I needed to replace the kitchen oven range, and I was told by the former electrician that I needed to install a ground wire, and he couldn't do that job. I emailed 3 or 4 electricians with an inquiry. BT Solutions relied on me first, and Alex, an electrician at BT, came over the next day that I spoke with him on the phone. He looked at the outlet and told me that he could fix it right away. In an hour, the problem was fixed, and he introduced me to his business partner, Marcus, to remove the base platform and install the oven properly. I was expecting it to take much longer, such as a few weeks, but it happened in a week, and the price was good (less than $200/hour). Great services overall, prompt response, and high-quality job!
