We needed a 220 line run to a new laundry upstairs. While they were doing the work, they found a safety issue with our breaker panel and referred us to studies and literature showing why. I really appreciate the education instead of just telling me I have a problem. Very professional.

Also, their work is great... Wiring is routed cleanly, they use good quality switches, work quickly, and the prices are good.

The day before I traveled for an out of state trip, an unexpected electrical issue occurred regarding my home security.

I contacted Smart Choice Electrical Services Friday afternoon.  I spoke with Joby who graciously altered his family's plans that evening and arrived in less than an hour!

Joby is professional, efficient, and resolved the issues the same evening! This provided me peace of mind of my home's security & safety.

I've utilized various contractors for several projects in the past, however this is my first positive contractor experience (ever), hence this review and recommendation.

There are 3 things I look for when I hire an electrician. Quality of work, timely completion of work, and competitive pricing. Spark electricians have all 3. I've used them for all my jobs, big and small. And I always recommend them when someone asks for a referral.

Yikes!  Customer beware.

Called them out for a quote on a (relatively) simple repair of a shorted outlet.  The tech, Paul, took a glance at the wall and instantly presented me with an estimate of $625.34 .  With such an oddly specific number, I asked him what the breakdown of labor and parts was.  Oh, we don't break it down like that.

It's not just that the quote was 2-3 times higher than appropriate (which it was actually fixed for by a well-known company), it's that he made no effort to disguise the blatant guesswork/attempt to overcharge.

Apparently Allsource says they were here 40 minutes.... oddly, my home cameras show the technician was in the house less than 10 minutes.

The wires weren't burnt beyond the outlet at all.  I know because the company that actually DID the work looked closely at the damage, provided photos for their estimate... everything you'd want an electrical company to do.  I used John Moore.  Fast, reliable, and obviously, bonded and performed the work to code.  Even better, they never tried to cover bad service with excuses.

Robert is incredible! He was helpful, kind, patient, professional, and answered all of my questions. He helped us move a Tesla charger, fix the items noted in our inspection report, and other issues identified throughout the process. Robert will be my go-to electrician moving forward! He is an absolute pleasure to work with.

The circuit for my air conditioning unit went out the Friday evening before 100 degree heat hit Houston the very next day.  When I called Tyco's phone number Saturday morning the answering machine gave me a number to call in case of emergency.  The owner picked up the emergency line and had a truck to my house in about an hour and a half.  The electrician was very professional, quick and clean.  Considering it was a Saturday morning I believe the price was fair and well within the industry standard.

I called the nice folks at SES at 12 pm and they arrived at 3 pm to install a wall plug for my new stove. I couldn't be more happy with the price and service. I will recommend SES to everyone I know looking for an electrician.

Tri Lite offered a great quote compared to other electricians when I was searching for someone to replace a light pendant, so I went with them! Matthew was my technician. He arrived on time and kept me updated when he was en route. He and his apprentice were quick and knowledgeable. They replaced my pendant within 30 minutes and even hauled the old one off with them at my request. The pendant looks great! I definitely recommend them.

The condenser in my AC recently went out. After having another AC company come and look at it from my Home Warranty company I wasn't to sure what to do. As time went on the other company really dragged their feet on sending the information to my Home Warranty company to get approved because they were constantly trying to get me to buy a new AC.

I contacted LMH Services because I had heard from a few people that they were honest, reliable and quick. After not having AC for 2 weeks (with no consideration from the other AC company) I decided to buy a new unit from LMH Services because they offered me a price lower than the other for the whole system. Not only that but they scheduled me for the very next day. I now have a system that saves me tons of money, is quiet and after some research is one of the best units on the market. My neighbor has even told me they don't hear my unit like they use to since it's a quieter system.

This is the best service I have come across! Very professional and knowledgeable. I had many questions and all were answered. I will definitely use this company in the future!

Initially contact was great with fast response with relatively good timing with scheduling. However, the day of scheduled service we received text saying that their ETA was 652pm and original time was 630. No problem. However, time goes by and my husband calls and they claimed that they rang our door bell twice with no answer so they left. Yes. They left. Not only did they not call to ask or see what was going on given they were able to mention that my husbands black car was in the driveway. They also failed to notice the camera at the front door! We reviewed the footage of that day and they in fact DID NOT ring our door bell which explains why they did call either!! But, all in all I am happy that they did not complete the work because half ass attempt to secure business topped with a blatant lie would've likely produced a half ass job with my install and another lie about what they likely would've damaged. I will never use them or refer anyone to them.

Raw replaced my 12 foot ceiling smoke detector with one with a 10 year battery.   They came right away, were nice and professional and saved my sanity from the torture of constant chirping.

They came out to service my electrical box and he was very honest. Didn't try to convince me to spend extra money and even answered questions not pertaining to my electrical box! High recommended

I never got a chance to write an actual review because they didn't even show up to give me a quote. They were supposed to come by last Friday around 1pm. I was home from noon until late in the evening. No show, and no call/text saying they couldn't make it or needed to reschedule. I won't be calling back to make another appointment for a quote.
