There are 3 things I look for when I hire an electrician. Quality of work, timely completion of work, and competitive pricing. Spark electricians have all 3. I've used them for all my jobs, big and small. And I always recommend them when someone asks for a referral.

I had a project with them for installing a Tesla Wall Connector. I purchased the wall connector but needed an installation done in my garage. I had to look up Tesla website and found Roa Electrical Services as a Tesla Certified Installer. I booked an appointment with Roa few weeks prior. Before the day of the appointment, I was reminded about the appointment and confirmed it with me. On the day of the appointment, they were right on time. They were quick and efficient. They finished the job which included drilling, cutting the sheet rock and installing a 60 amp breaker. They did that in a breeze. Their installation quote was very reasonable compared to many other quotes I received from yelp and hence I didn't even had to negotiate. I would definitely recommend them 10/10 for the installation.

The circuit for my air conditioning unit went out the Friday evening before 100 degree heat hit Houston the very next day.  When I called Tyco's phone number Saturday morning the answering machine gave me a number to call in case of emergency.  The owner picked up the emergency line and had a truck to my house in about an hour and a half.  The electrician was very professional, quick and clean.  Considering it was a Saturday morning I believe the price was fair and well within the industry standard.

The condenser in my AC recently went out. After having another AC company come and look at it from my Home Warranty company I wasn't to sure what to do. As time went on the other company really dragged their feet on sending the information to my Home Warranty company to get approved because they were constantly trying to get me to buy a new AC.

I contacted LMH Services because I had heard from a few people that they were honest, reliable and quick. After not having AC for 2 weeks (with no consideration from the other AC company) I decided to buy a new unit from LMH Services because they offered me a price lower than the other for the whole system. Not only that but they scheduled me for the very next day. I now have a system that saves me tons of money, is quiet and after some research is one of the best units on the market. My neighbor has even told me they don't hear my unit like they use to since it's a quieter system.

Initially contact was great with fast response with relatively good timing with scheduling. However, the day of scheduled service we received text saying that their ETA was 652pm and original time was 630. No problem. However, time goes by and my husband calls and they claimed that they rang our door bell twice with no answer so they left. Yes. They left. Not only did they not call to ask or see what was going on given they were able to mention that my husbands black car was in the driveway. They also failed to notice the camera at the front door! We reviewed the footage of that day and they in fact DID NOT ring our door bell which explains why they did call either!! But, all in all I am happy that they did not complete the work because half ass attempt to secure business topped with a blatant lie would've likely produced a half ass job with my install and another lie about what they likely would've damaged. I will never use them or refer anyone to them.

I love supporting locally owned businesses, especially when they are top notch like RAW. I needed to have two floodlights changed out and a Ring camera installed. I called them on a Wednesday and Arthur (co owner) did say they were booked the rest of the week but if he could call me back on Thursday, he should be able to see if he can send someone out on Friday. He did come out Friday as he indicated and completed the job in a timely and cost effective manner. But what really earned the company 5 stars was the fact that Arthur went above and beyond and stayed and assisted me in setting up my Ring app (he himself owned the product). He even showed me an app to test my wifi speed. I highly recommend this company. They are not only fair in pricing and know what they are doing, they go above and beyond in the customer service department.

They came out to service my electrical box and he was very honest. Didn't try to convince me to spend extra money and even answered questions not pertaining to my electrical box! High recommended

Really disappointed. I am a repeat customer many times over and Xavier has always taken great care of our electrical needs at my small business. I called Mr. Electric last week to have them install a ceiling fan and was told Xavier had left the company but they could send another technician out. We scheduled the appt for this past Saturday at 3:30pm. On Sat at 4:45pm after not hearing from anyone, I called them to find out how much longer it would be before they arrived. The appt scheduler said she didn't know where the tech was or what had happened but she would call him and then call me back. That was two days ago and still no call back from them. Really poor service all the way around this time. I don't treat my customers in this manner and don't expect to be treated this way, especially after having been a long term customer of theirs. I will be using a different electrician company going forward.
