Good work overall, but ended up costing $450 more than initial estimate.

We felt so lucky to have Adam help us out with an emergency shower handle cartridge failure. He was very professional with great communication. Such a great guy who did the job quickly and left our bathtub/shower spotless. We are grateful for his expertise!!!!

Called and got a quote, quick and efficient service. He had to dig up a septic tank that was eroded and had to replace it with a new tank. A job that should've taken at least a week was done in two days. All around great service.

I came home from school today, to a leaking water heater. I called around with no success. I called ProMax and Left a message. Daniel called right back and we got straight to business. He came out and replaced my 25year old heater...from start to finish it was under 2hrs. The callback time was about 10min, and his arrival was about 1hr. For the owner himself to come out once we knew it was an emergency speaks volumes to his attentiveness to the client. Highly recommend PROMAX!!!!

Had a situation that i discovered at about 2am on saturday morning.. i figured no problem ill tackle it when the hardware store opens at 9am.. by 10am i knew i was in over my head.. thought for sure i would have to leave a message and wait. Nope. Best plumber around!

These guys really saved us. We had a waste line blockage and friends coming to our house to visit. CML came out, fixed our problem, billed us fairly and were great guys. I'll use them again.

I had very positive experience working with Travis. He is professional, communicate well and promptly. Arrive the site on time, with professional equipments, job well done. I am in needs of good plumbing companies constantly and for sure plan to use vessel plumbing going forward.

I called Scott about replacing my pressure regulator, and he came out the same day to replace it. He did clean work and took time to clean up after he was finished. As an added bonus, he was $275 cheaper than another quote I received!

Gabe responded to my request very quickly and was able to take care of the kitchen in my rental the next day. He called me after the job was done to explain his work and described other possible issues that may occur in the future. He was professional and will be my go-to person for jobs at the house. I highly recommend him!

Rob did a great job identifying the problem and fixing it with the hydrojetter within an hour (and within ~3 hours of 1st calling Affordable Drain Service!).  Although the final price ($305) was substantially higher than what was initially quoted over the phone ($125-$195), we were given price breaks on the additional use of their camera and they honored an additional $20 coupon from the web, making their price competitive to better than other hydro-jetting prices we see online.  We appreciated the quick, professional dispatching service and the fact that we were slid into a canceled appt. slot, decreasing our time without drain service by at least an hour or so.  We also appreciated the solid comms  by both the original person we spoke with on the phone (sorry, didn't catch the name!), and Rob.

If I could rename this company it would be All About Customer Service While We Fix Your Plumbing and Make You Laugh. My husband and I are big fans of supporting local/family owned business, and are pleased with the service we received from these two brothers. Their quote was fair, the actual price was better than I expected (even after I added on a couple of things), they didn't leave my kitchen a disaster area, and I even got a science lesson at no additional charge! So, the next time I decide to rinse an entire box of mashed potatoes down the drain, I will definitely call these guys.

Chase plumbing and drain to the rescue!  I called Christian for a small job.  My shower spout came off and it was shooting water back in to the hole where the copper pipe is.  Consequently the water went down pouring down the 2 level ceiling  (my house is 3 levels) I told him I need someone to fix the spout asap before it becomes a bigger issue.  He was at my house in 30 minutes.  Best service ever!  Done quickly and very affordable.  Recommend Chase plumbing for your plumbing for needs.

Not pleased with their services at all, charged over $325 for replacing a loose smaller toilet than regular/standard size. It was not properly installed either. They also snaked the clogged main line without any results. Technician advised me that this won't fix the problem, then why even do the job and still charge me for it? Called the owner, he gave me some unacceptable excuse, overall unprofessional and horrible service.

Fixed my covering after last company refuse to put it back. All without charge and next business day! I'll use them next year for the test.
