I am always so scared to call any business for a quote because I swear they take one look and see dollar signs. I'm not an expert but my dad taught me enough to know when I'm being ripped off. I called this company for a quote to repair my toilet at like 10pm on a Monday night and I had someone scheduled to come take a look at 2pm on Tuesday.

Devan Elson showed up, on time, and was so respectful and honest. I told him that I had actually already taken the toilet apart and I just didnt have the right tools to loosen some of the bolts.

Before Devan showed up, I had another company come by and they quoted me $357 to repair. All I needed was to loosen the bolts. I would have paid too, not $357, but would have paid for the help. Devan loosened the bolts for me and told me the parts I had were too small and I needed to get bigger parts for the repair.

I know he didnt actually get to do a job but next time I have a plumbing job, I'm calling these folks. I appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and can respect someone helping out and not trying to take my money.

Will definitely recommend this company to my all of my friends.

My kitchen sink was clogged. Devan was able to come the next morning and fixed it within 30 mins. They are very upfront about their price and super nice to work with!

I've hired Twin Plumbing for plumbing issues for years and have always been happy with the service. But a Saturday emergency because of a leak in a pipe in the wall was a first. Scott, the owner, responded quickly.  He reached out to the restoration team at Ecopure on my behalf. I hghly recommended Twin Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.

It's tough finding an honest plumber these days. Carroll plumbing from the initial call to the final cleanup exceeded expectations.

Example of fair pricing at Carroll:  A few years ago I was quoted a price of $750 by California Pacific plumbing to replace a bad water pressure regulator. I knew the guy was trying to rip me off so I said no. Yesterday, Carroll quoted me $400 for the same repair so had them do it.. There are bad plumbers out there but I can vouch that the prices at Carroll are fair.

Late on a week night, our bathtub handle broke causing water to flow out uncontrollably. Leon came out and gave me a few options, the first being the best option if it were possible. It ended up working and saved me $$$ and him from another trip. Leon was honest, reliable, and got the job done right and in a timely fashion. He showed up at 9:15pm and I was all fixed up by 10:15. Great, honest, guy. Highly recommend.

The last plumber you'll ever need. There are no words to describe how amazing these guys are. I no longer bother quoting out a job as any and all plumbing work we get on our house, from here on out, will be done by Extreme Home Service. I've used people in the past that I thought were good, but there is no comparing them. David and crew are professional, clean and on time with their work. I've had them work on drains, water heater, gas stoves, sinks, you name it... all done correctly and up to code.

I called  Touchdown Plumbing and set an appointment and they stated they be here at 5pm. Approximately 4:30 Edwin show up and start diagnosing the problem checking the water pressure the faucet, shower, and pretty much every water outlet. After assessing the problem he did a little tweeking of the valve here and there and wala! The problem is solved he even stayed a little bit longer to make sure the problem is fixed, and by the appointment time its done. Edwin is very professional and honest straight talk and mo sales pitch. I recommend this plumbing service. Where can you find a company that knock out the job before the appointment where else Touchdown Plumbing..,

I needed to replace my garbage disposal and Gabe flawlessly completed the job. He was available within 2 days and showed up right on time.

Jeff the service tech is FANTASTIC!!!! He is always thorough, professional and trustworthy. I know we will get the best service when he is here. No complaints with him or his work performance or ethic. We have complete confidence in him, because he will get the job taken care of in a pleasant manner. He is EXCELLENT!!!!

Unfortunately, I wish I had the same opinion about the office staff who I had to interact with on the telephone today. Both conversations were obstinate, defensive and difficult. Their need to state the obvious (repeatedly) was unnecessary and redundant. They were more interested in getting their point across and not considering my words or platform. It was a power play, and in my opinion the furthest thing from customer service or customer appreciation.

I chose to share this because, this company has taken care of us in the past as it related to drains and also being generous with how they billed due to our repeated need for their service. That kindness was appreciated and we are grateful, but to dangle that fact within the conversation (repeatedly) was insulting. We were and are grateful for the discount(s) that were provided, and that should have been accepted and noted when it was stated in our conversation. Their need to repeat what they did for us by providing a discounted service, not appreciating us as repeated customers, and their need/want to get the last word in as the 'only' word that mattered, really made it feel like a power play platform.

This was unfortunate for all of us on the phone today......

My very positive experience was like others who wrote a review here. He answered the phone when I called, came out within an hour (which is when he said he would be here), unclogged my kitchen line in a very efficient, professional, and courteous manner, and his charge was reasonable. I will for sure call him again when I need any more plumbing work.
