TNH Plumbing did an excellent job on replacing my old shower knob fixtures.  Plumber Chad was very efficient, competent and knowledgable.  Highly recommend TNH Plumbing.

TNH Plumbing service was AWESOME!  Called in on an early Friday morning to see if they could fix a leaking tub water spout.  Within 30-minutes they sent over a plumber--cool, nice guy!  In less than 20-minutes, the spout was fixed; no more leaking!!  The plumber also helped install a new shower head--quick, professional, knowledgeable, reliable and effective!  Highly recommend TNH Plumbing for future fixes.

I just have to say....they did an amazing job. I got a very quick response for a price quote. I was also able to schedule an appointment right away.

When they showed up, they we right on time. He was very professional and so so quick. He did an amazing job with all the repairs. They were able to fix two of our toilets and to change the pipes under our kitchen sink.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in need to a repair. I will definitely be using them again.

Overall service from the time we called was great.  Prompt, good customer service, polite, cleaned up after himself, knowledgeable (put two wax toilet rings due to an uneven floor that solved the problem with our leakage).  I would highly recommend their services.

*AWESOME*!! these guys are the best!!  the water filter blew out so had no water coming into the house. called these guys based on YELP reviews and got a 1/2 -1 hour window to come out to the house. the plumber showed up within the half hour, did the job efficiently and quickly. i will definitely call these guys again if i need plumbing done. happy happy happy.

I've used TNH a few times and have recommended them to friends and colleagues in the same area. You'll most likely get Russell -- a very mild-mannered man in his 50's or so. They also work on homes with Manabloc/PLEX tubing that's ubiquitous in new homes built in the late 90's and later (but he's told me today, that most developers have stopped using this type of water system -- I can understand why).

In one case (a leak), I used a plumber I have used before and trusted, but found out his diagnoses was wrong (cost me $100), called TNH, but couldn't schedule me in soon enough so I called another plumber who couldn't even remove a handle from the shower faucet -- it was fused really tight and he felt that he would cause more damage, so he basically told me he can't help me...then I called TNH again and Russ was able to see me due to a cancellation and ...he pulled the handle from the faucet and replaced the stem to stop the leak.

TNH (Russell) will be my plumber for life. Period.

(Dont' cheap out on a good plumber -- it can be expensive and I know that first hand!)

Picked TNH based off the other Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. Called in the AM and they sent a plumber out in the AM.  Not only did the plumber fix the issue, he took the time to explain how I could fix it in the future.

Watch your invoices carefully.  Recently, I received 2 invoices from TNH for work done in July 2014.  One was already paid.  When I contacted them they were very unprofessional and rude.  I had to explain myself couple of times to different people.  TNH made it sound like it was my fault.  In my frustration I hung on them.  Couple of days later I received another invoice for work not authorized by me.  As a back up to the invoice they included a copy of email thread between me and TNH.  Nowhere did I give them a go.  The last message was their quote.  Yesterday, I contacted my tenant who said TNH did call him.  He stated TNH was pissed off at me for hanging up and decided to invoice me.  I am shocked at their behavior.  My hope is they are not going to come to my home and sabotage my plumbing as a revenge for this review.  

I initially contact them based on the reviews like everyone.  However, my experience is if you cross them they become a different animal.  In the future, I would not use them or recommend them based on their business practice.  I did file a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

As an Elite Yelp reviewer, i always trust my yelp referrals.  TNH was the best and we since have referred them to our neighbors and friends.  Chad worked on our home plumbing when we remodeled our guest bath.  He is highly experienced and explains clearly what he is doing.  Prices are reasonable.  TNH runs an efficient office.  Christy manages the office and is very efficient and friendly.  Chad checked our water pressure and found it was way too high and quickly readjusted the pressure as we could of have had blown pipes. With Chad he not only performs great plumbing service he also educates us on our plumbing and water heater.  Look no further, call TNH!

Forget what you know, hefty guy with low riding pants showing up with his butt crack ready for an appearance, have you waiting 8 hours for him to show up.  The saviors have Arrived! I had never called a plumbing service before and dreaded the experience when my beloved hound decided to drop his favorite ball in the toilet. So after researching I called TNH. They told me a guy could be out to my house at 11:30 the next day. I said fine thinking sure, I'll have to cancel all errands for the day to wait for the guy to show up. But hey I did it before for the cable guy so no big deal. 11:28 am, Russel pulls his repair van into my drive way. What the hell! He's not hefty, and he's on time. Clean cut and punctual, I was sure he was lost. He was very polite in he quiet way. Assessed the repair job and went back out to the truck.
Now I was watching the time. Through Russel seemed like a nice guy these guys get paid hourly and when after 20 minute he said he had to remove the toilet my heart sank. But at 12:18 when I had my dogs ball (wrapped in paper towels) in my hand, I was shocked and elated.  Like a true hero Russel just smiled adjusted his invisible cape and walked out the door ready ro assist the next damsel in distress.  
I waited until I recieved the bill, just to be sure. It was the exact price I was quoted not a penny more.
So if you need help with your plumbing call these guys, you won't be sorry and don't forget to say hi to Russel, he'll be the quiet one with the kind smile and few words. Being a hero is just his daily job.

This company seems very expensive since the worker stayed only 2 hours and charged me for 3.  He used some of my new parts in fixing the toilet flushing mechanism and used old parts of his.  Certainly I would not use use this company again.

Called up a nearby plumber based on a 5 star review here on Yelp, and they said they could come in the next day. Mind you, this was at noon and no less then an hour later I got a call from Russ (the plumber who would be coming over) and he asked if it would be okay if he could come over now (assuming I was home) and I said, Yes!! The sooner the better. Less than 30 minutes later Russ arrived and I showed him the toilet and told him about what we had been experiencing with it. Since Russ and I discovered that the water shut-off valve wasn't working, I decided to give him the go ahead to replace everything since it all needed replacing.

Once he started the job I left him alone and he did his job quickly and perfectly. Replaced practically everything in and/or connected to our toilet tank, and he did it all in under 20 minutes. Pretty impressive. I double checked all the surrounding plumbers/plumber services to see if what I was ultimately charged with was a fair price. It seems that most plumbing services that would have had to work on a running toilet and replace everything would charge $96-$100+ for the labor in the first hour (which is all the time it should take, or less) and that the parts would be around $100 in total by themselves. Our total came out to $167.50. So $98 for labor and $69.50 for parts. Fair priced and got the job done quickly. I will definitely be calling TNH the next time I have plumbing issues.

Five Star Service from Chad at TNH Plumbing!  We called them for a toilet repair job & they sent Chad who was very knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to talk to.  

After he fixed the toilet, we asked him if he had additional time to take a look at a shower valve that was malfunctioning; as we had the replacement part; but not the expertise to fix it.  He replaced the shower valve with no problem and it only took an extra 20 to 30 minutes or so to do it.

We were very appreciative of his service.  We would definitely recommend him and TNH for future plumbing repair jobs.

Chad is the man.  He works fast and takes pride in his work.  After the faucet installation, he took a minute or two to admire his work.  I would highly recommend this company.

I went with TNH after trying numerous times to set up an appointment with Clean Sewer Lines to replace my leaking water heater. A TNH operator picked up the phone quickly and was willing to send a plumber out that afternoon. While CSL initially quoted me over $1000 for the replacement, TNH only charged $97 for each hour of labor plus material costs (total~$750). The plumber they sent was professional, wasted no time on the site and cleaned up the area when he was done. Honest professionals that got the job done on time and to standard, would recommend them to anyone on the island.

I called this service based on the reviews and I am very thankful. Russ was very kind and knew exactly what the problems were from the start.  He came prepared with parts and keys and I am thankful that he came by the same day that I called.  Prices are reasonable and he doesn't waste your time.

I needed to find a plumber to fix the water pressure in my kid's bathroom and turned to Yelp to help me out.  Being that this was my first time, I have to admit I was kind of hesitant but after reading all of their reviews, I figure I'd give them a shot.  Since I had already planned a day off in the coming week, I called and spoke to Zayna (sp?) who was very friendly and helped me to make my appointment.  Russell showed up as scheduled and after explaining to him my dilemma went to work.  45 minutes later, he was all done and Ta-Da!  the water pressure in the tub was fixed!  He went on to explain the cause and that I was lucky considering the issue could have been worse.  If you're in need of a professional, honest, and reliable plumber/plumbing company, look no further than TNH.

I am a property manager and TNH Plumbing is my go to plumber.  Their knowledge, work quality, service and prices are the best.

I didn't need a plumber until now. Noticed a leak on the bottom of my toilet and finally called. Since we use them where I work, I figured why not. From the time I called to get a price on how much to the time they came out, I was impressed. They assigned Chad to come out and do the work. He was very friendly the whole time. I also had an issue with my cleanout plug and he recommended I get a plug for it instead (which can be found at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc). He warned me that it would be a really big job.

When he took out my toilet, there was a leak indeed. He put in a new flange and new seal and recaulked the bottom of my toilet. I will keep them in mind for future jobs. Thank you.

On Thursday, I called to schedule an appointment for Friday to have my leaking main water line shut-off valve replaced with a ball valve.  This was the second appointment I had to schedule with a plumber after the first plumber I hired cancelled on me on Thursday.  So, for the second time in two days, I called the Board of Water Supply to shut off my water.  The lady I spoke with at TNH, whom I'll admit was personable, indicated that the plumber would come to my house between 1:00 and 1:30 on Friday.  She also mentioned that if I dug up the concrete valve housing, it would save the plumber time and lower my cost (since they charge by the hour).  She also scheduled the appointment at the aforementioned time since she expected it would take 2 hours and their plumbers are off the clock at 3:30.  

So on Thursday after work I spent an hour digging up the concrete valve cover and the area around the pipe, exposing both the valve and the top of the pipe.  I'll admit that the plumber would still need to dig about 2 inches more down around the pipe to complete the job.  On Friday, my fiance who was waiting for the plumber called me at 1:30 and still no plumber there.  2:00 and still the same story.  At 2:30 and still no plumber, I called the lady I previously spoke with and she said He's not there?  She put me on hold and called the plumber who told her that he was on his way.  Sure enough he arrived at 2:34, over an hour later on the high end of the estimated time he was supposed to be there.  Fiance indicated that the guy takes his time walking around.... I guess I would too if I charged by the hour.  He looks at the valve and tells my fiance that he will need to reschedule as the project would take longer than an hour and he gets off at 3:30.  Fiance tells me and I was livid!  Two different plumbers in two days cancel, meanwhile I am the one having to schedule with Board of Water Supply to turn my water on and off..... and all I'm thinking is that I'll have to do this a third time.  I just can't believe that they could just leave me high and dry (I mean wet), with no concern that my valve would continue to leak through the weekend until they were able to come back on Monday.  Not gonna happen!  Cancelled the service told my fiance to tell the guy to leave.... although his boss had already told him to leave as well.  I also can't believe that they have a hard and fast rule to get off the clock at 3:30.  You would think that they would at least give you the option to pay extra to finish the job.  

Here is the icing on the cake.  I end up calling about 5 different plumbers who are too busy and not available until Sunday, or don't work on the weekend altogether.  So called the Board of Water Supply to have the guy come back out and turn my water on.  My fiance mentions to him our problems and he immediately provides the number for a plumber friend.  The plumber comes out at 4:30 with his mud gun ready to work, and finishes the job in 45 minutes.  AND charges my $20 less than what TNH quoted me.  Hmmmm.... it is funny how one plumber says it will take more than an hour to complete the job, while the rescue plumber finishes the job in 45 minutes.  Me thinks not.

I called this morning to get a new water heater installed since mine sprung a leak last night. They said they were coming at 1 p.m. and they showed up at EXACTLY 1 p.m.!! The plumber Russell was very knowledgable and did a EXCELLENT job. I am, so pleased I found these YELP reviews and used them. In addition to my home,I have 2 rental properties,and it is a good feeling to have found a good plumber. They will be the only plumber I will use from here on out. Thanks TNH!!

Found this awesome business thanks to Yelp. Chad came out to fix a leak in our bath tub. Couldn't be happier with the work he did. Very fast worker and took the time to explain everything. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Very professional, home-grown kind of company.  I hired them based on Yelp reviews, and was very impressed.  They quoted me accurately over the phone.  Showed up on-time, had all the parts necessary,performed the work quickly, then left.  I had them replace a faucet and replace my irrigation system valve.  They then sent me a bill in the mail.  Great experience and no plumber crack.  Would totally hire them again.

We could NOT be happier than we are with TNH Plumbing. We used another local plumber before and regret it. TNH had us scheduled for next week and when someone became available they sent them over right away. Our lower toilet had flooded the ground floor and things were a mess. They came over and got everything repaired and working perfectly.

We have total trust in this company and would recommend them to everyone.

I rarely write reviews but this company deserved 5 stars each of the 5 times I have used them. From the receptionist to Chad, the plumber I have used the most. Very knowledgeable and efficient. He never overcharges and does excellent work. Trust these folks, I called 5 other companies and none would have done the job in a day and all gave higher estimates.

Always frustrating when you don't have a plumber and need to search out someone for a plumbing problem. I called TNH Plumbing as I had seen my neighbor use them. Best call I could have made. Now I have a plumber and one I would highly recommend to anyone needing one! I called to get a repair to a toilet that had a slight slow leak at the base. The service was excellent and Chad came to see me that same morning. Friendly and very professional. Found a problem that I had not expected, but was able to fix everything. Didn't even mind me looking over his shoulder and he taught me a few things about plumbing. When I received the invoice from TNH I was very pleased with the fairness of the pricing. I rarely write reviews and I'm fairly picky but I'm absolutely giving this plumbing service five stars. My 3 day do it yourself plumbing nightmare left me and my wife with no water for 3 days (during a weekend & holiday)... Sponge baths and fetching our own water... It was like being transported back in time.

I was refered to TNH and another company...so...after doing a bit of research I chose TNH to do the job. I'm so glad I did.

My appointment was for 2:00 PM and I was expecting a call around noon to say my plumber would be late... But to my pleasant surprise, Chad was my plumber, and he was 5 minutes early!!!

Long story short, Chad had my plumbing nightmare fixed in less than an hour and a half. He was very professional, knowledgable, pleasant, efficient and did an absolute excellent job. Not a drop of unwanted water dripped from below my bathroom sink after Chad fixed the copper lines I had butchered and installed our new faucet in a heart beat as if he could do it with his eyes shut... Actually, I bet he could do it with his eyes shut... Yup he was that good.

TNH charges via a bill in the mail. A week later I received my bill and it was very resonanle for the work that Chad did. From now on I will simply call TNH for any plumbing jobs... Very much worth it!!!!

CHAD is the man.   I have used this company and have had the pleasure of dealing with Chad each time.   What a great guy and a superb plumber.   TOday, because of my own stupidity, Chad had to come twice....the second time to clean out the main drain.   It was already close to the end of his work day, but he came and worked two hours to clear the line.   HE didn't scold me, but said toilet paper was the only thing that should be flushed down, not wipes, not paper towels, no sanitary napkins, etc,   Always ask for Chad...a great guy.

After returning home from a trip, we discovered our washing machine shut off valve had been leaking for quite a while. The water started to spray out so we decided to look around for a plumber. After calling TNH Plumbing, they responded promptly and sent a plumber out to evaluate the problem. Chad was able to purchase the needed materials and complete the job today even though he was booked solid. We really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and kindness in fitting us into his busy schedule. For all our future plumbing needs, you can be sure that we will call TNH Plumbing. Business doesn't return calls, left 3 messages to have them call me back.  Unacceptable..  glad it wasn't an emergency!   They used to be good , now they don't return calls and there business hours  apparently fluctuate....

I usually am terrified of calling plumbers...You never know if you're going to get taken to the cleaners, or what...i had a bad experience with the company who's slogan is If you can see Diamond Head...

Anyway, my water heater died, and I needed it to replace it that day.  I called TNH, and they were able to accommodate me the same afternoon.  Russ was the name of the plumber who was dispatched, and he did a great job.  He answered the questions that I had about water heaters, and which ones to avoid.  He helped me hoist the old one onto my truck for disposal.

I got the invoice the next day and was nicely surprised.  No hidden charges, the time charged was right on the money.  Relief.

Referred to TNH by my plumber to repair the manabloc system in our house. Chad arrived on-time and worked very quickly to replace the system as well as install a couple of toilets. Chad even explained in detail how the system works and addressed all concerns I had since I've never seen this type of lines before.  Hands down the best plumbing service I've ever experienced!

I have used this company twice in the last two years, the second time got to deal with Xena over the phone she is very nice and helpful and follows up with you, she is very proffesional and yet seems like an old friend.  I have been very fortunate to have plumber Russell Oyama both times, he is a decent and super nice person.  Russell is a very skilled, honest, plumber.  He does not dilly dally he finishes faster than other plumbers.  And he is very honest with his suggestions.  I feel that Russell is a great asset to TNH, I will recommend Russell and TNH to everyone that needs plumbing service.  As a home owner for many years and landlord I have had my fair share of plumbers, and I can tell you not all are honest and they will get you on the time and try to sell you things you dont need.  I also purchased my badger five disposal from TNH, because theirs was cheaper than lowes and home depot I called, and T N H had a better price.  As long as Russell is there I will continue to use TNH plumbing and refer them to people who need good decent plumbers.  Thank you Russell for the beautiful job done on my new sink I know it wasnt easy to replace the almost twenty year old sink, and to use the same counter, but you did a fantastic super beautiful job.  Thank you, for money well spent.  Oh also two years ago he replaced my toilet and I think he did it in less than an hour and that toilet was almost eighteen years old.

Had 8:00a appointment and Chad was right on time. I explained the leaky shower problem, and he checked it out. Quickly went back to his truck to get the part needed, and proceeded to change the part, explaining what he was doing as he worked. Checked to make sure the part worked, and the job was done! Appreciated the quick repair and explanations of the work he was doing. Excellent job!!

I should have wrote this sooner but anyways... I had to use them twice already, and both times Russel came exactly at the appt time. Nothing better then punctuality! Russel is a quiet guy but is very knowledgeable and professional.

I had to cut out my existing shower valve assembly from the back, but that entailed draining and moving the water heater, cutting out the wall and cutting the pipes in the right places because of the location of the valve and space/construction issues. Needless to say, he got this all done in about 3.5 hours which was perfect because I had to shutoff the water to the entire complex. He even put in my own shutoff valve in my unit in case I had to shutoff water to my apartment again. Would recommend to anyone needing a reliable plumber.
