I was having an issue with power supply to my main pump on pool.  Ty methodically worked through the possible causes and determined that one of the buried lines was grounded.  Fortunately, he noticed a back- up line that was previously installed and we were able to switch to that line instead.  It saved me probably close to $1000 and installation of a conduit through the attic to run another line.  His price was very reasonable and I'm very pleased that I found him - would definitely recommend for any residential electric problems or installs.

We had a minor electrical emergency today with my son and his soccer ball knocking out electricity to my entire house and nearly causing a fire.  I contacted Advanced Solutions late on a Saturday afternoon and Jarrod had us taken care of within just a few hours.  He is clearly a professional and reasonable on his price.  I will use Advance Solutions Electric again.

I've learned first hand that if the owner needs to fix any issue himself he has no qualms about satisfying his customers. His word is good as gold. These folks can absolutely be counted on to help with all your electrical needs. Well worth the money to have the best.

My A/C went out and Vanderford came out to troubleshoot the system. It turned out that my breaker was bad and needed a new one. Tedrick came out in a half a day after contacting him, and after very little time he fixed it all and did it for less than what most others were quoting.

Tim is a top notch guy.  I'm a fairly mechanical guy that does 99% of our home repairs (and in the commercial construction industry for 20 years), on occasion, things are more than I care to take on.  Out of the blue, our main breaker started to trip shutting our 2 year old home in Missouri City.  I don't like messing with the service feed, so I called Tim based on reviews here. He got to our home much quicker than I would have expected and fixed the issue after a quick diagnosis.  A+++

I definitely recommend Rpd Electrical.  They were very polite and efficient and focused on fixing our issue at hand and didn't try to add on anything extra.  With it being so close to Christmas we really appreciated that!  They came out for a quote and ended up fixing the issue the same day!  I also appreciate that they arrived in a marked van, so there was no question who they were.  I'm sure we will be using them again in the future!

I've used them twice and agree they are expensive.  Probably double what a usual independent electrician would charge. The advantages I found: 1) Good communication.  They will confirm by call, text, email.  I'm always surprised by the number of people who simply never return calls. 2) They're punctual. They show up on time as scheduled. I've had too many occasions where I've taken a day off work only to have somebody miss an appointment, reschedule because another job ran late, or just not get back to me until I called them and they said oh yeah, sorry.  We had a job run over.  We'll try to come out tomorrow.  So frustrating.  3) They do good work. I've had other people put stuff in that I was a little concerned that it was done poorly or not up to code.  I never worry with these guys. 4) They clean up after themselves.  

So, if you can be flexible, work from home, and don't mind working around an independent electrician's schedule, you can probably save yourself some substantial money.  For me - on the rare occasion I need an electrician - like twice in my life time - I just want it done right and on time so I can get back to work.

RES gave us a quote for several different repairs at our house. We received several other quotes as well, but RES won the bid because Billy's honesty and his ability to give us a fair price. RES employees came to our house, explained all steps throughout the process and made having the electricity being turned off, in August, to change a breaker box so much better. Would I recommend RES?  That would be a resounding YES!!!

Nilson did a great job installing the sub panel and new circuits in my garage. He overcame unexpected challenges wisely. He is experienced and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend him.

Even better, the COI requirements of our property was no big deal to them, so I don't have to hassle with waiting for days to get an updated COI before work can be done; they usually get that to me within a matter of hours.

I come here whenever I need electrical equipment for work. They have a big selection of pretty much anything you need in the electrical area. If they do not have it in stock, they have a big supply warehouse in Stafford and your item is usually in store the next day. Counter staff is friendly and helpful answering any questions you may have.

We paid them to fix our sign and it never worked.  They are not good. I called and called but they never addressed the issue.  When I was booking the appointment they returned my calls quickly. I'm very disappointed with their service.
