I rarely need a plumber but I had home bathroom  repairs that needed attention. Carlos and his crew were prompt, attentive, and went the extra mile to help me get my bathroom repair done quickly.  I highly recommend them... great service, good price, great work!

We called them for emergency service for a simple clogged kitchen sink drain on a Saturday morning at 11am. I told them I want it done today. They said they can make it at 4-5pm. They said $200 fee just to come out, then $250/hr. Crazy high, but I was busy and didn't feel like getting a bunch of quotes -- so I said ok. At least they'll show up since I'm paying am arm and a leg right?

Wrong. An hour before they were supposed to show up, they called to tell me they can't make it and have to reschedule for tomorrow. Does this company not understand what emergency service is? You have to wait half a day to tell me you can't come? And it was scheduled for 4pm -- you can't unclog a drain at 7pm? 8pm? 10pm? What is the $200 emergency fee for? If you're double booked and too busy just let your customers know so they can call someone else who can come -- that's why I asked for emergency service!

But ok, I get it. Things just get crazy sometimes, but you'll never guess what they said next. They said they can reschedule me for tomorrow -- I said ok fine, then they said, we're going to need your credit card number right now for the $200 emergency fee! I was like... what do you mean? You're the one rescheduling -- you're going to charge me? They said, if they're on their way tomorrow and I cancel, they will charge me the $200.

Are these people serious? I called for emergency service and agreed to exorbitant prices. They couldn't deliver on fast service, wasted my day, tried to reschedule AND attempt to lock in their $200. They were only interested in the $200 and my needs as their customer were the last thing on their mind.

I had a feeling that this would drag on till Monday because that's just the vibe I got so I politely declined. I called up another company who showed up on time the first thing in the morning and got it done quick. And no surprise -- the other company charged waaaaay less even for emergency service.

To management -- here's a hint. If someone calls you for emergency service they want it done quick. If you probably can't make it, just tell them to call someone else. If something unexpected happened and you can't make it, tell them you're sorry, that you'll be there first thing next morning, and wave the emergency fee because YOU MESSED UP and YOU INCONVENIENCED YOUR CUSTOMER who could have had their problem fixed already by someone else. Your company did the opposite of that and instead was only thinking about yourself and tried to lock in the emergency fee. lol what a joke.

I have been using Aaron and California Plumbing for a while and every time I am more impressed.  Jaime and Aaron have completely re-piped one of my apartment buildings and have replaced old cracked cast iron pipes in my house.  Every time they are professional and on time.  I would use anyone else.  California Plumbing is my go to crew if I need anything done when it comes to plumbing.  You should hesitate to give them a call they will get it done on time and with quality work.

Daniel was everything we were hoping for. Weeks of trying to find a plumber and no one seemed to be the right fit. When he can for the consult, I could see that he wanted to do the job well. He is very reliable, on time, thorough and most importantly, takes pride in his work. He installed a water line and water drain for our new laundry closet in one day. He even replaced the vanity (they tapped into the adjacent bathroom) and had his guy repair all drywall cuts- excellent texturing. He is very professional and respects your time and your home.  I have already passed his information along to friends who may need a knowledgeable plumber in the future. Great business and great work!

This group really knows their stuff.  Always dependable and on time, which I really appreciate.  They are also very professional.  They are neat and tidy and they do a fantastic job!

I woke up to the hubby telling me our shower was backed up and the toilet was gurgling. We have back to back bathrooms and three ladies in the house. Hair is always clogging the tub drain and causing issues with the shower drain. The toilet was a new issue. I called Travis and he picked up right away and I told him of my dilemma. He said he could get there the same afternoon. He came to the house as expected and was able to run a line through the clean out and get, what he called peanut butter from the line to clear it. A bunch of soft material had clumped together and causes a blockage in the main line. I've never seen a camera view of our cast iron pipe sewer line so that was a treat. Thanks Travis for getting the house back on-line so quickly.

Great company! I had issues with my water heater and they called right away and showed up the same day! I have also used them for my bathroom sink plumbing and they did an amazing job! The quality of the work is excellent and very prompt. I would highly recommend this company!

Had to write this review as soon as I could. Definitely the best service I've had in.. forever! Mike is a great guy and delivered on all fronts. From the initial request through texts on the rough ballpark cost of the fix to the copy of the invoice, you can tell he appreciated every customer. Mike even showed me some tips on soldering, something I always wanted to learn! Also had suggestions on what to look out for in the future and how to fix those as well.

Our water heater went out this morning and By the Book Plumbing was out to fix it within a few hours. They were fast, professional, friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

We had an emergency with our sewer ejector pump and David and team came to the rescue for sure.  We had another plumber look at initially and they did not have a solution.  David's approach to the issue was excellent.  He showed up when he said he would.  Very dependable!  He also resolved a shower drain leak very quickly.  We will call Extreme Home Service for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

Richard and his team did a wonderful job excavating for our 1st bathroom disaster that we called them for the 2nd bathroom disaster. Short of the long, the bathroom AND main needed replacing. Every crew member was professional,  courteous and punctual. It was a nightmare going thru it, but knowing a great team led by a strong owner made us feel better. Can't say enough about the organization. Thank you Rich and crew!

We contact Gabe one day and next day we had him at our door with all material we need! Great plumber and fixed a lote of other things! Be prepare for his energy because he is fast as he is good! Ryan is amazing!  Last night we hosted a dinner party, and after the guests left I discovered that the kitchen sink drain was clogged.  I went to bed with the hope that it would be cleared by morning.  Sadly it wasn't.  I called my plumber who recommended Affordable Drain.  I called a receptionist.  Within minutes Ryan called back.  He was available right then (on a Sunday morning!).  He told me the price options for Sunday versus Monday, and I decided to opt for Sunday.  He arrived on time,  did the work, cleaned up the area.  He gave me advice to prevent a recurrence of the problem.  I am extremely pleased with his service and professionalism.  I hope not to need his service in the future, but highly recommend this company and this craftsman, who takes pride in his work and in the service he provides.

Great communication, arrived within the time appointment time frame, honest and fair pricing.  I had issues with the kitchen facuet not working. They were able to come in and figure out what was wrong within 15 minutes and even made suggestions for any future issues, if any come up.  Highly recommend!

I contacted Christian in a late afternoon to unclog one of the toilets via yelp. He immediately responded me with a quote. In addition, he was willing to wait for me to travel back from the office as it would be passed 6:30 pm. His kindness and flexibility is beyond my expectation.  He was very accommodating by putting the boot cover before stepping in. He was very careful when he tried to auger the toilet.  I appreciate his attention to detail. I highly recommend his service to anyone needs maintenance work associated to plumbing.  If I have any facet or garbage disposal replacement work in the future, I will contact him again. His price is very reasonable considering the fact that it is after business hour.  Thank you Christian for your help tonight.

I was so pleased with the entire experience. We had issues with the bathtub not draining well. I was able to get an appt on the same day with Jorge and he was very good about being on time. He fixed the issue quickly and was good about cleaning up afterwards. Thank you!

Jeffrey was very kind to come check out the back flow device on our home.  After looking at the device, he let us know that he wasn't able to fix the device.  However, he was very straight forward and didn't charge us.  Thanks Jeffrey!
