Outstanding plumber replaced my water heater very quickly and neatly. He knows all of the plumbing needs and keeping your water heater in great shape. I'm going have do my shower replacement in future and all my plumbing needs. Very honest and reasonable prices service. So if you need any plumbing work big or small Blessed Plumbing should your first choice.

Stephen Strong came highly recommended and he lived up to the hype. It was a weekend when our mainline backed up and and it was not pretty. Stephan came in, solved our plumbing problem, showed me what was going on, and how to avoid it in the future. He was professional, courteous, and he took his time to make sure everything was in working order. This was on a weekend! Mahalo, Stephen, for saving the day!

Drip, drip, drip...dang! It was Sunday morning and our downstairs shower faucet wouldn't stop dripping. I thought (or hoping) the handle just wasn't shut all the way...alas, that wasn't it. After perusing some DIY youtube videos, I determined (or hoped) it was the Kohler mixer cap that needed to be replaced.

Confident with my diagnosis I set out after church to City Mill in EB...only to be told they didn't carry the part I was looking for and to try Ferguson's in Waipahu the following day as they were closed on Sundays. Off to Home Depot at Kapolei...struck out again, and was again told to head out to Ferguson's. I then called Lowe's and the plumbing rep told me they didn't carry the part I was looking for (although he was pleading his boss to start carrying it since he has fielded calls about it...and seemingly always on a Sunday)...but he told me to try out Hawaii Pacific Plumbing Supply as he said their prices were lower than Ferguson's.

My wife and I headed out to HPPS Monday morning and dealt with Kevin who was extremely helpful. While acknowledging that the Kohler Mixer Cap for Pressure Balance Valve is normally the culprit for leaky shower faucets, he suggested I replace the entire unit with the Shower Pressure Balancing Unit as well. He even scooped up some silicon grease (for free) that I need to install the part properly.

Went home, installed the part, and wham, bam, thank you ma'am! Leaky shower faucet doesn't leak any more. Thanks to Kevin and the folks at HPPS. They have a huge selection of parts...with friendly, knowledgeable service. What more can you ask for?

This is the 2nd time that I've used Oahu Rooter.  
The first time my father-in-law tried to fix something and broke it.  Oahu Rooter came out, fixed it, and also flushed the drain (it was clogged like 40% with old gunk built up over the years).
This time I decided to do a bathroom renovation during my week off and found the 50 year old flange rusted apart.   Being Christmas week Louie was able to come by a few days later and fix it for a reasonable price, and quickly.
He showed up when he said he would and fixed it in under an hour.   Would use again.

Tony (Owner) did a great job unclogging my kitchen sink drain. He was responsive, through and professional. I will definitely be using Plumber Kings again in the future. Mahalo Tony!

We have hit the 10 year mark of being in the new house and little by little we have repairs coming up in full domino fashion .... oy vey !

Richard Chanco is the owner and President of the company ... he is one of those rare people who give 100 '/, plus ! He serves the Lord in his life and it shows in how he does business ... his crew and workmanship are top notch and I vouch for his trustworthiness  !
So far I've had them do everything from painting, plumbing, installing new fixtures, adjusting doors, etc.
Next is roof  and  termite damage repair ... thankfully his prices are very reasonable that I'm able to get a lot done all at once.
He has also just completed a friend of mines bathroom tile restoration and she is over the moon with the completed job.

Showed up on time.  $95.00 and 30 min later I had a clear drain.  Nice guys and good service.

This was our first experience with Elite Drain Solutions and we're glad we went with them. Kristian the owner was quick to respond to my quote request and was able to fit us in the very next day for a water heater replacement. He even picked up the heater for us. Professional, clean, and even helped with a separate issue while he was here. He's honest and reliable - and we couldn't ask for more. Would highly recommend Elite Drain Solutions for any plumbing job!

We had Big Tuna plumber install our new jet tub. We are very happy with the work Harland did and  highly recommend him to all our family and friends. We have called him on several occasions and he always shows up on time and doesn't leave until the job is done RIGHT.

Mark is the most competent plumber we have ever used.  We used him to change a water heater, which he did with ease and speed. His prices are so entirely fair, that he is very popular. Then, one night my water in the bathroom faucet would not turn off!  I was lost.  So, I called Mark and he showed  up with the fix pronto.  It needed a regulator.  I didn't know homes had regulators until then. If you need a plumber, you will not do better than Mark.  He is professional, experienced with Hawaii homes, reliable and very reasonable to afford.  You will not need another plumber, ever.

I called Friday early afternoon and was connected to central service center and in a couple hours, I was already dispatched to a local number and was informed that someone would be at my house in 45 minutes.  Awesome communication!

Joe, the plumber, was very  informative, helpful, and considerate.  Even though I thought the labor was pretty expensive, his knowledge and efficient work was worth every penny I paid.

Will definitely call Roto Rooter if any unforeseen plumbing issues ever happen again, and will also recommend to others as well.  Thank you!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I called and scheduled an appointment for last week Thurs, then they called saying they cannot make it because They're so busy so they rescheduled me for Mon. I took off work Mon to be at home to wait for them and they called me that day, at the appointment time, saying they cannot make it...So I just took off work for nothing. Then they tell me they can come the next day. So I managed to take off another day, time comes, they are LATE.

I have had the same types of problems before. I am at home waiting for them to show up and they do not. I have to be the one to call them and ask where they are to find out they are not coming since they are so busy once again. (Shouldn't it be their responsibility to follow through with scheduled appointments and also THEY should be the one to call and let me know if they cannot make it ahead of time) Ridiculous. OH, and when this happened I called and the lady that answered the phone yelled at me/ cursed me out and was extremely rude to me. She also hung up on me. THEREFORE I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN. AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE THE SAME.

My stupid brother jammed the garbage disposal with potato peels while prepping for a big birthday dinner we were supposed to cook.  I called three other plumbers (Mr Rooter, D&S and someone else, I forget) and got zero response.  Roto Rooter had a great dispatcher who gave me an estimated time of service and then called, within the estimated time, to tell me that the plumber would arrive within a half hour.  Which he did.  He was very nice and very thorough, he not only cleared the problem but serviced the pipes.  And left the undersink area cleaner than when he arrived. The price seemed reasonable given how much plumbers costs, and for a distress call on a Mother's Day Sunday (especially since I made my stupid brother pay it).

Horrible Horrible do not go to these guys ever. They showed up at my house at 8 am when my appointment was at 11 am then I was in town had to cancel my doctors appointment run back to hawaii kai and the guys just left and never finished the job - they left before I even got there saying they would come back later. I can't believe how horrible they never even called me before or after never again will I use these guys.

Very poor professionalism. Doesn't show up on multiple occasions with confirmed appointments. And with no follow up call or apology. No rescheduling either. He Recommended inexperienced workers to work on projects and will claim that its your bad judgment for hiring them when things go bad. Is not prepared with proper supplies even when told way ahead in advance of what is needed. So basically can't get your job done as planned as scheduled and wastes the home owners precious time. Connections he's repaired has leaked and on one occassion flooded my bathroom and severely damaged my expensive cabinetry. Definitely do not recommend to anyone wanting a professional plumbing experience. He caused me major headaches. He needs to learn to be onsite with every plumbing project until completion. Of note he will always ditch your project even though paid for to go shopping at ala moana. What a joke.
