If I could leave more than five stars I would. I wish I had found Anthony's company sooner. His pricing was very reasonable compared to other plumbers. I loved the fact that he fit me into his schedule, he was able to come do the job the very next day which was a lifesaver. He replaced my old kitchen sink and faucet with brand new ones. The job was completed in a timely manner and came out beautifully. I will definitely use Hawaii Plumbing for future plumbing needs in my home and investment property. Thank you Anthony! Very Happy! :)

I was going to forget about this nightmare experience with Brison and his dad Chad or Sid whatever his name is but since Brison is trying to rewrite the facts and talk his why out of being irresponsible and unprofessional in handling our estimate request.   You can check with BBB and attempted to do the same thing with the other two complainants.  I will address each of the rebuttal and as you can see Brison is slick with his words and conveniently discount some of the events.  
1. When I called his dad's company, his dad Sid answered the phone.  He referred me to Brison because he said he refers small jobs to him.  He did not make a distinction between his company and Brison.  As far as I was concerned they were one.  I only learned about it when I met Brison on Monday.  
2.  Brison claims he showed up on time 8am.  My instruction to him on Friday  was give me a call when he's on his way to the house and I can meet him there.  The original appointment was 8 am.  He called approximately 8:10 am and told me he was running late.  I told him I'm on my way and we met around 8:30 am.  In my estimation if the appointment was at 8 am and he arrives at 8:30 am, that makes him late for the appointment.  
3.  He and I went over the house and showed him what needed to be done and we discuss the project.  I told him he is the last of the 3 quotes we needed for the job and my Auntie wanted an estimate ASAP.  He told me, he will have a quote for me the following day.  Brison conveniently remove this conversation from his story.  He never told me he will get me a quote soon.  It doesn't make sense because I specifically told him we need one ASAP.  That is when he said he will have one on Tuesday.  
4.  I called his dad because I did not hear from Brison for two days even though he told me he will have it in one day.  At this point in time I began to question Brison's integrity and veracity.  I was fine with his dad during this time as a matter of fact Sid was very helpful.  He even told me that Brison normally returns call and he was surprised he didn't return my calls.  He said he'll have Brison call me back which never happened.  
5.  I called his father because he is the only person that picked up the phone.  Brison did not pick up the phone call not once nor did he return my voice messages and texts for two days!  On Wednesday night I was able to contact Brison.  I told him I did not receive the estimate he promised me on Tuesday.  He told me I should have received it from his Office staff because he gave it to them.  Again he promised he will have it for me on Thursday morning which didn't happen.  Brison has a habit of promising  things but not following through.  
6.  His father worked with me and not once did not tell me not to call him.  As  a matter of fact his father called me to tell he was unsuccessful in contacting Brison.  I only called his father because he was the only person answering calls.  Brison was irresponsible and unprofessional for not getting back to me which he apologized when he called me on Saturday.  
7.  Things went bad between his father and I when he informed me that Brison was upset with me for forcing him to give me an estimate?  How can I force him, I was merely following up because I did not want to call another Plumbing company for an  estimate since Brison promised one.  As I stated, all Brison or his father had to do was tell me rather than jerk me around.  
8.  With regards to my argument with his father.  Brison told he believes the accuracy of my description with regards to filing a lien, burning down my Auntie's house and attempted to intimidate him.  That is why he told me doesn't live with his father and they don't see eye to eye.  
9.  I admit I was very angry with his father because he had no business calling my Auntie and what he had done.  He was a snitch.  That was a cowardly move.  He said he will destroy me via social media.  I told him go for it.
Truth will prevail.  Furthermore, he boasted that he is connected and I don't know who I'm dealing with.  
10.  Brison was only interested in me removing my honest review of their unprofessional, unethical and criminal actions.  He himself admitted he only called me AFTER reading my review on YELP.  
11.  I told Brison his and his father's actions have consequences.  Brison should be more forthright and promising things to customers that he cannot fulfill.  His father needs to be more professional and stop acting like he is a member of the Mafia Gambino Family.  There is no need to intimidate your customers.  
12.  I stand by the accuracy of my review as well as the description of the events.  I have voicemails, texts, dates and time to buttress my story.  I offered it to Brison and he refused.  
13.  Brison claims his reputation is everything to him.  Read the 2 complaints filed against his company.  Similar characteristics such as unprofessionalism, bait & switch and physical coercion.

Definitely recommend John for your plumbing needs!  He's professional, knowledgeable, works clean and friendly.  Requested a quote online and after a phone conversation he came the next day to install my water heater.  He recommended changing out a main valve along with installing the water heater and everything he quoted for labor was right on!

Donny is the best!  He is so smart in plumbing and so careful that I highly recommend him. Not only is he good he is so nice. I love the way he replaced all of my bathroom fixtures with a lot of thought and care.
You know he and Chad are not there just to get the job done, but to get it done right. Thank you Donnie and Chad!

Needed to replace gas water heater and based on Yelp comments contacted Carolina Plumbers. Patrick responded quickly; soon after stopped by and gave an estimate to pick up, replace and haul.

Patrick did an excellent job installing water heater - correctly, efficiently at a cost significantly LESS than quote from another plumbing company we used before.

We're grateful to have found an outstanding, SKILLED, fair priced, trustworthy and friendly plumber! We'll definitely call Carolina Plumbers for any future plumbing needs (and peace of mind!)

I've used TNH a few times and have recommended them to friends and colleagues in the same area. You'll most likely get Russell -- a very mild-mannered man in his 50's or so. They also work on homes with Manabloc/PLEX tubing that's ubiquitous in new homes built in the late 90's and later (but he's told me today, that most developers have stopped using this type of water system -- I can understand why).

In one case (a leak), I used a plumber I have used before and trusted, but found out his diagnoses was wrong (cost me $100), called TNH, but couldn't schedule me in soon enough so I called another plumber who couldn't even remove a handle from the shower faucet -- it was fused really tight and he felt that he would cause more damage, so he basically told me he can't help me...then I called TNH again and Russ was able to see me due to a cancellation and ...he pulled the handle from the faucet and replaced the stem to stop the leak.

TNH (Russell) will be my plumber for life. Period.

(Dont' cheap out on a good plumber -- it can be expensive and I know that first hand!)

Ben and Dustin came out today to remove an old cast iron tub and replace it with a new one. Ben was excellent at communicating, arrived on time, and did excellent work. He will be coming back out to finish up with the fixtures after the tiling is done and will also be installing a new toilet and sink. Ben's pricing was very reasonable and I'd highly recommend him.

We have used numerous plumbers since moving to Oahu over a decade ago. Some never showed up, and some overcharged us for issues that have returned. For someone like myself with multiple units to manage, ANDRES plumbing is BY FAR the most reliable, affordable, and professional Plumber we've ever had in Hawaii! He's friendly and fast too!!! He just came over for an urgent issue, fixed it in lightning speed, and billed a more than reasonable fee. Andres Plumbing is the best!

I hired another plumber to fix a clogged kitchen sink.  They charged me two times extremely high fixed drain clearing fees but could not clear the drain.  I called Rock-o-Rooter, they responded quickly and worked diligently to solve the problem.  It was a difficult repair that required multiple days, and involved digging up the concrete floor and cut out an underground pipe.  They charged a reasonable amount for the repair and not charge me until the problem is fixed.

It is not easy to find a reliable and reasonable plumber.  Don't go to the big guys which shows up after a few days, and take you to the cleaners when you have no choice and overcharge you.  Highly recommended.

Colburn Plumbing has worked on my house for over 5 years: New main shut-off valve, replaced pressure regulator valve, toilets, faucets, outdoor spigots and all the work was perfect, neatly done, quality parts were used, plumbers were very friendly and prices were reasonable. Can't ask for more than that!

Their service is horrible.  Made an appointment and took the day off of work.  When they missed their appointment time, I called them and they said that they were trying to call me.  I asked what number they were calling, they gave me a phone number I never heard of.  Then the receptionist told me that they can't make it out today and offered another appointment over a week away.  Horrible customer service.

Recently I had my garbage disposal replaced and almost ended up paying $600 for a generic disposal and installation.  It was only after I questioned the plumber about the cost of the disposal that he admitted that the wrong type of disposal was installed and it was the fault of the supplier who gave him the wrong disposal.  I'm sorry but I cannot accept his excuse since he must know the difference between a generic and brand name disposal.  In the end, I got the right disposal and ended up paying $400.  I asked the plumber for a itemized bill but he refused and said that he explained verbally what I was paying for and that I was getting a good deal.  
I made the mistake of not checking around before using this company.  I almost ended up paying $500 for labor installing a $100 generic disposal.  In addition, the plumber said the cost of the labor included travel time and office labor!???

Great response and no delay in providing a reasonable, competitive online quote. Highly recommended.

Real Deal Plumbing lives up to their name. J is fast and professional.  He works with you to get the job done.  They installed our garbage disposal, water heater and fixed our toilet.  Cost is very fair and a Real Deal!

Remember back in the good old days when you could really count on a company for honesty and good quality work? Well, this is it! Performance Plumbing is the genuine deal. From the time I spoke to Shayna on the phone things just started to roll in a good an positive direction. Then when the plumber (Nate) came to do the job (kitchen sink backing up) he was professional and yet friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in a job well done. He was also very neat and clean (didn't leave any mess behind). I can't believe a good, honest 5-star company still exists. Not sure if I should or am allowed to put the cost but believe me it was fair and honest. I am referring them to all my friends and family.  Thank you so much Shayna and Nate for making this plumbing job a good and informative experience for me and my family. We just hired Steve's Plumbing because of their commercials and thought they would be reliable and would get the job done right.
So it ends up the water main to the house broke so it was a real big job.
Needless to say what I've experienced I will recommend anyone looking for a plumber to look elsewhere.  Please do your due diligence and look for a better option.  Steve's is a big company with absolutely NO ALOHA!!
They needed to dig up the lane to lay new pipes.  They did a real sloppy job (if anyone wants pictures just ask and I'll show you).  We requested for them to just come and clean up their mess and make everything right. And guess what???  They are saying we need to take legal action to get their mistakes fixed.
I can't express enough how disappointed I am with Steve's Plumbing and their employees.

Great job finding a slow leak from a unit above mine. He was also very patient w/ the idiots that live upstairs who did not think they could afford the $300 repair!. They really did not have a choice after it had been leaking for a month & they had been very evasive. He did a great job of covering the job w/a trap door. I will need more ceiling repair work to fix all of the peeling paint etc. He was on time, early even & worked very efficiently & did an excellent clean up job , even vacuuming the hallway where some of the ceiling dry wall was tracked. Our condo bldg uses them all the time. Thanks!

I give out 1 star reviews about as often as hot chicks hand out their phone number to strangers in a nightclub. Therefore, a business has to be truly awful to elicit my wrath.

With Drain-N-Rooter, I have never encountered a more unprofessional and untrustworthy group of plumbers in my life.

Two days ago, my place had a clogged urinal which needed servicing so I called Drain-N-Rooter hoping to fix the problem quickly. After the plumber arrived, he spent almost an hour fiddling around the urinal. Afterwards he proclaimed that he was unable to unclog the pipe and the job required more drastic measures. He said he would return early in the morning with heavy duty equipment to take of the clog then he handed me an invoice for $196, even though he accomplished next to NOTHING.

The next day the plumber was a no-show. He finally answered his phone an hour later and apologized that he was unable to come due to unforseen circumstances. Instead he'd send on of his associates to take care of the urinal. Ok, fine, I rescheduled an appointment for the following day and again the plumber didn't show.

Incensed, I called them one up more time and advised them, with creative flair, what orifice they should explore with their plumbing snake.

BTW, I called Diamond Head Plumbing and they came within 1 hour and fixed the problem.
