HISTORY
Established in 2018.
Serieux (pronounced see-ree-yay) Plumbing is a family owned and operated Greater Sacramento plumbing company. With 20+ years of experience, owner Alvin Serieux is a native of the Caribbean, who began his training and work in New York City. Following a move to California in 2010, Alvin has continued to provide plumbing services to both residential and commercial customers. Together, he and his growing family have launched Serieux Plumbing, and are dedicated to providing continued honest and reliable service at competitive rates.

Alvin chose to work in this industry because his dad is in the construction industry and he always admired his dad's work ethic and commitment. Alvin started working in construction with his dad in 2002, but decided to specialize in plumbing and continues to dedicate himself to mastering his field.

Using Home Depot I was referred to this amazing plumber! Within in a short time from giving our info to Home Depot, Alvin reached out to me asking to come out to do a free in-home estimate for our little project. Within a couple days he came out and immediately knew what needed to happen to make our little kitchen wish happen and promptly gave an estimate before even leaving. I agreed to the estimate and Alvin was able to schedule a date for the following week to do the job. Alvin kept to his word, called alerting me to his arrival then showed up on time and was ready to go. He worked efficiently and quickly, explaining the process and the measures he took just in case something happened. Then he offered to clean up which I declined knowing that he was immensely busy and thanked him. Alvin provided me contact info in case I needed to reach him. So far everything is working fantastically, thank you Alvin!

Great guy and very knowledgeable about his trade. I needed to have my under-mount granite sink replaced. I had a quartz counter top that I did not want to replace sitting right on top of it. He removed it like the pro that he is and didn't damage the counter top at all. It was clear to me that he really knew what he was doing. He also cleaned up after himself and didn't make a huge mess of my kitchen which I really appreciated considering how he had to break the sink into a bunch of pieces in order to remove it. I'll definitely be calling on Alvinus the next time I need a great plumber.

I found out about Serieux Plumbing from a friend's instagram post. Perfect! I was in need of someone to replace my garbage disposal. Quick pop to their website, I sent a contact me message. 20 min later on a Friday evening (when I have time to handle these things) and I had a clear price and was booked for next week. Alvin was on time for the scheduled appointment, and communicative, and made it a point to teach me how to service the garbage disposal so that, as he said, next time I call him it's not for the thing he just fixed. I highly highly recommend you working with Serieux Plumbing--so happy he's now on my home-caring team. :)

My bath tub was clogged, and Alvin came out to fix it. He was thorough in is diagnosis of the problem, friendly, polite, clean, and competent. He discovered a much larger problem under the house, and within an hour had the parts ordered, an estimate in my in box, and an appointment for repair scheduled as soon as possible. He hasn't fixed it yet, but Alvin has already earned my trust and my business. I will post an update after the job is complete, but expect to have nothing but good things to say. Alvin even worked with me to make the price affordable and fair. What a positive guy with a great attitude and fantastic service. He will be our Go To Plumber!
Highly recommend! Reliable, honest plumber - finally. I had a concrete slab leak in our home he walked just through the process didn't make huge holes or start cutting up my. flooring, - he did the job efficiently and repaired the leak same day.
Highly, qualified, experienced plumber. Alvin is personable, honest and reasonably priced without salesman's pitch. Definitely, the first plumber we call. He's done two jobs for us and was on time for both estimate and job; Alvin, clearly outlines the problem and explains expected expenses.

Had water under my house and no one willing to go in the crawlspace to check for a leak due to the rains... found Alvin through Home Depot referral. The most prompt, courteous and knowledgable plumber I have ever hired! Will definitely call him again!
After calling 5 people these guys were the best and I recommend them to anyone . Their prices were reasonable then know what they were doing.
They're extremely professional and polite I will use them again for any plumbing services anything related to that bathroom and fixture.
Serieux Plumbing has been awesome! Alvin is working on the gas line for our outdoor kitchen/fire pit. He has been very responsive, provided a thorough inspection for our estimate, gave us advice for the best plan of action and has followed through on everything. Highly recommend Serieux Plumbing!
Absolutely the best plumbing experience I've had. Alvin is so helpful and knowledgeable. We had a leak and he identified ways to help us save money on the fix, answered all of my questions, worked quickly but took the time to walk me through it all, and exercised great COVID safety precautions. We'll use Serieux Plumbing for all our plumbing work!
We've had Alvin out a few times, and his service is impeccable every time. He is very knowledgeable, and does a great job at helping you to understand what's going on with your plumbing, too. He has a wide range of experience, and is always careful and respectful of our space - especially our pristine vintage plumbing fixtures! Plus, he's just fun to chat with and is a genuinely nice guy.

Al came out to give us a quote a couple of months ago for our leaky toilet tank, but I was low on funds at the time, so I was really happy to get a complimentary quote, a recommendation for an affordable toliet, and a TON of good advice. Once I had the funds, I asked if he could come back out to install it, and Al came over to our house first thing after the weekend! He got the install done expertly, and he went the extra mile and cleaned up around the flange where the toliet tank had leaked and pooled with water. He also made sure the toliet recommendation would be well-oriented under the countertop, so there's plenty of space on either side, as well as on top of the tank . The level of care he put into our repair was PHENOMENAL! :)
alvin is very professional and knowledgeable. he explained well and worked fast with quality. he wore mask and practiced safety measures. we are greatly satisfied and happy with our new sink. we will definitely do business again with him, an honest proprietor.

My dads rental property had an emergency water heater leaking, spraying everywhere. Tenants were freaking out as they should. Called Serieux Plumbing and they were able to get out within the hour! Alvin was prompt and courteous and very reasonably priced. He calmed the tenants down and spoke to me clearly and explained everything over the phone because I live out of town. Gave him the go ahead on the work and he had everything back up and running within hours. Very clean and good work. Thank you Alvin for saying the day!
