I was in a bind when Best Buy delivered my washer and dryer and they told me they couldn't complete the job because the water drain line needs to be opened for them to thread the washer line down. I didn't know what they were talking about. They told me they couldn't do it because they didn't want to be responsible for any damage. And I needed to use my washer today. I searched several plumbers and a majority of them were closed on Sundays, one was closed for the holidays per their answering service and one other one said they would get back to me but they never did.

I continued my search and called Lance. He texted me back right away and was extremely responsive, was able to accommodate a same day appointment and he fixed not only accessing the washer water drain line but he connected my washer, and also helped me find out what was wrong with my dishwasher (cycle would run but no water) and my sink disposal (builders had somehow let rocks get in there). His service fee was very reasonable especially for a same day appointment which I was extremely grateful for.

I had a pipe leak in the bathroom ceiling, so I found H-Town Emergency Plumber on Yelp and gave them a call. They were very flexible and fast; when I had to reschedule and asked them to come 1-2 hours sooner, they were able to accommodate that. Alex was the plumber who came to my house; he quickly diagnosed the situation, fixed the situation and cleaned everything up very well before finishing. He was transparent with the cost, which was reasonable, and even provided recommendations for future pipe situations.

Service was quick and professional - came and installed a new toilet we bought at Lowe's and the install looks and works great. Thank you!

I have a plumbing emergency with a Leaky Faucet and I called Emilio that same night and he was to really help me on short notice for the next day for 11am Appointment. Came home on a Sunday night to see my master bathroom covered in water. Called David Hicks plumbing at 8am on Monday morning. The man I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. My appointment was scheduled and Mike was at my home by 9am. He fixed the problem with my sink and the charge was only $140 for one hour of labor (I thought emergency plumbing services would be way more than that). Because water had been all over the floor, it soaked through my subfloor and I had to call out a restoration company to dry it out. Mike recommended a company who was also out within the hour and who were also very knowledgable and courteous. He even then called me later in the day to make sure I was pleased with his recommendation. I am very happy with David Hicks plumbing. I definitely recommend them.

I've tried them twice for some minor issues, both times they billed me for coming out after not fixing anything.

I had only a simple kitchen line cleaning needed but they had good communication through texts and got the job done quickly. Definitely would recommend them and will call them in the future.

I had a plumbing issue that came up on Thanksgiving Day. I called Loyalty Plumbing and they contacted me Friday morning with two available time frames. I chose the 9-11am. They called at 8:30am to say that they would be on the way. I was very pleased with the courtesy call and the fact that they were so prompt. Junior and William were the two technicians that fixed my plumping issues. They were very knowledgeable, respectful, hardworking, and kind. If you have any plumbing needs don't hesitate to call Loyalty Plumbing. Great value and great technicians.

I was impressed with the front office staff. I needed someone to come on a Saturday and do work, and I was able to text a photo to tell them what I was needing, and they were able to come on a weekend.

However, the work was shoddy at best. The plumber came to fix the handle on the master shower, and replaced one part, but did not put the face plate back on, and left a gaping hole, while charging over $400 for a half done job.

I can corroborate the other review indicating that they were pricey for faucet installation.  They charged me over $200 per faucet.  Drain installations are an additional amount (over $100 each).  If you need new supply lines expect to spend another $90 per faucet.  Ridiculous but I couldn't find another plumber to come out when needed.  I certainly won't be calling them again.  The work performed was professional and the plumbers were great but the extortionist pricing overrules all that in my opinion.
