Elite Rooter is our go to for all plumbing issues that can't solve myself or have the proper tools. These guys are excellent and provide the best service. Always conveintent and friendly, and if available, for around your schedule. Called today because we just had countertops installed and asked if anyone was available. The receptionist said she give me a call right back after she checked with her guys out in the field. Calls right back, leaves and voicemail and says Kenny will be over in about an hour.  

Wow. Can't say anymore about Kenny. Travelled all the way from Santee on a whim to help a kitchen sink drain/disposal job. Small job but tested as huge in all aspect, meaning the importance, attentiveness, and purposeful dedication to get the job complete quickly comes as no surprise to me. He helped us with our recent catosphre of re-routing our kitchen pipes, and his crew also showed to give us quote about re-doing all copper with PEX, which was a great deal just not in our budget at the moment.

He is excellent in his craft and professional 360 degrees.  Goes above and beyond any task and just an overall A+ guy to talk and hang around. Great job, Kenny! Semper Fi!

I have had plumbing problems for many years due to root intrusion in my sewer main line. I had several plumbing companies out to bid the job and after learning  how costly this job would be,  I decided to keep searching for someone more affordable. I called Chris at CML, he came out, gave me a quote and explained the entire job to me. After talking to him I knew he was the man for my big job. He stood out from the rest.  He was very professional, knowledgeable  and confident that he could do the job. His price was very reasonable compared to the other outrageous quotes I received.
We scheduled the work and everything went as planned.  He replaced my entire sewer line (110 ft). Without any hangups.  There were no hidden cost or surprises that came up. He went above and beyond including working after dark to make sure I wasn't without a bathroom or running water. I will use CML for all my future plumbing needs.

They cancelled a job day-of. It happens. When they re-scheduled I had a 12-2pm window. 12pm came....1pm...no communication. I called the office and was told the plumber was on a lunch break. That's totally fine! As long as you tell me. I suddenly got for four calls in a row around 2pm. I called back and the plumber in question seemed drunk. He was slurring his words and not making any sense at all. He said he didn't have my phone number. But we were talking on the phone? So strange and bad vibes. I had a bad feeling so I asked if he knew my address, and when he read it to me, it was the wrong location. So I corrected him and nervously awaited a seemingly incompetent plumber. Then, half an hour later, he called to say he was here and continued to read me the wrong address again. I told him not to bother coming. I had wasted hours waiting for him and couldn't wait any longer.

I rescheduled my whole day TWICE to meet with them and was incredibly frustrated. Called a different service who came out no problem and fixed it for much cheaper anyway. Do not recommend.

Travis came out right away on an emergency leak and spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting for us. This was a head scratcher problem, for sure, but he patiently provided the needed attention for our situation. He was also extremely personable, respectful and polite. As much as you never want to need a plumber around all the time, it's great to know we have found our go-to plumber for the future.

Great company! I had issues with my water heater and they called right away and showed up the same day! I have also used them for my bathroom sink plumbing and they did an amazing job! The quality of the work is excellent and very prompt. I would highly recommend this company!

Needed two ancient toilets in my house replaced as they were running continuously. Found Carroll plumbing on yelp and communicated with Mike who recommended exactly what toilet to pick up so his crew could install them. Excellent communication over yelp and phone. Two guys showed up as promised and spent a good deal of time properly installing the toilets and fixing adjacent plumbing issues the original owners had messed up. Highly recommended.

All I know is these guys are the awesome in the sauce, had a plumbing emergency and team BY THE BOOK showed up on time, diagnose the problem. And provided us with options. Thanks for your prompt service from the start to finish, 10 stars for customer service. I will be recommending this company.

We bought a dishwasher from Home Depot a few months ago. Long story short, the guy installing it (from Home Depot) said he couldn't do it. We called David, he answered right away, arrived within an hour and we had our dishwasher ready and running that same night. Definitely recommend.

We contact Gabe one day and next day we had him at our door with all material we need! Great plumber and fixed a lote of other things! Be prepare for his energy because he is fast as he is good! We had a problem with the main line, the whole house was out of service. We called them in the morning and by noon it was all solved.

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained to us the problem and what cause it, so now we know how to avoid it in the future.

We are definitely going  to continue using their services and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great communication, arrived within the time appointment time frame, honest and fair pricing.  I had issues with the kitchen facuet not working. They were able to come in and figure out what was wrong within 15 minutes and even made suggestions for any future issues, if any come up.  Highly recommend!

I'll save you the work. I compared over a dozen highly rated plumbers from Yelp for a stubborn toilet clog (don't use flushable wipes, they flush but none of them actually break down!) and Chase Plumbing was the best based on quick availability, response time, and most importantly, expertise! Christian also works on his own and is very fairly priced compared to the other larger companies that had to charge set prices.

I called late afternoon and he was available next morning for an extremely stubborn clog (I tried for 2hrs). I had a plumber come prior who tried to snake it for 15min and concluded the toilet had to be pulled out, which would be over twice the price.  I'm so glad I tried Christian b/c he tried for 20min and agreed that this was an unusually stubborn clog and looked like we'd have to pull the toilet out. But he really kept at it and combining the snake with plunger, soon fixed it! I truly believe any other plumber would have called it and needed to pull the toilet out, costing us a lot more money. I VERY highly recommend Chase Plumbing!

We just bought a house and ran into some plumbing issues shortly after the sale. We called several companies to come out and take a look at the problem. Above and Beyond was one of those companies. Some other plumbers didn't even show up at the scheduled time. Above and Beyond was very professional. They took a video of the pipes to show us exactly what was going on. Having just bought a house we were a little tight on cash. They not only worked with us to find a solution that worked for us and our budget, they did it quickly so that we can use our water. There was a lot of back and forth as we were trying to figure things out and everyone was courteous and attentive. I would highly recommend them. As their name suggests, they went above and beyond with us!

Wow. I am so impressed. Due to a landscaping repair snafu, our back flow started gushing water at 5:20 p.m. And, this wasn't just a trickle, it was spraying and spilling over into the street, leaving us no choice but to turn the water to our house completely off. We have a large family and being without water for a full evening, night, and uncertainly into the next day is just a problem. We all know that needing emergency service after standard business hours is the worst case scenario and we are at the mercy of the experts who answer these after-hours calls. Well, Jeffrey answered the phone. He asked me to send pictures of the back flow and, 40 minutes later (30+ of which was pure drive time), he was at our house assessing the problem. He was polite. He was professional. He explained how the system worked and what can cause these problems. Most of all, he charged us a completely reasonable and fair price for his time and efforts - and he fixed it and did the basics to check its performance.

I asked him why his company didn't have many yelp reviews and he mentioned that they don't feel right soliciting reviews; customers should write what they want to write if they choose to - no dangled incentives or personal requests. That's honorable conduct so don't let the few reviews dissuade you.

I'm sorry that backflows are so rarely in need of repair or testing because  these guys are good, and I'd happily work with them again.
