We had used Eddie to fix up a washer dryer circuit and also an EV charger.He does a very quality job in the work he did and was very prompt in responding to our queries.

what is impressive is he stands by his work and when one of the breaker circuit unfortunately failed He quickly came by to have it fixed. And made sure it was working fine.

Before the job: Initial video call with estimate --- Clarifications via SMS --- Fix a date and time for the work.

Day of the job: Shows up on time, does a thorough inspection and discussion of the work items, goes out and purchases what's required.  --- Does not rush through the job, completes everything --- Goes above and beyond to ensure completeness --- Minimal cuts in drywall to hold electrical receptacles --- Thorough cleanup of area.

After the job: Follows up with a phone call after electrical inspection is complete.

That's 10/10 for customer service.

We started working with Eddie after we purchased a 75-year-old fixer-upper home and found out that our house was a hodgepodge of DIY shortcut work. Over the time we've been here, he has helped with numerous projects across our home, and we have found his work and dedication to be second to none.

As is probably the case with everyone, I hate spending money; but I hate even more having to redo work because it was done incorrectly. Eddie has always been fair and transparent on pricing. Furthermore, his work always speaks for itself - he only uses quality parts and puts in the work to ensure that things won't fail. Even on the small things, such as installing outlets, he uses a screwdriver to ensure that he doesn't strip screws or thread holes.

We have worked with Eddie on about 3-4 different projects throughout our home and will continue to work with him and refer him to our neighbors. If you are ever in a pinch and need quality work done quickly, Eddie is the person to go to. He has continued to help us work through an issue with our washing machine, never ghosting us or leaving us without help. He has come back a few times to follow up on issues (not related to his work) and to help us find a solution to our problem. He does incredibly fast work, is usually in and out of the house in under an hour (less if it's something simple like an outlet replacement). Aside from doing very high quality work, Eddie is also extremely considerate, clean, professional, and respectful in our home. He is very thoughtful about not leaving a mess and cleans up after himself after every job. I highly recommend Eddie for anything related to electrical work/installation/lighting/etc. For reference, Eddie installed a garage door opener for us including a new outlet in our garage, installed a new GFCI outlet and GFCI switch for our washing machine and diagnosed an issue with our electrical panel and one of the breakers, diagnosed an issue with our microwave, diagnosed an issue with a light and gave us the information we needed to replace it.
