A technician named Ehsan came out to a service call at my house to fix a gas line. He was highly knowledgeable and very efficient. He and his helper got the job done quickly and the price was extremely fair. I would absolutely recommend this company and would hire again for future jobs.

Called to have a broken top mount sink replaced.  I provided the same sink.  Just remove the fixtures and drain plug.  Cut the grout, remove the sink.  clean up the edge.  Drop in new sink and put pack the fixtures.  Re-grout.  

Seems simple 1 maybe 2 hour job.  One new pop up plug would be needed.  

They came in an told me $750.

Daniel saved me $2700.   I have a 15-year old Takagi tankless water heater that had not been serviced until this year.   It was beginning to cut out during showers, and making a loud kaboom sound when it started up each time (yes, scary).   I used Yelp and called someone (not ProMax) with hundreds of 5-star ratings.   They came out and worked on the unit, along with Takagi service people on the phone.   They did not fix either problem, but did send me an estimate on replacing the unit.   I called another Yelp listing with hundreds of 5-star ratings, and they said it would be a waste of time to repair it with a band-aid solution, and gave me another $3000 estimate on replacement.

So, as a last effort, I called ProMax and Daniel came out and fairly quickly fixed the kaboom problem.   He said that doing a descaling might be in order.  So, after giving a few weeks to see if the kaboom ignitions were really solved, I called Daniel and set up the descaling appt.   It was difficult, since my unit had not been plumbed with descaling in mind.   But, $300 later, my unit works like new.   It has been a week, and I no longer have to turn on the hot water at the sink to make sure my hot water continues to stay on in the showers.    And, he didn't need to have Takagi on the phone to walk him through either of these procedures.   This guy knows what he is doing!

Excellent service from the request for quote to the on-site technician, Chris.  Needed immediate assistance with an install and broken valve and Almighty Plumbing delivered!! I've bookmarked in Yelp and will continue to use them from now on.  Thank you Chris and Team!

We called Friday, hoping for a quick repair to a leaking faucet.  There was a cancellation, so we were able to get the repair earlier than expected.  Greg helped us out and did a great job.  We planned on removing the faucet in the garage altogether, but he made a convincing point to keep the faucet, but just to cap it - you never know when we might want a faucet one day.  Thank you Greg for your quick and great repair!

It's difficult for me to immediately trust any contractor, even to call one for service.  Which is why I lived so long with leaking bathtub faucets. Prior to hosting out-of-town guests I knew I had to deal with it.  David came out and diagnosed the problem, thoroughly educated me on the options from simple and relatively inexpensive to big, invasive and expensive. Actually, replacing the stems and handles was probably something he can do in his sleep but for me it was like a miracle cure.  Thanks to the brand of valve that was installed 25 years ago my style choices were limited, especially if I wanted it done soon (meaning, not having to order them), so I chose the in-stock items and couldn't be happier. I truly felt confident that David was competent and honest, so now I finally have a plumber.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink, Touchdown send Joel to fix it and replace the drain valve, Joel was very professional courteous and informative about the problem. He also took Covid-19 precautions and were a mask.

USE THIS COMPANY!!!!  AWESOME!!! We had a toilet that wouldn't clear up.  Tried all the home and bought remedies, still nothing.  Called a few plumbers receiving high quotes with additional charges, if there were any issues.  Last resort, asking friends and family if they have used anyone in the area.  One name was prevalent, Affordable Drain Service.  Called, spoke with the company describing the issue and setting up an appointment for the following day. The company assured there would be no hidden costs. Our technician, James White called to let us know he was on his way and was early.  He did the job quickly, having to remove the toilet to extract an enormous amounts of roots.  We poked it make sure it wasn't alive! James completed the job quickly, was very polite understanding our dilemma, knowledgeable, and worked with the company applying a discount.  He even cracked a few jokes which relieved my apprehension.  The bill did not cause me to faint.  We have a working toilet and the entire household is happy!!!  I will not only use ADS again but have been letting everyone I know to use their service.  I can't thank Affordable Drain services enough for the great service and being a great company.  Thank You ADS!!!

I decided to join the club of hey my sink backed up the day before Christmas Eve! While washing my dishes in the bathroom sink trying to bake cookies, I hopped on yelp to find a plumber because even though I think I can do it all I cannot be a famous rapper, baker, actual accountant, racecar stunt woman and plumber!! Long story short.. this is the only plumber to use ever.  I swear I will never call another.  This man SHOWED UP on CHRISTMAS EVE to unclog my sink.  And saved me money!   God if you have favorites move this man to the top of your list.  Also don't even think about another plumber.  This man is the legend!! I hope he sees this and knows how thankful I am!!

Quick response and quick appointment scheduling. My only complaint was that the price felt steep, $100 to replace a sink filter, which took about 5 minutes. I still very much appreciate the help!

Fixed my covering after last company refuse to put it back. All without charge and next business day! I'll use them next year for the test.
