Absolutely fantastic service ! I phoned at 7.45am and a lovely lady answered the phone straight away and was extremely helpful .
She arranged for a technician to come between 9am and 11 , and he arrived  very quickly .
What a lovely guy called Mike  , really friendly , super helpful and efficient . He sorted our problem straight away gave us some tips so it didn't happen again ( we had a slow draining/ blocked toilet ).
If I could give 100* for this company and the technician I would . We shall definitely use them again ! Thank you Elite Rooter !

Called Matt in the afternoon and he sent Chris and Dave out same day to remove broken galvanized gate valve in my yard. They showed up wearing masks and had respectful social distancing. The repair was quick and efficient. So happy to have water flowing again to our orange trees. I will use them again for future needs.

We were without water and I Yelped 24 plumber CML among other names came up but reviewing all the comments I knew CML was going to be the one I will call.  Chris came around 9:30pm left around midnight and fixed our leak.  He was very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.  I highly recommend Chris and his CML company.  Chris thank you again.

Most plumbers know pretty well what they are doing around the pipes and drains in your house.   The thing that separates PAWS is the communication, professionalism and modernized systems they use to set, keep and track appointments.  Quick callbacks to my after hours messages.

Travis, Vessel Plumbing's owner, showed up to review my sump pump issue, on time and in person.  After I had received a bid from another company based on 10 minutes of them thinking (not looking/touching/turning on water) what the problem might be, Travis had the forethought to actually TEST and diagnose while he was there, taking an extra 15 minutes to remove panels, turn on water and discuss all options and costs up front, and at a price that was fair, included labor and was less than the competition!

Wow!   Solution focused all the way!

His follow up was meticulous, texting the date and time that he was available to complete the necessary work, while accommodating my schedule as well.

Work was completed in a timely manner, with no surprise up-charges.  Job site was immaculate afterwards and Travis took all scrap offsite for disposal.

Late on a week night, our bathtub handle broke causing water to flow out uncontrollably. Leon came out and gave me a few options, the first being the best option if it were possible. It ended up working and saved me $$$ and him from another trip. Leon was honest, reliable, and got the job done right and in a timely fashion. He showed up at 9:15pm and I was all fixed up by 10:15. Great, honest, guy. Highly recommend.

We bought a dishwasher from Home Depot a few months ago. Long story short, the guy installing it (from Home Depot) said he couldn't do it. We called David, he answered right away, arrived within an hour and we had our dishwasher ready and running that same night. Definitely recommend.

Touchdown Plumbing was recommended by a friend and I'm so happy she made the recommendation! Rich (the owner) was quick to respond with a quote and to schedule an appointment.  Joel (the plumber) was friendly and efficient at replacing my burned out garbage disposal. Craig and his assistant showed up for a last minute request to video the main line in a property in escrow. Service was fast and very informative. All questions were answered and service was very professional. They do NOT do repairs, so the inspection is a non bias opinion rather than somebody trying to sell you on new pipes. I will definitely use them again for future real estate transactions.

Curtis was a rockstar! Just our luck to have a clogged kitchen sink and garage basin. We needed to have our plumbing snake... Curtis replied on Thanksgiving morning at 6:30 AM, showed up here with in the hour. Had us all sorted for a flat fee on a holiday! I would highly recommend Curtis and All about plumbing. Morning! I reviewed this company in Google but they deserve another one on the follow up appointment. We called them again because we were very pleased on the first work they did. We moved our sink and they mapped out the best way to set up the pipes, and did the best work to avoid extra costs. This is a company who wants you happy with your product. Give them a call!

Jeffrey was very kind to come check out the back flow device on our home.  After looking at the device, he let us know that he wasn't able to fix the device.  However, he was very straight forward and didn't charge us.  Thanks Jeffrey!
