Just had my toilet plumbing fixed by elite rooter, Jose specifically. I shopped around and picked them because they had the best price. I was trying to fix my bathroom for two days and once Jose got here it was solved in 45 minutes!!!!

We had an old delta hardware part in are shower/bath tub
go bad, the part that switches from the water going into the tub
to coming out of shower head .John,the plumber, came out and
figured out quickly what the problem was but being the hardware
is 40 years old there was only one place in town that carries the part
and it looked like it was not going to be in until the following day which
I did not think was so bad considering the age.However,John decided
to make a stop at a Home Depot where he lives and look for that part  and by
chance home depot had the part(that doesn't happen very often)So
instead of waiting until tomorrow to come over and fix it he gave us a call
and came right over within a 1/2 hour and got it fixed the same day.
When does that ever happen ?John you deserve the 5 stars, great job

Daniel installed my new kitchen sink/faucet recently.  I am very happy with first, his professionalism and then, his willingness to do a job where 2 other plumbers wouldn't even quote.  His finish work is great and I'm very happy.  Used his services 2 days later on an un-related plumbing issue which he fixed immediately.  I would absolutely use his services again.  He will be my go-to plumber from now on!

Called this morning to schedule the replacement of a broken kitchen faucet.  Dave showed up at the promised time and promptly replaced the faucet.  Reasonable cost and very professional service.

I am new at this but just had to let it be known the Chris is what old fashioned service was.  Friendly, considerate, capable and helpful with ideas on how to make it workable until he can fix the problem.  He came out at 5:00 at night to repair my main line in the front yard that was leaking very fast.  He is a man of his word.  I recommend him for quality work reasonable prices and timely repairs.

My toilet was clogged/ draining slowly and when I plunged it, water started to come out of the tub. I contacted several businesses but they were either not available for a few days, or they took my information and the tech never called back.
After a few hours of waiting, I decided to go back on yelp and find another plumber.

That's when I found By the Book Plumbing Service. Leon answered my call and came over in minutes. On a Saturday! However, by that time the toilet seemed to have fixed itself? Leon made sure everything was working by running the sink and flushing the toilet several times. He could have easily told me that he needed to do some repairs and I would have believed him. Instead he said everything looked good and said to call back if anything changes.

So we had a leak in a pipe before the cut off valve to the house. It was going to the yard sprinklers, maybe. David comes out looks at the problem and figures out it's a old line no longer needed. Fixes it in 10 minutes. Problem fixed, on with the weekend!

Touchdown Plumbing is fantastic.  Rich is knowledgeable, professional and my hero!  Our main line was clogged with 5ft of roots and was backing up into the house.  We called Rich in a pinch and he was there the same afternoon.   He gives education and options, which was really appreciated.  He was always on time and was mindful of our schedules to not leave us without water usage before and after work.  His price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of his work.  He also put our front yard back as he had found it after the job was done.  I will never go with another plumber after finding Rich!

Gabe responded to my request very quickly and was able to take care of the kitchen in my rental the next day. He called me after the job was done to explain his work and described other possible issues that may occur in the future. He was professional and will be my go-to person for jobs at the house. I highly recommend him!

Our drain leading out to the alley was clogged, and we called Affordable.  It took them 3 visits (and we were charged each time despite a 30 day warranty) to get the clog fixed. We won't be calling Affordable again.

Great, excellent service! I called them because I had tree roots growing in the main line of the house and they came out right away to take care of it. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was cleaned out properly, taking their time to make sure the work was done right. Christian is the man! Had an emergency with trying to replace my washing machine valves after getting half way through the job, and he was the only one willing to make an after hours night call to come by and fix it. After repairing the lines and installing new valves, he made sure the washing machine was hooked up and working correctly. He also helped with checking a new faucet we had installed. Great guy who does a great job at a reasonable price. Thanks Christian!

This weekend I had an emergency plumbing issue and Above and Beyond had no problem scheduling my call at last minute. Not only did they get to my house prior to the schedule time but they gave me a  great deal ! The technician did a great clean work and explained very detailed what was going on and how he would fix . I would definitely call them again if I ever have any other problems .

Jeff responded to my call immediately and was at the site in less than an hour. He explained the issue and repaired it efficiently. Great guy, great service. Thanks!!
