I had the cartridge replaced on my master shower less than a year ago. They claim that they have no record of the work being done and insinuated that I was just trying to pull a fast one. The guy even said Isn't it convenient that we don't have a record, and now you are saying its dripping

We spent a lot of money with this company and feel absolutely ripped off!.. They even hiked the rates above the initial quote when the work was done. And then the work on the shower didn't last a year!

I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are a shower of con men!!

My technician, Chico did an amazing job! He showed up on time, fixed the problem and educated me about the new system before he left. Glad we found someone we can trust! Highly recommend working with him!

You rely heavily on reviews? Well so do I. ProMax did an outstanding job replacing my bathroom faucets. Easy communication with Daniel via email and text and the quote he gave me was the quote he charged. George knew how to get to my place without getting lost (which happens a lot to other people) and did a stand up job. Cleaned up after himself which is a plus and was very courteous.

I couldn't ask anymore from a business. Will be calling them up again for the next plumbing job. Great job, ProMax!

We had a plumbing emergency at Tami's shop and they came out on a Sunday morning - had it fixed in less than an hour! Saved the day! (And the shop). Absolutely pleased with their service.

I recently contacted Chris when the main fresh water line to my house started bubbling up through my driveway. He suggested Pulse Leak Detection to pinpoint the location, then get back to him if I was still in need of help. Within a couple of hours, the source was located (fortunately under asphalt) and I was able to dig it up and repair it myself. Although I did not ultimately use Chris for the repair, he impressed me with how he handled the situation. I will keep him in my bookmarks for any future plumbing needs.

Scott showed up to clean-up after previous plumber. Readily identified the problem with a tub spout leak. Replaced the pipe, spout fixture, and overflow drain cover. Also added the finishing touches to previously completed job by the other company. Honest, to the point work.
Also recommended alternatives to water treatment to help prevent future pipe issues.

Mike was soooo friendly and helpful! I had put out some feelers on Sunday night for a garbage disposal leak for my tenants and got a message from Carroll Plumbing first thing in the morning! Mike was able to send someone out in the next couple of hours and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Their prices were reasonable and they quickly resolved my tenants' issue!

Leon was recommended by good friends.  He lived up to the high praise they gave him.  He got us on the schedule quickly, installed the new kitchen faucet in no time, and left everything clean and tidy.

Returned from a weekend trip to find I didn't have any hot water on my over 10 year old water heater. I was was referred to Touchdown Plumbing and given Rich's number, after speaking with Rich, I decided to replace the water heater. He provided a fair quote that included all labor, haul away of old tank, new tank, and additional work to bring everything up to code.  He was very professional and friendly, and worked very quickly while still doing excellent work. They even cleaned up after themselves leaving nothing behind but a new functioning water heater and a satisfied customer.  
                    If you want good quality work done quickly with great customer service, then I would recommend Touchdown Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I never post reviews, but felt the need to do so for Touchdown Plumbing and Rich.

I needed to replace my garbage disposal and Gabe flawlessly completed the job. He was available within 2 days and showed up right on time.

Not affordable at all. Wanted 170 for a job that normally costs us 80. Responsive and polite but just way too pricey for a 10 minute job. Should rename company because affordable is false advertising. Maybe La Jolla Plumbing or something like that.

Good, fast service, they came fixed the issue, called at 2:45 they got here 3:15ish, unclogged toilet and hooked up my sink hair issue lol and left by 4:05!!! Price fair!
