We called Elite Rooter to come and fix our clogged Kitchen sink. Devin ( the Division Manager) came to the house himself due to how busy they were that day. He was right on time for the scheduled appointment. They have a flat fee of $79.00 to do a basic clogged drain, ours was a little tricky, but he did everything he could to unclog the drain without having to pull out the big guns  and Hydro Jet the line. ( would have cost additional $200) He was polite, professional, and communicated everything he was doing as he went so there were no surprises. I HIGHLY recommend these guys, they do not have an annoying trip charge just to come out, and no Emergency hours fees if it's on the weekend. Straight up $79.00 for a basic drain snaking no matter when you call.

We had a leak inside our garage wall that was causing our stucco to get wet and turn green.  The tech that came cut 3 openings in our  drywall and still could not find the source of our leak.  He even called his dad, the owner, for guidance.  I was disappointed he made us pay for him cutting holes and not finding the source of the problem.  If he could not properly diagnose the problem, maybe his dad should have come to determine the cause.  I've left a message regarding this issue, and they did not return my call.  We thought this was a reputable company, but maybe I was wrong.

Had to call a plumber because I needed my garbage disposal decided that the morning of my house warming would be perfect to back up, no longer turn on and start a mini waterfall underneath my sink. I called other plumbing companies and the only one that had someone available now was California Plumbing. Benji came out within an hour of my call. He gave me the honest run down and got the job done faster then I could blink. He had replaced my garbage disposal and gave me some advice about how to troubleshoot in the future should I encounter another problem with it. I don't know if its part of the job but he even helped with cleaning up the mess the flood made. If you're in a jam and need it done absolutely now, I would definitely recommend them.

Daniel saved me $2700.   I have a 15-year old Takagi tankless water heater that had not been serviced until this year.   It was beginning to cut out during showers, and making a loud kaboom sound when it started up each time (yes, scary).   I used Yelp and called someone (not ProMax) with hundreds of 5-star ratings.   They came out and worked on the unit, along with Takagi service people on the phone.   They did not fix either problem, but did send me an estimate on replacing the unit.   I called another Yelp listing with hundreds of 5-star ratings, and they said it would be a waste of time to repair it with a band-aid solution, and gave me another $3000 estimate on replacement.

So, as a last effort, I called ProMax and Daniel came out and fairly quickly fixed the kaboom problem.   He said that doing a descaling might be in order.  So, after giving a few weeks to see if the kaboom ignitions were really solved, I called Daniel and set up the descaling appt.   It was difficult, since my unit had not been plumbed with descaling in mind.   But, $300 later, my unit works like new.   It has been a week, and I no longer have to turn on the hot water at the sink to make sure my hot water continues to stay on in the showers.    And, he didn't need to have Takagi on the phone to walk him through either of these procedures.   This guy knows what he is doing!

This group really knows their stuff.  Always dependable and on time, which I really appreciate.  They are also very professional.  They are neat and tidy and they do a fantastic job!

I was in desperate need - my toilet was completely clogged.  They sent over a guy within an hour of my email message.  He did a great job and was really friendly.  They gave me a quote before he made any repairs.  Was reasonably priced.  They also are outfitted for covid19 with masks, and even foot covers.  Highly recommended!

Our plumbing backed up stopping up 2 bathrooms. Travis was able to come out within a couple hours, got straight to it and cleared it up.  Friendly, good tips/advice, and reasonable. Glad to have found him!

I had a shower handle break with the water on, and i couldn't turn it off.  I called Scott on a Friday afternoon at 4.  I chose him because he was close, and had good rating on YELP.  I am extremely happy that i did!  Scott was at my house in less than an hour, and had the shower fixed, and the water in my house back on quickly!  He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and did a good job at a fair price.  He will be the first plumber i call in the future, highly recommended!

Excellent service! Came to my rescue in a hurry. Was very friendly and affordable!! Fixed my clogged shower drain and installed a brand new garbage disposal since mine was leaking! Highly recommend them!

I have used their services twice in the past few weeks. They have always been very responsive. I needed some drains to be cleared as well as an issue with my hot water heater. Communication with Leon was good. They were able to clear the drains and fix the water heater. Other improvements were discussed but no pressure was placed on doing anything immediately. They were very open to questions and explained the problems well. I've been happy with their service.

Returned from a weekend trip to find I didn't have any hot water on my over 10 year old water heater. I was was referred to Touchdown Plumbing and given Rich's number, after speaking with Rich, I decided to replace the water heater. He provided a fair quote that included all labor, haul away of old tank, new tank, and additional work to bring everything up to code.  He was very professional and friendly, and worked very quickly while still doing excellent work. They even cleaned up after themselves leaving nothing behind but a new functioning water heater and a satisfied customer.  
                    If you want good quality work done quickly with great customer service, then I would recommend Touchdown Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I never post reviews, but felt the need to do so for Touchdown Plumbing and Rich.

We contact Gabe one day and next day we had him at our door with all material we need! Great plumber and fixed a lote of other things! Be prepare for his energy because he is fast as he is good! We had a problem with our toilet handle and ability to flush the toilet and was told that we would need to purchase a brand new toilet to fix the issue! It seemed so odd to me that we would need to replace the entire toilet when it was only the handle we were having a problem with.

I contacted Christian whom came over and resolved the issue in under 5 minutes! Apparently there was just to much water in the tank.

Christian was super genuine, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I love the fact that he didn't arrive seeing what opportunity he could get to make money, but to really resolve the issue at hand! Attempted to repair the toilet with a Quick and Easy repair kit. After several unsuccessful attempts and flooding the bathroom three times, I couldn't get the water to shut off.
I needed a plumber ASAP.  Above & Beyond had a plumber at my house in 30 minutes, repairs completed within the hour!! Jorge was professional, courteous and knowledgeable! He quickly assessed the situation and did the necessary repairs, all the while keeping me well informed.

I found the service provided by Associated Backflow Professionals/ABP Backflow to be very impressive.  It's easy to communicate with Jeffrey, the owner, via the ABP Backflow website.  Jennifer, the ABP staff member who carried out the test, was friendly and efficient.  The process ABP Backflow has set up wherein the unit owner sends in a pdf copy of the City of San Diego test form before the test date means it's possible for the test to take place without the owner being physically present (as long as any protective cage around the backflow prevention device is unlocked).  It also eliminates the risk that if the unit owner is present when the test occurs that there is a potential problem of no available form for the backflow tester due to the owner having misplaced it.  Kudos to ABP Backflow for the valuable services the staff is providing owners who need to get their backflow prevention devices tested!
