Great experience with these guys!  Right when I called, they were able to come see me within 2 hours.  They immediately offered a coupon for $79 which I thought was great.  They showed up promptly, fixed my clogged toilet, and cleaned everything up.  Ehsan was super friendly and handled everything very professionally.  Will use them again!

We called them for emergency service for a simple clogged kitchen sink drain on a Saturday morning at 11am. I told them I want it done today. They said they can make it at 4-5pm. They said $200 fee just to come out, then $250/hr. Crazy high, but I was busy and didn't feel like getting a bunch of quotes -- so I said ok. At least they'll show up since I'm paying am arm and a leg right?

Wrong. An hour before they were supposed to show up, they called to tell me they can't make it and have to reschedule for tomorrow. Does this company not understand what emergency service is? You have to wait half a day to tell me you can't come? And it was scheduled for 4pm -- you can't unclog a drain at 7pm? 8pm? 10pm? What is the $200 emergency fee for? If you're double booked and too busy just let your customers know so they can call someone else who can come -- that's why I asked for emergency service!

But ok, I get it. Things just get crazy sometimes, but you'll never guess what they said next. They said they can reschedule me for tomorrow -- I said ok fine, then they said, we're going to need your credit card number right now for the $200 emergency fee! I was like... what do you mean? You're the one rescheduling -- you're going to charge me? They said, if they're on their way tomorrow and I cancel, they will charge me the $200.

Are these people serious? I called for emergency service and agreed to exorbitant prices. They couldn't deliver on fast service, wasted my day, tried to reschedule AND attempt to lock in their $200. They were only interested in the $200 and my needs as their customer were the last thing on their mind.

I had a feeling that this would drag on till Monday because that's just the vibe I got so I politely declined. I called up another company who showed up on time the first thing in the morning and got it done quick. And no surprise -- the other company charged waaaaay less even for emergency service.

To management -- here's a hint. If someone calls you for emergency service they want it done quick. If you probably can't make it, just tell them to call someone else. If something unexpected happened and you can't make it, tell them you're sorry, that you'll be there first thing next morning, and wave the emergency fee because YOU MESSED UP and YOU INCONVENIENCED YOUR CUSTOMER who could have had their problem fixed already by someone else. Your company did the opposite of that and instead was only thinking about yourself and tried to lock in the emergency fee. lol what a joke.

To everyone else -- call someone else lol

These guys are awesome I had two plumbers out one that was here for literally 2 hours both separate company's said oh we can't get it maybe you have a broken line mind you it was a clogged bath tub I called up Aaron they showed up on time and I'm not kidding you the dude was here for 10 min and cleared the line yes thank you Jesus I highly recommend these guys and we will be using them on our coming up projects !

Daniel from ProMax was amazing, he was on time, thorough, honest, and did not try to sell me things I did not need.  He also gave me good advice to move forward with. I will definitely be using him in the future for hot water heater needs. .

Called this morning to schedule the replacement of a broken kitchen faucet.  Dave showed up at the promised time and promptly replaced the faucet.  Reasonable cost and very professional service.

Chris came to my home within a day of me calling for a slab leak. He was kind and professional over the phone. He worked right away on three different options and quotes for my insurance company. The day of the repair, I trusted him and his team in my home alone. He contacted me right away with issues he found and gave me great direction on what he believed my insurance would pay for. This was less then another option but he looked out for my family and guided us and was spot on. He completed the task within his time frame!  I would HIGHLY recommend him as well I'll be using him in the future. Thank you Chris.

Super nice, very fast, very reliable and highly recommend vessel plumbing!!! Saved us after my uncle decided to wrestle our tub faucet too hard! He had to crawl into the tiniest hardest space and he fixed it fast!

Never do business with these guys! They did a project for me before. Later on I found out they charged me 5 times more than other plumbers would charge. I should have reported them to BBB! I share this information here to warn other people so they won't get ripped off by these guys again like me.

I use them all the time for repairs at our duplex in Escondido. Responsive, trustworthy, and they do good work for a reasonable price.

He came out on a Sunday evening in an emergency. He was very helpful & didn't try & over charge us or scare us into something we didn't need.

David took on a job that several plumbers had declined and did an awesome job for a very fair price.  Communication, responsiveness, clean up, and follow up was top notch.  He's now my go to guy for plumbing needs

Professional, credible, reasonable, and dependable. They replaced my tankless water heater. They found the replacement was honest and reasonable about the cost and it was done in a timely manner. I went with them without shopping around after meeting Rich. They will be doing some plumbing projects at my home in the near future.

Gabe did an amazing job with my kitchen! I had a busted garbage disposal, a faucet that wouldn't turn, and a scratched up two compartment drop in sink that needed replacing. Gabe was very responsive to my calls and texts.

I had issues getting the sink shipped to me from Home Depot twice and ended up buying the materials in store. Gabe was very patient and didn't mind that I had to reschedule. If you need any plumbing work done, Gabe is a great handyman that can get the job done. I'll be contacting him for any future job I need done.

Could not be happier with this company! We had some terrible plumbing issues going on at my home and these guys fixed it for us, no problem! Super easy to deal with, super friendly, we could not have asked for anything more. The prices are reasonable and they communicate well as far as what the issues are and are going to fix them. Hopefully you don't ever need a plumber, but if you do, call them!

I just had Christian,  from Chase plumbing come to my house to resolve a clogged toilet issue I was experiencing. He came when he said he would, on the same day that I called him and even gave me $10 off because I mentioned that I had found him on Yelp.  He was very honest and did the job quickly and gave me some advice on how to keep a clog from occurring again. I would definitely use him again.  
I called Christian from Chase plumbing and drain on Labor Day September 7, 2020 because I needed my toilet snaked. He made time for me and came out the very next day did a great job got it all cleared without any fuss. He's very quick and efficient and doesn't leave a mess behind. He will be my go to plummer from now on I recommend him highly. Did not try to upsell me on any service or accessories either,  which I appreciated.

They indeed go above and beyond!

They were the third plumber we used and they were the only ones that was able to fix our kitchen sink. Joe was such an outstanding guy - very knowledgeable and efficient. I told him about my concern and how we have already dealt with two other plumbing companies. He was able determine the issue right away and fix, not only our kitchen sink,  but also our slow drain bathroom in less than an hour. The other guys wasted 2-4 hrs snaking and hydrojetting just the kitchen sink and they weren't even able to resolve the issue. So grateful I was able to connect and they were able to resolve our sink issues. We will be referring him to friends and family 100%
