I had a clogged kitchen sink and it was a holiday weekend! Called Rick and he picked up the phone after the first ring. I asked him if he could come by to unclog the sink. Rick and Steve were close by and came over in 10 minutes! They had the clog out within 15 minutes. He even just charged me the normal rate rather than the holiday rate!
I am so pleased! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Rick! And Steve and Rick were such nice people too! Excellent work!
Will definitely use them again!

Elton seems like a good guy and a very good plumber. I had him rip out an old bathtub, fix a leaky, rusty drain below the tub and install an new one. Most of the time he came with another guy. Most of the time, the other guy did the work. Although they tried to not make a mess, a mess was made. Then, in the middle of the job, with everything torn apart, after he asked for partial payment, he disappeared for two days so he could work on another job. I was left at home, taking time off my job, waiting for him to return to finish his job. When he finally came back, he (and his associate) finished up the job nicely though they did make plenty holes in the bathroom walls. If you hire him, take away his keys to his truck so he can't leave you in the lurch while he works on another job.

We had a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink and our faucet was jammed due to hard water and calcium build up. My husband who is not the mr. Fix it agreed we need to call a plumber. We got referred to Real Rooter from a family friend. Mike was very professional and gave us the estimate over the phone. We called a few other plumbers who charged an hourly rate and being on a budget that scared me.
We decided to go with Mike from Real Rooters...and so glad we did. He came out the very next day first thing. He was quick and efficient and was in and out within an hour ( I'm sure the other plumbers who charge hourly would have dragged that job out) new faucet and no leaky pipe...I'm a happy customer! Highly recommend Real Rooters!

I always dread calling in people to fix stuff on the house, they complain about how jacked things are, or are weird about pricing and estimates. Handy Andy was great, I used their online chat to send photos and they got back to me with a reasonable price. The guy who came (Andy, is that coincidence?) was friendly and professional. I liked that he took his time to look at the situation, a plumbing re-routing, then explained his plan to me and how loud it would get b/c the dog might freak out. He wrapped it all up, tested his work, made adjustments, and he was done! Payment was easy w/ mobile. I'll def call them next time I need the help.

I was told to expect the plumber between 11a and 2p. I had to pick up my daughter from school at 1:30 so I left. Unfortunately, that's when the plumber came. I got home at 2:10 and called back A-1 and they sent the same plumber right back out. Luckily he was still near by. He came in and got right to work. He explained to me the problem he found with our toilet and how he was going to fix it. Long story short- a little over an hour later I have a toilet with new bolts drilled in, flapper, and wax ring and no more water seeping from the base. It came out to $224.61- over $100 less for the 30 minutes Roto-Rooter spent trying to fix my leaking kitchen faucet last month. I wish I had called A-1 then too.

Do not use this company, or you will regret it.
I actually paid for a conservative estimate for a project last year specifically because I did not want them to lowball me. The architect and electrician are now available, so I emailed to confirm the estimate, and after taking 2 weeks to get back to me, they informed me the cost went up 23% in one year! When asked about it, the owner said he was surprised the initial estimate was so low (even though he was the one who gave the estimate). Then the front office lady said we did not pay for the estimate, even though I have an invoice for it. They are dishonest and unprofessional.

The prices are OUTRAGEOUS.
I needed my P trap and 2 water shutoff valves replaced under the kitchen sink and it ran me about $1200 for a 30 minute job. Unfortunately I am a single female with 0 knowledge of plumbing. When the two workers arrived they were very charming and made me feel like they were giving me a good deal. However, after doing some research I realize what a huge ripoff this was and I feel very sick.
I reached out to All Aloha to see the breakdown of the price:
Removal & Replacement of Water Emergency Water Supply Stop
$458.98 x2 ($917.16)
(This multiplied x2 because i have two shut off valves)
Replacement of P-trap $233
You can literally buy a single quarter turn shut off valve at home depot for $10-15 and a P-trap for $5-10 (IT'S JUST A PIECE OF PLASTIC)
Here's the kicker: their service fee is flat rate NOT hourly. So it took him about 30 min to install approximately $60 worth of material, which means his flat rate came out to be $1140...
I did ask the plumber why this seemed so expensive and he said it was because All Aloha does the best quality work and they were basically the Ruth's Chris of plumbers. But the irony of it all is that the installation had a leak and he has to return the very next day to fix it.
Please be weary of this company, they are clearly not afraid to take advantage of people with little knowledge of plumbing. Not to mention the hidden service fees, they just jack up the price of the product by 40% and say it's a service fee. This is very shady business.
