had a water leak underneath the slab. these guys came out to give me an estimate. i had 3 other companies come out as well. BMP was right inline with everyone else so i chose them. they also had really good reviews online so i felt they would do a good job. i wasn't really happy with where they ran my piping in the attic, so i told them. John came out,  listen to my concerns and said no problem he would fix what i wanted done. no questions asked. he also went above and beyond and showed me how fix a few issues with my tankless water heater and recommended a couple things that i will probably have them come out and do in the next couple years. they scheduled the job pretty quick and got me up and running within a few hours.

There was a bathtub leak and they came for repair.  Tech tried to charge $1500 for repair,  when the only issue was a $20 leaking tub spout.  Tried to tell me the shower valve was bad and too old and needed replacement and the tile had to be cut out.  The valve is a Moen and only 3 yrs old and was in perfect condition.  Repairman tried to scare me saying he will report to the HOA unless I allowed the billing.  VERY dishonest company that tries to screw you and then threaten you.  Watch out !

Great service, flexibility, and reasonable pricing.  I work an hour away so I couldn't be home, but I discussed a way for them to access my tankless water heater that needed flushing as well as to diagnose some other issues.  They texted me when they arrived, and called me after the flushing was done, and they called the manufacturer to determine what was wrong with it without additional charge.  They were up front with their pricing so I was able to just leave them a check where they can find it.
One-time charge and they simply went over and beyond the service call!!

I was referred to Almighty Services by an individual who highly recommended them. So I contacted Matt to help with a busted outside water line problem.  He sent Dave over and he was very efficient and polite!  Since it was the 3rd time I have had problems with this water line, Dave put in new PVC piping and installed a valve and a cover so that I can turn the water off without turning the water from the street valve off.  I have a couple of other things that have to be done so I will be calling them back to fix those issues too.  Thanks for your help!

Chris and his team are rock stars. Had to have entire house repiped due to old piping, and they managed to keep the experience of discomfort of this major project down to a minimum. Travis recently replaced our 30g tank water heater with a 40g tank in our newly-purchased 1958 home in Serra Mesa. The existing tank was about 10 years old and had started leaking into the containing drain pain pretty significantly. The tank was also leaning and had a number of other issues with the installation mentioned in our home inspection. It was also in a tricky location in the middle of the house but he was able to move things around and fit a 40g tank (our request, not an upsell). He addressed and resolved all the existing issues mentioned in the inspection and did an overall fantastic job of installing the new unit, supply lines, etc. He was professional, courteous and didn't hesitate to answer all the random questions I had.

I've actually replaced a water heater myself before in a different home where it was in the garage (easy access) and I've sweatted plenty of copper tubing over the years so I could certainly recognize the professional quality level of his work. As far as price, I thought it was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again for any water or gas plumbing work.

Scott is the best plumber ever! He came out and repiped my bathrooms after I had a flood, he installed a bathtub and fixtures too! He's a perfectionist and makes sure it is not only correctly installed but aesthetically pleasing as well!! The best is when I needed him late at night, he was here immediately and fixed a sewer backup we had!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Loved how quickly they were able to respond to fix our leaky sink. The owner was extremely nice and understanding.

Leon Mcirvin, wasn't trying to rip you but he gave us cost affective way to save money by digging our trench ourselves instead applying trench to the bill. He was kind and funny, he would crack jokes here and there make at me ease and his easy to work with he wasn't trying to intimidate you with plumbing terms and he would tell it how it was.

I found and contacted David through Yelp. He responded almost immediately, gave me a proper quote, and set a time not 2 hours from the moment we first spoke. He said he had appointments at 2PM and 4PM and that he'd have plenty of time to replace my kitchen valve. He was done early from his early appointment and finished mine in no time. Additionally, he gave me advice on future needs for my very old plumbing, but never pressured us. I will definitely be utilizing this company for all of my plumbing needs. I suggest you do the same!

I've used TDP twice now. The first time was kind of an emergency since our toilet broke and I needed it replaced. The guys that came over did a good job and were fair and transparent in their pricing.
The second time I used TDP was to install a tankless water heater and run a new gas line directly from the meter. I went with them because of a prior good experience and they were very competitive in terms of quoted price. Installation was seamless and the guy did a very clean job. They're my go to for plumbing now.

I had a few old angle stop valves I needed to replace and Gabe was the first one to reach out. Gabe is awesome! I really appreciated his honesty and how transparent he was throughout the process. Definitely will be using him in the future.

Called them to unclog a shower drain in my new house for the first time in 5 years. I took extra precaution to prevent from this happening again by attaching a drain cover with small openings so hair would not go through. Four months later, it is clogged again. They obviously did not remove everything. Called them to complain and they said that they only give you a 30 days warranty. They are a big company and they have too many technicians. Do yourself a favor, shop around and go with a small business instead that cares more about their customers.

Update: Called Yogi's Plumbing and Drain from Encinitas and they literally got a huge clump of hair out. They took the time to go deep and get everything out. Proof that Affordable Drain did a mediocre job. Skip Affordable Drain at all cost, it will cost you more because you may end up making a second call. I recommend Yogi's Drain, their service costs about the same. Or use anyone else, shop around.

Toilet flooded in the middle of the night. Troy called me back first thing in the morning and came right over to fix it. Fixed the issue in no time and gave me a reference on an awesome restoration company to handle the flood.

Great company. I have had Chase come out to install a disposal and unclog a main line. Our main line was plugged late on a Friday and it was toward the end of the day but he still made time for me and fixed the issue.  I highly recommend him and he does excellent work!

An above and beyond service! We just have  our water heater replacement installed due to leak issues. Quickly responded to our call. Joe and his assistant Peter did their job meticulously. I found the service provided by Associated Backflow Professionals/ABP Backflow to be very impressive.  It's easy to communicate with Jeffrey, the owner, via the ABP Backflow website.  Jennifer, the ABP staff member who carried out the test, was friendly and efficient.  The process ABP Backflow has set up wherein the unit owner sends in a pdf copy of the City of San Diego test form before the test date means it's possible for the test to take place without the owner being physically present (as long as any protective cage around the backflow prevention device is unlocked).  It also eliminates the risk that if the unit owner is present when the test occurs that there is a potential problem of no available form for the backflow tester due to the owner having misplaced it.  Kudos to ABP Backflow for the valuable services the staff is providing owners who need to get their backflow prevention devices tested!
