Kyle patch is a great tech to work with. very good communicator, punctual, was able to quickly diagnose the issue with plumbing. he was quick and accurate in his diagnosis, quick solution to the problem and reasonable prices as advertised on website, no hidden costs. I would highly recommend choosing Kyle for any plumbing issues.

We had a commercial water heater installed in our Cafe and Robert and his staff made this an easy process from the quote through the installation!!! John was excellent on site with the installation and when an adjustment was needed to meet electrical needs Robert came out the next day and took care of everything quickly. Everything is working perfectly and I know I will be calling Robert for any plumbing needs in the future!!

Devan did an amazing job fixing a water leak, he was very professional. Even though my dóberman aka chihuahua was crazy barking at him . He was kind,  patient young man. Will definitely recommend this plumbing company. So happy it's fixed!

I must have contacted 10 different Pluming companies through YELP based on reviews. 7-8 replied back and after speaking with 5 of them and receiving quotes, I chose ProMax and I could not have made a better choice.

Showed up right on time and took care of my clogged drain no problem. I would definitely recommend.

We have 2 shower heads that we're broken and I called Paws Plumbing out. They were quick to respond and scheduled us asap which should of been a flag.

To make a long story short, they damaged the tub, and left a mess in both bathrooms. I called multiple times until I got someone to call me back regarding these issues.

According to them they did not scratch the tube up and they were sorry for the mess. Asked if I needed anything else. The End.

I woke up to the hubby telling me our shower was backed up and the toilet was gurgling. We have back to back bathrooms and three ladies in the house. Hair is always clogging the tub drain and causing issues with the shower drain. The toilet was a new issue. I called Travis and he picked up right away and I told him of my dilemma. He said he could get there the same afternoon. He came to the house as expected and was able to run a line through the clean out and get, what he called peanut butter from the line to clear it. A bunch of soft material had clumped together and causes a blockage in the main line. I've never seen a camera view of our cast iron pipe sewer line so that was a treat. Thanks Travis for getting the house back on-line so quickly.

Kudos to Scott for spotting a problem with our water heater that had gone unnoticed by 3 previous plumbers! He also helped replaced a bathroom faucet. He was knowledgeable, thorough, honest, friendly, and patient as he answered my questions. His pricing was fair and competitive. After other companies had disappointed with the quality of work and attitude, it's refreshing and heartening to work with individuals like Scott!

This was our first time having a plumber come out and David was awesome! He was full of knowledge and explained everything he was doing. He was a true professional and if we ever need a plumber again we will be sure to call!

David and his team provide first classic quality and friendly service. Needed to have my water heater replaced and he was able to complete this in less than 24 hrs. Highly recommend!

I contacted Touchdown to provide a quote for installation of a whole house water filter, plus some other services. We scheduled a day and time, but Rich canceled just 30 minutes before, stating he had an emergency. We rescheduled for about a week later, and Rich showed up and inspected the site. He told me to send him links for what we wanted installed, which I did, and he responded that he'd send an estimate. But he never did. I contacted him via text and Yelp multiple times with no response. Now I'm back at square one and need to find a new plumber. Do not waste your time with Touchdown if you need a company that communicates quickly and professionally and follows up in a timely manner.

Gabe did an amazing job with my kitchen! I had a busted garbage disposal, a faucet that wouldn't turn, and a scratched up two compartment drop in sink that needed replacing. Gabe was very responsive to my calls and texts.

I had issues getting the sink shipped to me from Home Depot twice and ended up buying the materials in store. Gabe was very patient and didn't mind that I had to reschedule. If you need any plumbing work done, Gabe is a great handyman that can get the job done. I'll be contacting him for any future job I need done.

This is the third time that I have used this company and every time I have received on-time service and perfect resolution of the problem. If I have any complaint at all it's that I can't seem to get the same service man out each time. I would love the continuity to have somebody know the problems of this 1935 building with ancient pipes. I feel very confident in recommending them

Christian came on Saturday within one hour of my call to fix a badly installed sink that that kept leaking.  He was very professional and reasonable.  He got the sink in proper order within 30 mns and explained what was wrong with the installation. I would highly recommend him.

I needed a gas line relocated and called different places. What got my attention was that Above and beyond drains did free estimates. So I called and was greeted by a very polite and informative lady named Mariana. She scheduled a plumber to arrive at my home the same day. Seconds after our conversation I received a text message and email confirming my appt. While waiting for the plumber I was being updated via text message of his whereabouts and status. 10 mins prior to the plumber arriving I received a call from Marianna advising that the plumber was en route. Aurelio arrived and was very polite and professional. He entered my home with shoe booties over his boots and a willingness to help. After Aurelio inspected the issue I was having he gave me his professional options of what he could do. I gave him the the thumbs up and he went to work. Aurelio did a great job and in a timely manner and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. He cleaned up and and was done. I have no complaints about the work or the customer service I received today.  2 thumbs up for Marianna and Aurelio!!

Jeffrey is amazing, needed some backflow tests done in a hurry and he came to my rescue and went above and beyond the call of duty!
