I cannot brag about this company enough!! Anthony came over and saved Christmas!!! I had been trying to fix my toliet for 3 days and could not use out bathroom and I really didn't think I could afford a plumber.  Anthony came as soon as I called and treated me like family.  Anthony explained everything thing in the deepest detail so that even I a single mom could understand.  I knew I was in the right hands!! When he told me how much it would cost to fix everything I couldn't believe how cheap it was!!! I couldn't thank him enough!! This was a very pleasant experience and I recommend fast flow plumbing very higher!!! They give 5 star customer service!!! Thank you Anthony for saving Christmas!! Amazing service!

Woke up to a flooded kitchen floor. Our regular plumber determined that it was a leak under the slab and gave us the Pluminator's phone number. Mickey found the leak with his listening device and capped it - then ran an alternate insulated line through the ceiling- all the while doing only minor damage to the house and restoring full service. We were very pleased with his service.

After calling two other plumbing services without so much as a return call, I wasn't expecting this company to be any different. I thought I would have to call a big name company that treats you like a number instead of a person. I didn't have to! David of Make it Drain returned my call within 5 minutes, came out the same day, fixed my water heater within a half hour, and charged me a fair price. I am very happy I called. I will absolutely recommend this service and will use him for any plumbing needs in the future.

Kimco Plumbing did great work today. They took care of the leak I was having under my Kitchen sink and they also figured out the other issues with my plumbing. They came up with a clear and concise plan of action to take care of everything that was going on.  Jason, Sam, and Levi were all great and I would highly recommended hiring them for all of your plumbing needs.

I am so impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail on the installation of my storm door. Extremely professional and bar none the best phone call I've made for service in MANY years. Even though they didn't think he would be able to solve my problem, he still came over, spoke with me answered my questions and helped me find the right professional to do the job. We are repeat customers for a reason! He is the best plumber for any project, and if he can't help you, he will give you the name of someone who can.

Dennis Moore & Nicholas Mendoza did an excellent job of installing our dishwasher and motionsense faucet that we bought from Lowes. They were on time, professional and very accommodating (the A/C had gone out the day before, so the A/C guy was still here when they arrived and they had no problem nor comments about working around this).

Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

We had a pretty serious backup on Thanksgiving day and they arrived within a couple hours of our call. The technician was extremely professional, well kept, nice, communicative, and informative. He fixed the issue within a couple hours and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was much steeper than I anticipated, but I chalk that up to it being an emergency call on a holiday.

I've never really dealt with major plumbing issues and after a recommendation from a friend I went with Steve and his crew to do tunneling work and replacement of our old cast iron pipes. These guys did a great job and were super helpful and communicative during the entire process. I'd reccomend Steve's Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work and wants the job done right and fast. Eddie and Paul called first and arrived just when the said.  They came to my East Austin home to rescue my sewer lateral job from a trencher who really upset me with his attitude and his take on what needed to be done, which was totally wrong.  This is the second sewer lateral I have replaced and by far the most complex.
As we needed to wait for a stump grinder to remove a stump in the way and a guy Paul called to remove about a total of 5' x 1' of my 6 thick concrete driveway around a very big tree, so we could reroute the sewer lateral away from the enormous roots that crushed it, I asked the guys if they could install a new kitchen faucet.  No one else could remove the old one and Eddie popped the old one right off.  
They were the 3rd plumbers to work on my second new water heaters (the1st was truly a lemon).  I knew what was supposed to be done, they did not sell me on anything and I needed lots fixed from a very messy install.  (the previous plumber crushed the side of the pan and routed the overflow outside of the pan and many other problems.) Now my water heater is installed correctly.
The sewer lateral was a challenge around trees.  It also took lots of investigating to figure out how the previous owners decades ago routed the pipes to the lateral.  Normally all the wastewater pipes join at one location.  Mine joined the sewer lateral in 3 places yards apart from each other.  Eddie and Paul worked long hours over many days to set up a new system and added two new cleanouts.  They did a stellar job.  I highly recommend Confidence Plumbing.

Reggie installed a water heater in May of 2020. In December 2021, the water heater stopped heating. The pilot wouldn't stay light. I reached out to Reggie. He was unable to come take a look. I called another plumber and when they came out, they told me the water heater was not installed up to code. The clearance of the gas control valve from the door supposed to be 1, there is no pan drain, the t & p goes up hill, vent in attic was disconnected and leaking carbon monoxide into the attic. I informed Reggie of these things and his response was his warranty is for one year. I don't understand.. what does a  warranty have to do with it being improperly installed? He's supposed to be a professional plumber, shouldn't he be installing per code and safety. Thankfully no one was harmed because of his unsafe installation. I may escalate this to licensing because of his response to the issues brought to light. It should have been installed properly and I shouldn't have to pay someone else to fix these issues that I already paid Reggie for. He seems uninterested in making this right.
