He was prompt and professional.

He discussed the work he was doing and what I could expect over the next few days (putty seepage)

I have two homes, one is a rental. I highly recommend Chris, because he is trustworthy, fair priced, very knowledgeable and the jobs was done in a timely manner. I have used Chris a few times for different things like, putting in 2 toilets, leaking garbage disposal, and a water heater. I can't be more pleased with his work!

I contacted CG Plumbing to repair a toilet that was leaking in my main bathroom. The owner was very friendly and he personally came out same day to fix this problem for me. He was very efficient and professional and got this takin care of literally within seconds. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for an experienced plumber who is upfront, honest and knowledgeable! I give him 5 stars for his hard work and definitely will be calling him back with any other plumbing issues in the future

Definitely highly recommend! Truly honest, reliable, and professional service! Talked to Chris on phone, and site on seen seemed to be knowledgeable enough give me a pretty good idea of what it would need and take.

Our hot water heater was at the end of it's life and we wanted to get it replaced. Chris was very responsive and professional. I had 3 other estimates from other
water heater replacement companies and everyone of them increased the pricing by as much as $1,800 AFTER they gave me an estimate. CG Plumbing was the only company to stick to their estimate.

Called to see if they could assist in repair of a tankless water heater. The person answering told me I had to call the Manufacturer to have them send me the part. How is a manufacturer going to tell me over the phone what is wrong with my unit.
By calling the manufacturer I was at least able to get a local company with a trained technician. Unfortunately have to wait a week for hot water. Based upon this experience would not do biz with CG.
Response to vendor comment: first you corrected me with how I pronounced Navien. In your response there was no explanation of saving money, there was no conversation about not being able to provide service. Just so you know Navien has no diagnostic team. And the gentleman from Navien was able to give me information on my account warranties but was puzzled as to why I would be calling.

Had a great experience today with CG Plumbing! One of our main drain pipes was clogged and I made the mistake of calling Rooter Router. That was a terrible experience and my drain was still clogged. Next I contacted CG Plumbing and I'm happy to say that my problems were solved! Chris (the owner) was a delight to deal with. Easy communication, reliable and a very fair price. I highly recommend CG Plumbing!

Our main water line from the street to our home broken and was flooding our neighbor's property. Of course this happened on a weekend where it's hard to find someone to come and do a repair. That wasn't the case with Chris and C G Plumbing. Chris was very quick to respond and refreshingly transparent. He assessed the issue quickly and navigated the issue to help us not overspend on the repair. He had us with running water again quicker than anyone else out there would've. And on top of that, when he walked me through the finished repair, it was impossible to tell that there had ever been an issue. This was huge because I thought we were definitely going to need to pay for some landscaping on my neighbor's property. That wasn't the case with how Chris restored the entire area. I greatly appreciate the work Chris did and will definitely call C G Plumbing first for our next plumbing needs.

I sheared the handle off one of our water shutoffs, which rendered the entire ball valve useless. Needed a plumber to fix the issue, so I came to Yelp for recommendations. I called a few places, and also used Yelp's quote request feature to reach out to different companies. The owner, Chris, at CG Plumbing replied promptly to my request, and after all things considered, I decided to schedule with Chris for the job.

Chris arrived on time to do the work, and was friendly, professional, and did a quality job on the repair. The job turned out to be more than he expected, but he stuck to his original quote, and didn't try to upcharge the job. My parents water heater went out while I was visiting them (of course lol)

The pilot light in my water heater would not stay lit. I called a few plumbers and Chris was the first to come out within the hour. Not only was he able to figure out and fix the problem very quickly, but he was very professional and had an apprentice with him that was also very professional. I appreciate their quick response and ability to fix the problem so quickly. It's nice to know that we still have, trustworthy people out there to help us out.
