Called Elite Rooter and Devan came out to my home in under an hour. He was very personable and even wore booties over his shoes while in our home. We had a simple issue which took him less than five minutes to diagnose and fix. We will 100% be calling Elite Rooter if any other issues come up with our plumbing. Super happy and would recommend to anyone!

Called to have a broken top mount sink replaced.  I provided the same sink.  Just remove the fixtures and drain plug.  Cut the grout, remove the sink.  clean up the edge.  Drop in new sink and put pack the fixtures.  Re-grout.  

Seems simple 1 maybe 2 hour job.  One new pop up plug would be needed.  

They came in an told me $750.

He was thorough and although less expensive than some of the competition, he did not scrimp on quality.  He persevered with a challenging tenant and did not let it impact his accurate and objective assessment of several plumbing problems that had developed in part from the tenants hard use and in part due to normal wear and tear.  Bottom line,I did not believe the quote inflated at all which is as important to me as ensuring quality to make lasting fixes.

Payment was flexible.  My cashier check to him got tied up in mail due to an address problem (on me) and he was understanding and patient while we resolved the problem.

I will definitely be a repeat customer with this company.

My husband called on a Sunday and they were able to diagnosis our problem over the phone and provide a reasonable quote upon request and our shower was fixed on Monday morning.  Great response time, very professional, personable and reasonably priced.  Plumbing is definitely something we don't try and fix ourselves, so having a reliable plumber is a necessity.  I will be passing this information along to family and friends.  I highly recommend them.

Experience was great from start to finish! Haley was a doll getting the replacement for my water pressure regulator scheduled. She told me of the rebate from the city and said she would handle all the paperwork for me. Keith was on time, professional and explained everything to me thoroughly. He and his assistant were courteous and efficient. I will turn to Paws before any other company for all my future plumbing needs.

Travis to the rescue! Our shower and bathtub were backing up and toilets were gurgling...we called around and seemed to be getting the run around (of course it was the weekend). Travis was the only one to call us back promptly and set up a time to come out. Not only did he arrive an hour earlier then promised, but he quickly figured out the problem and fixed it with no extras.

The responding plumber was polite and efficient. He fixed the leaking drain pipe and also found that my water pressure regulator had gone bad and replaced it. I would definitely recommend Carroll Plumbing.

We have a gentleman coming out to help us with our bathroom sink leak today. He is super helpful and kind. He gave us a very reasonable price. He was on time and very nice to talk to. I would highly recommend him if you have any issues with AC or leaking or bathroom remodeling.

I was very pleased with Extreme Home Service.  We had a leaky faucet and I called them, they responded quickly.  No hassle, the plumber bought the new faucet they came and installed in less than a half hour.  Fair and professional.

Gabe did an amazing job with my kitchen! I had a busted garbage disposal, a faucet that wouldn't turn, and a scratched up two compartment drop in sink that needed replacing. Gabe was very responsive to my calls and texts.

I had issues getting the sink shipped to me from Home Depot twice and ended up buying the materials in store. Gabe was very patient and didn't mind that I had to reschedule. If you need any plumbing work done, Gabe is a great handyman that can get the job done. I'll be contacting him for any future job I need done.

Incredibly disappointed with the service we received from Affordable Drains. As a professional property manager, I have used a variety of different plumbers and drain clearing services around the county over the years. Some companies perform well and clearly care about their customers while others take as many jobs as possible and sacrifice quality for speed. Affordable Drains fall into the second category. We ran into a clog at our property (new construction) on Saturday. We called Affordable Drains and were told we would have to pay extra for weekend service. They sent their technician who snaked the pipe and cleared some toilet paper. The tech was immediately ready to leave, but we told him that there must be something more causing the backup as it's a brand new build and the toilets have only been used a handful of times. Our General Contractor on the project agreed that it couldn't be soft items causing the clog, which we attempted to explain to the tech. The tech ensured us that it was clear and rushed off to his next job. The next day (Sunday), the issue was back as the pipe was not properly cleared (as we had attempted to tell the tech). On Sunday, Affordable Drains is closed, so we couldn't call them back out to finish the job they had started (and failed to complete). Instead, we had to again pay weekend rates for a different company and go through the exact same process. The 2nd company quickly found a piece of plastic in the pipe and cleared the issue. When we called Affordable Drains to explain the issue and ask for a credit or refund as their tech did essentially nothing, we were met with a rude and short response and told to send the 2nd company's invoice over for review. We did so quickly & upon review, were flatly refused any type of compensation by the office manager, Sheree, though she agreed that the other company did the EXACT same service (although they were able to properly clear the drain, unlike Affordable Drains). She also insisted that they used a camera to scope the pipe. As the tech was supervised at every step of the process, I can assure that a camera was not used. The plumber was in a rush to leave and did the absolute bare minimum. As someone who works in customer service myself, I was appalled by the utter lack of understanding on Sheree's part. These businesses think they have so much business out there that they can provide service like this....it's not a way to do business, especially with how disrespectful they were when I brought the issue to their attention.  I rarely ever write reviews, let alone bad reviews, but I was shocked by how I was treated.  I have used Affordable at least 10 times in the past, and was a long time customer. After this experience, I will never use them again.

Unless you feel like being overcharged for a service to be done incorrectly, AVOID this company! I will be telling every property manager and homeowner I know to do the same. From my experience, Affordable Drains is not affordable nor are they able to clear a drain.

These guys saved the day- twice!! A busted sprinkler leak and no shut off. Super fast response and gave me resources to trace the lines. Other companies just couldn't get here on a timely way. 2nd job at a downtown condo- a laundry leak and reinstall of the units, working with the HOA and property mgmt was super easy because of them. Billing procedures and response was excellent. Really appreciate their work ethic.

I came home from work yesterday to find a leaking dishwasher with 3 inches of water in it.  I drained it, but then found the same thing this morning.  Assuming it was a drain backing up I called Chase Plumbing and Drain.  Christian was able to come out a few hours later and help assess the problem, which turned out to be a leaking jet.  It's an older unit, so we agreed the right solution was to just replace the dishwasher and have it installed by a big box home store.  I really appreciated that he didn't try pushing any repairs or doing unnecessary work, and while I would have understood, he was nice enough to waive a service charge for the visit.  I will definitely be calling Chase Plumbing and Drain again for any issues in the future!

I had a leaky exterior faucet that AHS did not cover to fix. So I went on to yelp to look for a plumber because I didn't like the plumber the company sent out to check out the leak. Went with Above and Beyond Drain because of the reviews and decided to take a chance and that turned out to be the BEST choice! Got an immediate appointment. The technician arrived on time,was friendly, and able to fix the problem immediately while it was raining! Shout out to Juan you were awesome!! I was pleasantly surprised at how fair the price was!! I highly recommend this company to others based on my experience from the gal that answered the phone to the technician. They are an example of what great customer service is.

Fixed my covering after last company refuse to put it back. All without charge and next business day! I'll use them next year for the test.
