Our three kitchen sinks clogged seriously. We hired a handyman but he could not do the job. I sent a quote request on Yelp and Elite Rooter responded me within a few minutes politely, and told me that they have a $79 drain cleaning special and could send the technician the same day.

The technician, Steven, came to our house within about an hour. He was very professional and friendly. He explained the situation to me and got the drain cleaned quickly with his power snake. He cleaned the job site and also recommended a long-term solution for us to consider. Steven is the best plumber I have ever worked with!

I am very happy about their responsiveness, honesty and professional service and their service fee is very reasonable.

This is the second time that we have used this company and again very happy with there work. This time was for work on Shower. Robert was amazing and had completed the work in 75 minutes. Working with California Plumbing was easy and effective, from scheduling the appointment all the way to work completion. My toilet was making an odd noise and Benji (who was wonderful to work with) was able to immediately diagnose the problem and even showed me exactly what was causing the issue. In my case, my toilet was old and needed a full replacement. Benji was able to come back first thing the next morning and finished the job very quickly. The new toilet is working great and he hauled away the old toilet. Benji was extremely personable, knowledgable and explained things as he went, which I appreciated.

Of the 6 companies I met, they had the best combination of expertise and value $$$.  ProMax installed a Navien NPE- 240A Tankless water heater, replacing our 40 gallon tank.

Nothing but high-praise for Daniel and his assistant Danny.  Both guys were polite, professional and safe (masks and distancing).  

The quality of their work is A+, they did exactly what they described, in the time estimated with no additional hidden charges.  

As Daniel was wrapping up, I asked if he only installed water heaters, he said no, ProMax does all kinds of plumbing...good!  I will definitely call them back for a leaky faucet, running toilet, whatever, they were excellent!!!

A great experience! We decided to improve our property and have the hot water line rerouted outside to eliminate future nightmares of maintenance. We hired Almighty Plumbing and we are really glad we did. The crew was pleasant, cheerful and punctual in arriving at our house each day, as well as skillful and careful in carrying out the reroute plan.  All the areas in which they worked were left clean and neat. In addition, they were able to plan out their work to minimize  inconvenience to the family over multiple days of work. Travis, Vessel Plumbing's owner, showed up to review my sump pump issue, on time and in person.  After I had received a bid from another company based on 10 minutes of them thinking (not looking/touching/turning on water) what the problem might be, Travis had the forethought to actually TEST and diagnose while he was there, taking an extra 15 minutes to remove panels, turn on water and discuss all options and costs up front, and at a price that was fair, included labor and was less than the competition!

Wow!   Solution focused all the way!

His follow up was meticulous, texting the date and time that he was available to complete the necessary work, while accommodating my schedule as well.

Work was completed in a timely manner, with no surprise up-charges.  Job site was immaculate afterwards and Travis took all scrap offsite for disposal.

Carroll Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever had over the last 40 years.
Max and his associate are total gentleman and extremely great plumbers. They really know how to replace a 75 gallon water heater. All new fittings and the result is like it never really happened.
The old water heater was a Bradford White and they replaced with a new Bradford White with 6 year warranty.  I can't say enough about how great they are. The owner Mike should be very proud of them.
I now have a plumber for the future.

Leon and team did a great job fixing a shower leak, getting the sink angle stops replaced and changing out toilet parts in my oldish home. He's very honest with pricing. Cleaned up after their work. Very nice and professional business. Will be reaching out again to help fix my gas fireplace. Would definitely recommend to others.

We bought a dishwasher from Home Depot a few months ago. Long story short, the guy installing it (from Home Depot) said he couldn't do it. We called David, he answered right away, arrived within an hour and we had our dishwasher ready and running that same night. Definitely recommend.

I text Rich and had someone at my house within the hour, the young guy was super cool and fixed the issue quickly. They coordinated and got payment from my landlord over the phone and took care of everything. Definitley saving their number.

We used Gabe to install a new garbage disposal. He was responsive, showed up when he said he would, confirmed the appointment, and did a good job. We look forward to working with him again.

I have a complex and flawed  gray water system which was completely clogged after ten years and an outflow which couldn't be removed after decades . Desmond and Diego could have easily told me it was unfixable and charged me a service/trip charge. But they really persevered for a long time until the two unclogged and fixed my tub drain and gray water hosing.  They accomplished the impossible and explained to me how to re-do it to avoid problems in the future.

I am super grateful for the awesome job these guys did. They are an excellent team- knowledgeable, perseverent  and professional!

We needed valves replaced in one of our bathrooms and also the hot water heater needed the waterlines reworked with shut off valves. Troy and Curtis did an excellent job. They were experienced, professional and very friendly. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

Christian is THE MAN!  The fridge delivery person Said my mother in law had a froze supply valve and it would need to be replaced.  She called me and after wasting 30 minutes of my time waiting for help at Home Depot only to be told if you're not a plumber call one to do this.  I found Chase Plumbing and Drain on yelp and reached out to them.  Christian and I talked on the phone for a couple minutes and he gave me advice on what to try.  When I got to my mother in laws I tried what he suggested and BAM!  issue resolved!

If you're looking for a stand up guy that will talk to you first instead of throwing a price at you call Christian.  I know I will definitely be calling him should I have any issues in the future.

Needed a camera to find out where in our house we had a sewer line break. Joe came out and found the break quickly. He came out after regular business hours and had it done in an hour. He gave us some options about repairs, sent us some quotes, and was such a nice and efficient guy. Communication with the company was almost immediate whenever I had a question. Prices were reasonable (and the cost just to have them come out to do what they did was WAY below competition). Thanks for your help!
