I can't say enough good things about BMP!!! Called yesterday about shower leak, corroded knobs, Dayne came today and far exceeded my expectations. Not only did he fix my leak and knobs, but problem solved other water issues I was having. Great work!!!!! Price was very fair, too. I'm a senior and so relieved to have found a company I can trust.

Today I requested a quote from California Plumbing for a repiping of my older home. Stan was the gentleman dispatched to analyze my situation and ultimately prepare a quote for me. I was extremely impressed with Stan. He is friendly, polite, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I should add that he is very patient, too, because I had a lot of questions. He listened, offered alternatives and did a super job of explaining how the work would be performed. Stan was eventually joined by Ernesto who is also an excellent representative of California Plumbing. Interacting with Stan and Ernesto has given me a good feeling about California Plumbing.

We just had Daniel at Promax Tankless Heating & Plumbing install a Navien Professional tankless system into our home. He is SO nice to work with in so many ways. He is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, honest and a hard worker. He gave us a great quote on the system we requested and was able to do the installation very quickly. He even removed a regulator from my shower at no charge so I could finally enjoy a really good, hot shower! He hauled away our 8 year old water tank for us and his fees for the entire job were very reasonable. Don't hesitate to use his services!! He is very reliable.

Everyone I have spoken with from this company are really nice and ready to help. We have worked with Chris in the past but today Dave and Ivan came out and worked on a toilet for us. The company worked with me via text (love that) to find a workable time for their guys to get over here. They were prompt and super courteous. Had it fixed in no time at a good price. Definite thumbs up from me.

Chris really pulled through in my time of need. I called after dark about a sewer blockage, and he came after finishing a job, after working all day. He offered me a free quote, advice, and even a little labor. He called a friend of his and they made a quick fix to get me through the night. They did all this without charging me an arm and a leg. Chris is good, and reasonably priced, so he is busy. He was not able to help complete my project for a few days so I had to, regretfully, hire someone else to finish the job. Please call Chris for an honest, affordable plumber.

I can honestly say without hesitation that I would fully recommend PAWS plumbing. Called PAWS for a quote and they had shovels to the ground within 45 minutes of me agreeing to the repair. Mike and Taylor did a awesome job in digging a almost 4 1/2 foot hole to find the problem and repair it so it will never happen again. They arrived in a very clean work van with all the tools organized and clean. Very professional and answered any questions that I had. Job could not of gone more smoothly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I called Travis for an after-hour semi-emergency. He was quick to respond and was available to come right over. I am thankful for his prompt action and his professionalism. He took care in his work and was detailed in his approach. We will call Vessel Plumbing for our next plumbing need.

Kudos to Scott who helped us during an emergency water heater issue. We had a busted water heater that was flooding into the neighbors downstairs condo. I did not know how to shut off the valve( it ended up being broken ) Scott was able to quickly make it on site and turn the water off to the condo thereby saving the neighbor anymore damages to his condo :) he assessed the situation quickly and was pretty expedient at repairing the issue. I consider the price reasonable considering it was an emergency. I highly recommend Scott and Twin Plumbing to anyone in the San Diego area!

Carroll Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever had over the last 40 years.
Max and his associate are total gentleman and extremely great plumbers. They really know how to replace a 75 gallon water heater. All new fittings and the result is like it never really happened.
The old water heater was a Bradford White and they replaced with a new Bradford White with 6 year warranty. I can't say enough about how great they are. The owner Mike should be very proud of them.
I now have a plumber for the future.
Thanks Max and Associate.

I've referred this company to clients many times in the past but after dealing with them on my own residence I won't be doing that anymore.
I called to have a sewer line camera inspection completed. The technicians that showed up were very knowledgeable and professional. They informed me that kitchen sink sewer line (with clean out access) that tie into the main line require a mini camera to inspect and that the majority of the inspection trucks within the company have this camera but theirs did not so they wouldn't be able to inspect that particular line. Just my luck.
Obviously I was very disappointed considering that when I made the appointment to inspect the sewer line they didn't indicate a potential need for a mini camera. I just assumed they'd be inspecting the entire sewer line.
I was charged full price for the inspection ($200), the two service men were in-and-out in less than an hour but I still didn't know the status of the line I had the most concern about. When I called the office after the work was completed I was told that unless specifically requested they don't inspect kitchen lines. When I inquired about the price to have the kitchen line inspected, they quoted me another $125. I informed the office that they should disclose to clients that the inspection only covers the main sewer line and that any additional lines will require a special camera and potential more cost.
Super disappointed. These guys are off my contractor list.

Tony rearranged his next day schedule in order to fit me in for a Leaky Faucet Repair. Tony and Curtis arrived early and did an excellent job identifying and fixing my problem. In addition, they recommended some other related actions that I should take. I will definitely use them again.

I called Christian yesterday (Friday) after noticing water pooling around our back yard drain after the rain last week. Surprisingly, he answered the phone! Fancy that, a plumber who answers their own phone - while he was doing another job, no less! I explained that I saw the pool of water, as well as water only trickling out of the curbside opening. (That's when the dreaded, Oh boy! Roots in the drain pipe!, hits you like a 2x4 in the head.) I did go to Home Depot and buy a drain auger, which was one step above dental floss, so I did attempt the fix before calling an expert.
Christian gave me an honest estimate, and after calling the usual, 2 other estimates, I called him right back and asked when we could begin the fun! When he said tomorrow morning, I felt like I hit the lottery. I texted him my address and he replied with a time for this morning. I got another text message this morning when he had his arrival time down to the minute. (After I picked myself up off the floor after collapsing when he confirmed his arrival time, I immediately decided to give him 10 stars just for his communication skills.)
Christian arrived on time and was very professional asking a neighbor who parked in front of the work area to move his vehicle. The auger came out, the hose came out, the shovel came out, and work began. It took him about 10 minutes to figure out where the logjam in the drain pipe was. After digging down to the drain pipe, we discovered that lovely corrugated drain pipe that new housing developments use during construction. Mine looked like an 18-wheeler parked on it overnight. I'd say it was almost flat, but the mud packed inside the drain kept it reasonably egg-shaped. Ugh.
To begin with, my yard is densely planted, and I have plants in bloom right now. Translation: not a lot of room to maneuver in, and lots of things that could be ruined. Christian worked around my plants, and mud piles were placed on plastic sheets with NOTHING spilling over into my neighbor's yard. It was a tidy job and his respect for my property was old school. Another gold star.
It was determined that a 32 length of flattened (that image still sticks with me) drain pipe needed to be replaced. A strong PVC pipe was used and inserted into each round opening of existing pipe. The water was run from the back yard, through 100 ft. of drain pipe, and flowed out the opening at the curb. Another gold star!
Christian had the patience of a saint, which is so important for plumbing jobs. I have so often heard through the years that you never know until you get in there how much damage or works actually needs to be done. His energy level at the END of the job was as high as it was when he STARTED hours before.
In closing, while patience is a virtue, honesty and workmanship are also huge factors in costly repairs. His attention to detail was evident as he carefully measured and was precise with the final connections and testing. He was respectful towards me and my property. I have a tendency to buzz around people who work at our house like that gnat that flies over your head in the summer while you're trying to work in your yard. I do try to learn as much as I can from experts who come here, and he never made me feel like I was in his way. I ask a lot of questions and he was very thorough and honest with his answers.
No, I'm not related to Christian and I'm not giving him a familial-biased review - he is a hard worker, is a craftsman, and his sense of humor makes an awful, muddy, job, bearable for us. If you have plumbing issues - ever - this is your guy! What a blessing!

Where do I begin!!!! AWESOME! SPECTACULAR! FABULOUS! HONEST!!! CLEAN!!!
I had a leak for 2 months in one of my bathroom tub spouts. I called several plumbers to try to get an idea of what they would charge. In the meantime I called Delta Faucets because all my faucets, shower head and tub spouts were Delta brand. When I purchased the home brand new the warranty said Lifetime so I call them and tell them the problem and they send me the parts for free, free shipping too. So they sent me a brand new tub spout and brand new cartridge.
One plumber came out and tried to take the handle off, but the house is 17 years old so the screw would not turn and he ended up stripping the screw. He explained that if the handle is too hard to take off they would have to break it and if the handle was too hard because of calcification of the hard water then the cartridge may be too difficult to take off too. Which means they would have to break that and replace the whole thing. Long story short the estimate was $600 including parts and labor.
I didn't have $600 so I just had to deal with turning off the main water line every single day after I was done using the water. It was a pain in the butt! I had to go outside at 5am to turn on the water to shower, turn it off before I left, turn it back on to cook and turn it back off again! Pain! Pain! Pain! Inconvenient!!!! For 2 months I did this until I had enough money to pay for a plumber to come out. I also took the time to call other plumbers, explain the scenario and the quotes were all the same because of the age of the house.
I finally called Above and Beyond. The nice lady took my call on Friday night, October 28th around 7pm. I explained to her that I would like someone to come out and give me a quote. She said if I wanted to wait until Saturday, the next day, someone could come out and give me a quote. I was happy they could fit me in so quickly!
Juan arrived early and that made me happy. I showed him the problem, I had all the parts and he said that he could do the work for $100, but did warn me that the problem may occur again because Delta is not the best product. All the plumbers told me the same thing. All the plumbers use Moen and so did Above and Beyond. So he explained that if it happened again then he'd have to replace the whole thing and that would cost around $525 including parts and labor. So I said so if you do all the work today and charge me $100, it may not work and then I'll have to pay an additional $525? he said they would discount the previous work. So I felt he was honest and I decided to go for it, I had already saved up the money in case they had to do the parts. I expected a quote but he was ready to do it right then and there and I said go for it!!! I was sick and tired of turning the main water line off and on.
Juan fixed it!!! He was quick and clean and very nice! Literally from the moment he came into my home to the moment he left it was 40 minutes!!!!! I am so happy with this company!!!! I asked for business cards because I plan on referring them to everyone I know, they were awesome!!!!
I AM 1000% SATISFIED, YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY, 1000%!!!!!!
USE THEM, YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!!!
