Best Plumbing Services in Washington
I am writing to express my appreciation and satisfaction for the terrific job Mainline Plumbing did for me and would enthusiastically recommend them to friends and family.
Professional, efficient and reasonable-this is what I look for whenever I hire a needed home service expert and Mainline Plumbing delivered!
Called Monday morning, earliest appt next day with 8am-10am window. Tues received call from Michael, he was 20 min out, arrived promptly at 930am. Michael greeted me professionally and wore mask, shoe coverings. I had booked job for blocked sewer drain in basement, but when Michael arrived, I told him I also had an issue with no hot water to kitchen fawcet. He got right to work. After an hour and a half, he had completed both the sewer drain and the kitchen sink. He then went through each item on the bill, snaking drain, camera, flushing-for a homeowner of 25 yrs, I thought the bill was very reasonable.
Michael was professional, friendly, courteous. I mentioned that the company should invest in having some kitchen magnets made with their company name/number as friends and family always call each other trying to remember who was a good, experienced tradesman they would recommend; well Michael and Mainline Plumbing absolutely fit that bill!
Thanks Michael, I'll be sure to use you guys again!

Kevin was very professional and obviously very knowledgeable in .finding water leaks. He was easy to get a hold of and we were able to get an appointment quickly with him. He arrived on time and got straight to work finding our water leak which turned out to be a very quick process. He clearly knew Plumbing and gave lots of good recommendations to us which were helpful. I would say if you have a water leak and you're not sure where it's that don't call a plumber call Kevin he will find it for you and make sure you get the repairs you're supposed to get and not extra things done. We hired a plumber to find our leak and it cost us almost $1000 without any results before we called Leakmasters. Highly recommended!!

Working with Akers was fantastic from start to finish. I needed a new PEX/Copper line ran to my house to replace an old galvanized line that was not providing enough volume to my older craftsman home. I had Andy out for the initial walk through, he took his time to look at each component of the job and was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with and laid out a very straightforward and detailed plan. Although their bid was the higher of a few I had received, after meeting with Andy and communicating with Traci their office manager I felt like they would do the best job.
And I am happy to say they were amazing to work with and worth the extra cost, upon arrival Ryan, their foreman was personable, informative and very clear on the process and plan for the installation. And after looking at the house and line actually recommended a cheaper materials option than the one originally planned and assured me I would be happy with the end product. The fact that he took the time to truly assess the situation and provide his honest opinion goes a long way with me and shows that these guys care about doing the right thing and not trying to just maximize profits. Ryan also took the time to add on an updated shutoff at the meter which he did not have to do and went above and beyond my expectation and now allows us to shutoff our water at the meter with out a special tool for our old spike setup from the city.
Ryan also took the time to let me take pictures and videos of the trenchless tools as well as explain each facet of the operation and exactly why and what they were doing at each stage of the process.
The majority of the work was done in a day and when completed I couldn't be happier with the final product and what a big difference it has made for our water volume needs. Traci, their office manager was great to work with and handles all billing and scheduling as well. Like all these other amazing reviews I could not recommend Akers more for any outdoor water line needs you may have for your home. A truly impressive operation.

I've had Perez plumbing out to my house a couple of times. Tried other plumbers and they charge so much more than Perez. These guys will be my go-to guys from now on.
They're always professional and friendly. Work fast and actually seem to care about their customers.
They also provide good advice on maintaining your systems so you can do some things yourself.
This is their latest work for me. I had the shower fixture in my house leaking. In looking it over I found that the cartridge was leaking (normally an easy replacement) but looking closer I saw that the housing itself had cracked. Uh oh. Well they did a great job. Two hours. New fixture. Cost was $750. Again a very reasonable price for the job done.

After calling a dozen or so different plumbers to have my backflow assembly tested (an annual requirement in my city) I was incredibly frustrated. Several people I called did not know why I would even need my bacfklow assembly tested (for a sprinkler system) I pretty much gave up after one person quoted me the same price it was to get the backflow assemply installed!!! After all of that I called DB Plumbing.
The person I spoke with knew exactly what I needed. He communicated when he would be arriving to do the inspection and sent the necessary reports over to City permit people and provided me with an electronic invoice/recepit the day after service was provided. Everything went super smoothly!!
If you need your backflow assembly tested, call this place first!

I've referred Sewer Friendly to many of my clients, as I work in Real Estate, they always provide good value quotes and great service. I just finally got around to replacing my sewer at my own home, and of course I called Sewer Friendly. Mike came out for a quote quickly, you can tell he is an honest guy and a straight shooter. The company staff were very responsive and the guys who installed the new sewer did a great job and were really polite. 2 days later I have peace of mind with a new sewer through Pipe Bursting! I will definitely keep sending clients to Sewer Friendly after working with them personally.

I met Keith Larson through a friend. His response time is unmatched in the busy trades. Super friendly, very fairly priced and efficient with his time. I can't say enough good things about his excellent customer service and thoughtful organized work.

Gimme a break, just paid $483. to these robbers to install a $16 part. It took the guy 5 minutes to install. granted he ran down to Home Depot to get the part which is just down the hill.
The whole deal took 40 minutes. $483 for 40 minutes? I call that flat out DISHONEST. Making a living is one thing, but ripping people off ..BECAUSE YOU CAN..... is another.
Don't walk........RUN...... from these crooks.

Solid work, gives me all the options as far as pricing, don't feel like he's ripping me off. He can be a bit gruff, but I guess that's what happens when you crawl around in other people's muck all day.

Really appreciate Thomas and his honesty and his willingness to assist us in our leak as soon as he could - It's not always easy to find amazing people, but you don't need to look any further - If I ever have an issue arise in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call them back to help us out - I would have given more than 5 stars if that was an option!!!

Nicholas came out to our house today for a small project. He was on time, very kind, professional, and wearing a mask. He was in and out in under an hour, and we couldn't be happier with our new faucet and soap dispenser. Will definitely recommend Pristine Plumbing to anyone who needs work done! Thank you!!

We had a very old but functional water heater in an extremely tight spot that needed replacing before our baby arrives. I'm 9 months pregnant and two brothers were extremely professional and responsive! Originally tried to go through Home Depot and after multiple no shows/rescheduling we were so glad we went a different route. Two brothers got the job done in just over and hour and charged way less! So glad we went with them!

My kitchen sink was reduced to a trickle, and that really is unbearable. Called Simple Plumber, and was lucky to have Joe be available the next morning. He was prompt, clean, and ready to go to work. Sussed the problem quickly (loose impediments due to a water heater exchange a few months earlier), cleared the issue and flushed the hoses. Things couldn't be better.
Certainly will look to use Joe again, as I need a few more small jobs done in the near future.

Kurt was incredibly helpful and patient trying to figure out the root of the problem. I called at noon and he was here at 2:30, couldn't have asked for a better experience.
