Best Electricians in Austin, TX

Air conditioners know to break down either in the middle of the night or on a Saturday morning.  Mine chose the latter one weekend. Unfortunately, this was a new unit, and the company that installed it was closed on the weekend.  After scouring Yelp for reasonable repair choices, I elected to give Breeze A/C a try.  

I was impressed by Xiaoyu's response from the start.  He answered my call and gave me an accurate time-frame as to when he would arrive to repair the unit that day.  He fixed the problem in short order (dead capacitor), and charged a reasonable price for the parts and services - even on a Saturday!

No one looks forward to A/C repairs, especially during our lethally-hot summers in Austin.  That said, if I have a problem with mine in the future, Breeze A/C will be one of the first businesses that I call.

Excellent service as usual, Adan went above and beyond to get us scheduled on short notice so I could proceed getting my gas range and range hood installed.  Chris arrived on time, was very pleasant and easy to talk to about the work and in general.  He has exceptional attention to detail and completed the job as if he were working on his own home which is rare these days in most of the trades.  I highly recommend All Star Electric for all your electrician needs, really great crew at a fair price.

Hart Electrical was recommended to me by a friend, and I could not have been happier. Eli was on time, knowledgeable, and very personable. It was easy to bounce ideas with him and it helped me to make better decisions. Further, their pricing is competitive and the work is high quality. I will be recommending them to my friends, and I will be hiring them again for more electrical work in the future. No hesitations!

A fluorescent fixture in my store stopped working, so I foolishly started to replace it myself. After leaving myself in the dark, I called HF Electric the next morning.
Homer said he would try to work me in to the day, and much to my happiness he and to helpers showed up and fixed my light and some other lights in under an hour.
I can't stress how reasonable the pricing was and what a pleasure to have my day saved.

If I could give them a negative score I would.  Worse Smart Charger Company ever.  Do not use them, I am strongly advising not to use this company to install your Tesla Home Charger in Queen Creek.  They installed an old charger, which I pointed out to the tech when he installed it, and the charger is inoperable verified by Tesla.  Their paperwork states ZERO downtime, no paperwork, no hassle as they will provide you with a charger as stated their paperwork.  I have not received a replacement charger for a week now and it is impossible to get a straight answer from emails or text messages as to when this issue will resolved.  I keep getting passed around or told someone will contact me about resolving my issue and to this day it has not.  I asked for a manager/supervisor and was told their is not one available.   I have sent email after email with still no resolution.  For you own sake, I urge you to look elsewhere to have your Tesla Charger installed.

No Manager available, they are to busy for me the customer after they have already received my money. Companies like this should not be in business as they simply do not care about written contracts, warranties or people.  All they want is your money and to move to the next customer (victim)! I wish I could speak to the owner of the company, I am sure he would like to know how they are treating a Military Veteran who has served his country for over 30 years.

I highly recommend Steven! He did a great job replacing a bad breaker in my home. He showed up promptly at the time he told me he would. I'm not very familiar with electrical stuff, so I really appreciated his explanation of what was happening and the different options he presented me.

I'll be calling him for all of my future electrical needs!

Paul and his son were extremely professional and courteous.  Great communication and easy to work with and make payment.  Fixed the problem and went above and beyond to get us back up and running.  Highly recommended.

Very professional, very responsive, did a standup job, and was very pleasant to work with on this project. Charles and Tercio did great work on an unconventional electrical request. Kelly swung through in the end and was really flexible. I cannot recommend them enough.

Manny was actually early(he called first to make sure that was ok).
He brought an assistant and they handled several jobs for me without a hitch. He had the outlets, exterior covers and everything else he needed in his truck, even though I added some work I hadn't told him about(no waiting for them to run to Home Depot!).
I'm pretty frugal and had quietly decided I'd be happy with anything up to $300 and wouldn't complain up to $400. So I was VERY pleased when the total came to $165.

For the life of us we couldn't figure out why our electrical outlets on our kitchen island weren't
working.  I called Cox electric.  The gentleman I spoke to patiently listened to me and our problem, asked appropriate questions and then confidently encouraged me to check again for an outlet in the kitchen with a reset button.  He then said he'd be happy to come out and take a look, but there'd be a service fee.  He emphasized his desire to save us the cost and kindly, respectfully nudged me to take a second look for the reset outlet.  Low and behold, hidden behind a picture frame was the very outlet he instructed me to search for.  What a Godsend.  Can't thank Cox electric enough for taking the time to help us resolve the issue over the phone.  Cox Electric has incredibly confidant employees with excellent communication skills, who are patient and have great customer service.  God Bless them.

We had a power outage at our business recently and we found Brad online.  It was early in the morning and he was the only electrician we could find that answered the phone.  He was out within 20 minutes and determined the issues within a few minutes.  Without his help we would have been down longer.  We have been needing an electrician for some time and after this quick response I think we have found one.  Brad was very professional and nice to work with.  He charged us what I thought was very fair and honest.

Greenbolt Electric has helped me on two jobs now and has been absolutely fantastic. Unlike most competitors, they're very responsive, ask good questions, arrive when they say they will, and complete the job much more quickly that I expected. Best of all their prices are very reasonable.

If you want to pay more for worse service then choose the other guy, if you want great service at reasonable prices then choose Greenbolt. You will be happy that you did!

We just had Carl's team come out to our house to install two bathroom exhaust fans. They were incredibly helpful, on time and pleasant to work with. They were able to squeeze in an additional ask from us as well as answered all of my questions. I cannot recommend this company enough and love knowing a good electrician to refer my friends and family to and use again in the future!

Called to make appointment as several of our sockets weren't working.  I tried all suggestions online to fix myself to no avail.  Instead of Lightning Electrical coming to the house, they spent 15 minutes on the phone having us troubleshoot, and their suggestions worked!  This saved us money.  I appreciate them very much and will now call them when I have another electrical issue.  Thanks very much!

Mr. Stolle is fabulous.  I had just moved into a new home and had numerous things I wanted and needed done.  He came at the time agreed upon, followed up with questions about each job I needed done and even agreed to take on two other jobs for me.  He was here all day and took down 4 fixtures and replaced them with ceiling fans.  He installed a new motion detector, changed out the cord of my dryer, and fixed my electrical panel that had not been installed properly which was pointed out by the home inspector.  He got all of this done and charged me fairly.  I will definitely use him again.

We were faced with the dreaded task of having to shop for a new heating/cooling system...Fox was our third and final bid. Cary was awesome, he came out and did not try to sell us anything that we didn't need, and for us it was a no brainer! There was no price haggling,Cary shot us straight from the beginning and he did not have to come off his bid multiple times like some of the other bids, to get our business.  

Not only did we do a new ac/heat unit, we also did all new duct work, new hot water heaters, and a full weatherization of our house in an effort to maximize our efficiency with our new unit. Each crew that came was great! Paul the plumber and his crew were very thorough, clean and efficient.  Paul made sure that the job was brought up to code and said that Fox couldn't do the job if certain things were not done properly. Chris and his crew were awesome! It was a two day job and I stay home with two kids that nap, and the guys were SOOO accommodating at not working in the kids nap areas while they were sleeping. I felt bad for how long those guys were at our house working their butts off in our hot summer attic until late. They kept my house clean and used drop cloths all throughout which was greatly appreciated.  

Save yourself a lot of hassle, and go with Fox! Just saying...

Very responsive and he came out to give us a consultation on work and options. Once we agreed to a plan of action, we scheduled a time, however, once work was scheduled, they arrived late and unprepared for the actual work breaking two pieces of my chandelier and then refusing to do the work as it was too difficult for them to do even after agreeing to them renting the needed equipment to do the work.  I requested that my pieces be replaced and all I have received has been excuses for not having replaced them. I wish I could recommend them as they were very responsive at the beginning.o lo

Swindlers! Get a second quote on anything they do. They upsold me on products I didn't need and overcharged for them. They lied about my home being out of code and used fear tactics about the safety of my family. Shame on me for being fooled.
