What a service!! Absolutely great in finding the root of the problem and fixing it in spite of 30 years of neglect on the pipe. Punctual, cordial and professional. I was very impressed with Bobby the team leader's knowledge and 30 years experience and his work with Steven. Highly recommend!!

Robert went out of his way to help me with a DIY project. He took the time to explain the options to me, supplied me with a proprietary part I couldn't get on my own as a consumer, and even helped negotiate a warranty return when one of those parts turned out to be bad (no fault of Black Mtn Plumbing). I really appreciate how he did this when he could've outright refused or insisted on making a service call. I try to do a lot of my own repair work, and it's rare to find this level of helpfulness from a service provider. If you're not confident (or masochistic) enough to take on a DIY plumbing problem, I highly recommend Black Mountain Plumbing.

We have a slow draining toilet that clogs daily and we have been putting off calling a professional for years out of fear of the cost.

I have bought tools, chemicals, even a bidet to try to avoid our slow flushing drain.

California Plumbing was able to come out very quickly and Shane was extremely professional and resolved our issue in under an hour.

I strongly recommend ProMax and its owner, Daniel.  Right from the start he was incredibly communicative with setting up a time that worked for me and was punctual and respectful when he arrived.  Even before I walked outside to meet with Daniel, he already uncovered an unrelated issue involving a whole-house water purification system (Halo5) that was installed improperly by another plumber almost a year ago (that has since been replaced for free by that older plumber, who was very embarrassed!).  Daniel gave me a very honest quote and solid recommendation for the tankless water heater system that fit my family's needs.  He then followed up by keeping me up to date with scheduling the job and then showed up and did excellent work in removing the faulty unit with a new one.  Daniel and ProMax have gained a customer for life.

We were having our 100-year-old garage floor replaced so that we could also replace the cast iron drain pipe running underneath it which was deteriorating and causing problems.  Once the floor was removed the contractor discovered that the plumbing repair was more complicated than his crew could handle and progress on the job came to a standstill.  That is when I contacted Almighty plumbing.  Almighty plumbing responded immediately and was working on the job the next day.  The job required three days.  Two plumbers were on the job at almost all times.  They even worked on Saturday at no additional charge.  At one point, they had three of their trucks present.  They rerouted our copper pipes that were under the concrete floor and running willy-nilly all over the walls as well as the cast iron drain pipe.  When we asked for an additional job to be done, they did it immediately.  Almighty Plumbing went above an beyond the call to keep my job on schedule.  Now, you would expect such service on short notice to cost an arm and a leg, but it didn't even cost an arm.  Matt provided me with a quote at the beginning of the job that appeared to me to be reasonable.  After I witnessed the time and manpower required to complete the job, I now realize that the price was way more than reasonable.  In addition, we needed to hire someone to trace a mystery galvanized pipe that could have been gas, water, or was abandoned.  Matt and Joe from Almighty Plumbing arrived to monitor the pipe tracing just to make sure it went well and that all questions were asked.  They did it without any charge.  All six of the plumbers from Almighty Plumbing we met on our job were friendly and accommodating.  Almighty Plumbing is our go-to plumbing service from now on.

I have used CML for several engagements and every time Chris and his crew impress me more than the last time.  He's prompt, thorough and impeccably professional.  Any property owner understands the difficulty in finding a reliable plumbing service and the value in having one.  I would recommend  Chris and CML plumbing to anybody looking.  You will be satisfied in every possible capacity.

Called and they were able to send out a tech within an hour. Eric was professional and honest about the services that should take place. The cost was reasonable and the services performed were above par. Will be recommending them to others and will be using their services for any future needs.

I woke up to the hubby telling me our shower was backed up and the toilet was gurgling. We have back to back bathrooms and three ladies in the house. Hair is always clogging the tub drain and causing issues with the shower drain. The toilet was a new issue. I called Travis and he picked up right away and I told him of my dilemma. He said he could get there the same afternoon. He came to the house as expected and was able to run a line through the clean out and get, what he called peanut butter from the line to clear it. A bunch of soft material had clumped together and causes a blockage in the main line. I've never seen a camera view of our cast iron pipe sewer line so that was a treat. Thanks Travis for getting the house back on-line so quickly.

I didn't actually have Twin Plumbing come over to my residence because Scott was able to help me over the phone with the issue I was observing. It was clear to me that he was motivated to help me solve my problem, rather than making a sale or setting up a service call. I will contact Twin Plumbing next time I need help.

I've been helped by Carroll Plumbing 3 times, and each time has been a 5/5 experience. Mike on the phone is very helpful and makes it easy for you to explain what's going on. After explaining the problem and taking some photos, I got a call back within 5-10 minutes, with an estimate of what it would take to fix, and ETA of arrival. I've had both Jervat and Mike help me, and they've both been very friendly and helpful. They explained my options and have given general good tips regarding my home's plumbing. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a minor leak affecting our downstairs neighbor under our toilet and things were escalating.These guys were the only ones available for same day emergency service and we were almost shocked they could help us.

From the initial phone call to the owner coming himself to help us, everything was extremely professional and courteous. Prices were also very reasonable. Will definitely need to schedule another service with them when it comes time to replace our water heater.

Our water heater broke and we got a new one, now we gotta find someone to install it and David came to the rescue. Clean professional and very knowledgable. We felt at ease and they did an awesome job not to mention priced very reasonably. Thanks David appreciate all the work. Definitely recommend these guys.

Touchdown responded quickly while other companies were on weekend/Christmas break. Showed up early Saturday morning and solved our kitchen sink backing up.

We contact Gabe one day and next day we had him at our door with all material we need! Great plumber and fixed a lote of other things! Be prepare for his energy because he is fast as he is good! He is hand super man!  Thank you Gabe, you save my day because you fix what other handman massed up! Your rock! Five star and more!

Just had Ryan G and his trainee Kenny here to clean two shower drains. Can't say enough about how professional and friendly they were.They called ahead, were prompt, wore masks, and were very pleasant and easy to talk to. One of the drain covers they needed to remove was stuck, and a problem with getting access to the drain. Ryan kept after it, communicating with me all the way as he came up with a 'work around', that solved the problem. I have used Affordable Drains several times in the past, wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Our toilet ended up clogging and we were hoping not to spend hundreds of dollars to get it fixed. I called and left a voicemail and Troy called me back within 10 minutes and gave me a very reasonable quote. He was here within an hour and explained that our toilet was a low end model (previous owners who flipped the house installed cheap model) anyways, he was so professional and courteous. Highly highly recommend!!! Thanks so much for not ripping me off and coming right away!!!

We moved into a house with a lovely Toto toilet that the previous owner's commercial plumber tried to clear three different times, to no avail. Christian tried his best knowing this, and when he too couldn't clear it (who knew that Totos sometimes have a weird internal clogging flaw?) he refused to charge us for the time he spent trying and even hauled the old toilet away for free when we had him swap it out for a new one. He also expertly handled the switching out of our handles on the remaining Totos, which was no small feat given that they were screwed in tightly with metal clamps over the porcelain. Prompt response time, courteous, trustworthy and knowledgeable... what more can you ask for? I wouldn't call anyone else with a plumbing issue.

THEY ARE THE REAL DEAL!!!!! We had called to get  a quote, and the staff there were kind and the secretary really listened to my concerns with our house leaks and provided the best service. With all the rains our house got damaged. They came and fixed our leak, and they really know there stuff! Honest in prices, no hidden fees, they do go Above and Beyond in service!!
