On December 6, 2022, Elite Rooter came out to clear a drain in the bathroom sink of an upstairs unit (A). The technician stated there was a clogged line. He also found a connection issue with the plumbing under the sink and the pipes in the wall. He said he needed to clear the line and repair the connection. I authorized him to do the work, and it was done on December 6, 2021.
On January 3, 2022 I called your company back out to the property because the tenant downstairs noticed moisture on the bathroom wall and in the medicine cabinet of the unit (B). I was told by the Elite Rooter technician that the problem was the drain pipe that connected the upstairs and downstairs units (A&B). The technician belived it was cracked and that was what was causing the leak. He gave me a verbal eastimate of almost $4,000 to remove and replace this pipe; however, I never received a formal quote. I told the technician I needed to confer with others and that I would call him if it was decided to move forward with his recommendation.
I called another plumber for a second opinion on January 3, 2022. This plumber came out to the property and could not find anything wrong with the connecting pipe that was identified by your technician. This plumber believed the problem was with the initial work that Elite Rooter performed on 12/6/22 stating that the fitting was installed incorrectly. He corrected the work your technician performed and properly cleared the line.
On January 6, 2022. I reached out to your group and let them know all of the above information. I asked for a refund for the work performed on 12/6/22. In addition, I asked for a gift card for the tenant for all the trouble they went through and for replacement of the medicine cabinet due to the water damage. I spoke with Gayson and he let me know he would authorize a refund check to offset the incured costs.
The issue with the leak was resolved; however, there was damage to the drywall in unit B by the leaking water. The drywall needed to be replaced and the bathroom painted. I called your office several times, but my calls were never returned. A decision was made to no longer inconvenience the tenant and the work was authorized.
I forwarded the invoice for the drywall repair ($360.00) and painting ($275.00) to Summer and Annette. In January, when I forwarded the invoice to Elite Rooter employees, I still had not received the refund/gift card/medicine cabinet check that was approved by Gayson; however, the check was received on 2/23/22 but dated 1/23/22.
I have made several attemps to resolve this issue both by phone and email. The outcome has been the same still working on it or waiting for a decision from someone else. This has gone on for three months. Finally, last week I was told the owner is not taking responsibilty for the damage, much to my dismay. I expect Elite Rooter to review the facts as presented here and agree that the damage caused by the leaking pipe is one hundred percent Elite Rooter's responsibility.

Daniel came out this morning to move the water heater as part of water remediation work.  At that point I was told that Black Mountain Plumbing (BMP) does not work with insurance and that I would have to pay for $800 + (surprise) $600 to replace a water regulator before hooking up the temporary water heater.  This is approx $1,400 out of pocket today.

I had to decline working with BMP due to this.  

I gave feedback to Daniel that I would have appreciated knowing up front that they did not work with insurance. His response was that I should talk with the office not him - I can only talk with him about specific work being done and that it is not his responsibility to tell me up front about not taking insurance.

Next, I said: ok, I will talk with the office. Let me give you some personal feedback, your customer service attitude is abrasive and not helpful. As I was talking, Daniel got in his truck and drove off and left me in mid sentence. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL conduct.

I called the office and Kathy (sp?) answered and took my call, feedback, and report of the incident very well.  

In the past, BMP has provided excellent service in the past.  Very professional, courteous, and high quality work.

I don't know what to make of this incidence

BUYER BEWARE! I scheduled an appointment through Rachael for Cal Plumbing to install a new garbage disposal. I told her I had already purchased the disposal and the electrical cord, which was a plug in type. She quoted me $139. The technician showed up and wanted $200 to do the installation. Then, he said they would not provide a warranty unless I purchased their disposal for $350. I looked up their exact model online, and it was for sale at the local Home Depot for $107. I phoned Rachel. She said that they would charge $169 to install the unit I had already purchased with the electrical cord. I declined the price switch. The technician left. Then, Rachael called me back and said if the technician was around, he'd do the job for $139. I declined. I dislike giving a small business a bad review. But, BUYER BEWARE.

Great service! Professional and prompt!  We had a crack in our main line and they diagnose the problem right away.  They used state of the art camera equipment to diagnose the problem and fixed it right away.  Their quote was the most reasonable and I was so glad I chose Almighty Plumbing.  Highly recommend them!!!

Chris is the owner and the absolute model of a hardworking, skilled American.

We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that damaged the downstairs ceiling. When I asked for a quote on yelp, Chris was the first to reach out, explain that he didn't do any of the damage control, coordinated a water damage company to call us and get the process started.

Once everything was opened up and dried out, he communicated clearly with the wife who was home during the day, came out, fixed the leak within an hour and was on his way. All the while explaining what he was doing so there were no questions.

Unluckily for us, there were MULTIPLE leaks. Again, he coordinated with the damage control company to open the walls up further, came out and fixed the second leak within an hour again..

And lastly, while the subfloor was exposed in the upstairs bathroom, the kids were taking a bath and we started getting more water leaking to the downstairs. Chris came out with less than 2 hours warning on a Sunday night just to find that the kids had been splashing and it had leaked down between the toilet and the exposed subloor, not plumbing at all.

Chris is a rare breed of person who is looking out for you and takes pride in his work. Hopefully a long-ish yelp review encourages you to contact him for any type of plumbing work you need because we definitely want to see him succeed as much as he wanted us to be happy with his work and we are DEFINITELY happy!

The employees who came out to my condo (#306) today were polite, professional and friendly.  The worked efficiently as a team and were sure to clean up after they were done.  I asked questions about the work they were doing and they provided answers and information.

My shower faucet was leaking badly and Travis was able to fix the leak and replace the ugly parts without tearing out the wall. He is very easy to work with. I will definitely call him again if I need to.

I wish I had found Twin Plumbing long ago.  Scott is exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, and professional and is our go to plumber for any plumbing repair or upgrade need.  I recommend Scott and Twin Plumbing if you want high quality work always done right the first time, whether it is resolving drainage problems, banging pipes, installing a hot water recirculation system or a high quality whole-house water filtration system.

I called Carroll Plumbing this morning. Within 30 minutes they were at my door and 15 minutes later leaving, problem fixed. We have hot water again! Thank you for the quick response and quick fix. Highly recommend! - Thank you!!

He came out on a Sunday evening in an emergency. He was very helpful & didn't try & over charge us or scare us into something we didn't need.

As first-time home owners of an older home, we were very concerned about our first plumbing issue that required the water to be shut off until repairs could be made. It was around 8 p.m. and after calling several other plumbing companies who either didn't return my call, couldn't come out until the next day or later and quoted an arm and a leg for repairs, we were relieved to have found Extreme Home Services.

David was professional, prompt, polite and reasonably priced. He explained the whole process start to finish and gave us advice for future reference. For as late as it was and how much work he does, David had a courteous attitude. We felt like he genuinely wanted to help. We highly recommend and will definitely call Extreme Home Services any time we are in need of repairs.

I've used TDP twice now. The first time was kind of an emergency since our toilet broke and I needed it replaced. The guys that came over did a good job and were fair and transparent in their pricing.
The second time I used TDP was to install a tankless water heater and run a new gas line directly from the meter. I went with them because of a prior good experience and they were very competitive in terms of quoted price. Installation was seamless and the guy did a very clean job. They're my go to for plumbing now.

Gabe is who you NEED to hire right now. Had a shower handle thing along with other issues and he was available within hours. One-time, professional, and communication was excellent! Thank you!

During the morning another person came and spent two hours, but he couldn't solve the problem.

Jason and Ryan came in the afternoon. They are very professional, super knowledgeable, and friendly. They fixed the issue in a half hour and also charged very reasonable price.

They knew the person from the morning had overcharged. Jason said he would help me to get some refunds back. I am still waiting for it now.

Jason and Ryan are definitely the only two persons I will recommend for everyone. Really really satisfied with their job!

Troy was quick and professional. I called and he answered his phone even though he was under someone's sink at the time. He was able to come out to my house same day, and texted me throughout the day to keep me updated on when he'd get here. Really friendly too. Will be using him for al our plumbing needs!

I came home from work yesterday to find a leaking dishwasher with 3 inches of water in it.  I drained it, but then found the same thing this morning.  Assuming it was a drain backing up I called Chase Plumbing and Drain.  Christian was able to come out a few hours later and help assess the problem, which turned out to be a leaking jet.  It's an older unit, so we agreed the right solution was to just replace the dishwasher and have it installed by a big box home store.  I really appreciated that he didn't try pushing any repairs or doing unnecessary work, and while I would have understood, he was nice enough to waive a service charge for the visit.  I will definitely be calling Chase Plumbing and Drain again for any issues in the future!

Did some nice work at one of my rentals - professional, reasonable and coordinated directly with the tenant - I'll use them again.
