These guys are excellent. Travis and his crew did a great job removing and replacing a leaking water heater. They were quick, courteous and clean. They explained exactly what they were doing along the way. When finished, Travis explained the operation of the new heater. They arrived on time. Worked quickly and left the area cleaner than when they got here.

This is my 2nd time using Black Mountain. I will continue to use them.

They are very competitively priced but I really like the fact that these guys have worked for the company for many years. There is a class attitude with Black Mountain.

There was a bathtub leak and they came for repair.  Tech tried to charge $1500 for repair,  when the only issue was a $20 leaking tub spout.  Tried to tell me the shower valve was bad and too old and needed replacement and the tile had to be cut out.  The valve is a Moen and only 3 yrs old and was in perfect condition.  Repairman tried to scare me saying he will report to the HOA unless I allowed the billing.  VERY dishonest company that tries to screw you and then threaten you.  Watch out !

Daniel was on time, professional and nice.  He did a great job diagnosing the problem and finding the part.  He replaced and got my water heater working in 2 hrs, and that was with going to buy the part.  I had called other companies who gave me a large window for an appt and charged a fee to come out.  Promax gave me a time and he was there early by a few minutes.  Also, looked at it before giving me a fair price.

Excellent service. Came out same day to give a quote to replace our old water heater. Was able to get new one installed 5 days later. Fast, friendly service!

I had to call for plumbing issues 2 days in a row. Chris came both times and was on-time, friendly and professional. He worked with my schedule too. He also shared a few tips on how to prevent future problems. Needless to say, I'm a new, loyal customer. I will call CML for all plumbing needs and will refer my friends/family to them as well!

Inquired this cimpany through Yelp to get an estimate for my garbage disposal replacement. Instead of asking for more details to give an estimate, he insisted that the estimate can be only given onsite! This is an old scam of course. They get to come over and then throw astronomical prices and since the customer has to pay for a service call anyway, and get stuck with paying him an insane amount. Other negative reviews on yelp also reflect this. Stay away from these charlatans!

Never send a boy to do a mans job. Had a main line issue and went through home warranty to get a plumber to resolve the issue. A company came out to clear out line only to spend about 15 minutes to say that the snake wasn't long enough and needed a 125' line. He likely made the clogging worse! Spoke to Travis (owner/operator) at Vessel and he was friendly, knowledgeable and came through in the clutch! Travis had all the proper equipment to diagnose and was working on site within 20 minutes of initial call! Hate to call out another company but a spade is a spade! Especially when it's dealing with a critical component of a home. Stick with piece of mind and call Travis for your next plumbing need.

Had an issue with my shower where I wasn't getting any warm water. I called up Twin Plumbing and got in contact with Scott. After a few seconds of questions from Scott, he was able to diagnose my problem through his experience and give me steps to what I need to do next (in regards to my HOA).

Scott was flexible and was able to squeeze me in on one of his busy days when he heard my issue of no warm water and having a little one who needed a bath. This made my wife and I extremely grateful and we remembered why Small Business owners are the way to go. That request wouldn't have fazed anyone else, but Scott understood.

Scott came right out on time and introduced himself and laid out the game plan, very professional. He immediately got to work and all the while was filling me in on little details that I didn't even know about my home. He was very detailed and helped educate me on the task. He kept me in the loop at every step and then at the end, Scott made sure to let me know if something else comes up to reach out to him and he would be right back out.

Pricing was affordable and having the option to pay online with a emailed receipt made it really easy.

Overall, Scott's expertise from Twin Plumbing made my issue non-existent in the matter of minutes. I would recommend to anyone.

The valve to the water line on washer was leaking so called Carroll plumping and Mike the owner picked up and had Soultath his plumber over the same day. Soultath was very polite and respectful and did the job in quick and effective way. I also had them check the water pressure valve to the house he showed me on the pressure gauge that it was as I suspected bad. Had him back out first thing this morning to replace it. If you need great work at a fair price don't hesitate to give them a call. Thanks Mike and Soultath, if I have any future plumbing needs I know where to go!

All I know is these guys are the awesome in the sauce, had a plumbing emergency and team BY THE BOOK showed up on time, diagnose the problem. And provided us with options. Thanks for your prompt service from the start to finish, 10 stars for customer service. I will be recommending this company.

Okay where to start, we used Extreme Home Service 5 years ago to do our water heater. We just called them again and we are extremely happy with the service and reliability David provided. His honesty goes above and beyond and a rare find now a days. We are truly grateful to have someone like David to count on. We definitely recommend Extreme Home Service :-)

I would highly recommend using Touchdown Plumbing. I had an emergency bathroom back up at night and they were out there in about 30-40 minutes and got it fixed that night. My house is old and needs lots of updating including the pipes. Rich and his team ended up redoing most of all my pipes. They even had to dig up my yard to install clean outs and redo the plumbing in bathroom. Rich was very competitive with pricing, he always responded quick with texts or any questions and he also kept me updated all the time. He always gave me options as to what I needed and was upfront with everything. I received some quotes from other plumbers for what he did and he was cheaper than them. Rich and his whole team were great! I will be recommending them and using them in the future!

I have an older home and clogs with the aging pipes are not too uncommon. Recently I had a bad one that fell two, TWO plumbing companies. I called a plumber in Oceanside who came out and worked on it for a couple hours with no success.  I called a second company that has outstanding ratings on Yelp and has helped me out in the past, so I thought I would give them a shot again. This time, that company came out and quickly said, nope, you need Affordable Drain Services for this one. This was the mother of all clogs, evidently. A quick call to Affordable and I was set up for a plumber to come out between 6pm and 9pm THAT NIGHT. Sure enough, I get a call at 6:45 notifying me that he would be at the house in 30 minutes. Almost to the minute, the plumber was there. He got right to work, and was wrestling with the pipes for about an hour, but was ultimately successful. OUTSTANDING! Guests arriving the next day and I did NOT want to deal with a lack of a guest bathroom.
These guys tick all the boxes of how a company should be run: 1) They're accommodating 2) They provide excellent service 3) They say what they do and do what they say 4) They're priced competitively. The owners obviously take a lot of pride in their company and it shows. Well done Affordable, well done!

Our shower broke, and we had to shut off the water to the house.  We needed a plumber over as soon as possible.  I called and spoke to Troy, and he was able to make it out very quickly.  Great friendly service, was repaired quickly, and priced well.  From here on out, this is our new plumber.  I would recommend this company to anyone who is need of plumbing services.

I'm very happy that Christian came on Dec 24th to help clean our kitchen drain. He responded my request on yelp very quickly, like in 20 mins. He also told me how to maintain the drain. 5 stars for sure!

Joe and Above and Beyond Plumbing are both amazing and this review is long overdue. I am on the board of a homeowner's association where we had a major drain line backup. We had three other plumbing companies come out and take a look and they all wanted to charge us exorbitant fees in the tens of thousands of dollars, and even cut into the street in front of our association. Joe took the time to run sensors down are drains and discovered the blockage was more than a hundred feet from the edge of our property, which makes it a city issue. He even had the phone number for the city in his phone and called them on the spot! The city was out here within a day or two and fixed everything at absolutely no cost to us, all thanks to Joanne above and beyond plumbing. Joe's truck was clean and we'll kept, his appearance was clean and professional, and he spoke to us at length and with utmost respect. Can't recommend Joe and Above and Beyond Plumbing highly enough!

Jeffrey is amazing, needed some backflow tests done in a hurry and he came to my rescue and went above and beyond the call of duty!
