I was notified by my tenant that Elite Rooter arrived to my house but I had never scheduled an appointment.  They were semi aggressive with my tenant who had no idea why they were there.  They said I had scheduled an appointment but I had not.  They called me and said they had checked out the water heater and that it wouldn't turn on, which is not true.  They said it would cost $1900 to replace a 50gl tank.  Which is insane!!!  First off, my water heater's pilot light sometimes goes out.  Not often and sometimes months pass without an issue.  I wrote all of this in my yelp inquiry.  I probably need a replacement thermocouple, or at least that's the first thing to replace as it's a really cheap part, under $10, and quick installation.  Possibly I need the whole pilot assembly replacement, which is around a $100 part.

I called the office and they said Yelp scheduled the appointment but I don't know how that's possible and it's strange they would book an appointment without contacting the customer.  I've tried calling back several times but they won't answer.  Very strange.

First thing on Google researching why my pilot light goes out. The most common reason that your pilot light on your water heater keeps going out is a damaged, bent or dirty thermocouple.

Home depot sells this part for $6.19.  Elite Rooter just tried to charge me $1900.  DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

I just got home from work and it's 7:30pm.  I went to look at the water heater this company wrongfully worked on. THEY TURNED OFF THE GAS AND LEFT IT THAT WAY!!!!  They said my water heater didn't work anymore, even though my tenant told them there was plenty of hot water that morning, and tried to sell me a replacement for $1900.00.  I'm assuming they turned off the gas to the water heater thinking I was to stupid to figure that out.  Well, they left my tenants without hot water for the rest of the day.  I turned on the gas and re-lite the pilot light and it's totally working fine.  This is shocking that a company would be so dishonest!!!!  NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!

My tenants have the right to hot water per (Civil Code § 1941.1 and § 1941.3)

functioning plumbing, heating, and electrical facilities, including HOT and cold running water and a working toilet and kitchen sink

What you just did was not only against the law but violated the CIVIL RIGHTS OF MY TENANTS!

My main line was clogged, I got 2-3 plumbers come out and gave me ridiculous quotes, made me think just cheaper to build a new house.
Then came vessel plumbing and was more than half the price, did incredible job, cleaned and was done. No drama.

Scott was punctual, professional and friendly.  He did a wonderful, clean job installing our Phyn automatic water shut off valve and was kind enough to share a couple of tips on maintaining our tankless water heater. We will happily recommend Twin Plumbing to anyone in need of a great plumber.

I needed to replace our water heater which failed. Mike Carroll was one of the few people that actually called me back. He was able to get me in the following morning ahead of others to get the problem fixed. Jevad was the plumber that came on site and he took time to explain what needed to be done. In addition when the previous water heater was installed the plumbing was done correctly and Jevad pointed out why. In any event Jevad replaced the water heater, cleaned up the plumbing and tested everything to make sure there were no leaks. We tried to use one of the original shut off valves but it kept leaking. Jevad tried a couple of times to see if he could fix to save us some money. But I just said replace it with a new valve.  Extremely happy with the quality of work and attention to details.

Another fine job for these guys! Estimate was fair, work was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. I will continue to use this company with 100% confidence. The very old washing machine valves that they replaced with a new dual shut off valve always made me nervous. Easy, secure shutoff allows me to vacation with no nagging worry of a flood.

After receiving a price quote of  $4,750.00 from another plumbing company to dig up my driveway pipes with no guarantee of resolution as he had never seen this before I contacted Rich. His helpful and informative demeanor calmed me immediately.
They came out with their camera and agreed with the original assessment. Concrete and tile grout had made its way into the drains and hardened.
His quote was much more reasonable and I was comfortable from reading his yelp reviews.
He and his crew dug the concrete and worked diligently to clear the hardened debris for several hours. He was discouraged that the hydro jet was not making the progress he expected after several hours of work.  Concerned that I might have to pay for the hydro jet time and have the process fail he suggested we could just skip ahead and remove the 10 feet of pipe and replace it ensure success.
He wanted to do the best and right thing.  I asked for an estimate for the additional work. When he returned to the phone he declined the quote and decided to try different equipment and work on it one more hour before giving up. They were successful and cleared the drains of everything!
He sincerely wanted to correct the issue fairly! He was not trying to make money he was working hard for our best interest. I would highly recommend him as a knowledgeable, honest and capable contractor!

After cooking a big Christmas dinner, my kitchen sink drain started backing up. Tried plunging, 3 days of drain cleaning treatment, no luck. Called Affordable Drain and Kenny was at my door 45 minutes later. He worked very hard until the drain finally cleared! I know who to call the next time I'm in need . . . Affordable Drain.
