Our journeyman plumber, Brayan Mercado, was excellent. He explained what was happening with our inferior water pressure, correctly diagnosed the issue and repaired it in the same visit. He even gave me some helpful suggestions that I could do to further keep things in good shape. Brayan was very pleasant to work with and very capable! Thanks for such a good experience!

My lawn sprinkler system was partly installed by the previous owner, and partly installed by a contractor working for me after we moved in. The systems now range from 16 to 22 years old, and I did not have a good drawing of the whole system. I had a substantial number of heads that were not working, several that were leaking, and two entire zones I could not use because heads had fully broken or had been mowed.

Superior staff came out and identified (4) sprinklers to be repaired, (8) to be replaced, and some minor line repair to be done for a very reasonable price, and they completed this work efficiently and neatly. There was one small flaw, they missed one damaged head in a zone that I rarely use - I found this only when I ran the system due to the recent hot weather.

I called Superior and left a message about this leak. Lo and behold, their lead technician turned up two hours later, fixed the sprinkler right then, and  charged me nothing for the trip, his time and labor, nor for the replacement sprinkler. As someone who has many years of experience with contractors of all sorts,  I call that first-class service !!

I am recommending Superior to all of my friends, including those on the local water board I am part of ....

Woke up with lukewarm water and had a company come out and look at our water heater.  They came out and looked at our breakers, charged $165.00 and suggested we just go ahead and get a new water heater, provided a quote and left.  I called Blue Lion for another opinion and a quote for a new heater.  I provided all the work and warranty information from the previous company (I did not provide the dollar amount) and Blue Lion quoted all the same services and warranty for a way better bottom line.  I wish I could remember the young mans name who arrived to install the new heater, because he was great.  Very courteous, knowledgeable and completed the job within an hour or so (including hauling the old heater away).  We had hot water back and the wife and daughter are happy again.  HIGHLY recommend Blue Lion.

Chambliss plumbing has installed a tankless gas water heater for us and added shower heads in our master bath. Very reasonably priced and knowledgeable/thorough staff. Like anyone else, I don't typically like spending money on grown up things like car and house maintenance but really appreciate the fair, honest and professional service we got from Chambliss.

My elderly parent's toilet was clogged on a Saturday morning and Mason was able to squeeze in a visit in between calls. He was informative, professional, and very sensitive to the situation in order not to offend my elderly parent's dignity. He was a Saturday morning hero!

We were needing our water heater to be replaced and since it was under warranty, Mike removed it and took it to Home Depot to be replaced. Then he installed our new one. Very nice guy and was very fair in his pricing. I had received estimates that were quadruple his own. He didn't take advantage of us and even told us he might have to charge us more if one of the other pieces needed to be replaced. When everything was done, he said the piece didn't need to be replaced. He could have easily said it did and we wouldn't have known any better. Fair and honest.

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I highly recommend Gabe, and we now have a new plumber!

I am a repeat customer of Gold Star Leak Repair. I had a leak in my pool and they were here within a day to fix it. I was really impressed with the service and their attention to detail. They also installed a brand new pool pump after my old one had failed, and I'm so glad they were able to come out so quickly! I had been having trouble with my pool for a while and it was just too much to handle. They came to the rescue!

I needed a faucet installed. I had all the hardware but didnt feel comfortable doing it.  Called Prince Plumbing and they offered to come out right away (not a emergency on my end -- but they were available and they offered to come immediately).

They installed the faucet quickly and all works fine.. however they were very very expensive for the work done. They added in a $45 equipment charge that I thought was unreasonable since the only equipment they used was their wrench and screwdriver.  All told it was ~$181 for 20-30 minutes of work  (from time of arrival, talking, and installing -- the actual install took only ~15 minutes or less... They charged me for an hour and also charged a $35 service fee...  it is the bogus euqipment charge that bothers me the most. He told me it is just something we do and everyone has to pay it.

I needed some my modifications done to my home propane gas lines.  My propane company suggested Ken Dixon.  I called for an appointment and was given a time.  The plumber arrived on time.  He was masked and was careful to maintain social distance.  He was professional and courteous.  I was unsure about the modification I wanted so I asked his opinion and he offered me a simple but effective solution.  He and his helper completed the job in less than 30 minutes and it looked great and worked exactly as I wanted.  The price was about half what I expected to pay.  To be honest, I don't know how a company could have performed any better.

This business is reputable, responsive, fair, clean, and does an all around great job. I would recommend them to anyone. They're very professional
. I've used them on many occasions, but most recently to replace a water heater and water softener.

Had Hambone come out to see why we were hearing running water outside when nothing was on in our house. The recommendation was to replace our toilets. When the installer came, I reiterated my concern and said I wanted to make sure the issue was resolved. We found out that whatever we are hearing isn't coming from our house. Which is good! We replaced our toilets anyway since they were 20 years old, and the price was very reasonable for the job. It was done quickly an efficiency. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond to assure me that we did not in fact have a leak coming from our house.

All of these negative reviews are EXACTLY what I have experienced. They never return calls or anything! He never came to my house even though he was supposed to. I have no idea how this company stays in business. It's ridiculous!!! Avoid at all costs.

I hired Bruce Gault of Affordable Plumbing to have all of my plumbing replaced in my 900 sqft cottage.
He completely ignored the schematic, putting the kitchen pipes in the wrong place so I couldn't install my cabinets.  When I contacted him, he said that he didn't even look at the schematic and charged me and additional $210 to move one water line two inches over so that my cabinet would fit.  When I called for the final inspection (which he didn't even show up for), I had six fails on his plumbing.  He wanted to charge me again to fix his errors, after already paying him over $4800 for my 2x1 cottage.  Seriously, he wanted to charge additional to bring his plumbing up to code. The quality of his work is phenomenally poor.  Mind you, this was a complete renovation and he worked from the studs, no drywall or obstacles.  I hired another plumber to come in and fix his mistakes.  This is absolutely the worst contractor I have ever worked with.  The pictures of my project are AFTER he completed the job.  BEWARE

Needed to replace the drain line from house to sewer; they used shovels to dig up the old and dig a new trench instead of power equipment. Took days, works adequate but the bill was padded to cover three people who worked less than 3 hours. 30% more than the bill should have been. Will not use again. Left some areas needing further attention after completing the plumbing work. Decent work but will gouge you with the bill. Not a good neighborhood business to call on.
