Lance was AMAZING and KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I was in a bind when Best Buy delivered my washer and dryer and they told me they couldn't complete the job because the water drain line needs to be opened for them to thread the washer line down. I didn't know what they were talking about. They told me they couldn't do it because they didn't want to be responsible for any damage. And I needed to use my washer today. I searched several plumbers and a majority of them were closed on Sundays, one was closed for the holidays per their answering service and one other one said they would get back to me but they never did.

I continued my search and called Lance. He texted me back right away and was extremely responsive, was able to accommodate a same day appointment and he fixed not only accessing the washer water drain line but he connected my washer, and also helped me find out what was wrong with my dishwasher (cycle would run but no water) and my sink disposal (builders had somehow let rocks get in there). His service fee was very reasonable especially for a same day appointment which I was extremely grateful for.

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

I had a front lawn leak, I called another plumbing company, they made me wait a week before they would come out, and when they did  they told me there was nothing they could do, complete waste of my time.

Later I found Cooper Plumbing and the same day Jeremiah and one of his associates came out and took care of my leak right then and there. You don't get any better than this. If you value your time call Cooper Plumbing.

I never used these guys but I still think they deserve 5 stars! My shower drain was clothed for three days and I kept pouring chemicals down my drain and it did not work. I called H-Town desperately and they were kind and able to book me an appointment within an hour. Ironically the chemicals worked the very time the tech was on his way to my house and I had to call and cancel. I offered to pay cancellation fee but they were sweet and understanding even though I canceled last minute on them. For future plumbing needs, I will definitely call these guys with any issues.

Johnny is awesome.  We had a malfunctioning hot water heater at 6am.  Contacted him by Yelp and he offered to come by the same day at 12.  He offered several solutions and managed to get us back with hot water in time for evening showers.  Professional all the way.  We would recommend.

I appreciate your guy Jose showing up an hour late for his appt, not bothering to call to say he was running late, wasting our time essentially. We were charged $120 for literally 10 minutes worth of work to unclog our upstairs bathroom with a snake is utterly absurd. I would understand if it was considered an emergency visit, charging extra but this appt was set up days in advance. Will definitely be shopping around for other plumbers in the future

I was very appreciative of their professionalism and courtesy. Respectful. Thanked me numerous times for allowing them to come in to my home. They were very fair with their pricing made appropriate recommendations that were even less than the option I was considering. Their overall concern was with building a long-term relationship versus making a quick buck!

I have used them twice one at home and one for business. The first visit was at my home  which went great. Good service reasonable price. The tech was awesome.

So after first experience when we had a issue with our hot water heater at work I immediately thought joe the plumber. Everything was great made call hour  later come out tech. Not same as my house, he was totally  rude and gave outrageous prices. He continued to tell me it would just cost little bit more to replace unit. The unit was just over year old. I call manufacturer and we were just out of warranty due to use in commercial setting. The went to tell me all parts that would need replaced would be no more than $50 for all. He was trying to take total advantage of me. Im a small business owner and every penny really matters. After finding out actual price i called office to discuss why such high quote and was told tech would call me back. Upon his call he was extremely rude and basically told me to call some other plumber to do the work. I was in total shock. So that's what i did I called a different plumber who got job done asap for only $185. They provided great service and great price. I hope they fix the techs attitude cause he will continue to lose them quality customers. I will not go back again.

I called Nick's to install a water line for a refrigerator. On the day of service, I saw him drive by looking so I stepped out front to flag him down.I  don't know why that made him so upset, but I heard him say I see you 'expletives deleted', hold on. Needless to say, I told him to leave in the same way and called Nick's to express my anger. They sent another tech who attempted to be nicer to the point of being obsequious, but then proceeded to quote a price of $575 for a job other plumbers would charge less than $200. In fact, I called someone else and they did it with parts for $165. Needless to say, Nick's is through in my book.
