Shawn and his crew were nothing but exceptional. They were on time, courteous, and very professional. Shawn explained everything he needed to do to complete the job in terms I could understand. His work was excellent and he paid attention to the minute details. He also provides a military discount. We highly recommend Veterans Electric and will use them again for future electrical needs.

It is nice when you find a good contractor.  Very happy with their work and great service.  Will be using Day Road electric again very soon.

Next time I need an electrician I'll call Beeline.  I submitted a request yesterday on an assessment, and by mid-morning received a phone call. Beeline was in the area and stopped by to assess my problem. It was very quick and I didn't get charged the minimum 1 hour. That speaks volumes regarding their business acumen!

I called Dadz Electric when I had two different light fixtures that seemed to have stopped working. They were very easy to schedule with and were at my house, on-time, in the allotted time frame. Mo examined each switch and fixture and determined each issue was actually a bad switch. He changed each switch quickly and was done in my home in about 40 minutes. The price charged was incredibly affordable and I will absolutely be using Dadz Electric for all future needs as well as recommending to friends.

Small company (Husband / Wife combo) - remodeled our bathroom and did a fantastic job. They are quick, friendly, and do quality work for a good price. Recommend.

Great Customer Service, we had problems with another electrical contractor and were referred to Peninsula Electric.  We had them come in and wire our house.  Not only did they do a great job, kept on schedule but they had great recommendations for us for the wiring of the house.  We did what they recommended and are so happy that we did now that our house is done.  What a great company would give them a A+++

I'm on a HOA board for a 129 unit apartment building in downtown Seattle. We've been struggling to get EV chargers for our assigned spaces for a few years now. Finally we discovered that DCC-9 energy management systems are the ideal solution for our building. DCC9 allows the HOA to stay out of any matters relating to billing and the cost of electricity is applied directly to the residents SCL bill.

Our plan was to hire a contractor to drill the necessary concrete holes and install conduit between our electrical room and garages, and then allow individual unit owners to install a DCC-9+EV charger in their charging space

I reached out to NWES and they sent Jeff to our building. Jeff was quickly able to asses the feasibility of our plan, and sent me a quote within less than 24 hours of his visit. Unlike other companies, NWES didn't try and upsell, but rather just focused on giving us exactly what we wanted.

The install happened around 6 weeks after we signed. They handled all the permitting, concrete drilling, and installed an EV charger that we provided at a reasonable price. The workmanship was A+

I needed to replace the kitchen oven range, and I was told by the former electrician that I needed to install a ground wire, and he couldn't do that job. I emailed 3 or 4 electricians with an inquiry. BT Solutions relied on me first, and Alex, an electrician at BT, came over the next day that I spoke with him on the phone. He looked at the outlet and told me that he could fix it right away. In an hour, the problem was fixed, and he introduced me to his business partner, Marcus, to remove the base platform and install the oven properly. I was expecting it to take much longer, such as a few weeks, but it happened in a week, and the price was good (less than $200/hour). Great services overall, prompt response, and high-quality job! I'm very satisfied. Thank you, Alex and Marcus!

NO SHOW!  We needed a couple electrical issues fixed that came up on an inspection. We live out of the state, so we had to set up a time for one of our family members to be at the house to let them in. After two hours of waiting for them to show up, I called Gavin and he told me that his electrician got busy at another work site and just forgot about our appointment. The only thing they offered was an apology and to schedule for a different day. Thanks for wasting our time. I realize we weren't a big job for them, but if this is how they treat their new customers, I would look elsewhere. We scheduled with a different company that charged less and showed up on time.

We have worked with Eddie on about 3-4 different projects throughout our home and will continue to work with him and refer him to our neighbors. If you are ever in a pinch and need quality work done quickly, Eddie is the person to go to. He has continued to help us work through an issue with our washing machine, never ghosting us or leaving us without help. He has come back a few times to follow up on issues (not related to his work) and to help us find a solution to our problem. He does incredibly fast work, is usually in and out of the house in under an hour (less if it's something simple like an outlet replacement). Aside from doing very high quality work, Eddie is also extremely considerate, clean, professional, and respectful in our home. He is very thoughtful about not leaving a mess and cleans up after himself after every job. I highly recommend Eddie for anything related to electrical work/installation/lighting/etc. For reference, Eddie installed a garage door opener for us including a new outlet in our garage, installed a new GFCI outlet and GFCI switch for our washing machine and diagnosed an issue with our electrical panel and one of the breakers, diagnosed an issue with our microwave, diagnosed an issue with a light and gave us the information we needed to replace it. All of these projects were completed to our satisfaction! Thanks again Eddie!

On 11/13/15 I phoned and spoke with Monica about scheduling an estimate appointment regarding my treadmill, which continually blows the circuit breaker. She arranged for the electrician to come to my home between 3 - 5 pm on November 16.  My husband made special arrangements to be available during that time. We never heard from or saw the electrician.  No phone call, nothing.

We were out of town so, when my daughter called on a Saturday morning about the toilet overflowing we had no question but to call Beacon.
In a couple of hours, a technician arrived and took care of the problem. Great service.
However, the $935.85 price tag for a service that took a little more than one hour seemed excessive even for a Saturday.

To whom it may concern:

My wife and I had a really bad experience with Advanced Septic & Construction.  We own a rental property, and while we were out of town there was a plumbing issue.  Our property manager had Advanced Septic & Construction come take a look.  When we got back from vacation, our tenants were still having problems with the plumbing; two weeks after Advanced Septic & Construction had been there.  So we paid two other plumbers to come fix the actual problem - one snaked the county sewer line, and the other redesigned the really old plumbing in the 1907 building so it wouldn't happen in the future.

We then received a bill from Advanced Septic & Construction for $800.  The invoice stated they pumped 350 GALLONS from our septic tank (we do not have a septic tank, we are on sewer), and jetting and fixing the pump.  They may have jetted the pump, but they didn't fix it.  My wife called to talk to the owner, I think his name was Mike... and discuss the issues amicably; informing him we would pay for the diagnosis but not pumping our septic tank (that didn't exist).  He promptly threatened her, and told her that she better pay the full amount by the end of the day, or he would put a lien on the property, and then he hung up on her.  Apparently, when you do bad work, or mix up invoices - it's not the companies fault, it's their customers.

BEWARE! After I sent the chandelier I ordered back to them, I received demands to remove my negative review before they would refund my money. After much back and forth, I only received a portion of my money. This place is a scam.

Sorry for the mis-communication, the billing team just let us know that the manager has asked them to hold the refund due to a new process. Can we have you remove the review first? We will issue the refund right after you remove the reviews since we did run into cases that customers forget to go back to remove the review after we issue the refund.
Rest assured that we will issue the refund after the reviews from FB/Google/Yelp are removed since you can simply add them back if we do not issue the refund.

Washington Energy Services installed AC in my house. It was a decision long in the making but I'm fortunate to have been able to do this.
Martin was my main contact and he was very responsive to my numerous questions. The schedulers made sure I had all the information, including permits, that I needed.  The installers were first rate: they showed up as promised, were considerate, and took care with both my house and my time.
We chose this company only slightly based on $ as the 3 companies we contacted were similar in this regard.  The final decision was based on the feel we got from our contacts with the 3 companies.
