While I did not use this company because they only do work on commercial buildings, they recommended us to one of the less known Bowne Electrical, who did a great job on my residence in a time crunch of 4 days

It's always so nice when you get quality work.  I had two issues that I needed help with.  I asked for a quote, and Aurelio got back to me in a couple hours with a possible time he could come by and offer a quote.  He was running early, called to see if I was home, and came by.  He was able to fix one of the issues that afternoon, and scheduled a time to come back to complete the job.  I would highly recommend!  Great to know a wonderful, competent and professional electrician.

Absolute Electric will figure out your electric troubles, and explain it in a way that we can understand. They do more than just hang a ceiling fan. They make sure it's right and safe. How come that light won't come on? Call them - They'll figure it out!

They showed up punctualy and quickly diagnosed the problem with my Service Panel Box. Laid new wire and rewired wall box and no more breakers tripping. Definitely a professional crew.

Calvin showed up on time and ready to go. He was well prepared and didn't waste any time. I called allied out but before Calvin arrived I needed a few more items addressed that became pressing. He was able to remedy my concerns and was a huge help. Calvin and Allied have a raving fan. Thank you guys for your assistance and bringing back the light.

Grant and his crew at Southern Cross were awesome to work with. I had to get two circuit panels replaced before selling a house. They were prompt, pulled all the necessary permits and scheduled everything with the city. Weeks later, when our buyer's inspector said that the breaker was not the right voltage for the line (or something, I'm no electrician) they came out the very next day and took care of it. Apparently it was nothing unsafe, just a code issue that he was being particular about. Either way, they resolved the problem very quickly. Will definitely use them next time I have electrical issues.

Oscar was great and very helpful. I got a quote from many other electricians and were waaaaay off from Oscar. They were trying to sell me something I didnt need. Oscar was honest and fair. He fixed my issue without selling me something I didnt need. I recommend him for all your electrical needs.

Bob and his company did a great job installing our back porch outlets, fans and TV's a few years ago. I have recommended him and his company to many people. They do good quality work at a good value.

Worst service EVER! I'm a widow in my late 60s. Last night I placed an emergency call about 10:20 p.m. The recording said I'd receive a call as soon as possible. At 8:30 this morning, I called back because no one had called me. The lady was courteous enough but I was told our residential service techs are booked up for a month before I was able to describe my problem. No way will I call this company again.

Tomas installed a Tesla charger for me in the garage.  Everything was well done. Would recommend to anyone else having one installed.

Apex electric has completed three jobs at my house.  One was an emergency breaker job late at night, a Tesla charger in my garage and two outlet issues. All the jobs were completed fast and at a great price.   I highly recommend Apex.

Has 2 digital timers installed by Cory (electrician) and Tyler this morning.  Wired in accordance with manufacturer's diagram, but diagram was incorrect.  Cory hot checked and had power to the timers.  Didn't ask him to set timers because I felt it would be better to learn to do so by myself.  I attempted to set the timers for approximately 90 minutes without success.  Wasn't able to get power past the timer even with it on override.  I contacted Bryan (owner) and he would have Cory return today.  Cory returned this afternoon, checked his work and wasn't able to get power past the timer.  He contacted Bryan and Bryan was able to determine how to wire timer.  Gave 5 stars because of timely return and completion although Cory should have checked equipment for operation rather than only hot checking timer.

We used Dunman Electric to convert a workshop into a guest house. They ran wire from our main house to the workshop, installed the complete electric system (panel, lights, outlets, etc.), worked with the City of Austin to obtain permits and more. We were thoroughly pleased with every technician who stopped by the house during this long process- they were polite, knowledgable and worked in collaboration with the other contractors we had on site. When little issues came up (because every project of this scale has them), they worked diligently to problem solve in a timely and efficient manner. Becky was always professional and helpful on the phone and Craig runs his business with honesty and integrity. We will definitely reach out to them for our electric work in the future. This has been the worst experience dealing with a servicing call. First when you make an appointment they give you a 4 hour window! Ridiculous! Then they failed to mention when they call you 2 hours before the window, they remove your appointment if you don't answer. Once I called it took 3.5 hours for them to come. The servicing took an hour which they also failed to mention. I have missed an appointment that I scheduled waiting for the service. The technician was also sarcastic when he finally arrived. I would say that I don't have to deal with anymore, but they service and maintain the unit, so I'm stuck!
