Arturro has helped us out several times.  I had a slow leak in our single unit Water Ridge toilet and it took some sleuth work to figure out the cause.  Arturro went above and beyond to resolve the issue and actually detected an unrelated problem, and fixed that too.  Very happy customer!

I have used Black Mountain Plumbing numerous times, with different technicians, and it always goes very well. The employees are knowledgeable, professional, explain and show what they are doing, responsive, etc. They don't do work that isn't required, or give time frames on when you should schedule work and why (rush, not rush, before warranty expires, etc). Most recently Solomon did my water heater install and changed a few valves while he was there. I felt comfortable working with him, as he clearly took care and pride in his work, and as with all the BMP staff I've worked with, is friendly and knowledgeable. I will always use BMP for my plumbing needs.

Devon went out of his way to make our experience exceptional!! He handled a tough situation with integrity and grace. Don't hesitate to use these folks.

I has originally called payless water heaters they quoted 1 price over the phone when representative gave me an estimate it was more than double what I was quoted.  I was discouraged when reaching out to other vendors.  Daniel from ProMax called me back promptly his was one of the lower priced from my quotes.  His website was very professional so we went with him.  He was able to get a technician out to us in 1 day.  Valdimir was very professional & did great work.  I'm a house wife with a toddler so feeling safe with a technician is very important.  He removed our old water heater, put in new one, the price never changed & our new water heater is working wonderfully.  I would highly recommend Promax.

I would highly recommend CML plumbing to anyone. Chris called me back immediately after I inquired about a leak issue in my home. He explained all of the possibilities given my description. Though he was extremely busy, he still answered all of my questions thoroughly and even came to my home that same day. He and Jimmy were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They saved my home from further damage due to a slab leak. I can't thank them enough and they are the only plumbers I will ever call!

They came out right away, repaired the broken flange and gave great advice on handling the entire process and offered recommendations for home restoration companies. We had a damaged shower valve from a previous plumber that tried to make a repair. Mike and John came out and quickly assessed the leaking shower valve. They gave me different options to resolve the issue. Mike and John removed the damaged valve and replaced with new. Mike showed me in detail the work performed. They leak tested and restored hot water to our shower. We are very happy with the repair. Great communication and craftsmanship, would highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I had a slab leak and called By the Book to get a leak detection done. I made it clear that leak detection was the only service I needed from them that day, as I was going to weigh my options for plumbing. Leon came out and immediately was very condescending right off the bat. I get it, I'm a girl, I look young, but assuming I'm dumb is a bold move. I ask for leak detection, and Leon is already giving me the go around about why he can't do that. He tried telling me I don't have any water damage, even though I felt warm spots underneath our entire kitchen (meaning water was leaking and spreading under the vinyl). If I listened to Leon, we would have severe mold damage under our floors. I also knew there was water flowing in our bathroom and Leon said he didn't hear anything and implied I was just making up the noise. After not doing what I requested and instead doing a walk through of our whole house, Leon said he would be back in 5-10 minutes. He came back a full HOUR later! I had no idea what he was doing as I thought he was maybe preparing his leak detection equipment. Instead, he was ignoring my request and coming up with 10 different plumbing options to repipe the entire house. I was annoyed because all I wanted was a leak detection and Leon was refusing to do that. I quickly told him I wanted him to leave and he got visibly upset and threw a tantrum! I've never seen a professional old man do this. He told me I wasted his time, which I quickly reminded him that I never asked him to sit in his car for an hour. After throwing a fit, Leon finally left and I still had no leak detection done.

I called a different company, Mastercraft, and they came out, detected my leak, and showed me that I had bad water damage under the floors. They were very kind the entire time during the water remediation process and told me how to do everything through my insurance. I then called California Repipe and Plumbing to take a look at the leak and they had a very quick response time. They were extremely patient explaining the entire process to me and gave me very reasonable prices. It was clear they were not trying to take advantage of me and were there solely to help me.

By the Book Plumbing clearly does not train on customer service and they leech off people who are desperate for fixes. Be smart and do NOT hire this company! They will take advantage of you and be condescending the entire time.

We had an emergency with our sewer ejector pump and David and team came to the rescue for sure.  We had another plumber look at initially and they did not have a solution.  David's approach to the issue was excellent.  He showed up when he said he would.  Very dependable!  He also resolved a shower drain leak very quickly.  We will call Extreme Home Service for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

I have been using TDP for about 3 years now and I don't think I will ever use another. When we purchase our home they came to do our inspection for us. There was a leak few other plumbers couldn't locate. Rich's staff did one thing and located in repaired the leak. We have a sump pump and it's a nightmare when you work from home with a daycare. No matter what time I call the staff at TDP is always helpful to fix and repair. They are reliable, honest and trustworthy. Now my entire family uses TDP because of their integrity.

Gabe responded to my request very quickly and was able to take care of the kitchen in my rental the next day. He called me after the job was done to explain his work and described other possible issues that may occur in the future. He was professional and will be my go-to person for jobs at the house. I highly recommend him!

Dan and James are miracle workers. They managed to wrestle a stuck and broken snaking cable out of my tubs, I thought I would literally need to rip open the wall and cut up pipes but they found a way to get it out. Also cleared the clog. Nice guys who explained everything.

Curtis answered my plea for help regarding our plumbing issue within minutes via yelp, we hopped on a call and he was able to diagnose the issue. He came out to our house at 8am (ON TIME!!) which is a BIG woohoo, as most contractors I worked with in the past were notoriously late. Curtis is personable and professional and a pleasure to work with!  We have found our forever plumbers as they truly know All about Plumbing  5/5 would definitely recommend!!!

Showed up the same day as I called and provided top-notch service. Friendly, polite, competent, he listened to our problem and then set about fixing it. When the garbage disposal gave him a little grief on the install, he quickly developed a lasting workaround. Overall, great experience.

The response time was great. George said he had availability between 4 and 5. I pulled into my driveway at 4, just as George was pulling up to the curb in front of my house.  He was very friendly and got straight to work unclogging a stubborn kitchen sink drain.
