Our toilet backed up in a rental, our property manager had them come out to hopefully fix the problem. Water would go into the tubs when the toilets were flushed. Creating a not so nice problem, A gentleman came out on 8/8 - within a few hours of them calling me and me confirming I would be there all day as I work from home. He did his best to fix the problem, but, unfortunately, the same problem occurred the next day. Again, our amazing property management called them immediately and they called me within a couple of hours. I answered, explained the problem (the same as yesterday) and said I would be here. They called me about 40 minutes later, and I had stepped outside for a break, I called back 7 minutes later and the receptionist woman refused to send anyone out, saying she called me twice (which is true) and they don't have all day to wait. Um... what?! 7 Minutes?! I told her initially, I would be here, and yesterday I told her I work from home. So now she tells me because I didn't answer they could come out tomorrow at the earliest. So..I guess we don't have a toilet or showers until tomorrow because I missed a phone call by 7 minutes... on something that should've been fixed the day prior. Pretty inconvenient especially with 3 children and a newborn. Whoever is answering the phones has to be one of the rudest people I have met. A stark contrast to the nice gentleman that attempted to fix our toilet yesterday. He's the only reason I gave 2 stars.
