Pete stopped by my home to take a look around and received estimate within a couple of days later. Pete arrived on time and was very polite during the whole process. After approval of estimate we agreed to meet the following Wednesday. He messaged me a few days later to cancel and re-schedule for the following Wednesday. Appointment day arrived and he showed up on time to commence the work. First thing was to find the water shut off valve. As luck would have it , the lever for shut off broke and water was spewing everywhere. Not to worry Pete came through and cut off that rusted damaged section. He installed a new lever and probably that took under 20 minutes for welding and new lever installation. Watching Pete work as a pro with no movement or materials wasted. Next we went upstairs to see why the shower water is leaking to downstairs. The water was drip, drip dripping( house probably over 100 years old) Last handyman did not do a good job and used low quality fittings.
Anyway, Pete replaced the fixtures and the faucet no longer leaks. He replaced the round overflow water cap thingy and found the rubber washer hardened and that was most likely the culprit. The drain was stuck and Pete snaked the drain along with shooting with pressured air. Now drain is un-clogged -thank goodness. The job was around 4 hours and was charged about $800. Pete is efficient and does high quality work. Hiring Pete again to fix the downstairs bathroom issues too.

JGR did an awesome job on our garbage disposal drain.   He responded quickly and his price was affordable.   Thank you Jerren.

Our hose bib blew off and we had to shut off our water as everyone had to get ready for the day.  Noa answered his phone and sent someone out in 30 minutes.  His quick response and repair was awesome.  Call them for your next install or repair!

Our experience with Kama Hele Plumbing hands down has been the best customer service experience from the initial call for an estimate to the completed work and clean up. I had my solar water replaced and my quote was on point. They did not try to up sell me with recommending to change other parts if it was not needed. My appointment was set within a reasonable timeframe and the technicians arrived on time. John and Jay were friendly, yet professional. They were knowledgeable during the installation process. Called them for drippy faucet,  they got back to me within few days but  fixed it in 1/2 hour. They had everything they needed to fix it. Would recommend them.

I needed to replace a stuck kitchen sink shut off valve identified in an inspection of high risk components for my condo's insurance policy. First Class Plumbing responded with a very reasonable quote almost immediately.  When I asked to schedule the repair, the plumber, Whit, called me right away and set a time. He kept in touch by phone and text and alerted me when he was about to arrive. The repair turned out to be more complicated than I had thought, but Whit was more than able to handle the problems. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. He charged me a very fair price for the additional work. He also sent me an invoice by email so I could forward proof of work to my condo. I was able to pay online through a link on the email. Highly recommended.

Keith was very punctual, conscientious, and competent. Although the company name sounds like a big co., it's really just a one-man operation so you have to be patient, when you call their number, you might not get a call back until the end of the day. He pretty much covers just the East Honolulu area and he doesn't do high-rise condos. But very honest and straightforward on his pricing so great for any home jobs.

Mr. Koga is a master plumber who's been in the trade for a lifetime. He definitely knows his stuff and the rapport he's established with many families makes him highly sought after. When you have him on site he doesn't waste time and most of the time is able to pinpoint exactly what is wrong, why its gone wrong, and most importantly, the fix. His prices are very reasonable.

Due to the demand for his skills he may be difficult to get a hold of so plan on doing some follow up calls. From my experience he doesn't work on the weekends so plan on being patient...you'll find it worth the quality of work you'll receive.

Ken Daubs replaced our kitchen and laundry faucets. He was fast and very professional. Our home insurance referred us to him and very happy with his work.  It's not easy to find someone you can trust and glad we found Ken@ HNL Plumbing & Mechanical. Much mahalo to the JBC team. Right from the start they provided great service. I got my quote for installing a new toilet within a few hours. The price I was provided was very reasonable too. Josh answered all of my questions and was able to fit me into the schedule the very next day.

Nate and Jon Jon who did the toilet installation were great too. They were very professional and knowledgable. They had all the tools they needed to get the job done and were very neat in how they performed their work.

I will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to friends and family that have plumbing needs.

I just needed a simple rewiring of a 220v outlet to 120v. Well, not quite so simple, considering the washer/dryer in front of the outlet had to be moved out of the closet first.

Alex looked at the outlet (behind the washer) and gave me a quote within minutes. Since his company did work in the building before, I didn't have to go through the hassle of submitting the license and insurance required by building management. Alex and his team completed the work within an hour the same week, at a reasonable price (neither the highest or the lowest).

I'm happy to discontinue using an extension cord for the washer/dryer unit.
