The team was great! They came in quickly and set up to help with water damage due to a water heater leak. They were able to identify the trouble areas and immediately got to work on drying them up to prevent any further damage. Everything was explained  in a way I could understand and answered all of my questions. Super friendly and helpful. They even dealt with the insurance company for me! Less stress for me to handle during an already stressful situation. The leak is fixed and everything is good to go. I would definitely reccomend them and I'll be using them again in the future. Ask for Tim, he was great!

I called EPS on Easter Sunday not expecting to reach anyone, yet a very pleasant lady named Cynthia answered the phone and stated she would be able to have a technician visit the house within a couple of hours.  Less than 2 hours later a young man named Cody showed up ready and eager to work. Cody was in nice work attire, groomed well, very polite and professional. He looked over the situation carefully, provided an estimate, and went to work with his industrial size snake which he calls Betsy. Cody was very respectful of our home, cleaned up his work area well, and smiled and talked nicely throughout the job, not the least bothered that I watched him work out of interest. If you need a drain or main line cleared, I highly recommend Cody and EPS.

Mel and his team are wonderful. We had a long list of things that we needed done from installing air conditioners, a hot tub, a new fence and more. The work was excellent and they are very responsive. Whatever challenge we threw at them, they were able to make it work. Highly recommend them.  Also nice that they do everything from construction to plumbing and electric so did not have to find 3 different people to get the work done.

Security Plumbing sent out a technician on the same afternoon I requested service.  Allan Miyamoto (Moona) was superb.  He snaked out my high-rise condo washer drain outlet.  First snake-out didn't work for whatever reason, so he re-snaked for the second time & it worked.  He was meticulous in shop-vacuuming the wet carpet.  Highly recommend.

They are a very friendly company with great employees.  And are also quick to respond if you ever have a problem with your plumbing at any time and get the job done effectively.

I had a washer drain clogged that needed to be cleared in my condo. From the time I searched and received quotes, I was able to get a confirmed appointment was quick and easy. The technician arrived timely and unclogged the drain.

Furuta was recommended by an employee at my condo because they do a lot of work there and are very knowledgeable about our plumbing.  I called them and was happy that they would be at the building that same day and could add me to the schedule.  They showed up to snake the clogged drain in the bathtub. (Almost $300 flat fee with tax). Great.  Until maintenance showed up and said the water was running into the condo below mine.  I was devastated to know that this couldn't be fixed by the plumber on site and would require another call to return the next day for a Leak investigation. ($250 flat fee plus tax). The next day they were running late and had to cancel, so it was rescheduled for first thing in the morning, (Friday).  I asked several times Okay so when you find the leak, you'll fix it? and was assured that when they found the leak they'd quote me a price and if I agreed on the price, they would fix the problem.  I WAS NOT told that the quote wouldn't be given on site but would have to come in the form of a proposal from the office, and would require ANOTHER appointment for service.  Now remember that the shower and kitchen in my condo are unusable because the water runs into my neighbors.  So I wait.  And wait. I called them on Tuesday and was told to wait some more.  It's now over a week later and I still haven't heard back from them. Apparently they're chiseling my quote into a stone tablet and sending it to me by Pony Express.  If you have a leak that you want FIXED, you should call someone else.  But if you are just curious and you have an extra $250. that you need to get rid of you can get a leak investigation with Furuta.
The people on the phone and the two techs who came out were wonderful.  The problem is that the company isn't run to FIX problems, it's a never ending parade and the weak link is in getting a proposal for the job instead of actually doing the job.

T Plumbing is THE best. He/Toby fit me in between his busy schedule because I did not have the use of my toilet. The floor guys, who removed my toilet to install the tiles, would not put the toilet back because there was a crack in the metal ring at the base of the toilet (ring is fixed on the floor). Toby tried different options to best use his time to give me a usable toilet before having to leave for another job and then returning later to finish the job completely and thoroughly. FYI, my condo is an older building, and there were plumbing parts that even Toby said he has never seen before, but he made the most of what he could with all the tools he had in his truck. He's efficient and effective, and most of all, HONEST. He will tell you honestly if this part or method will only last so long before you have to reinstall new parts. Toby has excellent knowledge about local plumbing challenges AND customer service. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Our toilet wasn't working properly so I call this company and NARDO  came fast efficient and completely did a professional job and didn't any time on fixing the problem . Clean up after and my bill wasn't as much as unthought it would be !!highly recommend this plumbing company !!

I've used Point Plumbing 2x in the recently.  The first time was to replace the main shutoff valve in my home and the second time was to replace an old mixing valve.

Both times the arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly.  This is a boring review, but isn't that the best kind?  You call a plumber for a problem, he arrives on time, and he fixes the problem quickly.  

I just wish they would take credit cards without charging a fee. I'm used to electronic payments but I wrote a check this time to avoid the fee.

Recently had a plumbing emergency and contacted Kaleo at Malama at 6:30 p.m. when a couple other companies couldn't send anyone until the next day.  He arrived within the hour as promised.  They were so professional and kind.  They quickly accessed my issue, and went above and beyond and stayed well into the late hours of the evening to clear my line even when it proved to be extremely challenging.  Knowledgeable, hardworking, and more than fair/reasonable rates.  I highly recommend Malama Drains, and will definitely call them next time I need any kind of plumbing services!

Be careful when you use their service and verify the times they come and leave. Even though I recorded the time they came to work and when they finished, the hours charged was more than they were actually here for. When I got the bill (through Oishi's property management), I tried to call Sonoda's and left a message but they wouldn't return my call. I also complained to Oishi's that I just moved into my unit just four months ago and couldn't have caused the clogged drain but because we share the same drain line with the next door unit and that I called for help I'm responsible for the bill. When the plumbers came, they cleared the unit next door and did nothing on my side. When I tried to get the next door neighbor to pay half, he said they are screwing you. Sure enough I ended up being the stuckee for the bill and late fee.

I purchased a hot water heater from Home Depot in Kapolei, HI who contract w/ Kamaaina Plumbing. Shortly thereafter, Kamaaiana called me to request a pic of my old heater (it went into their spam inbox - weird). Next, Melissa from Kamaaina's office arranged my appointment with their plumber for an install and removal. Melissa was very attentive, professional and friendly. I had to put her on hold for a few minutes and she patiently waited my return to the phone.

On the day of install, Terrell, aka plumber, arrived. Terrell did an excellent install job. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This man is a hard worker. He focused on the task very efficiently. He gave me advise as how to best maintain a hot water heater and answered any questions I had very politely. Terrell is an excellent Kamaaina employee.

This guy did a bad job for my cousin , did the job not good and he had NO plumbers license! I'm turning him into the state for no license.
