I am a manager at a near by business and we consistently use Crystal plumbing's services. We had been having a draining issue with one of our main sinks and it was becoming a health and hazard issue. We called Crystal plumbing, Jake and Bob were extremely timely in showing up, and to my surprise the issue which had caused us major problems was completely fixed in a matter of minutes! Great service and great customer service, would highly recommend for any plumbing needs!!!

We called James because a toilet from one of our projects at Vineyard Floors kept leaking after changing the wax rings multiple times. They were able to figure out that it was a loose bolt on the tank slowly leaking water.

The staff at Crystal Plumbing was patient and efficient when fixing my leaking drain pipe. I have also used them in the past to replace my latrine. I was happy with the work and price as they do not did price gouge like other companies in this area.

A young man came out yesterday to move a gas line so my stove can fit in. He also fixed a leaked sprinkler shut off valve. He was professional and on time. Did a great job. Will use them again in the future.

I needed a part replaced on a water heater.  I got a quote from this company through yelp.  The owner responded quickly and the price was what I was willing to pay. Jake and Bob replaced a part in a water heater for me and got the job done quickly.

Had no issues with the process of getting a quote and getting a water heater part replaced.  I would use this company again.

We have had to replace our water heater. These guys were great.  They were in and out in just 3.5 hours.  They suggested we install a recirculating pump.  We did this and now the time for getting hot water at all of our showers and sinks is much faster.  In the kitchen it used to take about three minutes of running the hot water tap to have hot water now it is less than 30 seconds.  This saves water and gas as we waste less hot water.  

We got bids from Bonny and Bell brothers,  their prices were more than twice as high.  One of them told me their projects are calculated on an hourly rated of $300 per hour.  (Advertising is expensive).  We spoke with two other companies, one did not get back to us and the other was 50% more than Crystal.   I would strongly recommend these folks.  The were polite, professional and extremely fair priced.

I gave Crystal Plumbing a call and spoke with Dave. Explained my situation and he said he could fit me in later in the afternoon. He showed up on time and got to work right away. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He got my drains unclogged and ran his shower tool through my shower drain as well. His price was fair and affordable and well worth the peace of mind his service provided me. I highly recommend Crystal Plumbing and will definitely call again if I have problems. Thanks Dave!

I had what I thought could be a big problem, but Dave came by I said it was an easy fix. He sent James the next morning and it  really was no problem for these guys.

Never get the feeling that they are upselling or overcharging. In fact, they seem like honest good guys looking out for my interests, too! This is my second time using them and I'll no doubt call them again!

And, after all said and done James drained my water heater at no charge just because I had mentioned it had not be done!

Thank God for this company. Had an emergent situation last night. (waste filling our shower) Called several plumbing companies and they all wanted to wait until the morning to come and fix it. We got a hold of James from crystal plumbing and after explaining the severity of our situation he agreed to come out and do a service call. He was timely, professional, and fixed our issue.

09/16/2022   WOW!  I found an HONEST plumber. His name is Dave.  My hot water take stopped working and I had two different plumbing companies come out and both quoted. THeir quotes were from $1000 to $ 2200.  THe price included a brand new water tank, and a list of supplies.  I called Home Depot, same story... Installed price via their comapny-
Delta Mechanical $ 1980.00-   I was in shock.  I called CRYSTAL PLUMBING just to see if they could do a same day install.  Dave was very freindly and stated that the unit probally only need a new thermal coupler.  He was 100% correct... TOTAL COST with install $ 175.00    Needless to say, I was so pleased...finding an honest service provider..   I had used a plumber in Lodi that drives bright red trucks.. they had fixed a leak in a bathroom sink..$400.  It took 15 minutes.
So, if your looking for an HONEST plumber-  give Dave a call.  I will be using him at my place of business. -  He deserves the business.

We have had Bobby and Jake both service our plumbing needs on separate occasions and both were great. Very professional and got the job done with very reasonable pricing. Would do business with again.

Work up and we didn't have hit water, uh oh! After running some trouble shooting I looked up and found Crystal Plumbing. Called and left a message. Dave called within an hour and was out shortly thereafter. He was pleasant, professional and got us up and going faster than I expected. The cost was far less than I anticipated. He even unclogged our dishwasher for no charge!

I was referred to this company by another plumber who couldn't install our water heater for a week. Jake and James came out and installed a new gas water heater in our home and had fantastic customer service. They explained everything and showed us tips on how to drain the water heater ourselves. They went above and beyond and now we have hot water again. Will definitely be using them again.

Had an emergency pipe leak under bathroom sink on a Saturday afternoon. Crystal Plumbing came out within 2 hours. It was a broken rusty pipe. He had it fixed witnin the hour. He even installed the new faucet for us. Very pleasant customer service.  Reasonable price. I would not hesitate to call them again if need arises.

I bought a 2006 model mobile home and wanted to replace the dishwasher. So I bought a Bosch and when it was delivered the tech was unable to connect as there was no water cut-off under the sink. Told I needed a plumber to get water lines up to code, and also needed a sink hole for the overflow fixture. Dang! But wanted a new stainless sink and nice faucet anyway so not a real issue. Asked MHP manager for reference for a plumber and he recommended Crystal PlumUKbing. Called them and they said they could svhefule ad soon ad I had the new sink etc. Ordered sink, faucet and garbage disposal and they scheduled service for next day. Arrived within service window. Bill and Dave were awesome!  Nice and polite, and knew what they were doing. and They had to work hard to install the sink in a cabinet a bit smaller than required for normal install and kept at it until all was perfect. Very pleased with the very reasonable cost. Plan to have them install a water-softener system next. Are now my go-to guys!

I really appreciate the help these guys gave me.  I was at ace hardware trying to figure out how to unclog a deep-pipe rice clog from the kitchen dual sink.  The issue that I was having was a poor designed under cabinet kitchen plumbing where each sink had individual pipes that went into the wall and connected behind the wall before going down the main drain.  Drain snaking under the sink was only pushing the snake out of the other end of the sink pipe and the clog was deep down in the main pipe.  

James and another guy with him overheard my conversation with the ACE hardware associate trying to help me and stepped in and offered some advice.  They told me about a possible washout pipe outside the wall that may solve my snaking problem.  When I got home and checked, they were 100% correct and I was able to snake down and after 25ft, I got to the clog and unleashed a day and half of frustration on it.  Clog destroyed in minutes.  

I really appreciate these guys stepping in and offering friendly professional advice when they could have just walked away.  Definitely will be on my list of plumbers to call if I have plumbing issue I can't fix myself.

Great service! We were down to one bathroom with our sewer line clogged, and called Crystal Plumbing for help. Even though it was the weekend and his birthday, the owner came out, since the rest of his staff was busy. He cleaned out the line and then helped us discover that the city line was broken (and so we needed additional help from the city). We are very thankful and we will be recommending Crystal Plumbing to our friends and family!

No one ever expects a blockage in their sewer line- but when it happens you are always grateful to have it quickly cleared- thanks guys you were quick & worked neat- even in the rain. Great job.

I contracted with Crystal Plumbing for a new water heater,  piping reconfiguration, and plugged water lines. James was here when promised. I explained what was needed and he went to work. Let me tell you something about Crystal Plumbing. Dave, James, Jake and Bob know their business, Water heater was out in no time and reinstalled. Dave came by with parts necessary to complete the job while James was building from scratch the plumbing to re install the circulating pump. Jake and Bob came to unplug the water pipes in the Master Bathroom. They worked quickly. These employees communicate well with one another, they love their jobs and care about doing the best job.  The job was done so much better than I ever expected. These are the finest bunch of guys in the plumbing business I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. No mess was left. Thank you all for doing an expert job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all. ( :

toilet was running.  Crystal plumbing came out and had to change out inners.  Reasonable as this toilet was over 10 years old.  Works great.

Then had kitchen dual sink with water backing up back and forth.  They came out and snaked the front pipe (which no other plumber had done) and fixed the problem.  

I am very happy with the service and hope to have many years with them for all my needs.

Crystal Plumbing of Lodi replaced our old Orangeburg sewer line with a new one. They pulled the new sewer line through the old Orangeburg and did a fine job. They did a good job on that. They did it in one day plus recall.
But, they did not leave our yard the way they found it. They left it very poorly-level. I called them back on that, they did a poor job on the callback. When they dug a hole at both ends of the sewer line to replace the old one,  they through the dirt everywhere, in the flower beds and so on, they left me with a lot of work to level.
Job done on November 22, 2022.

Had an emergency on a Friday evening. Spoke with Dave who did a great analysis of the problem over the phone. He put me in touch with Jake who is an expert in the area of air conditioners and would come out the next morning. He was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Very reasonable with the entire cost. Am extremely pleased with this company and highly recommend them. Fantastic customer service!Plan on having them take care of any future plumbing and HVAC needs.

Wow, these guys are amazing! They've done some stuff for us before and have done terrific work. James and the other guy who came with him (I didn't get the other guy's name) got here in about 20 minutes after my call. They were polite and funny, and took care of the problem we were having. We had a water leak on the outside water main. Dave returned my call within an hour and came out the same day to take a look. He was honest and forthcoming when he inspected our leak. Our house was built in the 40's and the pipe is very old. He said he would try to fix it, but the pipe might just break apart. The whole water main might need to be replaced.
Dave returned two days later and repaired it!  It held and we are very happy with his work. And he was very reasonably priced. We will be using Crystal Plumbing for our future plumbing needs!

Crystal Plumbing has fixed toilets, sinks, bathtubs that leaked into the garage, and most recently replaced my entire water line.  They are absolutely fantastic.  I love that they know what they are doing, but make sure and stay competitive with their prices.  Plus, they are just very nice guys.  I own a home and three rentals, so I know most of the plumbers in town.  I will never use another plumbing company after I finally ran into James and his brother.  What a quality business.

Our toilets have been sluggish the past week. This AM, they started overflowing. We called Crystal Plumbing and reached Dave. He stated they would be out between 3-5. At 3:30, Jake and Bobby arrived. They promptly diagnosed the problem and removed a huge amount of grass out of our pipes! They not only cleaned out our pipes, but also took the time to clean the mess in the bathroom they left! Very impressed!

Second time having these guys do work for me. First time, they fixed my plumbing from a sewer backup that rendered my toilets and showers useless. Fixed late evening within an hour of my call. Second time, they fixed a leak in the main line into my house. Previous quote from another plumber was to replace the whole line going to the street, $1,900. Crystal fixed the leak and installed a shut off switch for my automatic sprinklers. Didn't have to dig up my yard. Did the work the next morning (called late afternoon). Crystal plumbing's technicians are professional and personable. They work clean and pay attention to detail. I just had them come out and fix 2 clogged sinks in an old house my hubby and I bought 2 years ago. You can stop looking for a plumber right now!  Crystal Plumbing, Dave and Jake are awesome!! I don't typically write reviews, but in this case I felt the need to for a couple of reasons.  One, they were honest. Two, they were reliable and took care of my problem fast.  Three, they are a family run business with old fashioned values.

I recently moved in with my 73 year old mother and 96 year old grandmother in January 2018 to help my mom care for grandma.  I noticed a horrible smell when I would come over and after moving in, it drove me crazy.  I thought it was a gas leak from the hot water heater in our back bathroom.  We had PG&E come out, twice, to check and nothing.  The PG&E guy said it was a sewer leak under the house and to get a plumber out here.  My grandfather was a plumber and owned his own business and he always told us to get three estimates when having work done to the house.  Crystal Plumbing was one of three that came out.  I called one day and they were here the next day, it was not an emergency that required immediate assistance, it was just a smell.  Dave came early in the morning and checked the main bathroom line and it was all clear, something another plumbing company said was not clear.  He couldn't get to the other side of the house due to a very small crawl space so he said his son, Jake, would be out this afternoon after he finished another job.  Jake came and was just as friendly and professional as his father.  He began to go under the house and I asked him if he was going to put on coveralls like the other guy.  He said, well what did this other guy look like after he came out from under the house?  I said he was clean and had nothing on him.  Jake's reply was, That's all I needed to know.  After spending time under the house Jake sat at the kitchen table with me and my mom and explained to us exactly what was wrong, we had a leak from the kitchen sink.  The smell was not raw sewage like the other two companies told us, it was standing water with rotten food.  He explained to us that because of old pipes, the house was built in 1963, they had just corroded away and needed to be replaced.  He told us that obviously food particles get down the drain and because of the leak it ended up in a pool of water and just sat there rotting, putting of fthis gassy smell.  He told us there was no raw sewage and he wasn't sure why these other two companies told us so.  

Now I hope your sitting down because this is the best part, the estimate.  We were quoted $8,000 from one very large, well known company throught the valley about a month prior, which was a loose estimate.  We had this company back out as one of the three estimates and it went down to $5,600.  After applying for credit through this company we were approved for $5,000 and the guy went outside to call his boss and came back in and said, my boss said we will do the job for what you were approved for, like they were doing us a favor!  Red flags were flying!!  A second well known company came out and this guy told us we needed a restoration company to clean up the raw sewage before they could really get under there and give an accurate estimate and he left.  When Crystal Plumbing came out and gave their estimate I almost fell off the chair, it was $1,200 to $1,400!!  He said it would be the low amount unless he needed to replace one more pipe.  He wouldn't know until he dug it out because half of the pipe was underground.  Jake told us that if we chose to go with another company not to pay more than $2,000, anything over that was not necessary.  Jake explained that he would be putting some enzyme product under the house and that the smell would be gone in a couple of weeks at most.  Jake said that they were getting ready to go on vacation the following week, but he would check the schedule and see if they could squeeze us in before they left.  Sure enough they did and the smell is gone!

It's not often you find a company like this with values and morals and above all great customer service!  We are so very happy with the work done and will only call Crystal Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

I called this company Monday afternoon. They showed up right on time Tuesday morning. The plumber got Right to Work digging down to the rupture in our water main. He replaced the broken section of pipe and put the dirt back. The charge was completely reasonable. We are very happy. This was a great experience after the plumber the day before try to charge over $1,000 to replace 10 feet of pipe for no reason without even figuring out where the leak was.

I have used Crystal Plumbing for years. Jerry was always friendly and did a great job clearing our lines. Back in August our water main sprung a leak. I called Crystal and found out that Jerry has retired. Dave took the call and was able to come out with James and they did a temporary fix to our water by running a hose from the meter to the house.  A couple of days later James and Bob came out and out a brand new line from the meter to the house. My wife and I were happy with service and price. I felt like Dave, James and Bob knew exactly what they were doing and were fair. We have had bad experiences with other Plumbers over the years. We will ALWAYS call Crystal Plumbing if the need anything fixed in the future. Thanks Crystal Plumbing!

Had Dave come back again for another issues. Showed up the same day I called, was honest and tried to save me some money but ended up having to install a new valve on my water line. Fixed it quickly and I've had no issues. I wouldn't call any other plumber.

They came out within 24hrs for a non emergency but urgent call and unplugged our main line. Very nice young men who were courteous and good at what they do. Left my home as clean as they found it. They are our new go to for plumbing needs.

Crystal plumbing company is the way to go for your plumbing needs. I have a house , it was built in 1928 .Since the pipes where 90 years old I decided to replace them . I called Crystal Plumbing for an estimate of a repipe and a placement of a water service line. The estimate that was given was reasonable and fair, so I got to add a few more things that I wanted to get done. To me this was big job.
    Don't hesitate to use this company. The work was done in a timely fashion. The quality of their work is excellent. It's refreshing to have great customer service.

I needed a new water heater installed right away and Dave made it happen. He even checked if our old one had a possible recall. I had been without for 4 days waiting on the big box companies and the home warranty. They could not make it happen. I am pleased to have installed an American made Bradford White FVIR Defender Safety System® 40 gal. Tall 40 MBH Residential Natural Gas Water Heater. Crystal sells them.

First, ill just say they did a nice job installing my water heater. But it gets better, they quoted me a low price and didn't change it after they did the job. Crazy, right? Then on top of that when i got home i noticed that although there had been some rodent droppings in the garage before they came... they had swept them so they weren't there anymore. I was in such disbelief that i told my dog, toto that i didn't think we were in Stockton anymore. Anyway highly recommend.

Woke up to a broken hot water heater, ugh!  Called Crystal Plumbing at 8:00am and spoke with James. He was at my house in less than 15 minutes.  I found James to be professional, honest (great discussion on tank VS tankless) and willing/able to answer all my questions.

The installation happened the same day, thank you James. It was a tight fit getting the old one out and the new one (went from 40 to 50 gallon). The installation was quick and clean, shop vac'd the area.

I can not express how thankful I am for the outstanding service throughout the entire process. Great service, GREAT pricing, these guys are the real deal!!! Will be my go to plumbing company, they should be yours too.

This place is great. We had an emergency and they were able to move things around to show up ASAP. Both times they helped us they were friendly and fixed the problem at a good price. They also fixed something else we had not even requested. This type of customer service is few and far between. Crystal Plumbing are a great group of guys. We recently bought a home and were doing the floors, paint, and toilets before moving in. They were extremely considerate around working around our flooring person's schedule by removing the old toilets, coming back to install one so we had at least one toilet, then coming back to install the other two when the floors were done.

Called to have kitchen drain snaked. Was quoted $90 for 1 HR. They were on site within 20 minutes. Not only cleared clog but adjusted the pipes, changed out a piece of pipe incorrectly installed and adjusted the faucet (fixing another problem causing leaking). They charged only the originally quoted $90 and left a grateful and satisfied customer. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I would recommend this company. We just had our water heater replaced. They were honest with their pricing and information they provided. We got estimates from 2 other companies and went with this company based on the quick response, and the honest feeling they gave us. They came out next day and we're done a few hours later. For our permit eval, the City of Lodi inspector even said it was perfect.

Dave and his son Jake are awesome! They recently bought this company, so it's under new ownership. After buying a house that was a fixer upper, from day 1, our plumbing system got clogged by wet wipes. Dave quickly replied to my yelp quote request and even had the most reasonable price while also being able to come out same day! He sent his son Jake and he was the most honest worker I've ever worked with. He gave me worst case scenario quotes, told me we likely won't need to do all that, gave me a ton of options, fixed my problem, not to mention just a super honest kind guy! I have looked around for a plumber for a week and everybody was giving me the runaround and out rages estimate to fix a leaking Fossett util I got hold of Crystal plumbing they did the job for half of what the other places where asking I highly recommend them

Noticed a weird smell in the garage & discovered soot on the front of our water heater. Called Crystal Plumbing yesterday morning & spoke w Dave who then requested pictures & that our propane guy check the regulator before determining if it was the water heater itself. We did indeed need a new tank & Dave had a crew here at our place this morning (15 minutes early) to put in a new water heater. Responsive, speedy service with a friendly, efficient crew. We should have hot water shortly. We would definitely use this company again & recommend them to anyone else who needs a plumber.

I'd used Crystal Plumbing for several years when it was owned by Jerry.  I'm very happy to say that the new Crystal Plumbing has the very same values and work ethic. I had a broken water main one evening​ and left a message. Dave called me back and promised to come out the next morning. James was here right on time and Dave also came by. The repair went smoothly and looked great.  It​ sure was nice to have water again!

Dave and Jake saved our family trip! I sent a message to Crystal Plumbing at 10am on a Friday asking for a qoute to get our toilet unplugged. Dave responded to me really quickly and was able to get someone to our house right when my husband got home from work. we were leaving on a family vacation the next day and desperately needed this fix. James and the crew from Crystal( who were always wearing  their masks!) did a great job explaining and the installing the new pipelines for my hot and cold water after a burst pipe. Though we did have  a small issue  it was resolved without incident leaving me  with a  smile on my face. They even did a couple of little added jobs willingly, no problem. I would definitely recommend them for your Plumbing needs!!

Dave is the man!! I had a small job that included a little bit of dirty work on his end to run a gas line for my dryer. He did that and more. While recessing my water lines in the wall and installing gas he ran a new water line to my fridge. I also noticed that my gas line was sticking out to far out of the wall to fit my dryer and I called dave and he said he would come take care of it as it is no problem.

I am the type of person that will continue to use a business mostly off customer service and david goes above and beyond. I believe a handshake means something and your word is your bond. Had to call Dave once again for old plumbing in my old house. He once again has impressed me with taking my call after hours and promised to be at my house first thing in the morning. They showed up at 8:00 and had the pipe clear in 20 minutes. As I mentioned in my first review, I will always call Dave (Crystal Plumbing) for anything related to plumbing in my house!

Had some ongoing issues with our main sewage line.  Called Jake and he was very timely, helpful, and professional (excellent customer service) in helping address the issue.  When the issue was addressed they did a great job in not only finishing the repairs in timely fashion but also cleaning the area up (actually got a two day job done in one!).  Very well done would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I had our propane shutoff by the gas company due to a leak. I went through two different plumbers, some self repair and hell amd back chasing double digit leaks until I called Crystal plumbing. They helped me find the remaining problems, replace underground piping and went above and beyond trying to help me get the gas back on. They were honest, professional and extremely fair with the pricing on such a job. I will never use another plumber again, I have found the last honest folks in the area.

So imagine going on a 7 day honeymoon with your husband, coming home after having an amazing time and find a leak in your garage. Hopped on Yelp did a project request for quotes but let me tell you Crystal Plumbing was the only business who asked to see photos, described the process, the need for a permit and steps to resolve the matter THE NEXT DAY! Price was similar to competitors but like I said it's the service for me plus so many people referred him to me as well. New hot water heater installed, permit pulled and inspected by the city which passed within 2 days. Will definitely use them again for plumbing needs.....

Our Shower/tub diverter broke so I called Dave from Crystal Plumbing. He was able to find and fix the part quickly and for a reasonable price. He was also very warm and friendly. A few days later my kids put toys down our sewer line outside :( I called Dave and he was able to get out to me quickly and fix the problem. So grateful! I will definitely be calling Crystal Plumbing for all my plumbing needs (and making sure the kids can't access the sewer line again)!

Kitchen sink backed up and despite our efforts on a late Friday night we couldn't fix the problem! Called Dave on Saturday and he arrived in a couple hours. Great guy and super up front and honest. My wife and I just bought our first house in February, so we are still getting used to who we should contact for various jobs.  Browsed around Yelp and settled on Crystal Plumbing.  DEFINITELY the right choice!  Best quote I received, and very prompt with contacting me back.  I called them yesterday around 3 PM, thinking I would schedule an appointment for today.  Once I mentioned the address, Dave said he would be in the Lodi area and could potentially stop by that evening!  Needless to say, he called me about an hour later saying he would be there in 10 minutes.  He was very courteous and got straight to work.  Job was done quick and everything works great now!  And he took a look at an entirely different issue that I had not even mentioned on the phone and gave me a quote in case I would like to use them again.  Father and son business, so they are invested in their business and take pride in their work.  

Side note: He even knew the tree that was growing in the middle of our front yard (which my wife and I had been trying to figure out for some time).  AND when I went to shut the garage door it opened back up and he showed me how to fix that issue.  Guy seriously knows his stuff, and not just plumbing.

I'm late in writing this review but wanted to be sure I gave him and his crew a great review. Dave and his team are professional and courteous! They replaced a toilet and a water heater for me and did great work. They even came on a Saturday to install the new water heater. I would recommend them!

Always important to have a good plumber on hand when you have kids. I called after my daughter accidentally flushed a rag down the toilet. Owners gave their honest opinion, saved me money, and even called me back a day later to make sure everything was still going good. Owner really is a down to earth kinda guy. Rates are affordable. Don't bother with any other plumber. I always recommend these guys when someone has plumbing issues!

Great guy.  Came out.  Got everything fixed very quick and at a very affordable price.  Went above and beyond as well and fixed some fixtures on my bathtub.  I will be recommending them to friends and family as well as using them for many other services in the future.

Really happy with the service I received today from Crystal Plumbing! I had a clog in my kitchen drain that was causing water to back up into the sink. I called Crystal Plumbing close to 11am, and someone responded immediately. They came out and fixed the issue within 2 hours. The price was also extremely reasonable ($90) and there was no extra fee for the last minute/rush Saturday visit.

Jake & James noticed that my dishwasher was leaking as well, and I appreciated them pointing that out to me. It turned out it was all related to the clog. They were both extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Additionally, Jake & James made a special trip to Lowe's for me when I asked him them about two separate ongoing issues I've had with two of the toilets in my house. I really appreciated the extra time they spent fixing the toilets, because that was a last minute 'hey would you mind checking this out, too' question I asked right as they were about to leave. Crystal Plumbing was absolutely amazing helping me with my bathroom redo. He went out of his way to find a faucet for me that I would have a hand-held shower head and completed each task on time and well.  He was prompt and efficient and the results were exactly what I had hoped for. His rates were very fair and at the end of the project the estimate was right on. I appreciate the work ethic and every detail was covered.

Very courteous and easy going. They kept me up to date in their arrival time and, despite a crisis elsewhere and missing lunch, still came to do my project.  They did a great job installing my dishwasher; including deinstalling and hauling away my old unit. Very clean work.

Discovered a leak under my house, and of course did what any homeowner would do...panic!  I contacted Crystal Plumbing and within the hour, they were at my house identifying the problem. I was lucky enough to have Bobby and Rudy working to resolve the issue. Not only were they great to work with, but they explained what they found, and how they were going to fix it. They also cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess which was really appreciated. The best part of all of this is I received top-notch service at a fair and reasonable price! I highly recommend using Crystal Plumbing if you have any plumbing issues. I will never use any another plumber in the future!

These gentlemen are the real deal. My situation was a big mess and by BIG I mean Gigantic. See I've been having ongoing plumbing issues for about a year or so. I've dealt with numerous plumbers through my home warranty.
After my warranty expire I went rouge and didn't renew. I like being able to pick my own plumbers. So I ran to yelp. I found a couple different companies who came out poked around told me my clean-out was under cement blah blah blah $3000. I said forget  that buddy.

I contacted Crystal plumbing and everything was different. They were busy and scheduled  to come  in a week or so. I met the owner he was a great person. His whole spirit was really genuine and you could tell he loved his job.  So here is were it gets messy. Lol  They started reinstalling a clean-out only to find out there are no pipes connecting  the pipe sticking out the ground. Huh? So what's next? Welp my whole yard is covered in concrete. It's not like you can just go digging for pipes easily. They got their camera and went to work. They found the pipes but it ended up in the neighbors yard. The story goes on and on. But I won't bore you any longer . They contacted the city and had them fix their sewer line. Great right? There is more... Boom  they fixed my pipes under my house, place the concrete back over the hole,Fixed something on my water heater, found my current clean out under gravel, then fixed the clean out under gravel etc. I mean these guys are good. Everyone else told  me either I didn't have one or it was the pipe with concrete.  Lol

They're really cool. They  treat you fairly: Fair in pricing,they are very transparent, super professional,hardworking, great customer service! I can go on and on. They are the real deal. Plus they played with my dogs too! As you know having folks come Over and bang around can be unnerving to dogs. But my dogs loved them even the shy suspicious dog tolerated them. Don't waste your time with other folks who take advantage of our lack of knowledge  of plumbing. In these crazy days we need honest kind of  folks THAT can get the job done. I really really like them. I'm gonna recommend them to everyone. I will always use them. Thanks guys!

Dave helped me with a few leaking faucets a year ago. I was impressed with his reliability, explanations and apparent honesty. I reached out to him again today when my water heater broke. He went out of his way to research my heater and helped me discover the unit is under recall. He supplied me with detailed instructions on how to proceed, and pointed me to another reliable local contractor. He could have easily come out and billed me, but he did right by me. I will reach out to him again in the future. Highly recommend!

These guys are great, have had them help us multiple times with little things, but recently we had a bigger issue of our septic lines needing to be replaced. Got a couple of quotes, theirs was best, they did the job, even found an unexpected second line and replaced it also for a very fair amount. They are great workers, do good work, communicate well, and are very fair. I would highly recommend them. Always happy with their service when they do a job.

Dave came out and replaced the hot water heater and did some plumbing repairs at my brother's house in Stockton on 8/29/22. I found Crystal Plumbing and scheduled the appointment. He came on time and did a great job from what I was told. But, we've been waiting for over two months for the city permit for the hot water heater and still nothing. It's even on the job invoice that the permit will be pulled. My brother and I have contacted Dave multiple times. I even spoken with Dave and was told he will send the permit. Nothing in my inbox. I left a voicemail two weeks ago and complete silence.

Good plumber, quick and professional! Will be calling again for our plumbing needs!

Amazing!! Our heroes!!! I will have to make an update once the work is complete but they were responsive and so kind! They came within just a couple hours of us calling.

They came by our house on their way home after a full work day to check out our bursted pipe situation. They quickly investigated, problem-solved and gave us the run down of our various options and their relative costs (though we don't know actual numbers yet.)

And they were able to restore our cold water so that we can have a semi-functional household! For a girl who hasn't had access to running water in 24 hours this was a miracle!

So update to come once we work with them more to get this issue fixed!

I called Crystal Plumbing for a plugged kitchen sink.  Quick response.  Great customer service.   I battled the sink for an entire afternoon, it was fixed in the blink of an eye.....  things went so well, I've scheduled an appointment for additional plumbing services. Definitely recommend!!

Let me start by sharing that I called two different plumbers and received no return call after five days. I did call one of the plumbers back and, thankfully, his voicemail recommended reaching out to Crystal Plumbing--so thank you for that!!  

Dave called back just minutes after I left a voicemail and came out the following morning--the Sat morning of Easter weekend, no less!

He spoke with my husband and we finally--after five long months--have amazing water pressure in the home we recently moved into! I can't thank him enough or recommend him higher! We will definitely be using Crystal Plumbing for our plumbing needs in the future!

The team showed up first thing in the morning. After talking about what was going on they got right on it. The drain was cleared and the line located for the addition of a new clean out to be installed.  If you need anything done to your plumbing call CRYSTAL

We found the bathroom flooded and Crystal was there within an hour.
They assessed the problem within minutes. We didn't actually have an issue to fix because the toilet had just overflowed. However, they took the time to make sure the toilet or the line was not plugged up. Then told me no charge because they did nothing. I insisted on paying $25.00 because that was what I had in cash. These guys are honest, and really seem to know their business. We have had no further issues. I will definitely call them again if I have another plumbing issue.
