Miguel, from Winters Plumbing Service, came within 24 hours and thoroughly evaluated our system, removed the blockage in the sewer and explained everything. He was  terrific I recommend Winters Plumbing Service wholeheartedly.

We use Winters Plumbing Service in Davis so don't be misled by the name! Garrett is a honest and fairly priced plumber - we needed him to do some sewer work and after evaluating the problem, told us we did not actually need to do the expensive repair that 2 other plumbing services had bid on.  He is responsive and efficient. I very much recommend him.

Miguel replaced a leaky kitchen faucet for me today and all can say is why call the rest when you can call the best. Be sure and ask for Miguel. He is very professional, honest and just a really nice guy.
He has been to my house twice and I will never call a different plumbing company. These guys are reasonable and trustworthy.

Garrett at winters plumbing is amazing,  I called during a 3 day holiday weekend for a minor problem.  He was able to send someone over first thing in the morning. My water heater broke on a Thursday, we called Winters Plumbing and they were able to come and install a new one the very next day!  Keelen arrived bright and early as scheduled (which is a miracle these days so I was very happy).  He was professional, friendly, and made me feel like we were in good hands right away.  He told me he would be done in less than two hours, which he was and that was less time than I had been quoted on the phone which allowed me to get on with my day.  Keelen explained everything he did and why he did it and was so polite and down to earth.  Everything has worked perfectly and I would definitely call Winters Plumbing for any plumbing issues in the future.  I have called them for previous issues and they have always been honest and reliable.

Looking for drain cleaning services. Had a stubborn issue. While they were able to get it going again, I found that they were a bit expensive, a bit slow, and the equipment was not great. I think that if you need septic system installation or maintenance, they would be better at that, as that is what they seem to specialize in. Not so much drain cleaning.

Winters Plumbing recently did some work in our two bathrooms, and also replaced our main outside water valve.  Their response time was very quick, and the service was excellent!

Garrett is very dependable. I called in to have two leaky shower cartridge valves and a toilet valve replaced and they were there the same day - within 3 hours. An estimate was given in advance and he even lowered the bill a little after the work was completed. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Winters Plumbing Service.

Winters plumbing did a phenomenal job replacing our toilet flange and getting a bathroom up and running again. They responded quickly with a reasonable quote and were able to get to our house the next morning. The plumber, Keelan, was incredibly friendly and communicated everything he was doing throughout the process. We will absolutely use Winters Plumbing next time we need a plumber and will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

If you choose to have them do major work for you, be sure you are crystal clear about the scope. Their estimate and even the permit filed said they would replace the piping from the main to the house with copper. I don't know about you, but I understand that to be the water main at the street to my house. Much to my surprise, they interpreted main to be the secondary shutoff outside the wall of the house going into the house....buyer beware. I went with this company because they were the least expensive. lessoned learned. you get what you pay for.
