Quick response, but tried to convince me to spend thousands to open up the wall on a drain clog. I called a local guy who fixed the problem by snaking in 15 minutes.

No hot water on Friday morning, No panic, found California Plumbing on Yelp, on site 45 minutes later and installed new water heater 40 gallons up to code and cleaned everything. Thanks to them. They also checked few things in my house. Plumbing business number 1 in Chula Vista and probably in San Diego. 300% recommended

Surprised we didn't have a 5 Star experience given other reviews.  We had three issues going on.  The plumber managed to fix the simplest issue (replace cutoff valves).  The other two issues he just told my dad he couldn't fix or didn't know how to fix.  Maybe they were particularly complicated but a I don't know doesn't warrant five stars.  I don't know but here's the information of someone who might would have yielded a better review.  My dad said he just appeared to be in a rush and wanted to do whatever was quick and if it was going to take time he wasn't interested.

Thank you CML Plumbing!  We found out that we had a propane leak and I needed a plumber asap.  Chris the owner came out and pressure tested our line at 7:30 at night and figured out where the leak was.  He was very informative and called 1st thing the next morning with an estimate.  Based on his Yelp reviews I didn't bother shopping around for more estimates.  He was out a few days later and replaced the whole main propane line feeding our house.  Thank you for your help we appreciate it!

Travis was extremely sensitive to the urgency of my leak situation and moved his schedule around to get to my house as soon as possible.  He was extremely COVID conscience and respectful.  The leak was not easy to find and he was able to troubleshoot where it was coming from very effectively.  He corrected the situation and was able to determine the true root cause was with my pressure regulator failure.  This cause a few issues elsewhere in the house and he fixed those too before leaving.  I highly recommend him and will call on them again.

I have used Scott from Twin Plumbing for a couple of decades now. He is a true professional in every sense of the word.  He always arrives on time, does a great job and does is RIGHT the first time.  Plus Scott charges reasonable prices.  Twin Plumbing stands behind their work unlike some other big name companies whose paper-thin guarantees would shock you. We had a hidden water leak behind a glass shower. Mike methodically diagnosed the problem, explaining everything as he proceeded. He was extremely careful and professional. The repair was perfect and the cost was reasonable. I would give Mike and his associate Soulath my highest rating.

These guys are the greatest. I called on a Saturday, he called me back within 10 minutes, this was around 11 and he said could come today but it would be late. He came at 3.  Super nice, did a great job unclogging my bathroom sink, and for less than the price he quoted me- so very honest too. Definitely recommend.

Lakeside American little league had a water leak and needed a plumber right away to get our water turned back on. I called around and couldn't get anyone out right away just to help to see what we need and what it would cost till I found Rich and touchdown plumbing. He came out right away and told me what needed to be done. With Rich knowing we are a self funded little league where we have to pay for all the services he had told me not to worry because touchdown plumbing will give back to our community and the kids. He said it wasn't for him it was for the kids and our future. I had a few old angle stop valves I needed to replace and Gabe was the first one to reach out. Gabe is awesome! I really appreciated his honesty and how transparent he was throughout the process. Definitely will be using him in the future.

Nobody said you were there for me personally just because I rent the place doesn't give anybody the right to not act professional just because im a renter. Your there to do a job regardless whos occupying the place.Unless you heard the actual conversation and know how she was addressing me you really cant comment  and say shes been nothing but polite and professional with me because she hasnt.. She laughed and interrupted me when I tried to explain and ask my questions. What kind of customer service is that. and on top of that You did not call me or I would of called you back right away.

I don't know why you have to continue with the public attacks with bad reviews, as recent as 445 today with another Yelp response.  Thankfully Yelp has deemed them 'Not Recommended' so no one is paying any attention to them.

At this point, I have no need for further correspondence with you as I have been dealing directly with State Farm.  My only other correspondence with you will be if State Farm chooses to validate the sewer line information.  Otherwise I will not entertain any other correspondence with you.

If your goal is to waste everyone's time, congratulations, you have hit the mark.

Troy was very responsive and answered a lot of questions (excellent communication). He was very professional and friendly and showed up to the property with a facial mask (kept all safety precautions during this pandemic). Very reasonably pricing and was very efficient when completing the task (I had draining issues with my bathtub and Troy fixed the issues quickly, free of any mess or issues).

Christian was an absolute life saver. My wife and I just finished bathing and putting our kids down to bed when I noticed the tub wasn't draining and neither was the toilet. After a little detective work we assessed it was the main drain... I called Chase Plumbing and he was literally at my home in 15 minutes! Very professional, fixed the issue fast, and charged me a very fair price. Now I'm a hero to my wife and the house is fixed before the kids wake up. Thank you Christian!!!

Joe Garcia offered an option to fix my old rotting sewer pipe which I never knew about.  Until I met him, I thought you could dig out the old pipe with a long trench, or clean and line the pipe with plastic, making it smaller.  Google pipe bursting to understand the process they did for me.  The crew, led by Ben Gonzales were prompt, courteous and respectful.  They communicated equally well in English or Spanish.  They finished the job in half the time estimated, even after performing some extra work not contracted for at no extra cost.  If you need to replace your aging sewer line, there is no better company than this.
