I had a clogged kitchen sink and it was a holiday weekend! Called Rick and he picked up the phone after the first ring. I asked him if he could come by to unclog the sink. Rick and Steve were close by and came over in 10 minutes! They had the clog out within 15 minutes. He even just charged me the normal rate rather than the holiday rate!
I am so pleased! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Rick! And Steve and Rick were such nice people too! Excellent work!
Will definitely use them again!

Our Landlord called Elton last minute for a terlet repair in our home. Even with the looming holiday weeked, Elton called me (the renter!) right away and we discussed what was happening with the terlet. We set an ammicable time for same day (What? Score!). Later, he courtesy called to advise he was en route and anticipated time of arrival. Excelllent communication! When he arrived he was friendly, professional and best of all PREPARED to repair. He even showed me what to do next time the float sticks and the terlet tank runs. Give this gentleman a call when you have plumbing needs. He told me he recently started his business, a brave move in this economy. But his integrity and professionalism and commitment to customer service ensures he willl be in business for a long time to come.
Thanks Elton and best wishes for a profitable, and highly successful business!

These guys in their company vehicle are really going 80 in a 60, driving on the shoulder to pass people. That's unsafe and unprofessional. Just wouldn't even recommend based on their behavior.

I hired Handy Andy to install pantry shelves, and also got a quote to do an inside painting job. Although I ended up going with another painter due to their high pricing, I was very impressed with the Handy Andy team from the get go.
Making an appointment was quick and easy over the phone.
The dispatcher who I booked the appointment with, sent an Estimator to take measurements to give a quote. We received the estimate the same day, literally hours after the Estimator came by.
My pantry shelves were picked up from Home Depot and installed in my home that same week. The job itself took less than an hour.
Handy Andy hires predominantly Veterans, so hiring Handy Andy is a great way to support our Veterans.
I recommend Handy Andy if you are looking for general contractors and handy professionals, and will definitely consider working with them again.

Very, very happy with the experience we had! Andrew was very knowledgable and extremely helpful in reducing the impact of the repair. The price was more than fair and he came to our home quickly and returned as promised. Again, very happy and would highly recommend. Thank you Andrew!

They remodeled the bathroom and tiled the floor in our guest studio. Hardworking and highly professional. Came sharp on time early every morning and left way after sunset. Very high quality of work. We will definitely hire them again for all our future projects.

A month ago, I detected water on my bedroom carpet. CJ Plumbing came out and determined there was a cracked common sewer pipe (after making 2 unnecessary holes in the drywall in my bathroom) that needed to be replaced to stop the leak. CJ Plumbing informed me I would be without a shower from 4-6 weeks, but they would be able to help install a new one. CJ Plumbing then talked with our Property Manager to schedule the work a few days later since it was a Condo Association common pipe with a needed Water shutdown. That evening when I thought about the whole experience with CJ Plumbing that was very dubious at best, I decided to discuss it with our Property Manager the next morning. A real red flag, was CJ Plumbing also saying they would need to remove a custom mirror above my bathroom sink to replace pipes, so they wouldn't have to come back later? The Property Manager shared my concerns and we obtained a second opinion, which was very different from CJ Plumbing. We cancelled the scheduled work with CJ Plumbing. I waited a month before posting anything on Yelp to be certain that there was no leak from the Common Pipe and that the water damage to my carpet, was in fact from my Air Conditioner that was not installed properly. To be very clear, there was no leak to the common pipe and it had never been a plumbing issue, as diagnosed by CJ Plumbing. CJ Plumbing, for whatever reason, decided to scam, not only me, but our Condo Association. CJ Plumbing has mixed Yelp reviews. As an Elite Yelper for 6 years, I take pride in being honest & objective. Please consider my review, a cautionary warning. The one star is for the performance CJ plumbing did when they came out to diagnose the cause of my wet carpet, to their financial benefit. I'm a Senior citizen, so it's especially disconcerting and disappointing when something like this happens. I think it's very telling, that when our Property Manager cancelled the scheduled work as well as an earlier contracted building plumbing job for our Condo Building, there was no response or apology from CJ Plumbing.

Ray and his crew are the most reliable, trustworthy and cost effective plumbers I have ever worked with. They stand by their work.

The prices are OUTRAGEOUS.
I needed my P trap and 2 water shutoff valves replaced under the kitchen sink and it ran me about $1200 for a 30 minute job. Unfortunately I am a single female with 0 knowledge of plumbing. When the two workers arrived they were very charming and made me feel like they were giving me a good deal. However, after doing some research I realize what a huge ripoff this was and I feel very sick.
I reached out to All Aloha to see the breakdown of the price:
Removal & Replacement of Water Emergency Water Supply Stop
$458.98 x2 ($917.16)
(This multiplied x2 because i have two shut off valves)
Replacement of P-trap $233
You can literally buy a single quarter turn shut off valve at home depot for $10-15 and a P-trap for $5-10 (IT'S JUST A PIECE OF PLASTIC)
Here's the kicker: their service fee is flat rate NOT hourly. So it took him about 30 min to install approximately $60 worth of material, which means his flat rate came out to be $1140...
I did ask the plumber why this seemed so expensive and he said it was because All Aloha does the best quality work and they were basically the Ruth's Chris of plumbers. But the irony of it all is that the installation had a leak and he has to return the very next day to fix it.
Please be weary of this company, they are clearly not afraid to take advantage of people with little knowledge of plumbing. Not to mention the hidden service fees, they just jack up the price of the product by 40% and say it's a service fee. This is very shady business.
