I'm hoping others have a different experience than I did with Elite Rooter. I had an appointment for an estimate to run a new mainline and to look at possibly upgrading to a tankless water heater. So roughly a $10k job. This work was required due to our mainline being broken under the driveway leaking 25-30 gallons of water an hour.

I was told I'd have a few estimates later that night (options offered by the technician). To me this was important so that I could make a decision on a contractor to do the work asap.

I never received an estimate, text the technician a follow up, he asked for a few days. Here I am 12 days later never did receive that estimate.

Great service.  Definitely recommend.  I liked that i got text msges to confirm appt and when driver was on the way.  Prompt & courteous!

Can't ask for a more professional experience, starting with response time to a non urgent issue . Benji was patient with my lack of knowledge and help walk me through what exactly my plumbing problems were, And he was able to fix them in a timely fashion also informing me what I can do in the future to stop them from reoccurring. I need to add some more equipment to my house in the near future and I now have a plumber saved in my phone no more needing to look up anything on the Internet on yelp thank you California plumbing

My water heater starting leaking recently and sure enough it was just outside the warranty period.  I requested a quote on Yelp from ProMax and Daniel got back to me promptly.   I called him on short notice not expecting him to make it out that day but he squeezed me in right at the end of the day.  He did a fantastic job, price was great, and he was very professional.  Even gave me tips on prolonging the life of my new water heater.  Will definitely use him again and would recommend him without reservation.

We needed all new plumbing mainlines after we found some leaking under our house. I was referred to Almighty by a mutual contact. They did a huge job of digging up our yard, working under our house and replacing everything up to the city's pipes. Then they cleaned it all up and worked professionally the entire time. It was four days worth of work and they knocked it out of the park. Fast forward a few months and we needed to upgrade some minor exterior areas for our hoses, they came out the next day and fixed everything in just a few hours. We were way overdue for a new water heater so we got a rough quote for that while they were here. After a few emails and official quote the crew came out again and installed a 50 gallon water heater and extension tank (I think that's what it's called). I will continue to use Matt and his crew at Almighty Plumbing.

The people at Paws are great! When my grandparent's house was experiencing back-up problems in their tub paws came out and let us know exactly what was wrong with the system. Robert was great at explaining exactly what the problem was and what it would take to get the job done. The man behind the phones Will was also very helpful.He got a plumber to the house quickly with a time that fit right into our schedule.

Travis to the rescue! Our shower and bathtub were backing up and toilets were gurgling...we called around and seemed to be getting the run around (of course it was the weekend). Travis was the only one to call us back promptly and set up a time to come out. Not only did he arrive an hour earlier then promised, but he quickly figured out the problem and fixed it with no extras.

We highly recommend Travis / Vessel Plumbing!

Never do business with these guys! They did a project for me before. Later on I found out they charged me 5 times more than other plumbers would charge. I should have reported them to BBB! I share this information here to warn other people so they won't get ripped off by these guys again like me.

Great service. Easy to communicate with and very patient! Was able to get me on the schedule quickly and handled our issue as promised.

My toilet was clogged/ draining slowly and when I plunged it, water started to come out of the tub. I contacted several businesses but they were either not available for a few days, or they took my information and the tech never called back.
After a few hours of waiting, I decided to go back on yelp and find another plumber.

That's when I found By the Book Plumbing Service. Leon answered my call and came over in minutes. On a Saturday! However, by that time the toilet seemed to have fixed itself? Leon made sure everything was working by running the sink and flushing the toilet several times. He could have easily told me that he needed to do some repairs and I would have believed him. Instead he said everything looked good and said to call back if anything changes.

I appreciate having an honest and reliable plumber that I can go to now

We had really excellent service from David and his assistants. He came out to assess a questionable gas line extension at our newly purchased home. He and his assistant did a very thorough and free estimate. He offered several possible solutions, and suggest that we first find out if the work was permitted before he did anything. We were able to find out that no permit had been pulled, so David cleanly and safely capped off the line on both ends, giving us needed peace of mind. He then installed an additional outdoor hose bib for us, and added an connection for a future irrigation system. He designed a very secure mounting system for this, and made sure that the connections will last for years and years to come. He was courteous, on time, and performed the work at a very competitive rate. I highly recommend Extreme Home Service for your plumbing needs, and will definitely use them again in the future. Rich replied immediately to my plumbing issue and his worker, Matt came promptly on time. Our kitchen sink stopped draining as well as the downstairs bathroom shower. The drains then started leaking. My dad tried to fix it but unfortunately got the cable stuck. Matt was able to get the cable out as it had been stuck for several days with my Dad attempting many times to get it out himself.  It's now draining properly and hopefully continues to. Matt was helpful and polite offering great advice to my Dad if this should ever happen again.

We used Gabe to install a new garbage disposal. He was responsive, showed up when he said he would, confirmed the appointment, and did a good job. We look forward to working with him again.

I can't say enough about this place! Marino was especially great. Showed up on time, was professional and efficient in every way. Dan is their sewer expert and came out to help track down an odor with Marino. These two went above and beyond excellent service. You can't go wrong with hiring them for your next job!!

Troy arrived on time wearing a mask (unlike the previous company I had to constantly remind to cover his nose), he was extremely courteous, prices were very reasonable. Issue I had was a constant water pipe rumble, rattle. At night the noise would present itself in almost perfect timing of 35 second intervals and for some reason it got EXTREMELY loud at night, like a Harley was in the next room revving up. A previous company couldn't identify the problem of the rattling and tested my pressure from a spigot outside which read 100 psi. The tech told me I needed a new regulator since it shouldn't read over 80'ish. When Troy arrived he asked for a water hook up as well and when I took him to the same spigot he immediately said no, no, I need one coming off the house, that's a irrigation spigot, those won't give you accurate reading (I immediately realized I may have bought a new regulator from the other company for no reason).

Troy then went to work on finding the solution to my problem. He checked all the sink connections and even replaced the cartridge the previous company installed in my shower to rule out a last issue scenario, that wasn't the issue and I felt hope suddenly drain (pun not intended).

So I then showed him the pipe which was causing the most noise, it was located in my small pool pump room which also has a toilet. He flushed the toilet to get the pipes going and immediately noticed something odd-the toilet just didn't sound right. He lifted the toilet lid and noticed the water line was a bit off. When toilet would try and reset itself -the water level would go down and the toilet would refill itself..and the pipe would rattle...this repeated itself..EVERY 35 SECONDS! I said OMG I think he f'ing nailed it.. Long story short-he replaced the floater and flapper and all the other crap (pun not intended) inside as well as the hose at the bottom. As far as it being louder at night, Troy explained that during the day most homes are using water (ie flushing toilets, washing clothes, cooking, etc .,) and the water pressure locally 'decreases'...at night most people are winding down and relaxing or in bed and the water pressure returns to normal or 'rises' resulting in more pressure/energy in the pipes to create a louder rattle. That solved both mysteries (increase in sound and the time intervals). I like problem solving lol..Anyway it's day two and I haven't heard a peep out of the pipes since.

If they ever gave out Nobel prizes for plumbing Troy definitely deserves one!

The price in all this was extremely reasonable, whereas the other company wanted me to exchange my water heater circulation pump at a cost of over $700 (Troys solution didn't even involve the circ pump and his fee was a fraction of that).

Needless to say I'm happy, and Troy comes HIGHLY reccomended!
