These guys showed up quickly. Two plumbers both very young were very professional, nice people and resolved two problems, sink piping and toilet repair efficiently. They wasted no time and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great work! I would definitely use them again.

I purchased a gas heater that I needed installed, so I called Ally Heating and Air Conditioning.  I am able to do many house projects myself, but I don't mess with gas.  Also, I value having an expert in each area whom I can call when I need someone to help with a project that I'm not comfortable doing myself.  James from Ally is definitely an expert.  Ally called me the day prior to re-confirm the appointment time, and James showed up right on time the next day.  I really appreciate this because I'm busy, too.  
When people work on my house, I often watch and learn.  James had the same attention to detail on my house that I have.  He made sure everything was exactly right and the heater worked perfectly before he left.  He cleaned up after himself and made sure the area was spotless.  I will definitely be calling Ally when I need more HVAC work done.  As a homeowner, it's a relief to know someone who is a pro in this area.

Brandon and an apprentice (sorry....forgot your name), came out to do multiple projects.  They were amazing!  They managed to fix a hose bib, install a new hose bib, diagnose a bad toilet,  move a drain and reroute a pipe that was in the way, install a new drainage line for an old failed french drain in our driveway, and reroute a problem pipe in the wall.  In addition to this, Brandon gave me several very helpful tips for proceeding with my mostly DIY bathroom remodel.  I will absolutely be calling Bellevue Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.  Highly recommended!

If you have an emergency call these guys. Got an honest no bull*** estimate, the truth on when they could be out. The crew was 30 min early and got the job done. Nice to work with an honest company !

Having a plumbing emergency is never fun. From the first phone call (both times we had an emergency), to the timely response, the team at Taylor's Plumbing Solutions were kind, courteous and helpful. They were able to get us in same day (or the next day) and kept us in the loop on when they would arrive.

First issue was a clogged toilet that as a new, sleep deprived mom, could not fix myself, no matter what I tried. I felt so stupid for something so small, but not once did I feel judged or made to feel incompetent. The second time was for a sump pump issue which was fixed in no time at all!

Family owned and operated and local to Lake Stevens, I would recommend Taylor's Plumbing Solutions to all of my friends and family. Their pricing is a great value, and they don't try to upsell anything. You can tell the whole team is knowledgeable and they enjoy their jobs. 10/10 highly recommend!

We had a major plumbing problem right before leaving town on a scheduled vacation and Shane saved us from the brink of disaster in the nick of time.  He responded quickly and agreed to come out on a weekend at no extra cost whereas other companies were charging a weekend dispatch fee.  Our problem was fairly complex and Shane did an excellent job of walking us through the diagnosis and repair, explaining each step of the process, and helping us make educated decisions about how to best address the root issue.   His prices were very fair and agreed upon upfront.  On top of that, Shane had a great personality.  He was friendly, upbeat, and incredibly easy to work with.  I really appreciated the fact that his company is individually owned.  He provided very personalized service and obviously values trust and communication with his clients.  I highly recommend Shane for any plumbing needs!

Hans was fantastic when he helped me when I ran into trouble with plumbing during a kitchen remodel - he was on time and very fast getting the job done.    Estimate and actual cost were right on the dot.  Very very professional.  He even walked me through disassembing a dishwasher and gave me tips on what items I should buy when installing the new one.  Would definitely recommend him and would use his services again.

I called on a Friday morning, Sam came in the same day at 10 AM and our kitchen sink plumbing problem was fixed by 11 AM the same day!  Couldn't have asked for  quicker or better service really.   HIghly recommended.

We had a serious plumbing issue at our bar in Ballard and on a recommendation from an installer friend I called pioneer after normal business hours, I was prompted to call an emergency number and got directed to Stephen the owners son, he was out here within 5 minutes and got everything cleared up within a couple of hours. Easily the best experience I've had with a plumber who does drain service

We had a small leak in the water line service to our house that ran 24/7 for about a year that we could not find.
Mike is an expert in his service, and systematically tracked it down using the most advanced technology available. The plumber dug down 4 feet right below the big X Mike had marked, and there it was, exactly as detected. Mike explained the process every step of the way and is great to work with. When he located the leak using helium in the line he let me listen with headphones. He is a relentless problem solver employing many different techniques depending on the situation. Amazing. Mike is a real gentleman, he came early to set up and wasted no time getting the job done.

As a long time Seattle Realtor, I have always been in situations with having to find a good contractor in a timely manner.  Some are just too busy on big projects, or don't have enough staff to support the residential customers, or are booked out several weeks.  Just recently, I happened to contact over 20 companies, for an emergency heating/ductwork issue that seemed to involve the roof on a townhome, that came up just two days before closing!   All of these 20 companies I called refused to come out and diagnose/repair the work when I told them it was a townhome, or said they couldn't come out for 4-6 weeks. Some said they would not be willing to go up on the roof, even with permission from the HOA.  After calling all these companies, only Seatown was willing to come out, within a day or two of my initial contact, and they performed their initial diagnostic/quote, and then performed the work in just a few days.  It saved the closing, so that we could close only a few days late, and the buyer had a home that was professionally repaired before he purchased.  And I had a new contractor to add to my database of reputable contractors!  Thank you Cody and Seatown.

We had a great experience with them. Very friendly staff- Billy and Chad came out to our place and we're knowledgeable and kind. (I think my four year old thought they were here to play with her, as they put us both at ease with their rapport.)

Preston is such a great guy!  He was quick to step to the plate with a plumbing emergency and corrected in less than 20 minutes.  Not only is he awesome at his trade, but he has manners as well, and refused to wear his shoes in my house.  A true lifesaver, this guy is, and if you need a plumber, Preston is the right guy for the job!

We had a few unusual plumbing jobs where we needed professional help (one with water lines, one with gas lines).  Marcy (scheduling) and Devin (plumber) were awesome from start to finish.  They were nice, easy to work with, and did awesome work.  Devin went above and beyond on both jobs.  Never thought I'd rave about a plumber, but these guys were awesome!

We had water leaking from our upstairs bathroom into our downstairs when we ran the shower. Joe was able to come out quickly (the day after we called). The fix ended up being cheaper/quicker than he estimated. Him and his crew were nice, and respectful of our home (removing shoes, etc.).

Communication: Joe answered all of our questions (I had a lot), and seemed to be very knowledgeable. I requested a text/call before they came over, which did not happen, but they came within the scheduled window of time.

Cost: I'm not sure how his pricing for emergency work compares to other plumbers, but the quote he gave us for a new water heater installation was fairly comparable to the other estimates that we got.

Five stars. We will contact Joe for our future plumbing projects.

We needed some plumbing done on a bathroom remodel. Adam came out and got it done quickly and efficiently. Cost was fair and work was quality. Easy scheduling and great communication. Would use again for sure.

Sorry to say this, but it looks like they will be closing soon. Roger the super helpful office guy has retired. They won't be replacing him. Last week they locked the store doors. No more service for walk in customers. I'm guessing  the next step will be, closed for good. They were a fixture we could rely on for many years. Sad to see them go.
