I recently moved to an old condo that needed a lot of professional plumbing work and Sirius plumbing took care of everything from replacing vanities and shower heads, unclogging tub drains, and installing a water purifier.  They also completely redid the old pipes under the kitchen sink that were not up to code and were causing water leaks.   Alfonso is friendly, professional master plumber, and he pays great attention to detail. While he may not be the least expensive, the quality of his work made it well worth every penny.  I will definitely call Sirius Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Paul and his team have been prompt, professional and fair in their pricing. As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, I group plumbers with auto mechanics... ripe territory to get services I don't need for outrageous prices. Having recently purchased my first home, I went with this company bc a trusted friend referred me to them. I have been pleasantly surprised at their quality work at reasonable prices. They came to my rescue at a moments notice after I thought paying a handy guy to install my kitchen faucet for $40 would be a deal. Don't do that! Lesson learned. Thank you for fixing my mess! Customer for life.

Had the old hot water heater changed out to a tank less gas heater. The team did a wonderful job, the quote estimate was right on , and love the new hot water.

My toilet started leaking from the bottom so I called a plumbing company and they came out and spent 2 hrs and 20 mins and charged me a lot of $$ only to tell me they had to come out the next day with a camera to determine the problem.  I called Get it Done Plumbing for a second opinion and they came on a Saturday and fixed my problem is less than 2hrs and charged me less than I paid the first company who didn't even fix the issue.  The owner Emilio came out along with Diego - they knew exactly what steps to take to figure out the issue.  Extremely satisfied!

I do not recommend David Hicks Plumbing.  I am had a very poor experience with them.  It began with my being red-tagged and needing a plumber to pull a permit and bring a project up to code.  I called Hicks Plumbing a Thursday afternoon and was told I should hear from someone that afternoon.  I called back on Friday when no called on Thursday and again explained my situation and was told someone should be by that afternoon.  No one came or called.  I left several messages but no one return my called.  I called another plumbing company and got on their waiting list.  David Hicks final called on Monday and since I  hadn't heard from the other company I went them.  The plumber who came out quoted a high price for the simply repairs and charged my $175 to pull a permit. Unprompted, he told me the permit price was so high because of the shutting down of the red-light cameras in the city but when I asked if I would receive a receipt for the permit he came clean and said the $175 charge was what David Hicks charges.  I should have known then that I couldn't trust these guys and should have said forget it but I just wanted to get my project wrapped up.    I was quoted a very high price for simple repairs and had to pay half of the project up front.  We scheduled the repair for 10am because of my needing to cut off water to my complex (although the plumber wanted to start at 8am but explained that we could do that due to the condo rules).  Here I am at 12:12 and the plumber from David Hicks still hasn't shown up...I have called him twice and he was on another job and now is picking up materials for my job.  He knows that my window to have the repair completed is 10 to 1 due to the water shut off information that was shared with the other owners in the complex.  The lack of professionalism to schedule his jobs properly, gouging, and general lack of communication are significant reasons that I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.   I would cancel the job but feel trapped since I gave them a deposit for the permit...just hate being taken advantage of and feeling powerless.  Worst experience with a service company EVER!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has fixed same issue twice in past 2-3 years. Guess what leaking again. Instead of backing up their work  and fixing the problem the lady gave me every reason why it should be leaking. She said if it has lasted 2 years then their work was good. She refused to guarantee the work and it would just be another service call. Funniest thing of all she said they been in business for 40 years and a+ on BBB and have good reviews. Well I looked they have 1 star on reviews and they 2.5 out of 5 in BBB with complaints not addressed. She said maybe I should look elsewhere for this repair. Well guess what I did. Will never do business with them again.
By the way we are talking about a 2 foot piece of pvc and a fitting that has cost me over 500 dollars and still leaking.

I was so impressed with P&G services with my hot water install, I hired them again to connect my plumbing after having new countertops installed recently. Yet, again, they have exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for great customer service, punctual, efficient, affordable, quality plumbing service P&G is the company for you. Had an appointment scheduled between 8a-9a this morning (First Call).  At 9:25a I called to find out when the tech would be here and they said that they would call me back.  They never did.  I called back at 10:00a and they said that the tech would be available in 45 minutes, maybe.
