I needed a bathroom vent pipe re-located without taking out too much of my drywall. Took some time to get the right parts/tools, but Elite prioritized my request to work in a small area and not damage my drywall. The fix was quick and easy, and they made sure to clean up any mess made as well.

Our water heater started overflowing on Tuesday night, too late to contact anyone. Got ahold of Matt early this morning and he worked with me to get over here early to check it out. Our water heater broke and Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting it replaced. Service was very quick and professional. He inspected the situation the night before and he and his team were able to get it all replaced and running the next day!

Travis to the rescue! Our shower and bathtub were backing up and toilets were gurgling...we called around and seemed to be getting the run around (of course it was the weekend). Travis was the only one to call us back promptly and set up a time to come out. Not only did he arrive an hour earlier then promised, but he quickly figured out the problem and fixed it with no extras.

Mike was very responsive from the get go. He asked for pictures and description of the issue and provided us a quote right away. We reached out to a few other plumbers in the area and Carroll Plumbing's pricing was most competitive and quality of work was great. The technicians came over at the agreed time and explained to us from start to finish what the plan was. They were able to complete the job the same day and customer service was superior. I have used used Affordable Drain on multiple occasions in the past, and this is the second time my service technician was Kenny Ellis. As was the case previously,  he continues to present as highly professional, competent, timely, patient,  and time efficient. On this occasion, I needed two drains cleared (they only charge an extra $60 for the second drain). Just as before, Kenny did an excellent job in explaining the process and answering any questions I had. He is a credit to Affordable Drain Service and a reason I recommend Affordable Drain to everyone I know. I am very comfortable with him and intend to request him for the next service! Also, as I previously stated in the last review, I don't recommend the less expensive services, at least based on my multiple experiences, unless you're not concerned about timeliness and competency, both of which I've found to be sadly lacking with companies offering cheaper rates.

Could not be happier with this company! We had some terrible plumbing issues going on at my home and these guys fixed it for us, no problem! Super easy to deal with, super friendly, we could not have asked for anything more. The prices are reasonable and they communicate well as far as what the issues are and are going to fix them. Hopefully you don't ever need a plumber, but if you do, call them!

I highly recommend Christian.  He responded to my bid request in minutes with a good quote, and arrived within the hour.  He quickly had my sink drain wide open again.  Plus he gave me instructions about a maintenance routine to keep it from getting clogged again.  Thank You, Christian!

What a great experience! I got a response on a holiday weekend and they had someone out to fix our backflow the next business day. Jared was friendly, arrived on time, and our backflow was fixed very quickly. I highly recommend this company. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
