A++  We recently had the opportunity to work with Elite Rooter for the first time and were extremely happy with the service they provided.  We'd had a number of plumbers out recently because our drains kept backing up.  Saw Elite Rooter on Yelp and asked them to come out.  Due to the frequency of plumber calls, Anthony and Travis suggested we take a closer look at the sewer line via camera and we discovered that the main line to the city hookup had disintegrated over its sixty year life and was actually missing pieces along the run.  Additionally, we had plumbing from the kitchen and washing machine that had never been right in the way that it connected to the main line and asked them about taking care of that at the same time.  Travis laid out the options and was able to put together a plan that combined  the two projects, saving us money in the end. Anthony, our lead technician, and his crew started just 2 days later and were amazing.  They communicated thoroughly and were quick, thorough and met every deadline.  Surprisingly, the entire project only took about 10 days with little disturbance.  The replaced all of the sewer lines under the driveway without having to damage any of the stamped concrete!  There was only minimal disturbance to the landscaping which will all grow back in no time. The garage work for the washer/kitchen required that they cut a trench through the concrete, but they recommended a concrete guy (Sergio 619-207-2726) who was equally amazing and done in one day. Thanks Elite for the above and beyond commitment to our project, even with the lousy weather throughout!

We have used Black Mountain Plumbing in the past and they have always done a great job at a fair price. They even showed us how to snake our own drains with a $4 tool.  Today, Soloman, came by and was courteous and professional.  Will use them again.

California Plumbing is the real deal!  They were prompt and took care of the job fast. Nestor was my plumber. He was honest and very courteous. The prices was fair and lower than three other plumber's estimates. I will definitely use them again for future jobs.

Nice to get an actual cut and dry quote right away and a response in 10mins.  The knob on one of our bathroom sinks was leaking.  He had to order a part on Friday evening and was ready to install it on Monday morning.  Followed thru on everything so that I didn't have to be the one calling and wondering if things were going to get done.

Everyone I have spoken with from this company are really nice and ready to help. We have worked with Chris in the past but today Dave and Ivan came out and worked on a toilet for us. The company worked with me via text (love that) to find a workable time for their guys to get over here. They were prompt and super courteous. Had it fixed in no time at a good price. Definite thumbs up from me.

I had a water leak from the upstairs bathroom. Chris called and recommended a water damage cleanup company to come out first. He then showed up later that day to evaluate and provided an estimate. He worked directly with my home insurance claims adjuster as well. When the first repair exposed additional problems he kept me informed the entire time. Chris definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. I hope to not need his services for an emergency again but if I do he's my first call. And if I happen to do any remodeling in the future I'll insist that the general contractor uses Chris for the plumbing work.

Called to get help with my plumbing situation and talked to dispatcher Will who was friendly and very helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns without letting me feel silly and the technician who came out was fast and efficient!

When our tub drain was clogged, we called Travis at Vessel Plumbing. Travis was clean, courteous and even asked if he should take his shoes off at the door. He was extremely patient and took the time to demonstrate what to do in the future if the drain clogged again! Because it took him all of 10 minutes to remedy our slow flowing drain, he also took the time to check our water pressure (free) as well as offered to scope our sewer for an additional fee.

Since we knew it was only a matter of time until we needed to get our sewer repaired as we had cast iron sewers, I approved the work and Travis proceeded to show me what my sewer looked like and its condition. A previous plumber who scoped our sewer during our home buy process quoted just over $18,000 to do the work of relining our 100 feet of sewer. Travis was honest in his opinion and gave us his recommendation of cleaning the sewer line with a picote system and repairing an area of root intrusion which came out to around $3,000.  However, for peace of mind, I had him bid for relining our sewer. His price was more than fair and almost half of what the initial bid was.

The relining process took about two days. Travis kept me well informed throughout the entire procedure. The first day he came and dug out around our cleanout to prepare our sewer for relining. The digging looked brutal! The next day, the relining crew and Travis came and removed the cleanouts, relined the sewer, replaced the cleanouts, and backfilled the hole. We were able to have running water as soon as the cleanouts were reinstalled, which was roughly about 5 hours.  This was amazing as digging up and replacing a sewer line would be exponentially more expensive, and a significant inconvenience.

After doing all this work, I am hopeful that I never need to call Travis again! I am happy with the work that Travis has done, and extremely grateful to have crossed paths with such a professional plumber. If I ever run into problems with my home's plumbing, I would call Travis in a heartbeat!

Broke a hose fitting that compromised my entire household. Gave the company a call and the guy came right away within 10 minutes! Was able to fix and replace my broken fitting within an hour. Super fast service

I cannot leave enough stars for Mike Carroll and his company!  Not only did he respond extremely quickly and head over to see what the problem was, his employee was able to finish the complex job he was doing and get to my home to assist Mr. Carroll in replacing my water heater.  All options were explained to me and, once I made my decision on how I wanted to proceed, Mr. Carroll acquired the water heater and he and Soulath (his employee) spent the remainder of the day installing the water heater.

I am delighted with the job they did and have zero reservations about recommending Carroll Plumbing to everyone - great price, excellent communication, and final cleanup all exceeded my expectations.

Had a toilet leaking and didn't feel like getting in to a home repair like this myself, so solicited estimates from a few area plumbers. Rich responded quickly with a good quote up front, and we made an appointment for the next morning. When their guy Edwin checked it out, we found that it would be be better and more cost efficient to replace instead of repair. No charge for the visit. I purchased everything, and Edwin came back a couple of days later. It was a pain since it was an older install being replaced, but he did a great job with a great attitude, and they stuck to the original quoted price. In the mean time, the other plumbing companies I reached out to responded with either no up front estimate, or a substantially higher quote. I would recommend these guys for any plumbing job you may have.

Gabe responded to my request very quickly and was able to take care of the kitchen in my rental the next day. He called me after the job was done to explain his work and described other possible issues that may occur in the future. He was professional and will be my go-to person for jobs at the house. I highly recommend him!
