Great service. John was quick to get back to me and schedule an appointment to come check out a sewer smell that was happening in my condo.  We decided to reset the toilet to see if that would fix it. I also wanted him to replace some old valves in my bathroom and kitchen. After the work, the smell has subsided and the new valves add peace of mind!  He charged me a very fair price and was incredibly easy to work with. He even let me tag along as he did his work and informed me on what he was dong. I'll definitely be calling John for any future plumbing needs,

I emailed a lot of different plumbers and Mike was so responsive and clear on pricing. He arrived exactly on time and you can tell he is very experienced. He was so meticulous on the job and even called to tell us vanity won't be flushed to wall because of the baseboards my husband put it. Everything looks so clean and perfect. Thank you so much Mike!! Above and Beyond, and thats exactly what all home owners want to hear when it comes to potentially pricey sewer and/or plumbing work.  But Wayne and Will at Emerald City Sewer not only solved our issue quickly and smoothly but I received extremely kind and clear communication throughout the process. Service was beyond excellent. We all cringe and clutch our wallets at the thought of needing plumbing work or when there is wind of sewage issues.  And sadly, in this COVID climate, we are expecting things to turn down a dark path however I am fortunate to have been able to reach out to a very local business...literally, down the street. Over the weekend, I began to notice a pungent smell in both bathrooms. So bad I had to turn on the vent fans and close the doors. I left a message on Sunday for Emerald City and received a message first thing from Wayne, letting me know that Will would be down to check out the problem for us later than morning.  I shared concerns about COVID safety measures being taken and he reassured me they are following all CDC recommendations and extra measures could be taken if needed.  All work was does quickly, Will kept me updated as to what we saw, what he believed to be the issue, reassured me that he could take care of the problem and shared pictures along the way. Super sweet guy. More than fair and reasonable price, which makes mama happy. : )

Had some  water leaking issues with the outside pipes just inside from the city's connect and needed to stop the water works fast. Called a couple of plumbing places with the big ads and they came out and gave some $$$$$$$ estimate just to dig it up and look at it so I sent them on their way. Then called Matt at Quality Plumbing and he did an amazing job, saved me a lot of cash, knew his stuff and did it efficiently. If the whole line goes I will totally call them again. It's really hard to find a good plumber that is knowledgeable and doesn't over charge so this was a real gem to find!

After a recent bad experience with Roto Rooter, I want to make sure to give a shout out to The Art of Plumbing.  I now appreciate his service SO much!  About a year ago, he came out to fix a leaky bathtub faucet that needed to be completely replaced.  

He was incredibly fast.  You can tell that he is really trying not to waste your per/hour spent.  He was very knowledgeable, and communicated very well, showing me the parts that were worn in the knob's mechanism and comparing it to the other knob for me.  He also fixed a sink drain plug that I couldn't figure out how to fix myself.  He just used the part that I had already bought and installed it for me.

He did both of these things in an hour and left everything beautiful and clean.

I'm almost afraid to post my good review because he is already in high demand. You might find that he books pretty far out in advance.  For my tiny job he was able to fit me in quick.

Professional, courteous, respectful, fair, honest, considerate, quality.

Called 2 Sons with a non-emegency plumbing issue. They scheduled Tommy to come by the next day (so fast!). He gave me options to fix my issues (ikea sink leaking and a long term low water pressure issue in shower), did the work super quickly and cleanly and explained everything to me clearly. This company will absolutely be my go-to when I have any other pluming needs! Thanks!!

I found him on craigslist.  He came on a Saturday and replaced pipes and installed a new dishwasher.  Very professional and friendly.  His pricing was the best we found and the work was great.  We will be using him again for more projects.  Highly recommended.

Since I haven't had to call a plumber before I was happy to do so when I saw their reviews. A-1 Plumbing gets 5 stars for multiple reasons. When I first noticed that my garbage disposal was getting bad I called them and they answered only after the second right late in the evening. They were professional and listened to my story with patience.
They also helped me get an appointment for the next day early in the morning before they started their other jobs.
Sean, the plumber who came out, texted me when he was 15 away. I liked this because they gave me an hour block of time the plumber could show up so I was more prepared to answer the door and for him to come when he texted that he was getting close.
They are honest in the way that the quote was almost exactly the same as they said over the phone. My price was only a few dollars more and it was for a small part but he told me ahead of time instead of just surprising me with the bill. Even if it was such a small amount I thought that was very trustworthy.
They run a very honest and forward company I would call them again for any other plumbing issues I had.

Last month I had Raymark Plumbing out for my annual root cleaning of my sewer pipe. I decided after the line was cleared of roots, I took them up on their offer to have the pipe videoed from my clean out to the sewer main. The sewer pipe was in lot worst condition than I had expected. Raymark was prompt and efficient to give me a bid to replace the sewer pipe with a method called pipe bursting. They said they wouldn't have to dig up my rockery or yard with this type of pipe install. The price for the work seemed reasonable compared to other bids I got in the past. I decided to have the work done by Raymark Plumbing. The crew came in on the day they said they would and finished the job on time. Minimal disruption of the yard and rockery. It was like they were never there! I highly recommend Raymark Plumbing and Sewer!

Collins Plumbing  crew is very disrespectfully dose not communicate with owners walks away while we are talking. Damage water heater and did not tell owners. Did not fully connect relief valve drain pipe. We are very unhappy with Collins Plumbing very unprofessional company and crew.

Roman was on time to the minute for my same-day appointment. Not only was he professional and kind (very good with my very shy 2-year old daughter), his rate was fair and he worked very quickly.

If you live in the Wallingford/Fremont area, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better plumber.

We were in a bind last week and Joe saved the day!!!  We needed a plumber to come to our Queen Anne home as Toilet was backed up.  He came over within an hour of the call.  

He was courteous friendly and super professional.  He not only solved the problem immediately he did not over charge us.  He was better then fair.  We call plumbers usually once or twice a year and no one has ever been as efficient and as nice as he was.

STELLAR customer service, efficiency, communication (which was so so awesome), problem-solving (which was even better than the communication), and workmanship. They were phenomenal. We had a drainage issue which was estimated to be $5,600 by a reputable local plumber whom I've used in the past. O'Neill came out and looked at the problem from all sides, and really took their time to figure out a creative, sensible, workable, and surprisingly affordable solution. My husband and I just called to schedule another job, and we're definitely going to use them for the repiping we have to do soon. Don't delay, folks -- this company rocks.

Fischer said they didn't give an estimate on small jobs, and I trusted them. As they were already at my home, I had them fix the toilets. Got the bill and they charged me $600 to replace fill valve flap on 2 toilets. If you need plumbing work, PLEASE DO NOT work with this company. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!

I booked an appointment for electrical work over a week ago.  They took the appointment, confirmed it and then today when they were supposed to be here I received a call saying they couldn't keep the appointment because I was outside of their service area.  Seriously?  They couldn't have known that when they accepted the work to begin with?

Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend them to anyone anywhere.  They are incompetent.

Our compressor has a small leak after only 4 short PNW summer usage years. A hot day making our inside temp 84 degrees. Coming from California and the AC running almost nonstop during the summer, this was a very upsetting call to make for such a short time. $1797 +tax for labor to replace it, 6 hours of work and still charged the $140 for the diagnostic call. $300/hr for labor only.

Initially I used them because they seemed thorough and a reasonable price when comparing to others in the neighborhood.

I'm not happy that my 4 year old compressor leak and even though it's still under warranty, I still have to pay for labor. It needs to be fixed, so I'll just pay it.

They were on time, did confirmation and follow up calls and were friendly.
