DO NOT USE.  I am a Facilities Director. I work with plumbers almost weekly. We had a tenant call Elite Rooter out.  They said we needed to jet/high pressure flush out our pipes. We decided we would have them finish the job. Not only did they not finish the job, left the toilet off without a plan to finish and flooded one property and into the next, they charged us 3x as much as almost any plumber. $1500 for a $450 job. I tried to talk with them about it and they just argued and basically told us that we were lying about the lack of communication from the plumber.   With in a week we needed to have someone out because they did not fix anything and our regular plumbers said it doesn't even look like they actually jetted. There should be marks in the still clogged pipes and are there are none on the new videos. DO NOT use Elite Rooter. They're prices are highway robbery. After we used them I have read review after review of their over priced cost and subpar work. There are great reputable companies out there. This is not one.

We had an old delta hardware part in are shower/bath tub
go bad, the part that switches from the water going into the tub
to coming out of shower head .John,the plumber, came out and
figured out quickly what the problem was but being the hardware
is 40 years old there was only one place in town that carries the part
and it looked like it was not going to be in until the following day which
I did not think was so bad considering the age.However,John decided
to make a stop at a Home Depot where he lives and look for that part  and by
chance home depot had the part(that doesn't happen very often)So
instead of waiting until tomorrow to come over and fix it he gave us a call
and came right over within a 1/2 hour and got it fixed the same day.
When does that ever happen ?John you deserve the 5 stars, great job

Very pleased with California Plumbing. Did everything via the Yelp app. They were able to provide the lowest quote for my job. Communication via text was convenient.

They provided an arrival time for the technician.
Nestor showed up right on time and completed the replacement of the water pressure regulator within the hour. Very professional and quick.

i have a rental property in san diego north county.  my tenant told me the water heater had stopped working.  he had sdge look it and determined that the thermocouple was shot.  i sent an inquiry to more than 10 vendors in the area for the job, daniel was the one with fast response time and a reasonable price.  he went as he promised, got the job done without fuss.

i will use him for future services for sure.  recommended.

There was a leak that caused out carpet to be very wet.  We called Matt and Dave arrived in less than an hour.  He found the leak and repaired it as well as making some other repairs that he found.  No more wet carpet.  We could not be more pleased with Almighty and would highly recommend them.  Thank you Dave!

Chris Leah. He was the best I could ask for. He was very professional and kind.  He made sure I understood what the insurance would pay for and what was my responsibility. The people at Paws are great! When my grandparent's house was experiencing back-up problems in their tub paws came out and let us know exactly what was wrong with the system. Robert was great at explaining exactly what the problem was and what it would take to get the job done. The man behind the phones Will was also very helpful.He got a plumber to the house quickly with a time that fit right into our schedule.

Travis to the rescue! Our shower and bathtub were backing up and toilets were gurgling...we called around and seemed to be getting the run around (of course it was the weekend). Travis was the only one to call us back promptly and set up a time to come out. Not only did he arrive an hour earlier then promised, but he quickly figured out the problem and fixed it with no extras.

We highly recommend Travis / Vessel Plumbing!

Never do business with these guys! They did a project for me before. Later on I found out they charged me 5 times more than other plumbers would charge. I should have reported them to BBB! I share this information here to warn other people so they won't get ripped off by these guys again like me.

We had a minor leak affecting our downstairs neighbor under our toilet and things were escalating.These guys were the only ones available for same day emergency service and we were almost shocked they could help us.

From the initial phone call to the owner coming himself to help us, everything was extremely professional and courteous. Prices were also very reasonable. Will definitely need to schedule another service with them when it comes time to replace our water heater.

David and his son come out to fix an outdoor leaking spigot for us on a Saturday evening. They were both very professional and quick. We mentioned we had low water pressure and they checked our water pressure and adjusted since it was very low. I would recommend them for any job! Thanks!

Calling a plumber is not top on my list of favorite things to do.  We had a water leak and called Touchdown Plumbing.  Edwin came and investigated, explained and showed us what he found, gave us a quote and repaired the leak.  We called in the morning and he came mid day (whew!). He was thorough, and advised us that other pipes needed replacement but didn't pressure us to do any additional repair.  He checked water pressure before he left, measured the drywall for us.  He was pleasant, wore a mask (due to current recommendations). He cleaned up the area nicely.  Thank you Rich and Edwin!

We used Gabe to install a new garbage disposal. He was responsive, showed up when he said he would, confirmed the appointment, and did a good job. We look forward to working with him again.

Dishonest service from Dan (supervisor) and Kenny (technician), with any excuse to overcharge.  I reported a partial blockage and when I called back a week later to report the initial issue was not fully resolved (note that the initial invoice says 30 day guarantee) they sent me a second invoice for $100 and are claiming it's a different issue because they use a different clean out.  Maybe it's because the second time you used all 75 feet of cable and let it run for 20 minutes compared to the first time it ran for 2 minutes.  Seriously, doesn't that mean you didn't fix it properly the first time.

Picture this. It's Sunday afternoon and me and my buddies think it's easy to be a plumber. We grab some copper from home depot and the tools to sweat on some pipe. We needed to lay a water line outside so it can be covered in concrete the next day. We think we do a good job but sure enough... it starts leaking at 10pm. Crap, I have concrete coming in the morning!

I start calling plumbers first thing in the morning, hoping to find someone who can help me in the next two hours without any notice. I call these guys and Troy was able to set me up immediately. Curtis comes by and gets right to work. Plumbing work should just not be a DIY thing, there's too much at stake here guys.

Curtis does a phenomenal job correcting our mistakes and I can finally sleep easy knowing that this work will not fail in the next 30 years. Their pricing was exceptionally fair. A less than ethical company might have tried to take advantage of my position and up-charged the crap out of me, but Curtis gave me a super fair price and I was happy to pay it.

I had an unfortunate experience with a large plumbing company that over charged me for my Water Heater ($2600). When they found out I needed to replace my pressure regulator value. They quoted me $775 and told me I had to get the shut off value replaced too. When they told me they will have to charge me another $994 for final installation. I wanted a second opinion.

I contacted numerous companies and obtained a quote and I was happy to find that most of the companies estimated half of the initial quote. I contacted Christian and I spent him some pictures and told me he will do it for about third of the cost. The installation was quick and through he even spent time sanding paint of the values to make it look better!

My short interaction with him made me feel a lot better than the previous plumbers. He was attentive gave me options and explained everything. In comparison the other plumber was aloof, quick to throw out jargons, and felt like he was trying to confuse me. TO HIS CREDIT IT WORKED.

Thanks for the great service, done in a timely manner at a  reasonable price.  Replaced a tankless water heater, a couple faucets and a toilet.  Any issues in the future, I'm calling Above and Beyond. Shut out to Radio, I appreciate the skills and quality workmanship.

What a great experience! I got a response on a holiday weekend and they had someone out to fix our backflow the next business day. Jared was friendly, arrived on time, and our backflow was fixed very quickly. I highly recommend this company. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
