Alfanso is who came out (owner) and is super respectful and really a great plumber.
He recently got me out of a huge bind during the Christmas Holidays he came out and worked on our busted pipes and had us up and going.
I Highly Recommend him for all plumbing needs.
Can't leave out one big thing that does it for me is that his Truck, his equipment his attire is super Clean! He always wears covers over his shoes when he comes in your home which is a big deal for me. It lets me know what kind of a person he is. It usually goes hand is hand with his work ethics. Definitely a number to have on speed dial if ever in a tight spot.

Paul and his team have been prompt, professional and fair in their pricing. As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, I group plumbers with auto mechanics... ripe territory to get services I don't need for outrageous prices. Having recently purchased my first home, I went with this company bc a trusted friend referred me to them. I have been pleasantly surprised at their quality work at reasonable prices. They came to my rescue at a moments notice after I thought paying a handy guy to install my kitchen faucet for $40 would be a deal. Don't do that! Lesson learned. Thank you for fixing my mess! Customer for life.

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

We were beyond happy with our service from H-Town plumbers. They responded almost immediately when we messaged them after hours to schedule a visit for the next day. And when our technician Alex arrived the next morning, he was on time and very polite and professional.

He helped fix our clogged kitchen drainage system, and he did a thorough evaluation of our entire drainage line from our 2nd Floor island kitchen down to the drain catch in our first floor garage. Overall, he was in and out in an hour and a half, and he made sure to keep our kitchen as clean as possible while he worked, and he wore foot covers any time he was inside the house (so A+ for cleanliness!)

I can't say enough how great Alex was! Hopefully we won't need to call a plumber again, but if we ever do, we will definitely call H-Town Emergency Plumbers!

Get it Done did our repipe last spring. We'd only been in our house for about nine months when water started pouring out of the utility room ceiling. Since our house was old, and we knew the repipe was an eventuality, we decided to go ahead and do the whole house. We got a few quotes from different companies, but Get it Done had the best price, could start quickly and included all the sheetrock work and painting.

Fast forward to the great freeze of 2018 and after last nights' cold snap we ended up with frozen pipes despite our best effort of wrapping. Once it thawed, we checked for leaks and sure enough one of the exterior pipes had cracked.

We called them around 6, they came by about an hour and a half later (understandable given call volume) and we were fixed up by 9 PM. They even ran out to Home Depot to get the right part to get us sorted.

I'm really happy with the original repipe, and the continued high level of service. I'm glad we found them and can continue to rely on them for our house plumbing needs.

Spent 20 minutes with a drain snake on a drill for a charge of $350! I've heard about zip code pricing but that's ridiculous!

I have used this company for years. Have always been satisfied. They even replumbed our home and have worked on our rentals. We have had a leak for a couple months and it had gotten worse. I call them and they sent out a tech same day.in an attempt to isolate the leak he turned off main valve to house. Then advised me that wasn't main valve. HE SPENT THE NEXT 1.5 HRS looking for a way to shut it off only to tell me it was that valve after all they just didn't let the lines run long enough to see that. Then they left and said they would need to reschedule. I just got my bill for 275.00 which I paid because Fran was quiet indignant, stating I was just trying to get out of my bill, which was not the case! I would think any plumber should know you have to bleed out lines before water stops running. Anyway, buyer be ware. I'm finding a new plumber since I paid 275.00 and know know what should have been discovered in 15 minutes. Fran is rude, maybe its time she finds a new job, she obviously doesnt care about customers.

They were quick and cost effective plus on time, professional & good communication.  Not sure what else needs to be said?  I strongly recommend & will use them again!

I recently had Loyalty Plumbing replace my garbage disposal in my sink. Bryan, Antonio, and Khan were all professional, quickly removed and replaced the unit in a timely manner, and even gave me maintenance tips. In and out within 20 minutes, certainly appreciated the work and service they provided.

AWESOME service after 2021 winter storm in Houston.  Repairman named Eric came and found and repaired our busted pipes.  Had to cut a hole in ceiling over bathtub and bathtub was overflowing with insulation and sheetrock as he worked.  I was so shocked and surprised when I went in later to see the bathtub clean enough to draw a bath in- literally not a trace of the mess.  He was polite, meticulous and, most importantly, efficient and good at his job.  I could not possibly be more pleased with Nick's and I will recommend them to others and use them going forward
