Breeze was incredible to work with. I was in a pinch, I messed up my thermostat and blew a fuse and Xiaoyu was able to come fix it within an hour. I'd highly recommend him, super professional and knowledgeable with diagnosing and fixing my problem.

Amazing service and great price! They put together an intricate hanging light and hung it from the ceiling 2 stories high and replaced my ceiling fan that was also 2 stories high.  Will use them again for sure!

David is very professional.  Prompt, clean, honest, fair.  All the things you want in a skilled trades person.  He is diligent and responsive.  I highly recommend.  He has done a ton of work fixing and upgrading all the crazy electrical work in my
old south Austin house and I intend to keep using him for the rest of the upgrades.

Reached out for a quote and received a quick response, however, he would never follow up with a specific date to schedule the work. After a couple follow up texts I just gave up since he didn't seem to want my business.

The representative called and explained the process in detail. The bid is very clear and includes extended warranty. The installer arrived on time and did a very thorough job.

Steven was very nice, helpful, and prompt. We were looking to have a few electrical things done before some other repairs were scheduled. Steven was able to come out and give an estimate and schedule us the next week. The work he did was just what we asked for, and he even came back and fixed something for us the next day. We will definitely call him again for electrical work and would recommend him to others!

I had a small electrical job to re-route conduit and electrical boxes.  It was a simple job that would take 4 hours max.  The first quote I received from a different electrician was $800.00 which I found offensive.  I called M-1 (Manny) and he scheduled to come out and he arrived even EARLIER than promised (8:00 a.m.).  He digested the job and said it would take him 3 hours (4 hours tops) plus material.  He said, I'll do it for $500.00.    So we had a deal!

He knocked it out in 4 hours and did a very nice job using U-strut.

James installed 4 new fire alarms in no time at all. He was very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Cox Electric.

We had a power outage at our business recently and we found Brad online.  It was early in the morning and he was the only electrician we could find that answered the phone.  He was out within 20 minutes and determined the issues within a few minutes.  Without his help we would have been down longer.  We have been needing an electrician for some time and after this quick response I think we have found one.  Brad was very professional and nice to work with.  He charged us what I thought was very fair and honest.

I have had the pleasure of using this company twice now and I can say they are fantastic!!!!  Monte was very quick to come to my rescue and fix my issue not once but twice and both times neither were his problem!!!  I would highly recommend him and his company.

Not only were Ace Electric the best electricians we've dealt with in 30 years in Austin, but they might also be the best service contractor, period (Austin's Wildlife Removal is tough competition in this regard, however). I just needed to replace two fluorescent fixtures with two LED fixtures, but one electrician who's done good work for us in the past quoted me a cost of over $500 to do the work. Needless to say, Ace was significantly cheaper.

But price was really the least impressive aspect of this job. They arrived exactly on time on a Friday afternoon - when does that ever happen with contractors in the middle of the day? - and they were done in less than one hour. We almost don't want to recommend these guys, they are so good - we feel like keeping them all to ourselves. So... you're welcome! You won't be disappointed.

I have worked with Krista, Rick and Howard on multiple occasions.  On separate occasions, they installed a generator hookup/transfer switch on my house, moved buried electrical and have come out to fix warrantee work (same day!).  I really like working with these guys and they do good work for a fair price.

I was very happy with the service and the communication. Overall the job went great, and timely.

I called Stolle Electric recently when I needed to have two hardwired smoke detectors replaced in my home.  Bob Stolle was able to squeeze us in the very next day and did an excellent job.  I am a very pleased customer and will definitely call  Stolle Electric again if any needs for an electrician should arise.

Hired for xmas light install.  They failed on install and had to come back several times.  I uploaded a photo of one of their professional fixes   they were supposed to take down lights according to my HOA Jan 15th and also advertised 100% money back guarantee bit that doesn't apply as the owner JP said he was not in Austin and due to personal issues he had to shut down his business and wasn't responsible oe didn't care.

I happened to be looking for an Appt for my nephew and saw him at a neighborhood Apartment Complex, so him telling me he wasn't in Austin was a total lie.

I filed a Better Business Review complaint, have to hire and pay yet another company to take lights down.  Don't use this company.

Worst biz I've ever dealt with. I had a bad breaker, was told there is a $200 after hr charge to respond, ok. Then was called and told, no it's $500, and tech couldn't even tell me if they had the breaker to fix the problem... after I told them make/model. THEN, I was called back a 3rd time to tell me they could get the breaker in from SA next day but it would now be $1,500 +.  Complete attempt to price gouge. I called another electrician and he was shocked by SALTS clear attempt to exploite my situation.  Btw.. notice how SALTS site has a near perfect rating, but Yelp is no where near that... I can guarantee they are using a service to drive fake reviews to defraud the public.  Btw..  the poor SALT tech apologized and told me his company had a bad habit of overcharging... damn sad..  I will be filing a BBB and AG complaint..  DO NOT USE SALT!  Run away from this biz, they are dishonest.
