Responsive, Reliable, and Honesty is what I have received when I have call on Sirius Plubming.  
Alfanso is who came out (owner) and is super respectful and really a great plumber.
He recently got me out of a huge bind during the Christmas Holidays he came out and worked on our busted pipes and had us up and going.
I Highly Recommend him for all plumbing needs.
Can't leave out one big thing that does it for me is that his Truck, his equipment his attire is super Clean! He always wears covers over his shoes when he comes in your home which is a big deal for me. It lets me know what kind of a person he is. It usually goes hand is hand with his work ethics. Definitely a number to have on speed dial if ever in a tight spot.

I could not be happier with their service! They made efforts to see me the same day I called even though I was not having an emergency, they were very thorough with their inspection and job, and very faired priced. Very honest and experienced, I wouldn't doubt to recommend their services!

Lance was AMAZING and KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I was in a bind when Best Buy delivered my washer and dryer and they told me they couldn't complete the job because the water drain line needs to be opened for them to thread the washer line down. I didn't know what they were talking about. They told me they couldn't do it because they didn't want to be responsible for any damage. And I needed to use my washer today. I searched several plumbers and a majority of them were closed on Sundays, one was closed for the holidays per their answering service and one other one said they would get back to me but they never did.

I continued my search and called Lance. He texted me back right away and was extremely responsive, was able to accommodate a same day appointment and he fixed not only accessing the washer water drain line but he connected my washer, and also helped me find out what was wrong with my dishwasher (cycle would run but no water) and my sink disposal (builders had somehow let rocks get in there). His service fee was very reasonable especially for a same day appointment which I was extremely grateful for.

We've had a/c issue for years and spent crazy amount of money on the same problem. It was ongoing leak from the 2nd floor down into the kitchen. Eventually we have been told to call a plumber to check the bathroom issue, because everything was fine with a/c.
It took Paul less than 10min to rule out plumbing issue. He knew exactly that it was a problem with an a/c, how and where to fix it. He had his crew coming very next morning and the problem was taking care within a few hrs. AN HE HIS COMPANY DOESN'T SPECIALIZE ON A/C!

John came out and was very nice, punctual and knowledgeable, he fixed my problem and even gave my good advice for next time my plumbing problems arise again.

Called them on an evening and left a voicemail about a plumbing problem/emergency.  Asked them to call me back first thing in the morning so that I could make arrangements for a plumber to come out.  Didn't hear from them first thing so I called them again in the morning.  Dispatcher said that they would be out that day.  Plumbers showed up at 4:30.  
They couldn't fix the problem that evening and assured me that they would be back the next day.  By 3:30 they hadn't shown up.  I called the office and spoke with the dispatcher/receptionist.  She said that the plumbers had a problem with their earlier job and that she would call them and then call me back right away so I could get an idea of when they might be to my house.  Never heard back from her.  When I called back, my call went to the answering machine.
I plan on calling a new plumber as I desperately need the problem fixed.  I definitely understand that things happen on plumbing jobs and they often take longer than initially planned.  My main issue is with the absolute lack of follow through on the part of the office staff.  The plumbers were very nice, helpful, and cleaned up after themselves.  But when the office staff doesn't bother to call people back or schedule appointments or keep clients in the loop as to what is going on, then the quality of the plumbing is irrelevant.  Most of us do not have the freedom to take days off from work hoping that at some point a plumber might show up.

I have had Lanco complete a a couple of of repairs in the past and they just installed a water heater for me today. I have always found them to be professional and they get the work done quickly (e.g. I called about the water heater yesterday and they were able to get it done today). Their prices are fair, and their office staff is very knowledgeable as well. I spoke to Fran several times to set up the appointment and she was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. After working with them a few times over the course of 4 years or so, I can confidently recommend Lanco!

I messaged Efrain @ 10pm on a Friday night and got a response within an hour!!!

He was able to come out and assess the issue I was having... I should say issues because it got overly complicated from a minor drip from the ceiling to a stuck Gate valve resulting in complete loss of water for an extended period of time.

He figured out the gate was stuck inside the valve and looked at the other issues while taking photos of the items I was having issues with and sent them to his crew.  Later in the day his crew showed up and that's where the bigger issues cropped up with being in a mid-rise w/ HOA & Property Management company to deal with.

The fouled up valve meant we needed to shut off the Main outside the building and discovered some issues at the meter pit being full of water and needing to be pumped out to assess the valve and main line coming into the building.  Contact with the HOA / PM Co. resulted in a stop order and the work couldn't be completed.

Ultimately I was forced to use the in house plumbing company to resolve the Gate Valve issue / shut off service to the building.  

Efrain / Chris and everyone else that showed up though on the weekend to assess the problem gave 110% effort in assessing everything and I'm confident they would have resolved the valve issue if they had the chance.  Communication with Efrain was amazing keeping each other abreast of status changes.  When you're in a pinch and need someone to show up P&G is the way to go!  Everything they diagnosed was spot on with what the in house company ended up doing 100%.

If I ever have anything that's water related that needs to be done this is the company I will be using in the future 1000%!!!

I sent requests to 4 other places of which 3 didn't respond and the 1 other that did got scared off after mentioning the challenges we encountered.

I contacted Loyalty Plumbing to replace garbage disposal.  Their fee was very competitive.  They were able to accomplish task same day and customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

Will never use them again. They didn't fix the issue and caused more problems.  We had to get a new plumber to fix what they damaged. If I could give them a zero I would!

Nick's has been doing our plumbing work and upgrades for a while, with David Geurra providing excellence service for the initial work (which was a lot last year) and the preventive maintenance work completed today. He completed the servicing of our tankless hot water heater efficiently and gave some sound advice for some additional items we are considering to further improve the system. I definitely recommend Nick's Plumbing (and David in particular) for work - they get the hard stuff done and support their work.
