My first three experiences with Black Mountain Plumbing (March through August) were great, top dollar, but good work is worth paying for.

My last three interactions (September - today) have been radically different. The new scheduler is rude and unhelpful and I'm not willing to wait three days for a 4 hour arrival window.

A competitor was able to give me a 2 hour window today. I'm generally pretty loyal, but rude and condescending doesn't work for me.

Aaron and his California Plumbing professionals did an outstanding job with a difficult and challenging sewer reroute. Their workmanship and customer service is top notch. Two thumbs up from us.

Matt did some work on a property I have in Spring Valley.

He was thorough and although less expensive than some of the competition, he did not scrimp on quality.  He persevered with a challenging tenant and did not let it impact his accurate and objective assessment of several plumbing problems that had developed in part from the tenants hard use and in part due to normal wear and tear.  Bottom line,I did not believe the quote inflated at all which is as important to me as ensuring quality to make lasting fixes.

Payment was flexible.  My cashier check to him got tied up in mail due to an address problem (on me) and he was understanding and patient while we resolved the problem.

I will definitely be a repeat customer with this company.

After being stood up by another company, I contacted CML at about 6pm on a Saturday when my water heater went out.  I have 3 young kids and having no hot water is a huge inconvenience/problem.  Chris, the owner, was at my house within the hour and promptly completed the necessary  repair.  I was ecstatic- fair price, exceptional customer service, and best of all my water heater is working again!  Chris was truly great, I would definitely use CML again and I highly recommend this company.

Kudos to Scott who helped us during an emergency water heater issue.  We had a busted water heater that was flooding into the neighbors downstairs condo. I did not know how to shut off the valve( it ended up being broken ) Scott was able to quickly make it on site and turn the water off to the condo  thereby saving the neighbor anymore damages to his condo :) he assessed the situation quickly and was pretty expedient at repairing the issue. I consider the price reasonable considering it was an emergency. I highly recommend Scott and Twin Plumbing to anyone in the San Diego area!

DON'T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!

I called David after I had two other plumbers give me an estimate on an emergency job. The two estimates were extremely high and didn't feel that either had really looked for a solution to the problem.  Basically, they wanted to repipe my entire house!  

After reading all of the Yelp reviews, I called David.  He went right away to assess the problem and phoned within an hour of my call. It was only one small pipe that was broken!  

David is honest, polite, efficient, professional and won't sell you something you don't need.  

I would use his services again and highly recommend you call David if you need a reliable plumber.  I take that back,  call David if you need the BEST reliable plumber.

He was absolutely great. Had to work out a jammed packed bathroom line. Took him awhile but he got a very difficult plug out.

Amazing service and great people. Joe and David were very knowledgeable and informative when replacing my water heater. They gave me the best price for a replacement out of all the places I've called. They replaced everything so quickly and taught me what I needed to know to maintain the water heater for many more years than the life expectancy. They gave me a 2 years warranty for their services and the manufacturer warranty the heater comes with. I will hire them for any of my plumbing needs!
