 30 and said Tuesday morning, 9AM.  I needed them to replace a kitchen faucet and supply valves.  Troy advised against buying the super cheap, Glacier Bay brand, warning that it would fail in a few years and he charges the same to install a better quality brad.  Later at Home Depot I text him, Moen or Delta.  He quickly responds, Moen.  

8:55 on Tuesday Troy and Curtis arrive.  Curtis gets to work under my kitchen sink.  I asked Troy about another issue which involves pipes in a crawl space that has a ton of cobwebs.  Troy crawls into the space and emerges with an answer that doesn't involve more work for him.  

They finished the sink job and when I asked if they would unblock a toilet, Troy tells me that he's happy to charge me $150, but that I could also get an auger from HD and save the money.  When a craftsman advises me to not pay him, that impresses the heck out of me.  I did get the auger, and unblocked it myself.  

I don't mind paying good money for good work.  Troy and Curtis deliver excellent work, on time, and clean up after them selves.  I highly recommend them.

I really appreciate how fast Christian arrived and completed the job, these issues suck enough, having the right person for the job really matters.  He's considerate and knows his trade well enough to get it done right the first time!

Clogged yard drain. They came and unclogged for a fair price for both the company and myself. They got the job done professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone with drain issues.

Jeff is so easy to work with gets the job done when you need it most.  He saved me (and my neighbors )from non-compliance with the city twice now.
