Ronnie was responsive and had the best rates. He was able to diagnose the issue super quick, which turned out to be a roofing issue and not a plumbing issue. Regardless, if anything were to happen plumbing wise, I wouldn't hesitate to call him. He talked me through everything he was doing and what he was seeing. He even followed up the next day to see if we got help. That's good character right there.

Scheduled an Appointment to clear a clogged drain backing up into my house. Gave clear instructions on how to get here (Road is Closed from one direction. He went the wrong way, got to the road closure and flat out canceled on me. Really. Really bad communications and customer service. Would not recommend. Unbelievable poor work ethic and communications.

After months of I'll fix that handle Mom I decided to just call a professional and get it done right.  It started six month ago.  I know my son is a businessman and not a plumber but geez, how hard can it be to replace the handle on a toilet?  Okay mom, just get the part and I'll take care of it.....parts ordered, just in case I ordered two sets of the required parts from Amazon, told my son when they arrived, then waited....and waited....and waited.

Finally the day arrived when the handle died and my son didn't have much choice but to repair it.  As I said, he's not a plumber but he was so proud that he fixed it....the handle was backwards but yep it worked.  Several parts of the assembly apparently weren't needed he said as I eyed those leftovers suspiciously.  After a few days the handle became more difficult to turn for flushing and as I remembered those missing parts the handle it stopped turning completely.  My son finally relented and told me to call a pro I almost started singing the Hallelujah chorus!

Ok so yesterday I opened the trusted Yelp app and entered Plumbers.  After answering a few questions as to what type (Toto) problem (flush handle broken) where (Aiea) contact (phone) my inquiry was sent.  Boom I  started receiving responses from companies giving estimates and times available.  I chose Ronnie's estimate at $150 and appt time for 3:00 same day.

So at 2:20 yesterday afternoon Ronnie calls to advise he finished his previous job early and would it be okay to come now?  Sure it was, better early than when everyone comes home and he's blocking the access to the house.  In comes Ronnie, nice guy not shy of my two pooches, to assess my toilet issues.  First thing he says oh, you didn't mention it is a Toto Bidet so my estimate was low....can 'we' up that to $200?  My response to that NO, there's nothing wrong with the bidet just the flush handle.  I opened the closet and handed him the second set of replacement parts I previously ordered and told him and you don't even your own need parts.  Damn I'm good!

Twenty minutes later he called out to me to come and try flush.....success.  Wrote out a check for the original $150 plus tax and off he went.  Guess all those parts work better together because there were no leftover pieces....he even took the empty boxes.

I had a shower leak repair that required a tub replacement in a condo.  I called Ronnie after he messaged me an Yelp and he was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was willing to come out on a Saturday to do an assessment.  Price was very reasonable and less than 2 quotes I received from other companies.   He came out with a couple of other workers and all of them were nice, respectful and hard working.  They completed my shower (tub) replacement in 2 days and did great work.   These guys are definitley at the top of my list for any future plumbing project.

Highly recommend Ronnie for all your plumbing needs! I had an issue with a water supply line for a toilet at one of my rentals. He responded extremely quickly and was able to come take care of the problem within a short amount of time. Thanks again Ronnie! I will be using his services from now on.

What a lovely human, Ronnie is. I had a last minute, urgent plumbing need and he came the same morning! He was friendly and fun to chat with, super helpful and obviously knowledgeable. He was very timely, and in and out in about an hour at a reasonable price. I don't look forward to another plumbing repair, but I do look forward to calling Ronnie next time I need help. Highly recommended!

We had a washer installed, but the cold water valve was frozen and the installer didn't want to break the valve, and left the old hose on and told us we may need to have the valve replaced, but the valve started to leak, so I shopped for a Plumber on Yelp and Ronnie was the first person to respond and provide an estimate, his rate was reasonable and he was available the next day. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and completed the repair. We are very satisfied with his work.  Will contact him again for another project.

Ronnie was great, he responded to my inquiry right away, he also gave us a quote right over the phone and it was way cheaper than a lot of those big companies. At first when he got here he was all prepared to fix our shower but he didn't have the exact part we needed. He then let us know it might be a little more than what he first quoted us because he would have to purchase the part we needed. Once we agreed to that he told us that he would try and get the part and to give him about two to three days. He called me the very next day and said he had the part already so I scheduled for the very next day and he was here early. I'm happy to say our shower is now fixed and it was really reasonable including the cost of the part. Great job Ronnie!!!

My kitchen sink pipe was leaking. It was a minor repair, but I wanted it fixed ASAP. I searched for plumbers. I called one that had a five star rating with the most reviews. That plumber texted and said he couldn't take my call. House of Plumbing left a message immediately on the yelp app. I messaged back and got a quote and same day appointment. In fact my appointment was 2 hrs after I left a msg. My sink was fixed in 5 mins, as I said, it was a minor repair. I highly recommend this plumber. Nice guy too.

Quick in and out. Only company that gave me an estimate before coming out. I knew it wasn't a big job, drain lever frozen, and I didn't have to wait too long to get him here. 1 business day.

Initially very quick responses and estimate for job was well below other  estimates I had received.  Single star rating is because I found out that Ronnie had to cancel, when I called him to confirm our appointment the day before we had scheduled. .I had made arrangements with my apartments property management and  taken off from work a week beforehand. On Ronnie's behalf, he said that he had sent me a text, which there was no record of, in the Yelp messages we had been using for correspondence.  My suggestion to Ronnie is that he call his customers and speak to them on the phone, to make changes or cancellations in the future.  I understand that situations happen and I could have waited for Ronnie to rerun  from his emergency trip but I got the impression that he did not want the job anymore.

After thoroughly cleaning our guest bathroom, there was this slight sewer smell. I search on Yelp for a plumber and requested a quote. About 3 out of 6 plumbers responded the same day as my request, but Ronnie's response at House of Plumbing was the fastest! Plus, he was able to come out the same day, diagnose the problem, replace the seal in my toilet very quickly and fixed the problem!

Ronnie is a super nice guy, is a very knowledgeable and professional plumber and he arrived at the time he said he would be coming. I couldn't be happier with his service! I would highly recommend Ronnie at House of Plumbing!

Ronnie was really helpful in taking care of our bathtub faucet leak. Although we were quoted that it would be a bigger and more costly job due to the difficulty, Ronnie was able to find an easier fix which kept the cost down.

Responded super fast via Yelp request a quote feature.  Replaced under sink valve that went bad and started leaking, job came in under cost and accepts credit cards which is super convenient.  I have a few properties, they're going to be my first call for all future jobs.

While initially responsive, Ronnie ended up canceling an hour before he was scheduled to come because he didn't submit the insurance to my condo building management as clearly instructed beforehand and didn't want to bother to follow thru. Completely wasted all my time and very disappointing.

Thanks for the response Ronnie. Again, I told you exactly what the building required of the insurance document up front and you didn't do what was asked, didn't bother to tell me you didn't make the modification, and just assumed it would be fine despite our numerous conversations. There would have been no issue if you submitted it the way it was asked and I had no way to knowing you decided not to do so. Once it was caught, you decided to just cancel entirely. Literally no other contractor has had issue with this until you.

Our bathtub shower knob is leaking, so we contacted Ronnie, owner of House of Plumbing and he responded immediately, we decided to hire this plumbing company because of his lower rate. The next day he came on time, checked the problem and explained all the possible solutions for our leaking pipes. He did his best to do the cheaper alternatives but since our pipes are ancient he went to the expensive route instead, but still affordable. He work fast & efficient, very friendly, honest and affordable. He provided all the parts. We will definitely hire him again with our sink problem. Great job Ronnie! Thank you for being out there and giving your costumer a lower rate.

Highly recommend Ronnie!! He was quick to respond and  fixed my shower diverter in no time! Now both my shower diverter and shower head working with zero leaks in less than 20 mints!! He was professional and such a humble respectful man! He even took his shoes off to come and always ask every time if he can enter my house! Highly recommended especially for a female like myself who have absolutely zero intelligence on plumbing he explained everything and even showed me what he was doing!

My tub drain was clogged for a few days. I called House of Plumbing and Ronnie was able to come over and evaluate all that caused my drain to behave that way. Ronnie was very kind and formative. He was communicative in the entire process and did a fantastic job identifying the issue.  There has been a leak from my drain to the downstairs apartment caused by the flooding. Ronnie was able to fix the drain before any major damage had occurred and I appreciate him for that find! Thank you so much!

Several weeks ago I called Ronnie about my leaking toilet tank.  The toilet would do slight flush when ever the tank water got too low.  Ronnie gave me a quote then asked how old was my toilet. I told him it was at least 17 years old probably more since I bought the townhouse.  Ronnie said I might want to lthink about buying a new toilet.  I agreed.  He brought a new toilet.  He removed the old toilet and never made a mess. He installed the new toilet and cleaned up whatever mess he made in only a couple of hours.  He did charge extra for taking the old toilet when he left.  I am happy with Ronnie's work and would recommend him to anybody needing a plumber.

My tenant had a leak under the kitchen sink that needed to be looked at. Ronnie was able to accommodate with her work schedule to meet her at the apartment as he communicated with me on the phone about the problem. He explained to me what the issue was and what would be changed to prevent any leaks going forward. I appreciate his service.
