After having a previously traumatic experience with an overpriced, over rated company (check my reviews) for electrical work, it took me awhile to bounce back and feel comfortable with hiring someone else to do electrical work for me.
With three wall heaters requiring installation, we had some quotes provided and settled with Beeline. They were not the cheapest, but we appreciated the prompt responses with setting up the appointment, providing a written estimate, the ease of communication via email, making online payments and deposits. All of these factors have lead to the current 5 star review.
Once the deposit was made, we scheduled a date for the appointment installation. Beeline's associate, Brandon was the main guy who had lead this project. He was quick to respond, easy to communicate and was very thorough in what he had to tell me. This was very very important because we were not able to be home/on site for the installation process and was a bit worried after having to deal with another company's lack of professionalism and follow through. This was not the case with Beeline.
Furthermore, to speak about their follow through and quality of work, I had checked our security cameras and noted that one was no longer working, which was working before. They normally reboot when the electrical panels are switched back on, but for some particular reason one wasn't working. Beeline had already packed up, but when I had addressed this concern, they went back inside the home to double check that there wasn't anything wrong. The cameras ended up being fine and just took some fumbling with to get it back to working.
This speaks volume as we've dealt with a number of contractors/trades professionals in the last two years of doing renovations and a lot of people will never investigate if something went wrong and even worst would flat out deny that it was their fault (even with substantial proof).
My neighbor said that they were good and cleaned up after themselves (vacuuming) which is much appreciated.
We haven't been home yet to see the installation, but were told there were just small holes so we're hoping for not big surprises.
We need to schedule the inspection for this so we'll update accordingly afterwards! :)
