I had the cartridge replaced on my master shower less than a year ago. They claim that they have no record of the work being done and insinuated that I was just trying to pull a fast one. The guy even said Isn't it convenient that we don't have a record, and now you are saying its dripping

Yes its conveniant for THEM!!!

We spent a lot of money with this company and feel absolutely ripped off!.. They even hiked the rates above the initial quote when the work was done. And then the work on the shower didn't last a year!

I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are a shower of con men!!

My bathroom sink was clogged, I called at 4pm and was able to get an appointment the next morning, quick service! The deduction of stars is due to the receptionist  trying to charge me a fee for a plumber to come out. On their website it stated free estimates. The receptionist then said she would ask her manager if she could waive the fee when I said never mind I'll go somewhere else, and then came back on the phone to say they could waive the fee .
However, the plumber that came out-Robert was awesome. He deserves 5 stars. Robert took the time to explain how to resolve the issue and best treatment.  He didn't try to upsell me or overcharge me. The price was reasonable and the problem is fixed. Robert was great and I'd call again if I had another issue.

After having an emergency leak, due to a cracked shower valve behind the wall, we called Almighty Plumbing based on positive Yelp Reviews - so glad we did!  Matt the owner was very helpful sending a plumber over asap.  Ricardo was the plumber they sent and ame within 30 minutes of calling.  He was so helpful and thorough.  

We have had 3 other plumbers come to the house in the past, and they never mentioned that our home water pressure was too high, which may have resulted in a flooded living room, removal of hard wood floors and other leaks in the past.  One of the first things Ricardo told us, was that our pressure was set MUCH too high, at 140psi, when instead it should be set to 70psi.  He was just as shocked as we were, to learn that no other plumber had ever pointed this out to us.  He managed to go in and fix the cracked valve without having to damage our walls, and also fixed a broken shower/tub handle, that other plumbers claimed could not be fixed.  He was very knowledgeable, came immediately when we needed them, fixed the problems and explained everything that was done.  I highly recommend!  We will definitely use them again in the future and request Ricardo if possible.

If I could give Chris 100 stars I would. He will be my go-to plumber forever. He is beyond knowledgeable, professional, honest, and personable. He was quick to respond and fit me in even though he was busy. He knew what I needed just by me describing what was going on. I HIGHLY recommend using CML Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

Called to get help with my plumbing situation and talked to dispatcher Will who was friendly and very helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns without letting me feel silly and the technician who came out was fast and efficient!

My downstairs toilet, when not in use, suddenly started overflowing with water that was sudsy,
flooding the bathroom floor and into the hallway.  Since I was washing clothes I turned off the machine and the water line to the toilet and used Yelp to locate Vessel Plumbing/Travis.  Even though this happened on Saturday night, Travis responded promptly to my emergency plumbing issue. He quickly assessed the situation as a clog in the drain leading from the house to the sewer line and then diligently worked to clean the line.  I'm very appreciative for his assistance and professionalism.

Scott is an outstanding plumber and knowledgeable on so much more related to homes.  We had a major water leak in our kitchen. Scott came over immediately, and diagnosed the problem accurately. Scott and his son (one of the twins) repaired the damaged pipes.  He gave great advice on handling the entire process and offered recommendations for home restoration companies. We highly recommend Twin Plumbing.

I needed some work done.  I have 5 angle stops that needed to be replaced as part of the work I wanted done.  The technician said that he needed to solder additional pipe once the old angle stop was cut.  He said that's the right way to do it & that's how we do it.  I asked how long it would take for each angle stop, he said 45 minutes.  At 45 minutes per angle stop that's a cost of $525 for just the angle stops.  I responded to him how come I've had at least a dozen angle stops replaced previously & no one plumber said they needed to solder extra pipe.   He called Mike & said they won't do the job without doing the angle stops their way.  I don't know how they're getting these high reviews?  Perhaps me providing the parts wasn't profitable enough for Mike?  I feel that I've just been to the Dentist.  Thanks, but no thanks...

Leon Mcirvin, wasn't trying to rip you but he gave us cost affective way to save money by digging our trench ourselves instead applying trench to the bill. He was kind and funny, he would crack jokes here and there make at me ease and his easy to work with he wasn't trying to intimidate you with plumbing terms and he would tell it how it was.

It's difficult for me to immediately trust any contractor, even to call one for service.  Which is why I lived so long with leaking bathtub faucets. Prior to hosting out-of-town guests I knew I had to deal with it.  David came out and diagnosed the problem, thoroughly educated me on the options from simple and relatively inexpensive to big, invasive and expensive. Actually, replacing the stems and handles was probably something he can do in his sleep but for me it was like a miracle cure.  Thanks to the brand of valve that was installed 25 years ago my style choices were limited, especially if I wanted it done soon (meaning, not having to order them), so I chose the in-stock items and couldn't be happier. I truly felt confident that David was competent and honest, so now I finally have a plumber.

The photos say it all! I got my dream bathroom for a awesome price. I love it. It's a new jet tub with new tiles. The tub was a bit big but they made it work, magic hands.  Will forever be their loyal customer. They finished everything in less than a week! Awesome team. I been using it now and it works and everything is great so far.

Curtis was a rockstar! Just our luck to have a clogged kitchen sink and garage basin. We needed to have our plumbing snake... Curtis replied on Thanksgiving morning at 6:30 AM, showed up here with in the hour. Had us all sorted for a flat fee on a holiday! I would highly recommend Curtis and All about plumbing. Morning! We just moved into our place when the toilet backed up and we had water seeping up from the floor. We called Christian and he to our place in an hour. He was super friendly and figure out our problem (roots) immediately. He fixed us up and was on his way. He'll be our go-to plumber! Great service!
