It is rare to find a plumber who is communicative, knowledgeable, and honest. Black Mountain Plumbing came out to look at an issue we were having at our commercial building in San Diego. They cut right to the chase and addressed our issue quickly and their prices were more than fair. If you are in their service area, consider yourself lucky. You will never need another plumber.

Nestor was amazing! When he came to give us the free estimate, he was very nice and reasonable. He even suggested that we get the parts ourselves to save more money; all we had to pay for was the labor. He gave me his cellphone number and I was able to text him pictures of the parts we needed to make sure we were getting the right ones. If I need other plumbing services, I'll definitely be going with California Plumbing and will be asking for Nestor! Definitely recommend!

Of the 6 companies I met, they had the best combination of expertise and value $$$.  ProMax installed a Navien NPE- 240A Tankless water heater, replacing our 40 gallon tank.

Nothing but high-praise for Daniel and his assistant Danny.  Both guys were polite, professional and safe (masks and distancing).  

The quality of their work is A+, they did exactly what they described, in the time estimated with no additional hidden charges.  

As Daniel was wrapping up, I asked if he only installed water heaters, he said no, ProMax does all kinds of plumbing...good!  I will definitely call them back for a leaky faucet, running toilet, whatever, they were excellent!!!

I'm so glad that I called this company 3 days ago, when i was looking for an honest, reliable, professional  and knowledgeable people who would help me with my water leakage problem, as detected by Otay Water District in their last meter reading and I was told tht my bill is 5 X higher than  usual. I was very concerned.
Joe answered my call and sent Chris & Jay to diagnose the problem. Chris thoroughly explained what was causing the leak. I asked them to shut  the water off, to prevent more leaking  until they came back the next day, with Angel and they skillfully did their job. They dug part of the front yard to gain access to the area that they needed to replace. And today, they came to finalize their job. They re-planted my roses and the put back the borders.The owner, Matt , came to check what was done  and re-checked the 3 toilets and realized that they were leaking, also the faucet in the front and in the backyard and so they replaced the old and faulty parts. And Matt was so kind and generous, in not charging me extra !
I felt so relieved, after. I can't thank them enough for a job well-done !!!

Wow! Chris responded to our request quote within 5 minutes (it was 9pm). He quoted us a very affordable and fair amount for our stopped kitchen sink. Being local to El Cajon he mentioned that he could have a tech out tonight. Being a bargain hunter that I am I decided to take a moment to get a couple other quotes. Needless to say, I'm a stickler for a prompt response. I decided to go with CML Plumbing.

Chris said that he was about 20 minutes out, but he knocked on the door within 15 minutes. He was very courteous, professional and quick. As a homeowner it is refreshing to find a plumber that will not price gouge and do a half ass job. I will be keeping CML Plumbing on payroll for all my future plumbing needs!

I forgot to mention... they operate 24 hours a day!

I had a cracked toilet bowl and needed it replaced. Eric came out to quote and replace the toilet. I accepted the quote and he went to get the toilet and installed it. The toilet was a little tall for the space. Eric gave me the option to continue to use the old tank or he could take extra time to cut the new tank cap to make it lower so it would fit. I really appreciated that he did take the extra time to make the new tank fit and that the whole experience of replacing a toilet was easy for me. They did the procurement and installation. Will the dispatcher was great, too. He kept me informed of when the plumber would show up and even took initiative to see if I wanted to change to an earlier appointment time since it became available. Highly recommended.

Our plumbing backed up stopping up 2 bathrooms. Travis was able to come out within a couple hours, got straight to it and cleared it up.  Friendly, good tips/advice, and reasonable. Glad to have found him!

Broke a hose fitting that compromised my entire household. Gave the company a call and the guy came right away within 10 minutes! Was able to fix and replace my broken fitting within an hour. Super fast service

We had a damaged shower valve from a previous plumber that tried to make a repair. Mike and John came out and quickly assessed the leaking shower valve. They gave me different options to resolve the issue. Mike and John removed the damaged valve and replaced with new. Mike showed me in detail the work performed. They leak tested and restored hot water to our shower. We are very happy with the repair. Great communication and craftsmanship, would highly recommend.

Leon and team did a great job fixing a shower leak, getting the sink angle stops replaced and changing out toilet parts in my oldish home. He's very honest with pricing. Cleaned up after their work. Very nice and professional business. Will be reaching out again to help fix my gas fireplace. Would definitely recommend to others.

Richard and his team did a wonderful job excavating for our 1st bathroom disaster that we called them for the 2nd bathroom disaster. Short of the long, the bathroom AND main needed replacing. Every crew member was professional,  courteous and punctual. It was a nightmare going thru it, but knowing a great team led by a strong owner made us feel better. Can't say enough about the organization. Thank you Rich and crew!

Gabe did an amazing job with my kitchen! I had a busted garbage disposal, a faucet that wouldn't turn, and a scratched up two compartment drop in sink that needed replacing. Gabe was very responsive to my calls and texts.

I had issues getting the sink shipped to me from Home Depot twice and ended up buying the materials in store. Gabe was very patient and didn't mind that I had to reschedule. If you need any plumbing work done, Gabe is a great handyman that can get the job done. I'll be contacting him for any future job I need done.

I have had good service for this company in the past. Today the service tech overcharged me. Said he would clean out a sink if it was simple for free but now is saying he did considering that my free service and charging me $5 more then agreed too. Billing rep was rude and at the end fought over $5 with me.  If you get a quote, make sure to get an email with all charges and discounts laid out. Free 2nd drain service valued at $38 but max discount is $20 is what their senior discount says. Does that make sense???

Update:  to clarify, I called for a main sewer line cleaning which I do every two years. I was quoted $150 minus $30 for the senior discount for $120 total. Because of today's world, I opted for that service first because 1. Covid19 concerns with elderly parents in the house 2. Your tech does not wear booties (which they make with grips on the bottom).  My house is shoes free. Since the main sewer clean out did not work then I was very hesitant but asked for the shower drain cleaning.  I asked if he could clean the two sink drains too since he was in there. He said there's a charge of x amount, but he can do it for free if it's easy. I said thanks but only if it's easy because they are not a priority. Your tech was very nice and did a good job. But didn't charge me correctly. D. from the company quotes $38 for the additional drain in the response to my review but the tech charged me $50 (this is before I asked about the other two sinks). So please be aware of the actual service I called about before responding. And if you call hanging up on me professional...that shows me what you think is professional.  Actual dispute is actually $17 or is it $38?  Who knows as I am getting conflicting info. Again .. my advice to get everything in writing including the quote for additional service first.

Troy was another amazing recommendation by my realtor, Noah Grassi. I was having some major issues with water hammering that I was greatly concerned about. I had home warranty send over two plumbers: one that said nothing was wrong and offered very expensive options and another that noticed that the water pressure regulator was broken and replaced it. After the second warranty plumber fixed the issue, I felt concerned that the noise got increasingly worse with time from the hammering getting worse to the pipes whistling. Being told this is normal by the warranty repair guy at the end, was very concerning.

I am so grateful that I asked Noah who in turn asked Troy for help. I told Troy of my issue as well as the warranty fix and him and his team went to work on my pipes. They had to replace a lot of old valves to get started on the isolation (this was already noted on my home inspection report but I thought I had more time on it), they added a exhaust system() , tied down as many pipes as they could, helped me with the shower valve issues I had, fixed the issues with my water heater, provided some long term fixes and suggestions, and noted some issues that would need to be addressed in the next few years. They even helped me when I was attempting to open the blinds and windows and the blinds broke and fell on my head. They rushed over to ask if I was okay and to help me as they helped me put the blinds back up even though I told them that I can put them back later after my head stopped hurting. I had no tools at the time to do it and they knew that so I greatly appreciated their kindness as I tended to my wounds. In the end, Troy and his team discovered that the issue was the water pressure regulator again! They helped me with a detailed report quickly and I did the leg work to get the amount covered by home warranty. Ever since they did the work, I have had no issues with leakage or water hammering or whistling.

Troy and his team were friendly, very communicative, efficient, effective, helpful, great workers, provided quality work, very thorough, and are team players. I am very lucky to have them on my team as they helped me resolve my issue, provide very detailed help and invoices, and fit me into their very tight schedule to prevent my pipes/house from being damaged long term. I hope to work with them again as they were wonderful to work with and provided an amazing service.

I highly recommend Christopher.  We needed a shower faucet repaired and a friend recommended him.  I called him and he scheduled an appointment at the spot.  He was very responsive, professional and provided an honest and fair quote plus he did excellent work!  The shower faucet functions like new.

The fee was very reasonable.  I know this because I had googled a DIY video to see what was involved for the repair.  It is great to know that there are fair and honest plumbers!

We had been using Anderson Plumbing for several years and each time they would come out to service our plumbing issue they would say what we needed couldn't be done,  it was more expensive,  or the price would change. We had 3 different plumbers from their company come out within 4 days and they couldn't fix the issue. We were referred to Joe by a family member and he came out on his off time to give us an estimate and check out the issue! He came at the time promised and had my drains cleaned out within 20 minutes! Not only that but he explained everything clearly to us and showed us that the problem was fixed on the camera! Literally a lifesaver! He and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable! I will never ever go to any other company and I appreciate their services so much!! Jeffrey was very kind to come check out the back flow device on our home.  After looking at the device, he let us know that he wasn't able to fix the device.  However, he was very straight forward and didn't charge us.  Thanks Jeffrey!
