Very good service. These guys are quick when you call. New younger Devin was a pleasure to work with. I appreciate all the help from OG Devin Miller over the years. Would (and have) recommend to other friends and business accounts.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give a lower rating I would. And keep in mind I don't Yelp often. Scroll down and see what others have written. Had Daniel Kent of Black Mountain Plumbing come out to the house by SERVPRO and was very unprofessional. Couldn't tell me what was leaking or what I needed to buy to get a new hot water tank. Looked at me and then went to the hot water tank and said it's 12 years old, that's why your hot water tank doesn't work. Told me isn't there to educate me and that he is only there to move it and put temporary lines up while the demo work is being done. Very very unprofessional. He will not ever get to come out here again. Scott the owner isn't any better, as when I called him, he wanted to educate me on his credentials and tell me that they aren't there to inform the client what has happened or why it happened but only to do the job and that's it. This company is a joke.

We needed a plumber to do further research when we were in the process of purchasing our home.  We found California plumbing and they gave us a diagnostic inspection with results in a timely manner.  From there, we've relied on them from switching out faucets, toilets, and plumbing issues around our home and he has even been a great referral source throughout the process when other items have came up.  I would definitely recommend Aaron Hall and California plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Daniel was fantastic.  He showed up 5 minutes early and was finished in under an hour for our size job!  Did a great caulking job as well for me around my handle to make sure it matched the rest.  No more dripping tub faucet!  The pricing was reasonable as well!  Thanks Daniel!

Although we didn't use him, we had excellent service over the phone. Me and my family had a major water leak and decided to call almighty plumbing. I spoke to Matt and could tell he was dealing with a lot of other things, but he still was willing to tend to me and help me with my problem. Awesome service and great people!! 5 stars definitely.

I had to call for plumbing issues 2 days in a row. Chris came both times and was on-time, friendly and professional. He worked with my schedule too. He also shared a few tips on how to prevent future problems. Needless to say, I'm a new, loyal customer. I will call CML for all plumbing needs and will refer my friends/family to them as well!

They showed up on time, in a mask, were polite. They explained it all and got it fixed. I was pleased and will call again. They answered the phone early in the AM before 9am which I appreciated. Eric the tech was great and so was the dispatcher.

Travis came out right away on an emergency leak and spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting for us. This was a head scratcher problem, for sure, but he patiently provided the needed attention for our situation. He was also extremely personable, respectful and polite. As much as you never want to need a plumber around all the time, it's great to know we have found our go-to plumber for the future.

After noticing water on the floor under my water heater, I called Twin Plumbing.  Scott fit me into his schedule and was at my door within a couple of hours.  Turns out I needed a new water heater.

Carroll Plumbing is the only one I will trust ... period! I had my hot water heater go out on us and I contacted a few outfits to give me a quote.  My biggest problem is that I'm on the other side of the country trying to coordinate this replacement.  One person gave me one price and was very vague about the work. Another gave me a very high price which was 2x the price of the first.  And yet, there was one more who even said that they needed a permit from the city which would cost $x.xx.  I don't know them and they didn't know me but, I could've probably replaced this thing myself if given the chance; suffice it to say I'm no amateur.  

Mike called me back and stopped by the house a couple of days later.  He gave me what I felt was a fair quote and we went with him.  He was very thorough and detailed about the work and always communicated what needed to be done and what was happening.  No muss, no fuss, no BS and he won't take you for a ride.

Leon Mcirvin, wasn't trying to rip you but he gave us cost affective way to save money by digging our trench ourselves instead applying trench to the bill. He was kind and funny, he would crack jokes here and there make at me ease and his easy to work with he wasn't trying to intimidate you with plumbing terms and he would tell it how it was.

Called today and they came right out. Very professional. Fixed a major bathroom sink problem right away. Left the work area clean.

We have a great experience with Touchdown Plumbing.  They were responsive, fast, and well priced for the work.  They did not try to upsell me on the work and were honest about what needed to be done for the job.  I highly recommend them.

Gabe responded to my request very quickly and was able to take care of the kitchen in my rental the next day. He called me after the job was done to explain his work and described other possible issues that may occur in the future. He was professional and will be my go-to person for jobs at the house. I highly recommend him!

Jason and Ryan are wonderful. They saved my whole life.

During the morning another person came and spent two hours, but he couldn't solve the problem.

Jason and Ryan came in the afternoon. They are very professional, super knowledgeable, and friendly. They fixed the issue in a half hour and also charged very reasonable price.

They knew the person from the morning had overcharged. Jason said he would help me to get some refunds back. I am still waiting for it now.

Jason and Ryan are definitely the only two persons I will recommend for everyone. Really really satisfied with their job!

Our toilet ended up clogging and we were hoping not to spend hundreds of dollars to get it fixed. I called and left a voicemail and Troy called me back within 10 minutes and gave me a very reasonable quote. He was here within an hour and explained that our toilet was a low end model (previous owners who flipped the house installed cheap model) anyways, he was so professional and courteous. Highly highly recommend!!! Thanks so much for not ripping me off and coming right away!!!

I had a toilet issue and my husband Benny and I tried to fix it on our own.  It became frustrating and I went on Yelp and found Chase Plumbing and requested a quote and received a response in no time.  I spoke to Christian and explained the problem and he listened and he was not pushy to come out gave me advice and told me to call him  if I still needed help and gave me a very good quote.  My husband called him and he told my husband what to do and if he still needed him to give him a call.  What he told us ro did work!!!  Christian is awesome!!!!   Knows what he is talking about.  I highly recommend Chase Plumbing!  Great customer service and a very friendly guy!!  Thank you!!!

They indeed go above and beyond!

They were the third plumber we used and they were the only ones that was able to fix our kitchen sink. Joe was such an outstanding guy - very knowledgeable and efficient. I told him about my concern and how we have already dealt with two other plumbing companies. He was able determine the issue right away and fix, not only our kitchen sink,  but also our slow drain bathroom in less than an hour. The other guys wasted 2-4 hrs snaking and hydrojetting just the kitchen sink and they weren't even able to resolve the issue. So grateful I was able to connect and they were able to resolve our sink issues. We will be referring him to friends and family 100%

Jeffrey was very kind to come check out the back flow device on our home.  After looking at the device, he let us know that he wasn't able to fix the device.  However, he was very straight forward and didn't charge us.  Thanks Jeffrey!
