Hey y'all! I called Thomas about a quick disconnect box for my water heater. He called me back after business hours to let me know that he felt it wasn't necessary (I explained I have a switch in the wall just not a box) but if the plumber insisted I needed one, he'd do it. I needed to replace an entry light and a pendent light over the bar.  The day before the job was scheduled Dustin called to confirm what was to be done and the arrival time. Dustin and his helper Joshua arrived on time and completed the task without a hitch. These folks have become our go-to for small electrical jobs (we haven't had any major jobs lately but we'd probably use them for those, too!) They wear masks, are professional, do the work quickly, and charge fairly. We had them in to convert 2-prong outlets to 3-prong, and then to put in an outlet. All is fantastic. We highly recommend!

Scott removed 2 existing light fixtures in my kitchen and installed 2 chandeliers in their place. What a great guy!!  He is knowledgeable, very quick, has upfront pricing, and does excellent work!  We also discussed more extensive work that he will be doing for me in the future. We had multiple electrical issues throughout the house. These guys got to the bottom of the issues quickly. The repairs were very reasonably priced and they didn't try to sell us on any bigger repairs. They just informed us of our options and let us make the decision as to what we wanted to go forward with at the time.

I used Yelp to ask for a quote to have a ceiling fan installed and a light fixture in our dining room. Louis responded within an hour and with a competitive quote which I really appreciated. In my experience other contractors try to come out to scope the project and then try a hard pressure sale on the spot in person.

Louis sent a crew out the following day. They were very professional. I appreciate the care they took in taking their shoes off, and being careful moving ladders throughout the house.

After they finished the job, they alerted me that the ceiling fan would need to be at an angle because of the pitch angle in my ceiling. So not parallel to the ground. I bought the wrong fan - this was totally on me.

Louis' crew was very helpful to spring into action and explain to me a few options to fix it. That night I ran to Home Depot to buy a $10 adapter to fix it. Louis then offered to send his crew back the following day to fix it free of charge!! Blown away by this level of customer support !

Raptor Electrical Services did an amazing job! Not only did they really help out by squeezing me into their busy schedule, they were also so efficient and did a fantastic job. I aired my concerns to them and they addressed every single one and came up with a solution on the same day. I cannot say enough nice things about these guys. 10,0000 out of 10, would highly recommend them.
They even fixed my builder's error by adjusting one of the power sockets that was crooked. The attention to detail is above reproach.

I am a new resident to the Bell county area. I recently bought a home and wanted to update my lighting to recessed lighting in my living room. I contacted Twin Oaks Electric and they did an amazing job. They are efficient and effective with what they do. I would highly recommend and will be contacting them again for my future updates.

We needed to have a plug installed in our garage for our new electric car. I called Avery, and Travis came out right away and looked everything over.
With our panel full, it looked like this was going to
turn into a really long, expensive job.

However, Travis and his team were able to find a way to switch some breakers, and make it all work out!

His team was here and gone in about an hour, and everything looks great and works exactly as expected!

Jon was awesome to work with. He showed up right on time when promised both for the estimate appointment and to actually perform work.  He installed my light fixture flawlessly, including a trip back to the hardware store to make sure he had the exact outlet box that would fit it without needing to cause damage to my ceiling. Everything was dusted off and swept before he and his helper left, and he was happy to give me advice on another small issue too. I would heartily recommend Shine On Electric to anyone who needs an honest, fair-priced, perfectionist electrician - I'll definitely be calling again next time I need something!

Maury is excellent. Called him at first he was unable to help. In a few hours he called back and said he could fit me in his schedule. He said in could come by in about 1 hour. Not only did he show up he was about 15 minutes. I had some huge electrical and he fixed faster than I expected. Their price was very reasonable for the amount of time spent and parts required. We will be using them again and would highly recommend.

We had a huge armoire that we needed to get into our bedroom. So we called up Dan to see if he could possibly help. Due to the bad angling of how the house is built we had been told by everyone it was impossible to get it in the room. But DAN made it happen! With no damage and only taking 30 mins or less it is now in our room! We will definitely call Dan in the future!
