I had two ceiling fans to be installed and Moath by far gave me the best price for the job. He was responsive, prompt, and the installation went smoothly. No complaints.

Unprofessional. Not transparent with fee calculations. They will outright refuse to provide you with how they came to a price. Escalated to an Operations Manager and he refused too. Only assumption I can make from that is that they are calculating something they don't want you to know. I do not trust them and would recommend you stay away.

Matt's 3 man crew did an excellent job on installing a 18 kilowatt Generac on the side of my home as a backup in case of power outages. I purchased the Generac directly from an online distributor and send photos to Matt to provide me with an installation cost. Costs were in line with other proposals. His crew arrived on time, drove super clean trucks with all the detailed parts inside, and I could tell they were very experienced with installing Generac. Crew was very good at explaining what they needed on my end as well as giving me instructions on the generators keypad inside the enclosure and the keypad/switches on the Transfer Switch panel mounted on the house. They tested the generator by turning off the utility power (same as a power outage loss) and the generator came on right away. It worked as designed!
Very happy with the install and testing which took almost 8 hours. They really know what to do and supply all the wiring and parts needed. Excellent!

Fixer responded to my request for bid through Yelp. They were so easy to work with, and were able to come to my property and fix my broken outlet the same day. The price was better than other bidders and I really appreciate how easy it was to work with them.

I had a great experience with them. They came highly recommended, and I was very happy I chose them. Everyone from the salesman, the office staff, and installers were friendly and great to work with. I am in construction myself, and I was very impressed with their people and the finished work. I didn't get any other bids, but based on what I know, i think it was a fair price, and I am definitely happy with how my new heat pump and system is performing. Highly recommend them to anyone else!

We needed to add vent over our range and install a new microwave to connect to the new vent. This was not easy task give where our oven is located. Our cabinetry needed to be removed and reinstalled adding to the difficulty of the job.
Sean was super easy to work with. He helped get us on the schedule quickly to schedule the work close to when our new appliances would arrive. And his apprentice Joel did a great job handling work that would typically be handled by another contractor/handyman.
These folks care about the quality of their work and it shows.

Reza and his team did a great job on my house in the Tangletown neighborhood, near Green Lake.
I have owned my house for 2 years and put together a big list of projects. They ranged from fixing the electric heat in the MIL and the basement to installing pendant and sconce lighting fixtures, to troubleshooting and replacing outlets throughout the house.
Everyone who worked on my house was very nice, helpful and thorough. They were efficient, explained everything they did, and cleaned up everything.
Reza did a great job estimating the work, stopping in throughout the job, and following up about the final bill.
I have already recommended Reza to friends.

Will helped us install a new outlet, and fix 2 other outdoor outlets on our home which work great now. He also repaired an outdoor faucet which had started leaking. That was more complicated because of how it was integrated into the side of the house and needed some patching up afterwards, which he also did. It's been a little while since he completed the jobs and everything works great now. Highly recommended.

We have been using Maple Valley Electric for several years now as our sub-contractor for residential upgrades. We have had soo many issues in the past with unreliable companies and it was a blessing to find these guys. They are honest, fair priced and really have the knowledge we need for electric upgrades from small to large residential jobs they are always our first call for electrical work.

Purchased and had installed by Washington Electric a 16 KW standby generator for our new house. Very professionally installed and - get this - power actually went out three days after install. Generator came on and took the load within 10 seconds and we were happy campers.
The time between placing the order and installation was quite lengthy at over a month - but given it is winter (and a stormy one at that) I believe that their scheduling is probably the best that can be achieved for a company this size. All work performed to standards, neat, tidy and professional. Done when they said it would be done and for the price that Eric quoted. Installer kept us informed throughout the day and he completed the task in 7.5 hours. Good job, good service.

I hired TNT for my new shop/ADU, with a 100 amp subpanel and over 50 outlets, a kitchen, and a bath. Jake (Todd's son) did a fantastic job. He is easy to work with, efficient, and had all the right tools. A significant portion of the job was DIY. Jake was generous with advice, and inspections of my work. Thanks to Jake, I sailed through official Inspections. It's been 6 months since the building's been signed-off, and everything is working perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience working with Bowie. Cory not only went above and beyond to wire in a new 220 outlet for the electric car, they also let him come back the next day to fix a mistake of mine (I had not specified the right outlet). Very fair price too - $400 less than another quote. We will definitely be using them again.

I was a second time customer, as they did the initial installation of my outdoor lights about 5 years ago. I didn't feel their communication or customer service was good back then, but since they presumably were familiar with the work, I called them. Unfortunately, my previous impression was confirmed.
Many of the lights they installed haven't worked for several years, and I'd been meaning to call them, but had just gotten used to it. When I called to have them come out recently, Justin's manner on the phone was not particularly friendly; I had no sense he was glad I was a returning customer. After not hearing him come at 8:30 (my dog usually barks, and he didn't hear a thing), I assumed he was running late. Around 8:45 I went out to see if he might have come. He was checking the fountains, which I'd asked him to do when I 'd called, so I figured he wasn't needing me for that. I also assumed, since they'd done the work before and he didn't ask me any questions about it, that he must have had knowledge of where the lights were. He simply looked around and then said he'd be going to the store to pick up some bulbs and a new light sensor to replace the one that was bad. When he returned I must have been in the shower and again didn't hear his knock. He did what he could and left. When I saw that 4 of the 5 outdoor lights hadn't been found or dealt with, and one I found impossible to unscrew, I called and asked him to please return.
I was surprised and dismayed to receive a bill for $352. It seemed to me that the bill was mostly for running to the store and unscrewing a fixture. He did check the light sensor and the electricity running to two fountains (neither of which required work), which must have been a quick operation. It seemed like an awful lot to charge for so little actual electrical work. When I emailed them about the bill, Justin wrote back about how I hadn't come to the door when he knocked initially or again when he returned (true). I concede that I contributed to our miscommunication in that way, but as a customer, I felt he hadn't been clear with me about what he needed from me. I wasn't clear that he even needed me there, since he hadn't asked me direct questions to gather the information he needed to do the job when he had the opportunity -- neither on my initial call nor when I went out to see him in the yard. I also wish he'd made it clear that he would charge me the full $85/hr for going to the store, since I would have offered to go myself. I will not use QA Electric again.

WOW! What a great company. The owner left a Seahawks game on a Monday night to help our renter with dimming lights and an odd clicking sound coming from the electric box. Who does that? Thank you so much Great Northern Electric!

They gave me an initial bid to replace my furnace. I got 3 bids and chose the one in the middle. After they started, oops they charged we 2 x as much! Do not trust a bid!

After carefully looking for a good electrician, I called Kraft Electric leaving a message regarding the work needed and our phone number. No response. I called a couple of days later, again leaving a message and phone number. Nothing. If this is how perspective customers are treated, I don't know how they stay in business and I wouldn't recommend them.

They charged unreasonable and very very expensive. Quote more than double than other companies. Also cut a 20 x 10 hole just to install a 220 voltage. When we asked about the big hole, the guy said it is our problem and he is only doing the electrical. The guy cut a big hole and didn't bother to fix the dry wall. Don't use them. End up you will pay more for their mistake.

Very short and rude on the phone. Asked for an estimate and basically told they couldn't be bothered. If this how you treat your customers before a job can't imagine anything different during. Pass.

Greg L. did an incredible job re-doing all the plumbing in a 110 yr old home I recently purchased. He was consistently on-time, responsive, communicative and above all very helpful explaining the process of the work he was going to do and why. I would happily send anyone I know who needs a plumber to Greg L. and Black Hills. He's like family now, and I will trust him will my plumbing projects for as long as I own the home. Top-notch, great work, and a wonderful addition to my home team.
Thanks Greg!

Expensive and unable to fix my issue.
I had 3 outlets that were not working. A guy came out at their flat-fee rate and in total spent about 30 min at my home. He appeared surprised that it wasn't just a breaker that needed to be flipped but something was actually going on. Why would I call an electrician if I had not thoroughly inspected the issue myself! I may be female but I am an engineer myself as well.
He made me sign a contract totaling more than five hundred dollars - which I believed was the contract to fix the issue, a lot of money but I needed the things fixed and had already spent enough time on troubleshooting it myself. The guy then spent a few more minutes and gave me an estimate of five hundred dollars to complete the repair, consisting of connecting a the wires of a working outlet to a non working outlet. Totally baffled and unwilling to pay even more, I told him I needed to think about it. He left, did not clean up after himself, didn't call, nor did his company follow up.
I called another firm who did a proper assessment, and came back another day to fix the issue (took more than 2 hrs), all 3 outlets are now working. For less than the show-up fee of Dear.
