Shows up on time!!! Making an appointment is very easy and fast. Brad ( William ) did awesome jobs fixing the toilet, replacing the wax ring and bolt. Worked quickly in getting the job done. He also make sure that the area is cleaned before he completed his work. I would highly recommend using this company.

We are absolutely thrilled to have hired Benny from BP Handyman services for our 1/2 bath plumbing upgrade and installation. He replaced our very old plumbing, installed a sink, faucet, and skirted toilet with a bidet seat. Benny exceeded our expectations!
From the start, his communication was fantastic and his prices were well within reason. Benny worked hard to update the old plumbing and created a beautiful bathroom remodel.
Mahalo for taking such great care of us!

Shawn Holdt is absolutely amazing! He is knowledgeable, honest, efficient and very easy to talk to. We were able to get in touch with him immediately and he came when he said he would and performed his work exactly as quoted.
We built our home in 2013 as an owner / builder so had a lot of experience with the different construction trades. Most of them we wouldn't use again, but Shawn is definitely a keeper!

We had a hot tub built last year and the water usage went up concurrently. As a hot tub owner, we are aware that in hotter temperatures, evaporation can play a big part in water usage, but we suspected a leak. So we called Peter at American Leak Detection. He asked us several questions about the type of tub, then he proceeded to guide us through two water loss tests. After 48 hours and two readings, he determined (and we agree because of the evidence), there is no leak. We also found the source for the skyrocketing water bill: a dead battery in our irrigation timer which caused the timer to overwater. He is careful, cautious, and willing to consult at length. If you want a thorough analysis of your pool or tub, this is the service provider to call.

We were less than a month away from listing our condo for sale and our agent asked the magic question - Are you going to replace the old shower fixtures in both baths? Old as in original 1974. Our home remodeler, Pueo Builders (a top-notch company), recommended Chris at Cubellis Plumbing and we were extremely happy with the results. Here was our wish-list:
Available to do the work on short notice - check
Great communicator - check
Highly skilled with quality workmanship - check
Gets all the needed parts for us - check
Chris explained everything, including a gentle caution that removing a rusted 47 years old drain can sometimes be impossible to do without damaging the tub. Gulp! Did I mention we were a month out from listing our condo? I watched Chris finesse that drain out without so much as a scratch! He also had to cut into the tile to replace the shower valves but installed a plate that looks really classy. Chris made two trips over the Pali to the Windward side to complete all the work because some parts were delayed on a slow plane from the mainland. He called or texted to update us every day until the parts arrived. I could go on and on but you get the point. Chris is an outstanding plumber, with personality and communication skills that make for a positive experience! As an added bonus, his wife handles the business/billing side and she was an absolute sweetheart to work with.
Mahalo nui loa, Chris! We are so pleased with the work you did for us.

William, from William's Services, was prompt to respond to my request for help. Within 24 hours after contacting William, he scheduled a next day appointment to help with a TV removal/installation/mounting project. William completed the job with both great skill and care, all for a very reasonable price. Not living in Honolulu year round makes it difficult to find an honest, reliable and competent handyman. I'm extremely fortunate to have found William and will most definitely hire him again for future projects. I highly recommend William's Services for any household or business projects requiring a handyman! Thank you William!

I got screwed by Roto and Russell's saved the day. Sent out knowledgeable, professional guys who knew EXACTLY what the problem was and told us how to fix one issue on our own, and fixed the other on the spot. Will always use Russell's from here on out!

6-20-22 When I purchased our 2 new Toto toilets and washlets I asked for a plumber and the salesperson at the Bathroom Store arranged for Irving Murakami to do the job.
I liked that he came a few minutes earlier than the 8:00 a.m. appointment time . He had loaded boxes for one toilet and washlets into a cart and it was rolled just in front of our front door.
He removed the old toilet carrying it down from the upstairs bathroom. Within an hour the first one was running with the help of an extension cord that hubs ran up the street to purchase two of them. The plan is for Irving to return in a couple days to place an outlet next to both new toilets.
He then proceeded to work on the downstairs removal and installation. There needs to be an 11 inch clearance from the wall which the salesperson also did not inform us about.
Irving is very cool headed, works incredibly quietly and gets the job done. The pipe was too close to the new toilet. At first he was going to turn off the water to cut the pipe but Board of Water Supply would take 2 hours to get here. For the time being he angled the new toilet. If he didn't inform us I'd never have known.
Our little sweetie was the first to try out the upstairs one and hubs was the first to try the one downstairs.
The remote has a butt wash, a front wash, air to dry, a heated seat, and a few more functions. The temperature can be adjusted on the back of the remote. Fun stuff!
Looking forward to Irving's return for the outlets. He is very personable, polite, slim build but very strong. He cleans up the area he works on.
If your decide to have Toto brand installed, Irving is highly recommended.

STAY AWAY. In summary, Service Air Conditioning & Plumbing is really running a scam to take advantage of your need to repair your AC. Their troubleshooting price is twice market price and they include a fraudulent Truck Charge. Get a quote from any other reputable AC repair company and compare it. The staff refuses to provide a pre-work estimate (purposely) and then demands the money before they leave. The owner or upper level management, Nick, is extremely unprofessional, rude and aggressive to his clients. I agree with the other reviewers here and would stay far away from this place. Below is my experience:
First technician came for ~40 minutes and when asked how much the job would cost, he replied that it would depend on what needs to be done but he did not know what would need to be done. He would know after he contacted the Fujitsu technical support customer support line. He said he would come back after he had more information. No call back for 2 days. Then 2 service repairmen come and attempted to repair the AC unit for ~30 minutes. They did not take the unit apart at all. The technician was unclear what was done or why it began working but the unit began working on its own so they requested 2 days worth of labor fees which totaled $345.54 This fee was refuted because the first service technician was unable to troubleshoot the issue nor identify what was wrong with the unit. The technicians spoke with their boss, Nick, who initially demanded the total fee due to a minimum of 2 hours which was never explained to us prior to the job starting. They also did not explain what the issue was nor how much it would cost to service, which is what we asked them to do the day prior to avoid any confusion. Once Nick was made aware of the failure to explain the charges ahead of time, he agreed to the following charges : $135 labor, and $30 Truck Charge + tax = 172.77. He said he plugged some wires in. On the invoice, there was no description of the work that had been done. Several messages were left to the company were not returned. Nick called back and explained that he did not know what was done and the technicians did not know what was done. He said the $135 labor charge was a generous gesture he provided to us because he normally charges a $270 minimum for labor but acknowledged that the technicians failed to provide us with that information prior to beginning the work. He also said that the $30 Truck Charge was because the technicians had to drive the truck but provided no further explanation. He said that the repair consisted of Tightening loose wires, no other repair was performed. I contacted a reputable AC repair company in the area, and was informed that standard practice is 1 year warranty with ~ $65 charge to troubleshoot the problem which is applied to the cost of any repairs that need to be done, if purchased. They were shocked to hear about Service AC & Plumbing charging me $270 + $60 Truck charge with no warranty. With this new information, I called Nick back to clarify their policy on guarantee of their work. I asked if their repair malfunctioned, would they service the unit again? He replied they would recommend a replacement and followed with Dude, we just screwed in a few screws and wires, why are you still talking about this, you are just renting the place I followed by suggesting that if there was a repeat malfunction, can it be assumed that the initial repair was inadequate and should be serviced rather than abandoned for a replacement. At this point, he asked Can I ask, what do you do for a living? I refused to answer this and he berated me by calling me a ***** and that I should consider myself lucky that he only charged me half the fee and that he serviced my condo under false pretenses of me being the owner. He continued to rant about me being a ***** and how he is not going to talk about this anymore. I had no choice but to cancel the check and follow up on the matter with him later. He said I knew you would do this, I'll see you in small claims court, you are an Idiot and repeated you are an idiot ~5 times until hanging up the phone. Nick may be the owner or just upper level management for this company. He is extremely unprofessional, rude and aggressive to his clients. The company technicians refused to provide a pre-work estimate despite being asked to do so, and attempted to charge nearly $400 once the work was complete [$135 for labor is over twice the market rate to troubleshoot an AC Unit (Per reputable AC company) and the $30 Truck fee has no validity, purpose, or explanation]. After demanding the payment, the technicians did not even know what they had done to the unit. The company refused to provide a guarantee for their work (likely because they did not know what they did and did not identify and resolve the actual issue). The payment was sent to debt collections which I paid, but I feel that the charges were for services that were not delivered.

Used AHS for plumbing services. Took a week to get in touch with him. He came and didn't even fix the faucet correctly, didn't double check his work (we had taken his word that he fixed it). Then it took over a week to get in touch with him again. Left several voicemails. Then he finally came back today and the faucet IS STILL NOT FIXED. Tried calling and no answer (again). Very annoyed. Would not recommend to anyone.
