Jason is very efficient, punctual, helpful and reliable. He showed up on time everyday. I called few contractors for quotes from Yelp but I must say that Jason is the best. He is good in what he does and I would highly recommend him to family, friends and everyone.

Ramnar is a great person with which to work.  He is responsive, friendly, and gets the job done.  We have a new house along the coast and needed to finish it off and the radiant system/house domestic boiler was the last thing.  Our general contractor was inefficient and their plumbing sub had passed away.  We contacted Ramnar and he immediately checked things out and made recommendations.  It was obvious that he specializes in radiant and water heaters.   We literally gave him the key to the property and he got things done, with no problems.  He also made recommendations for the latest thermostats and configured them for us.

When our other plumbers could not find the time to install a gas line for a PG&E meter drop, Ramnar was courteous enough to match their price and get the work done (which included a gas run to a deck fire pit).

Ramnar is trustworthy, smart and a friendly person who gets things done.  He's never too busy to talk on the phone, email or text.  In a world of flaky contractors, Ramnar is very dependable and genuinely a super nice person.  He deserves the highest ratings and all these fine examples on Yelp are honest.  If you are considering building a house or installing radiant, use a specialist like Ramnar (he's been all over the world installing and is settled in Northern California).  Many plumbers do not specialize like he does.  If you are a general contractor, he would be my go to guy for anything radiant and/or domestic boilers.  He's the only call to make for our next house, remodel or upgrade (we plan on using him again!)

Everything about this company is great.  Quick communication and follow up, prompt service, fantastic job of taking care of our backed up sink.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had been having some serious issues with a clogged drain affecting both the utility sink/washer and our kitchen sink.
We tried all the usual DIY approaches, including draino, vinegar and baking soda, snake, etc... to no avail. Finally gave in on a Sunday afternoon and called Kyle. He came out at 7pm and after his initial shock at the pluming situation in our house (clearly not installed by a professional) he was able to clear it up in about 30 minutes for less than $100. Overall we were thrilled with the quick response and immediate solution.

Great service I called them and they quickly came out and fix my problem and they beat out everyone's price. The technician was very professional and very clean and respected are home. I will definitely go back to doing business with them.

Roy was excellent! I had a plumbing project I tried to repair myself, realized I needed a pro, called him on a Saturday, Roy answered the call and was at my home the next AM (Sunday). He was very friendly and professional, repaired the issue and even made additional adjustments and repairs with a few minor parts. Everything is so much better! He was very fair and reasonable. Roy is THE guy!

We had a clogged drain.  Turned out it was a grease buildup that had clogged the pipe 30-40 feet down the line.  When I called I fully expected to get the We'll be there in two days between 8 and 5, response.  As it turned out, they dispatched a truck the same morning.  Actually about the same hour.  Mike arrived and was very presentable and professional.  In less than 30 minutes he had the clog in the pipe cleared and it was fully operational again.  Then, to my surprise, he brought in his own cleaning supplies and cleaned the little mess he had made (clearing a drain is not a clean and easy thing).  Saying that I was impressed is an understatement.

David of About Plumbing (916-213-7652  or 530-341-3573) is an EXCEPTIONAL plumber.  In my 60's, I've dealt with many plumbers, in my day, but he is the fastest, most knowledgeable, most reasonably priced, most on time (he even called just before arriving), hardest working one I've ever met.  He even solved a problem that I didn't even know I had, worked four times longer ~ faster, too ~ than I'd told him it would take, and didn't even ask for more than the original quote, which was very low to start with!  Maybe the best part was that he brought his young, preteen son, also called David, with him.  The father is definitely a great example to his son!  (I paid him extra, even though he kept refusing to take it, at first, and I still feel like I paid too little.)

We got a quote from Steve, the owner, in person for a new water heater. We wanted to take advantage of the SMUD rebate currently being offered. Steve was very knowledgable and personable. We appreciated him explaining everything to us, including the different types of water heater we can get with the rebate and what steps would be taken if we decided to go with them.

AJ and Isaac were the ones who helped us install the new water heater. They were both great and worked efficiently together. AJ explained everything in detail to me after the installation and was thorough with making sure I had no more questions before they left. Great customer service! I would come back to this company for other services too. Thanks AJ and Isaac! :)

Excellent service. Had my bathtub serviced on Sunday, December 29. The gentleman was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. Had my bathtub unclogged within minutes and gave my husband some advice on changing out some other pipes under the house.

Only charged $85.

I would hire again and recommend to anyone!

My rental home in Stockton had a 15 yr old water heater in a hall closet, and I figured it was time to replace it before disaster struck. Mohamed was great to communicate with, arranged to be there when I arrived from 50 miles away. He and his dad put down tarps so the carpeting was protected as they went in and out. They did a beautiful job, made sure all the air was out of the lines when done. Would totally recommend them!

We called Chris' company and had a call back within 30 minutes. We scheduled a time for him to look at our job. He was on time for that appointment. He's very respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and had great ideas on how to clean up our project.

Chris completed our job yesterday, and we will definitely have him back in the new year for a few more projects. You can tell that he has very high standards for him

I highly recommend him.

January 23rd update: We had Chris out today for the third and final stage of our remodel. He installed our hands free Kohler faucet, garbage disposal and garbage disposal button, and the air gap for the dishwasher. The end result is perfection. My husband and I can't say enough about Chris. We really like him as a person, his work ethic, and how prepared he is for the job. I mean....who calls from the hardware store to see if we needed anything. We really like Chris and hope to have him back someday to do more projects. Thank you Chris!

We had our house built over 40 years ago and was long overdue for a major facelift.  Every year we would go Home & Landscape Expo at Cal Expo in January.  We had several contractors come over to share ideas and give us estimates.  We just never pulled the trigger.  When we got serious about remodeling our kitchen, I started looking at contractor reviews on yelp.  JAZ Developments stood out.  I called and Joedy Zapara come out to look at our project.  I was immediately impressed with his experience, honesty and sense of humor.  His references were unanimously positive.  Joedy's bid was competitive, complete and prompt.  His time frame worked for us.  Hired.

Joedy worked with Sac County's building permit folks to get our plans approved quickly.  Demo began on the contracted date.  We only added 8.5 square feet to our kitchen nook area, but it required taking out an external deck, removing a wall and resupporting the ceiling.  We now have new cabinets, countertops, kitchen appliances, tile flooring, windows and a wall seat.  We had the house painted inside and out.

Joedy and his crew became family when they were here.  No smoking, no alcohol, and no swearing.  They showed up on time and cleaned up their mess before they left.  There was at least 2 workers (often more) here every day.  His subs were excellent (Sergio-cabinets, Capital City Granite-countertops, David-painting).

We love our new house.  We can't say enough good things about the process and the results.  Joedy is a real pro and I'm so glad we used yelp to find him.  Things worked out so well for us that our daughter is having JAZ (Joedy) build an 3-car garage with living quarters above it behind their house in Midtown.

Don't look any further for your plumbing needs! Frank responded to my call on a early Sunday morning and was there by 9am! Had a backed up sewer line and within an hour it was fixed! Super nice guy, honest and very reasonable rates. Been doing it for 30+ years. Seriously, just stop looking now. You won't regret it!

Our garbage disposal broke unexpectedly and when requesting a fix I mentioned low water pressure. Anthony showed up quickly on the same day, and was able to fix the disposal, spot a leak, and explain the low water pressure. We asked if he had time to fix it all and he made it happen right there on the spot. Highly recommend!

Recently, a family member used a local plumbing company and while satisfied with their work felt that they up-sold something not really needed at the moment. Thus, I wanted to look for a different company to replace my bathtub diverter. While reading the reviews for Iverson Plumbing on Yelp, I noticed the REQUEST A QUOTE option; thus, I explained what I needed done and 2 minutes later the owner, Eric, responded asking for a picture of my current diverter. I was unable to take and send a picture until this morning but about an hour later Eric sent me a quote. I did not realize my request to Iverson Plumbing on Yelp would mean other plumbing businesses would see it and would message me, too; however, none of them were willing to give me a quote on-line. Once I let Eric know the price was acceptable, he said an employee was available to change the diverter today between 2 and 4. At 1:57 his employee Mike called to say he would be there in 20 minutes. Mike came wearing a mask and put on booties before coming inside; he was very nice, professional and expertly changed the diverter. I would definitely use this plumbing company again; Iverson Plumbing may be small but they understand the importance of offering great customer service by giving an upfront quote plus having a very knowledgeable yet friendly employee. One final plus was the fact once I gave Mike a check as payment, he immediately e-mailed me a copy of the invoice showing a zero balance (very much prefer less passing of paperwork during COVID-19).
