Deric and Kerry are very reliable, responsive and knowledgeable. I had received multiple estimates for plumbing work in my laundry area and no other company provide a clear cut vision of the work that was required. They arrived when they said they would and repaired our plumbing in a matter of hours. They also assisted us with our dishwasher and installed our gas cooktop. Will definitely have them out again once the need arises.

I concur- Deb is great!  We have an old house too, and she is very conscientious about fixing what needs to be fixed, and leaving well enough alone.  I am happy to have found her and will trust our plumbing to her for years to come.

It is so nice to deal with a professional and competent plumbing service. we had used a service that in the past was ok (Lake City Plumbing) but has failed us twice already. Just a simple drain clog which 2 weeks later clogged again. A friend recommended Paris, who scheduled us nicely and fixed the drain while replacing a part that was totally bypassed by the other plumber. We have had no problems. The technician (JRP) is highly recommended.

This company is top notch! Andy is reliable, professional and skilled. I trust him in our home, with our home and know he will fix the issue and take care of us. I wish the world was full of consciousness and reliable pros like him. Highly recommend!

I called on Monday, May 21 and had an appointment set for Wednesday, May 23 at 5:30 to replace two toliets. I received a call around 1:00 on Wednesday to remind me of the appointment, a message was left as I was working.
At 5:10, they called and I was driving home to meet them so I didn't pick up the call. They left a message saying that they wanted to send the plumber over now.
At 5:40 no one came so I called the company to see if he got lost and I was told they sent the plumber to someone else house. I asked why??? she just said that it happens sometimes. Are you kidding me??? I had to get off work early to meet the plumber and he didn't even show up!!!
I asked why they left a message saying they were on their way, and she said they were going to be, but it got changed. Why????????????
She said she could reschedule it if I want!!
Don't call this company...they are not dependable!!!!

Outstanding service. Caleb, our technician was as good as it gets. He gave us a heads up call prior to his arrival and arrived exactly within the time he stated. As a first time homeowner in a development, I did not know where the city valve to shut off our water was located, but with his help was able to locate it (several yards away in a place I would have never thought to look). I was amazed at how quickly he completed the two repairs: bathroom sink hot water handle that leaked when open as well as the tub faucet that perpetually dripped. He even alerted us to the type of piping used in our home currently that could become a problem in the future. Finally, he offered us his personal cell to call with questions anytime and offered to walk us through minor repairs/diagnostics over the phone. Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and willing to help personally...can't ask for anything more. I know who my go-to guy is for plumbing.

Hudy Plumbing has been great!

We recently bought a house here in Monroe, and have had two separate plumbing issues. The first was fairly urgent - a leak which began to ruin our downstairs ceiling. I called a few different plumbers, none could get to us that day. Then I called Hudy, who could have a man out to our house within a couple hours.

Isaac Hudy (the son in a father/son business, it seems) arrived on time. He was proactive, pleasant, and professional. He knew the neighborhood well, having worked in a few houses nearby. So he had a great sense of situational awareness; he knew a lot about how the original construction plumbers had (and had not) done their jobs. He quickly located and fixed the problem, at a reasonable price.

This left a hole in our ceiling - the next day they sent their handyman, Ralph, to patch the hole. Ralph was also on time, and he did an impressive job. He did need to come back the next day complete the job, because patching walls requires drying time. Once it was sanded, it looked great.

At a later date I asked Hudy to replace some piping in the house. Isaac came back and quoted the job price. I agreed and he began work the next day. There was a complication in getting access to the desired location, which ate up an extra 1.5 hours of Isaac's time. He did NOT add this to our bill, but stuck to his quoted price. He stayed positive and upbeat the whole time.

In both cases, the folks from Hudy did quality work and cleaned up their messes.

I hope I don't have any other plumbing issues. But if I do, I'll call Hudy.

I needed to replace old water heater with the new one that I already provided. I placed request on homeadvisor.com and I got the calls from different companies. Knockout Plumbing was the first one to call and offer a good service at reasonable price. They provided an estimate cost over the phone without coming to my place. On Monday morning my old water heater was replaced with the new one by Grant. He came on time and did a wonderful job with the installation. I'm very happy with results and would recommend him to anyone having water heater problems. I had a very positive experience working with Knockout Plumbing. Awesome customer service and quality job.

Dan came out quickly and fixed the leak from our upstairs bathroom pipes. Also helped install new toilets and a tub. Not only did he do a great job, but he shared a lot of information and was very personable.

Terry came out and installed a toilet and helped us with some kitchen plumbing work.  He was kind and honest, and we found his prices were straight-forward and surprisingly reasonable.  (First time I've ever gotten a plumbing bill and was surprised in a good way!)  I would certainly hire them again; in fact I plan to in the future.

Ross solved my sewer problem through a phone call and told me what to do! It worked! Thanks!

Marcus and Crystal were so great to work with! I discovered a possible leak in my garage one morning, and I called around to a few other plumbing services before finding them. Everyone else was booked a few weeks out, so when I finally found these two, they were ready to roll out and come by the same day! Life savers for sure.

When they arrived, Marcus got right to work. He was very polite, personable, and knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell his service to me, and was all about finding the best, most cost-effective solution to my problem--definitely not trying to make the most money out of this visit (which I was worried about).

Marcus and Crystal are honest people, and really took care of me and even took their time to find the cause of my problem without jumping into the most obvious and costly services first. It ended up not being anything major at all--it was just a loose connection in my laundry room!

If I could give Robert at Merit Plumbing 10 stars, I would.   He completed two major projects for us.  We had standing water in our crawl space and flooding in our goat barn.  Robert assessed the drainage issues and explained the problems we were having.  He designed and installed a sump pump in our crawl space and a massive french drain in and around our livestock area.  Robert completed these jobs when he said he would in a clean, professional manner.  And to top this off, he followed up at a later date to see how our systems were functioning.   We are very, very pleased to say the least.  Merit Plumbing has our business from now on.  Ten stars!

We had a drain problem and called our property management to inform them and they sent Greenlake Sewer and Drain the next day.  Chuck came early, was very professional, had a great sense of humor, and did an outstanding job of fixing our problem.  His services were less expensive then what we have paid for in the past with other companies, I highly recommend this company.

No Worries Septic just completed some work replacing the main line from the house to the septic tank and also replaced the UV bulb that wasn't working. They were extremely easy to work with throughout the entire process. They came out to provide an estimate, which was very competitive, and completed the work just a few days later.  Their crew was on time, very courteous, provided periodic updates and answered all of my questions. I wish all companies were run with this level of customer service.  I will definitely be using No Worries for all of my future septic system needs.

Perfecto! Could not be happier. We were shocked late Thursday evening to find brown water backed up in the basement of our 1928 Wallingford home. The main drain leading out was plugged! I called somebody on Friday morning highly recommended on yelp, but they couldn't get anybody out for a week and referred me to Fritz. I left a message at 7 AM and got a callback about 30 minutes later. They got somebody scheduled to come here at four, but then I got a call back saying they had had a cancellation and could be here at noon. I was met here by a knowledgeable and professional young Mexican guy and his apprentice of same demographic. They snaked out my drain for 150 bucks, told me how to prevent future problems and got the problem completely solved with absolutely no up-selling and trying to make a simple job into a 30,000 buck job. Five star plus service and result.

We began installing a new bathroom floor in our nonprofit martial arts studio only to find that not only was the existing toilet not bolted to the floor, but it didn't even have a flange installed--it was just precariously sat on stacked wax rings.

We went to Yelp to get a few quotes for installing a new flange into the concrete floor (as we didn't own a hammer drill and also didn't want to take the risk of damaging the sewer line in this older building) and reseating our existing toilet. Queen Plumbing responded promptly (on a Sunday!) with a very reasonable quote range (as opposed to just call us to schedule a service call so we can come give you a quote like many other businesses), and asked some follow-up questions about the project which showed that they actually took the time to read the project request. The owner, Steve, requested we call to discuss the project and scheduling, and was very helpful in answering our questions about what would move the quote between the higher and lower ranges. We scheduled for the following week and he said that our plumber, Travis, would call the night before to confirm.  

Travis called the night before in order to confirm as stated, and arrived on-time the following morning. He made relatively short work of getting the new flange on and toilet reseated, and was kind enough to chat and share some fun plumbing stories while he worked. The toilet works flawlessly, and we feel great knowing that the flange was installed correctly and with minimal risk to the old line.

Queen Plumbing was professional and pleasant from start to finish. If we have any other plumbing issues, we know exactly who we'll be calling.
