Best Plumbing Services in Washington
I wish I could recommend this company as there are some kind folks who work there. Unfortunately, the person who did our installation did not do a good job and did not clean up after the job was done. When he came out to fix the failed laminate, he apologized for not cleaning up after himself. But then when he was done, he asked me if he'd cleaned to my satisfaction -- and argued with me when I pointed out the adhesive he'd dropped on the tub. He then accused somebody (i.e., my husband or me) of sabotaging his original work.
The work involved removing ceramic tile. Not cleaning up meant that there were shards of ceramic left throughout our bathroom, foyer, and down the hall of my building. This was a safety hazard. Since the mess followed him out to the parking lot, I had to clean after him so that it did not cause injury to my neighbors or result in me getting a fine from my homeowner's association.
While the product itself has been fixed and looks fine, I did not appreciate having to clean up after the worker or dealing with his unprofessional interactions--especially since I'd expressed reservations about having the same person come back to repair.
I shared my concerns about the second visit and asked for consideration of my time in the final bill on 4/9/18. Shelley at TubCove agreed the behavior was unacceptable and that she would forward my concerns to the company owner in Arizona. I have yet to receive a response but will update this review should I hear back.
UPDATED: I changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars. TubCove's owner called me to apologize for the service we received from the installer. During our conversation, he said they talked with the installer who admitted to skipping a critical step in the installation, which resulted in the failure of the product. They refunded me $150.

Raman was responsive and was easy to schedule an appointment. After he was here, he was prompt and efficient with getting the work done. He was mindful of wearing shoe cover when he was inside the house. I had a single piece toilet replaced which I had bought through Amazon. I would highly recommend him again!

The whole process, from requesting a quote to installation was a breeze. I needed my water heater replaced and the technician arrived promptly on time and completed the installation without any issues. I am very happy with the work and would not hesitate to call them again for any future

I highly recommend The Drain Doctors. They are reasonably priced and go above and beyond. I had a very nice conversation with Bob who grew up in this business. I like the idea of supporting a family business that is local. Plus they take credit cards which is a plus since no one plans for plumbing emergencies. If you are in need of a plumber, call The Drain Doctors.

These guys replaced our 100plus year old sewer, I can't say enough about them. They were hardworking, super nice, and did a wonderful job
I highly recommend them.

I called Reel Rooter yesterday, based on the previous review. Owner/operator Steve came exactly on time this morning, got right to work and solved my clogged basement drain problem, cleared out another drain that he noticed was sluggish, washed down the rather mucky concrete floor, and gave me some tips on keeping sludge buildup down in the future. A professional job, done with friendly and professional demeanor. 100% satisfaction = five stars.

I cannot say enough good things about Ben and his company. We were on a crazy timeline and needed quite a bit done in our kitchen before drywall could go in. Ben gave us a fair quote and fit us in to his already jampacked schedule. We actually got many compliments on how great the plumbing looked from other contractors. They did a fantastic job and were always available to address any questions we had about the process. Ben gives great advice and made us feel like we had his undivided attention. You will absolutely love working with him and the team, no question!

We had a great experience. A water filter below our house burst late Friday night. I called them first thing Saturday morning. The plumber drove over within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, and made the repair. He was done by 9AM, and all for a very affordable price. These guys are great and I highly recommend them. (Oh, and we have a newborn too.)

Recently purchased a home with a reoccurring sewer problem. I had another local plumber come by to snake the thing out and about a month later the thing backed up again.
This time, I called the plumber with the guy waving to you on the back of a bus to come out and take a peak. They started giving me quotes about $4000 to dig up my back yard and replace my sewer drain line. My wife sent them packing.
Slightly dismayed and fearful, I called Don up on chance after reading his Yelp reviews. I called and talked to Don directly, not some receptionist or desk jockey. I told him my situation. He told me he would be out to take a look at it the next day.
That afternoon I found myself in my back yard digging up the line. About 2:30 Don calls me up and says he is done with his job early. He told me he'll be by to take a look.
About a half hour later, Don pulls up with his son Chris, who is his apprentice. Chris and Don hop out with a shovels in hand and start digging as well. An hour later we uncover the problem. Broken sewer drain. Don runs down to the hardware store (while Chris uncovers the rest of the pipe) - grabs the necessary parts and has my sewer pipe working by 6:30 that night.
Don, Chris and I discussed what happened in detail while digging and looking at the problem. They quickly identified what was going on and gave me educated answers and sound advice.
The price was more than reasonable. Believe me, I shop around. Just think of much, much less than the $4000 for the waving guy.
They came back the next day and buttoned everything up very nicely. Even put a clean out where it comes out of the house so we don't have to lift the toilet off to snake it again.
Wife is happy. I was happy. Don and Chris were happy. Guy with the waving hand - not so happy.

Nate is an honest guy who charges a reasonable rate for solid work. He is dependable and because of our positive experiences with him, he is now our go-to guy for heating and plumbing work. I also like that he tries to find solutions that help us save money.

Sharif and his team were excellent in our sewer work repair. I felt they were very honest and did great work. I received bids from other companies that were $10,000 more and suggested work that did not need to be done. They went above and beyond the call of duty, helping us with some other plumbing issues at no cost. They were recommended by a friend who also had a good experience. I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing!

These guys are the best. They'll always do their best to fit you in and give a fair price. Their work has been very reliable. They've had to come for different issues and do an excellent job with repairs. Considering hiring them for a bigger job because they are so great!

Just had Steve out to repair my non-working well pump. He quickly trouble shot and located the issue. Fast, friendly and quality work. Highly recommend Steve's.

Had a fantastic experience with Bees Plumbing. Called Friday to fix a leak on stop valve behind fridge, they had someone out on Sunday. Even called me to make sure the schedule would work before they booked the time because it wasn't at my preferred time block. Very professional from start to finish, sent a photo of plumber and a bio to alert me who was coming. Very knowledgeable and experienced tradesman (Garry) showed up who genuinely wanted to help. I would not hesitate to call them again if I ever needed a plumber. If you are scrolling through countless reviews and calling around for estimates like I did before making your decision about who to call, add these guys to the top of your list. Fair prices, qualified and vey efficient technicians. You are welcome.

My water heater stopped working (essentially the pilot light won't stay on). The issue is likely with the thermocouple OR the gas valve.
I had called Bel-Red Heating and Cooling to have someone come and look at it on Friday. They said they didn't have availability until Monday, but there sister compony Fox Plumbing Heating and Cooling might have availability. Bel-Red helped me setup the appointment and they told me that the diagnosis fee will be $135 (for Fox Plumbing)
Problem #1 (miscommunication): Diagnosis Fee v/s Dispatch Fee - When Fox arrived at my home, they told me that $135 is a dispatch fee and that includes the cost of them coming to my home and then they will charge in hour increments until they can figure out what is wrong. So technically, it would actually cost a lot more to actually diagnose the issue.
Problem #2 (routing to a more inferior service provider) : Fox is clearly a more inferior service provider that Bel-Red. I had a terrible experience with Fox where they were not able to even conclusive diagnose what was going wrong and i simplify didn't have the confidence that the technician sent to my home will be able to fix it. So basically i lost my $135 fee and no progress on my heater.
This review is for Bel-Red, because they routed me to Fox Plumbing, and this is a trust-buster for customers who called Bel-Red to get service because of Bel-Red better brand/service, but due to Bel-Red ended up being setup for a same day appt. with Fox which has a terrible reputations/ratings.

I had a stubborn bathroom sink that I tried to fix myself with the do-it-yourself kit and a few bottles of drano. Todd showed up at 8pm no less, and got it done in no time at all and made it look easy. Thanks!
