Daniel made replacing my hot water heater completely painless.  He found a couple of options that would fit my space and after deciding, took care of the rest.  Daniel did all the work to current code and even cleaned up some of the copper pipes and checked the water pressure.  Price was very fair and communication excellent.  You really can't go wrong with ProMax for a water heater install.

I have had plumbing problems for many years due to root intrusion in my sewer main line. I had several plumbing companies out to bid the job and after learning  how costly this job would be,  I decided to keep searching for someone more affordable. I called Chris at CML, he came out, gave me a quote and explained the entire job to me. After talking to him I knew he was the man for my big job. He stood out from the rest.  He was very professional, knowledgeable  and confident that he could do the job. His price was very reasonable compared to the other outrageous quotes I received.
We scheduled the work and everything went as planned.  He replaced my entire sewer line (110 ft). Without any hangups.  There were no hidden cost or surprises that came up. He went above and beyond including working after dark to make sure I wasn't without a bathroom or running water. I will use CML for all my future plumbing needs.

Called to get help with my plumbing situation and talked to dispatcher Will who was friendly and very helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns without letting me feel silly and the technician who came out was fast and efficient!

We called Vessel Plumbing for a water heater emergency on a Sunday. Travis answered and responded to our house within an hour and fixed the problem. Additionally, he recommended other services that would save us from a tragedy in the future. He replaced our water heater the next day and we are very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend Vessel Plumbing and will call Travis next time. Easy to work with, nice and great prices for labor/service.

Had an issue with my shower where I wasn't getting any warm water. I called up Twin Plumbing and got in contact with Scott. After a few seconds of questions from Scott, he was able to diagnose my problem through his experience and give me steps to what I need to do next (in regards to my HOA).

Scott was flexible and was able to squeeze me in on one of his busy days when he heard my issue of no warm water and having a little one who needed a bath. This made my wife and I extremely grateful and we remembered why Small Business owners are the way to go. That request wouldn't have fazed anyone else, but Scott understood.

Scott came right out on time and introduced himself and laid out the game plan, very professional. He immediately got to work and all the while was filling me in on little details that I didn't even know about my home. He was very detailed and helped educate me on the task. He kept me in the loop at every step and then at the end, Scott made sure to let me know if something else comes up to reach out to him and he would be right back out.

Pricing was affordable and having the option to pay online with a emailed receipt made it really easy.

After discovering a pipe leak in the wall of a new bathroom remodel,  we went into disaster aversion mode.  We were dealing with faulty plumbing, water damage, mold and asbestos abatement.  Mike and his team were able to repair the bad pipes so that the other contractors could complete the repair work for the water and mold damage.  I would recommend this company.

My toilet was clogged/ draining slowly and when I plunged it, water started to come out of the tub. I contacted several businesses but they were either not available for a few days, or they took my information and the tech never called back.
After a few hours of waiting, I decided to go back on yelp and find another plumber.

That's when I found By the Book Plumbing Service. Leon answered my call and came over in minutes. On a Saturday! However, by that time the toilet seemed to have fixed itself? Leon made sure everything was working by running the sink and flushing the toilet several times. He could have easily told me that he needed to do some repairs and I would have believed him. Instead he said everything looked good and said to call back if anything changes.

There is a reason why all the reviews on here are all 5's. David is a true professional that is only interested in making sure that the work he is completing is perfect and to the total satisfaction of the customer. He goes above and beyond for customers. We just bought a home that was remodeled (as far as the eye could see) but the plumbing is still from 1956 so my concern for plumbing issues is high. David came over to change some faucets for the garage sink and washer and in the process I had him check other concerns which he completed without hesitation and/or extra charge. He recommended I get new washer hoses and told me what to buy and said, next time I come I will change them for you, no charge.  He quickly identified other issues gave me a quote and we set a time for him to return. David arrived on the set time (early) began working and completed the job quickly. After that job (that he was getting paid for) was done, he proceeded to change the washer hoses and re-arrange my washer hose setup which I had done but very poorly. He then proceeded to the bathrooms as both shower handles had not been calibrated properly, he fixed the issue and again, no charge for the extra work. I cannot say enough great things about David but know that I am a very particular person that likes work done right and clean regardless of the price. David does it all, good, solid, clean work and his prices are incredible. I would recommend David and his son to anyone that is in need of plumbing work. I already have other projects for him to comeback and complete.

I text Rich and had someone at my house within the hour, the young guy was super cool and fixed the issue quickly. They coordinated and got payment from my landlord over the phone and took care of everything. Definitley saving their number.

We used Gabe to install a new garbage disposal. He was responsive, showed up when he said he would, confirmed the appointment, and did a good job. We look forward to working with him again.

The worker did a terrible job on our property and couldn't even get the work done within the committed time. We end up still paying their Money and find a different company to get the job done final. it's a waste of time and money actually, I am not satisfied with their service.

We had a plumbing emergency in our office in LA Mesa. Troy and his team were amazing! Not only were we able to be serviced in just a few hours but their pricing was awesome as well  Definitely will be using their services again!!

Responded to my call immediately and was at our house within a half hour. Friendly, reliable and took care of the job quickly. I will definitely keep this # in my phone for future needs!

Where do I begin!!!! AWESOME! SPECTACULAR! FABULOUS! HONEST!!! CLEAN!!!

I had a leak for 2 months in one of my bathroom tub spouts.  I called several plumbers to try to get an idea of what they would charge.  In the meantime I called Delta Faucets because all my faucets, shower head and tub spouts were Delta brand.  When I purchased the home brand new the warranty said Lifetime so I call them and tell them the problem and they send me the parts for free, free shipping too.  So they sent me a brand new tub spout and brand new cartridge.

One plumber came out and tried to take the handle off, but the house is 17 years old so the screw would not turn and he ended up stripping the screw.  He explained that if the handle is too hard to take off they would have to break it and if the handle was too hard because of calcification of the hard water then the cartridge may be too difficult to take off too.  Which means they would have to break that and replace the whole thing.  Long story short the estimate was $600 including parts and labor.  

I didn't have $600 so I just had to deal with turning off the main water line every single day after I was done using the water.  It was a pain in the butt! I had to go outside at 5am to turn on the water to shower, turn it off before I left, turn it back on to cook and turn it back off again!  Pain! Pain! Pain! Inconvenient!!!! For 2 months I did this until I had enough money to pay for a plumber to come out.  I also took the time to call other plumbers, explain the scenario and the quotes were all the same because of the age of the house.  

I finally called Above and Beyond.  The nice lady took my call on Friday night, October 28th around 7pm.  I explained to her that I would like someone to come out and give me a quote. She said if I wanted to wait until Saturday, the next day, someone could come out and give me a quote.  I was happy they could fit me in so quickly!

Juan arrived early and that made me happy.  I showed him the problem, I had all the parts and he said that he could do the work for $100, but did warn me that the problem may occur again because Delta is not the best product.  All the plumbers told me the same thing. All the plumbers use Moen and so did Above and Beyond.  So he explained that if it happened again then he'd have to replace the whole thing and that would cost around $525 including parts and labor.  So I said so if you do all the work today and charge me $100, it may not work and then I'll have to pay an additional $525?  he said they would discount the previous work.  So I felt he was honest and I decided to go for it, I had already saved up the money in case they had to do the parts.  I expected a quote but he was ready to do it right then and there and I said go for it!!!  I was sick and tired of turning the main water line off and on.  

Juan fixed it!!! He was quick and clean and very nice! Literally from the moment he came into my home to the moment he left it was 40 minutes!!!!! I am so happy with this company!!!! I asked for business cards because I plan on referring them to everyone I know, they were awesome!!!!  

I AM 1000% SATISFIED, YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY, 1000%!!!!!!
