Carolina Plumbers

I recently had a kitchen sink and faucet installed by Patrick with Carolina Plumbing, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. I found Carolina Plumbing through Lowe's, but ultimately hired them privately because Lowe's didn't carry the specific sink I needed. Patrick came to my home to inspect my old sink before I ordered a new sink because I wasn't sure what size or specs I needed for my home. I am really glad I did this step because I needed a very specific sink in order to fit a garbage disposal and filtered water system. Once I received my new sink and faucet I called Carolina Plumbing, not Lowe's, and scheduled installation. We even had a difficult sink removal because whoever installed our old sink used gorilla glue to secure the sink to the quartz counters. The new sink and faucet are in place and look incredible.  I couldn't be happier, thank you Patrick for doing such an amazing job!

I purchased a water heater from Lowe's and Carolina Plumbers was the contracted installer. They were amazing! Very responsive, honest and quality work. Moving forward, I will only use Carolina Plumbing. Their customer service and quality of work is simply impeccable!

Darlene, receptionist and Joshua, plumber were courteous, kind and fast. Life sucks without hot water, but my hot water heater was replaced within 8 hours of my phone request. This is the second or third time I have used these guys and they are amazing!

I purchased a new dishwasher from Lowe's and they contracted delivery and installation to Carolina Plumbers. I couldn't be happier with the results. I'll definitely call Carolina Plumbers in the future when I need something done.

We just had Patrick from Carolina Plumbers come out to fix a really deep and nasty drain clog. He was kind, courteous and clean! He also gave me advice on how to keep my toilet flushing (it was having issues). He did a thorough job and cleaned up so well after himself. It was a pleasure working with him and I'd definitely call him again. I'm amazed that a plumber can be dressed so nicely and keep himself so clean. Not your typical plumber!!

Patrick from Carolina Plumbers recently came to figure out why our dishwasher overflow was putting water all over the place...and a faucet was consistently not shutting off properly.  He was timely, courteous and professional.  He did a thorough job...making sure he completely solved the problems. This was on a Friday and there was a part he said he would order Monday to complete the faucet issue...well it's Monday - and first thing in the morning there is my email order confirmation for the part.  He followed through - I was informed and WOW...I don't have to do follow up phone calls or checking on status because no one did the job they said...he did everything he said, timely, professional, courteous. Thank you Carolina Plumbers and Patrick.  I will highly recommend your service.  (PS.  I'm an architect and deal with the trades all the time  - this was a nice breath of fresh air)

Great service! Went out of his way to help get a new microwave after we discovered the original had a huge dent.

Bought an over range microwave from Lowe's and Carolina Plumbers was the contractor for haul away and install. They called when they said they would, arrived in the quoted window time, and were professional and very polite. Our kitchen was a mess and the contractor worked around it. He insisted on cleaning up the wood shavings from drilling into the wall, even after we told him not to worry we would take care of it. Super nice and quick.  Thinking of hiring them privately for a few other projects.

I purchased a toilet at LOWES and went with their recommended Plumbing company for installation. I was not familiar with CAROLINA Plumbers.
Patrick arrived on time and pleasant. He got right to work and explained/answered my questions. He completed the install diligently, cleaned area nicely. I am very pleased with his workmanship and most of all attitude. I highly recommend CAROLINA Plumbers and Patrick. Kudos to Carolina for your choice in hiring and company's CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Highly recommend Patrick of Carolina Plumbers. He just replaced a leaking kitchen faucet for us and he did a beautiful job! He is a very experienced, professional, knowledgeable and gifted plumber. Our condo unit is quite old and the faucet replacement was not an easy job. Patrick was kind, patient,  careful, efficient, and he cleaned the entire area before leaving. We are going to have him come replace our Angle stops next. Thank you!!!

I purchased a new natural gas water heater through Lowe's and Carolina Plumbers was assigned to my project for pick up, installation and haul away. I got patrick and from reading the comments on here, he's the owner! Patrick arrived earlier than I expected. He arrived within the hours that I was advised. I got to know Patrick a bit while talking stories during his installation, really nice guy! He took his time but at the same time was fast and efficient. He gave me some advise on other things which will conclude me in hiring him for future plumbing jobs no doubt! Thank you Patrick!

Needed to replace gas water heater and based on Yelp comments contacted Carolina Plumbers. Patrick responded quickly; soon after stopped by and gave an estimate to pick up, replace and haul.

Patrick did an excellent job installing water heater - correctly, efficiently at a cost significantly LESS than quote from another plumbing company we used before.

Our old water heater gave out this week. Stopped at Lowe's this afternoon to buy a new one and a few hours later, Patrick called saying he could install our new water heater this evening!! I thought we could be taking cold showers for a week. Kudos to Carolina Plumbing for delighting this family who's already back to warm showers the same day as purchased!  Much mahalo Patrick, for your promptness, quality work, courtesy, and good conversation!  I love our new water heater and will think of you for future plumbing needs.

Carolina Plumbers came through American Home Shield.  I had a hot water drip from my laundry faucet.  Patrick came and probably could have replaced a small part inside the faucet handle, but since it was also leaking at the bottom handle under the sink, he went ahead and changed the whole faucet!  I now have a new faucet in my laundry tub!  Very grateful for his great work!

I had leaks in three 3 1/2 gallon toilets and sink faucets in my bathrooms for a long time.  I was not happy with any plumbers sent by AHS and requested for another.  It turned out that Patrick at Carolina Plumbers was also the installer for my dishwasher purchased at Lowes.  I know his professional work and I decided to replace all my fixtures and toilets with new ones by Patrick.  Not only was Patrick prompt, courteous and professional, he also replaced everything by himself in one day.  Patrick also resolved my headache with a sink with no shut off valve and reversed hot & cold water lines in one bathroom.  He is a skilled plumber who works on mainland time - he's responsive; you won't ever have to wait weeks for a quote, a call back or never at all.  The old 3 1/2 gallon toilets are very heavy but because he's in shape, he was able to lift them down from the second story in my house.  I doubt an over-weight plumber without an additional helper (and a lot more money) would be able to accomplish what he did today.  Patrick is very reasonable with pricing and he's reliable.  I will definitely ask him to help with my renovation in the future.

We recently had a new Rheem water heater installed (purchased at Home Depot and installed by Home Depot Contractor) last month.  Hot water stopped coming out of all faucets and shower.  I called Rheem customer service who contracted out to Carolina Plumbers.  Patrick from Carolina Plumbers called me right away and set up an appointment to my house the next morning at 7 am.  He arrived on time and took less than a minute to see the cause of my problem.  He replaced an 25 year old broken hot water heater intake valve and we had hot water flowing again.  Patrick was very friendly explaining what needed to be done and he was very competitive with pricing.  

I'm going to use Patrick for all my plumbing needs going forward. I highly recommend him!

My water heater stopped working and started leaking.  It is covered under warranty by American Home Shield, which referred me to Carolina Plumbers.  After 9 hrs of waiting for Carolina Plumbers to return my message, they tell me they are unable to service my water heater for over a week.  I asked them to let American Home Shield know so they can provide me with another Plumbing company but apparently they did not follow through.  This company is very difficult to reach by phone and not very responsive by voicemail and emails from myself and American Home Shield.
