I recently had a backed up shower drain so I called Elite Rooter of San Diego because I have used them in the past and their service was excellent! I was shocked and thrilled that they were able to send someone out the same day and even happier that Ehsan & Peter showed up on time and were very professional.  They were very clean and so friendly, they were both such a great representatives to the company! They actually enjoy what they are doing and did an GREAT job, well done!

We had Black Mountain Plumbing come out for an estimate then repair faucets, unclog drains, and replace the water heater in our 5 bathroom, 15 year old home.  Robert was extremely easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and effectively educated us on all of our options for repair and replacement.  He and his crew were on time and worked efficiently to complete the job on schedule as promised.  Their work is high quality and we are happy with the results.  We highly recommend Black Mountain Plumbing!

Shane is a highly professional and efficient plumber specialist. I would like to thank him for installing a new water heater with a pressure expansion tank, and a main shutoff valve in our garage.  

He gave us good recommendations for water heater brands, and how to mitigate any issues in the future.

We are in the middle of a remodel and found ProMax Plumbing through Yelp and our neighbors!  We eliminated our old tank hot water heater and relocated as well as converted to a tankless system.  I can't say enough great things about Daniel and his team!  Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, calm and collected, reasonable pricing, and got the big job done quickly.  We'll definitely stick to ProMax Plumbing from this point forward.  Highly recommend!

Yet another plumbing problem and involving my bathroom subfloor prompted me to call CML plumbing to come to the rescue. As I said in my previous yelp, I really trust CML; the owner Chris is now part of my service provider team and I am a lifer.

Chris really goes above and beyond to help his customers. My subfloor problem prompted me to talk to him about a new bathroom I am adding. He gave me excellent advice about the location I was considering, advising me not to do it in that area due to how my plumbing is in the crawl space. This changed my whole remodel idea to a less expensive, and more doable design.

On top of all that, when I told him of the subfloor bids for the existing bathroom, for which he was fixing the toilet leak, he referred me to a good contractor he works with to do the demo part of my subfloor at a price significantly less than what I had bids for.

I highly recommend Chris, and would trust his expert advice.

Replaced a bathtub drain and two toilets.  I greatly appreciated that, despite it being a hot day, the fully vaccinated plumber (Michael) was willing to wear a mask.  I also asked him about installing a water softener/filter and learned some very important info from him that will determine which type we purchase.  Price was fair. Work was good quality.  Highly recommend - have him coming back to do more work.

Travis, Vessel Plumbing's owner, showed up to review my sump pump issue, on time and in person.  After I had received a bid from another company based on 10 minutes of them thinking (not looking/touching/turning on water) what the problem might be, Travis had the forethought to actually TEST and diagnose while he was there, taking an extra 15 minutes to remove panels, turn on water and discuss all options and costs up front, and at a price that was fair, included labor and was less than the competition!

Wow!   Solution focused all the way!

His follow up was meticulous, texting the date and time that he was available to complete the necessary work, while accommodating my schedule as well.

Work was completed in a timely manner, with no surprise up-charges.  Job site was immaculate afterwards and Travis took all scrap offsite for disposal.

Another plumbing issue. And Jaret from Mike Carroll's Plumbing company came to the rescue. I had had someone from a home warranty company (I've since cancelled)  come out a couple of years ago for the same problem. Night and day difference. The workmanship/expertise exhibited by Jaret was extraordinary. And this is a very ethical company. Fair price, quality work, and ethics - what more do could I ask for? Thank you, Jaret and Mike!!

Leon and team did a great job fixing a shower leak, getting the sink angle stops replaced and changing out toilet parts in my oldish home. He's very honest with pricing. Cleaned up after their work. Very nice and professional business. Will be reaching out again to help fix my gas fireplace. Would definitely recommend to others.

David was here in less than 1 hour, and the bad blockage was cleared in 15 minutes. David was clear with what he intended to do, and gave me a quote before he began work, even though I made it clear that he was authorized to do the work without a quote. I will add that I called Extreme after 6:00 pm, and my regular plumber was closed for the night. I will use this company again.

Rich and his associate were so kind and professional. I'm very grateful to them for fixing my stopped drain so speedily, especially during the covid outbreak. I hope they continue to stay safe and their customers appreciate the work they do

We used Gabe to install a new garbage disposal. He was responsive, showed up when he said he would, confirmed the appointment, and did a good job. We look forward to working with him again.

Jason at Affordable Drain was amazing. He and Nate came right when promised and did a fantastic job of both analyzing our drainage situation by camera-ing lines and analyzing water flow.
They detected several drainage pipe breaks as well as root intrusion which they then jetted to restore proper drainage.
Finally, Jason drew up a drainage plan and recommended installing additional drains in several areas to ensure we'd never have water intrusion into our house again.
Much more technically experienced than any drain company I've ever worked with. And delightful to work with  as well.

All around excellent customer service. It's not very often you find someone who is really driven by principle and I believe these guys are. They were honest, prompt, fair, and knowledgeable. I would use them in the future without any hesitation. Thank you, Troy, for being awesome!

Christian was awesome at returning my call within 5 minutes regarding my clogged toilet. He was able to come in within one hour which I really appreciated given that we needed it fixed as soon as possible! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and clean doing his job. Chris is honest and went out of his way trying to help me through text/phone before coming over in case he didn't need to charge me extra. We called about a clogged drain, and Joe was on site within the hour (on a Saturday).  He unclogged it right away, and the price was fair.

Wow. I am so impressed. Due to a landscaping repair snafu, our back flow started gushing water at 5:20 p.m. And, this wasn't just a trickle, it was spraying and spilling over into the street, leaving us no choice but to turn the water to our house completely off. We have a large family and being without water for a full evening, night, and uncertainly into the next day is just a problem. We all know that needing emergency service after standard business hours is the worst case scenario and we are at the mercy of the experts who answer these after-hours calls. Well, Jeffrey answered the phone. He asked me to send pictures of the back flow and, 40 minutes later (30+ of which was pure drive time), he was at our house assessing the problem. He was polite. He was professional. He explained how the system worked and what can cause these problems. Most of all, he charged us a completely reasonable and fair price for his time and efforts - and he fixed it and did the basics to check its performance.

I asked him why his company didn't have many yelp reviews and he mentioned that they don't feel right soliciting reviews; customers should write what they want to write if they choose to - no dangled incentives or personal requests. That's honorable conduct so don't let the few reviews dissuade you.

I'm sorry that backflows are so rarely in need of repair or testing because  these guys are good, and I'd happily work with them again.
