I am absolutely thrilled with the service from Fast Flow Plumbing and Drain. We had our foundation leveled which shattered a sewer pipe. They came out quickly, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and completed the work in just a few days - it was actually repaired before any other company could even get out to give us an estimate. Cori was great. Very communicative and honest about what needed to happen to get the break fixed. He even stuck around late to finish up the tests we needed to show we passed the post test. I will definitely be calling them in the future if we have anything else happen.

I was quite pleased with the Plumbinator.  I live out of state and have a rental home in Round Rock.  My tenants were concerned with a water spot on their ceiling....I was concerned with a possible leaky pipe somewhere between the 1st and 2nd floors.  The guys at Plumbinator called me and said there is no leak, it's only a faulty shower door!! They even offered to refer me to someone that can replace the door for me.  I am happy that I found an honest company.  I will call them for any future issues I have.

I left an urgent message about my sewer being backed up late on Saturday night. David texted back within 20 minutes that he was in the area the next morning & could swing by. He called before coming and was done within 15 minutes. For the service, very reasonable. I'll call him again.

I am so impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail on the installation of my storm door. Extremely professional and bar none the best phone call I've made for service in MANY years. Three professional plumber's came and diagnosed our issue in a matter of minutes even though it was a big job. Our main sewer line was not only backed up but broken. These guys took care of it in a short period of time and I didn't have to be there. They were so professional and courteous I was very surprised they didn't try to rip us off like other companies. I have already lined them up for another job and have them on speed dial for any other future issues. I would give this company 10 stars

Lowe's water heater installation, first off I did my homework and had 3 bids to install a new water heater, I had to bring plumbing up to the Austin 2015 codes and these guys did a great job. There was additional cost of $180, however it was all code related upgrades. I had 1 bid that was the same price, and 2 that were another $200-$600 more.  Total cost was at approx $1100, this was with military discount.  Not including a $50 rebate I need to send off.  So if you don't have an expansion tank and have a aux heat pump, be ready for those extra costs.   All in all I feel I got a fair price as I had other bids.  Also don't buy Lowe's install kit, as they don't use it and you just have to go return it to the store.

Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

We had a pretty serious backup on Thanksgiving day and they arrived within a couple hours of our call. The technician was extremely professional, well kept, nice, communicative, and informative. He fixed the issue within a couple hours and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was much steeper than I anticipated, but I chalk that up to it being an emergency call on a holiday.

In the late afternoon, I called Steve's Plumbing because my water heater was spewing hot water all over the garage. They showed up in 10 minutes! They had the situation under control very quickly. They quoted a reasonable price on a new water heater and showed up on time at 8:30 the next morning to install. The whole experience was very easy. The men were nice and professional and took time to explain the issues and resolution. I would definitely use their services again.

Though the service took several days longer to complete than expected, it seemed to be done well, and the plumbers were very pleasant.  Unfortunately, I never received the 10% of labor costs (over $600), and none of my emails were answered.  

Make sure you get the discount before paying for service.

I needed an additional sink installed at my business. Reggie came out and gave me a bid. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he would do and why. Because of how thorough he was, I went with his bid, which was very competitive. He worked quickly and did excellent work. The place was as clean after he finished as it was before. I highly recommend Patterson Plumbing.
