I had to delay and reschedule a couple of times due to not yet having the device that I needed installed (an electric vehicle charger).  Was never a problem.  Email, text, phone -- he's responsive in all ways.

When I finally did have the charger for him to install, he and his assistant showed up on time, and finished the job quickly and professionally.  Would give him more than 5 stars if I could!

We had damage to our external electrical power panel and we got Tony's to work with Austin Energy to disconnect the City's power line. They also removed the meter. Tony created a new roof mount for the power line, installed a panel, checked all of the wiring in the house, coordinated with the City to bring a new meter and install the power line. He as we did not have the City bring the electrical power on for several days provided us with a gasoline powered electrical generator. Through the several days here or not Tony was always ready for us. I have dealt with many repair and maintenance companies over the 50 years I have lived in Austin and Tony ranks as my Number One in ability and timeliness!

Luis was awesome!!! We lost power earlier this week and when I went to check the breaker box outside I found it smoking. It was 6pm and I was worried we wouldn't be able to find an electrician, but the team at ACL quickly responded. Luis arrived at my house within 30 mins and quickly diagnosed the problem. He worked with the electrical company to get the access his needed and was able to get power restored within a couple hours. It was nice to not have to go an evening without power (AC), but more importantly I got the piece of mind the safety issue was addressed properly.

He's definitely my go to electrician moving forward!!

We called Klock Electric to install track lighting in our new house. As first time homebuyers, we really researched and called at least 10 electricians in the area before deciding on Klock. They had the best prices and the quickest service date! They worked us in literally the next day and stuck to their price!

Received a timely estimate to fix broken conduit in a home we are selling. Price was very reasonable and the job was completed, above and beyond our expectations, the following morning, just as promised. Communication was great and we were sent photos of the completed job prior to payment. Rick Neely saved our (sad, pathetic, 3/4 dark) Christmas lights and possibly my sanity!! =)  I spent several hours on both Sat & Sun fighting w/ replacing our GFCI outlet, with no success.  This was obviously NOT an emergency, but Rick came out the same day my wife called him!  He was super friendly, communicated very well, and arrived right when he said he would.  He was extremely professional and had us up and running in about 5 minutes!  Maybe less!  I very highly recommend him and will ONLY use him for any future electrical needs!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Stetson and Sammy from Dunn Honest Electric and I have to say, I couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, they were friendly, on time, and respectful of my home. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I was comfortable with the work they were doing.

And again! We needed a LOT of electrical help when we demolished our kitchen and took out a fur down. Shawn and his helper showed up and worked on several projects including lifting wiring exposed by the demo to installing lighting and Chandeliers throughout the house. Bowne has helped us with many of our projects over the years and will continue to do so for our family.  Great work, guys and gals!

I've had occasion to use Ramiro Garcia at CP Electrical Contractors a couple of times.  He has always been prompt and efficient in resolving my problems.  He is always courteous and professional.  Cost has been reasonable and clearly explained.  I can give him my highest recommendation.

John Summarell and his team moved an electrical junction box that was blocking an appliance from fitting where I wanted it.  It involved going under the house, even after a rain storm when everything was muddy.
They were very professional, friendly, and did a great job.  I highly recommend A&S if you need electrical work done in Bastrop (or around Smithville).

When another electrician left me hangin Kaleb stepped in and came to my rescue. Already late in the day he promptly pulled a permit troubleshooted the issue with my main breaker, called for inspection and by the end of the day my meter was replaced and the power restored!
I recommend KJW Electric highly and they will be my go to guys from now on.

I highly recommend Mauricio for any electrical work you can think of. He was highly responsive, timely with his appointment, very quick and proficient with his work, and gave a very reasonable quote. I would definitely use him again.

Don Gordon, owner of Jackson Electric, master electrician, is an ethical business man in a time when that's not easy to come by. His company has done work for me both in my home and at a rental place.  Highly recommend Jackson Electric. They stand behind their work.

Unfortunately I did not get the chance to work with this company.  The communication was poor in the beginning.  Was told I'd be on their back up list approximately a month out.  Never received the appointment text.  Called back after a couple of weeks to remind them of getting on the schedule for service at my home.  They set me up with an appointment on a Friday afternoon.  The gentleman came out briefly to look over my home and take notes.  Scheduled to come out over the weekend, something happened and he couldn't show.  We rescheduled for Sunday something happened again and he ultimately ended up no showing.  So it's Friday a week later and I message the main number.  I get a call from them and was told it sounded like my place was too complicated for them to service and to reach out to other places.  Then was told that they weren't taking on new customers at this time.  Had they told me that upfront I wouldn't be writing this review.  I was more than willing to work with them because they seemed like a good down home business, I was fooled.
