Mr. Wong is that rare business owner who values customers, places his reputation on customer service and never fails to deliver. I have used other AC and electrical services however, have found them to be rather complacent on customer service once they have your money.  No so with Mr. Wong. Recently I had a compressor motor go out on my AC. Mr. Wong responded immediately to my service request. Replaced my AC motor which was under warranty and did not charge me for the service call. I do not believe there is a single AC or electrical company in entire Travis County that would not charge a minimum for a service call. Mr. Wong is definitely old school. Efficient, prompt, knowledgeable and a tremendous company run by a man of very high character. Breeze Heating and Air is the only company I will call for any future AC or electrical needs!

Just had or living room and dining room done by All Star Electric. Very friendly from the get go, and I enjoyed getting the free estimate prior by just providing pictures. Did an amazing job, and finished much faster than I thought. Will use them again in the future!

Hart Electrical was recommended to me by a friend, and I could not have been happier. Eli was on time, knowledgeable, and very personable. It was easy to bounce ideas with him and it helped me to make better decisions. Further, their pricing is competitive and the work is high quality. Got a few quotes for installing an EV charger in the garage. Different companies provided different solutions ranging from setting up a new 50A circuit from the main line on the other end of the house to pulling in the unused 30Amp dryer outlet. Homer's solution was much more simple to just pull it from the breaker box in the garage. He clarified that at night times when the usage is low, the rest of the house won't need much and I could likely safely pull 50Amp without tripping the breaker. And if I did, he said I could just use the charger at half power instead. Cost a fraction of what the others were quoting. He was able to get it all done the next day, took about 30mins.

Will update the review once I use the outlet for a few weeks.

Joseph is so friendly and knowledgable about the hardware he installs! He owns the business and does the work himself.

Happily answers questions and is easy to get in contact with afterwards. I've had a few problems and have had them solved promptly.

Super fast reply and was able to show up on short notice. Was able to set everything up through Yelp messages so they were in and out quickly. Priced very reasonably considering the timeline. They wore masks and practiced good COVID safety protocol. Will use again in the future!

Wish I could give ATEC Electric more then 5 stars.  Paul and his son Justin came out on Sat. to fix what I thought was a tricky problem. He had the issues diagnosed and presented  solutions within minutes. He was extremely reasonable in price and will definitely get my business in the future. If you need an electrician then Paul Solis is your man and the best Electrician in the Austin area.

Really thankful for the team at Edge. Kelly called me back pretty quick after I put out an inquiry on yelp and squeezed me in for an quick assessment in between jobs.

The main job was to get an outlet installed for an EV charger and Kelly's expertise was top notch when it came to explaining my system and recommendations for placement and their quote was very fair.

I had Kelly check another issue for me that wasn't part of my original inquiry and he took the time to figure it out and got me booked for someone to come and do the work really promptly.

Charles came out and assessed the problem and resolved it within minutes, explained the issue and answered questions I had with expertise. He also helped me answer a few more questions about some things with switches, very friendly and overall this team was solid.

For me, the price of the service wasn't even a question by the time these guys were done. Even if they were on the higher end of an Electrician's cost (which they're not, they're right on par) it would have been worth it for all the things so explained here.

Appreciate this team and would trust them with any and all jobs I need completed in the future.

I had a small electrical job to re-route conduit and electrical boxes.  It was a simple job that would take 4 hours max.  The first quote I received from a different electrician was $800.00 which I found offensive.  I called M-1 (Manny) and he scheduled to come out and he arrived even EARLIER than promised (8:00 a.m.).  He digested the job and said it would take him 3 hours (4 hours tops) plus material.  He said, I'll do it for $500.00.    So we had a deal!

He knocked it out in 4 hours and did a very nice job using U-strut.

This company is as good as it gets.  The installation and repairs done at my home were very clean and done right.  Thank you for fitting me in on such short notice.

Brad Parker Electric, fast service and fair pricing.  Brad was able to provide same day service. Our new dryer didn't work and we found out it wasn't the dryer so it had to be an electrical problem, Brad found the problem and had it up and running quickly .

I have had the pleasure of using this company twice now and I can say they are fantastic!!!!  Monte was very quick to come to my rescue and fix my issue not once but twice and both times neither were his problem!!!  I would highly recommend him and his company.

Ace Electric is very professional and does quality work at a reasonable price with exceptional customer service!  We recently had them do several electrical projects including where they remounted and replaced outlets in our kitchen as part of a remodel.  With COVID-19, we were delayed in getting our backsplash completed for a month after Ace Electric did the initial electrical work and as we needed the outlet covers custom cut...Ace Electric recommended allowing the backsplash installation to complete so it would be just right.  A month later...they actually came back out with no trip charge just to custom cut and fit the outlet covers....very impressed!

Wow Rick came on time for the appointment for the quote but really didn't want the job because it was a small job and I was going to provide some of the mistrals for the job to lower the cost but his bid was high for 2 circuits to be installed garage 240 Volt . One circuit was 30 amp and the other was going to be 50 amp . Well he showed up a 1.5 week later (first appointment canceled on his behalf ) His attitude was poor and really in a hurry to get a free lunch and instead of 50 amp he said that all I need was a 30 amp to support the mig welder I had right now !! Well what happen if I upgrade to bigger welder in the future ???? So he charged me for 50 amp service and installed wiring and breaker for 30 amps (Thanks for listing to what the customer wants ) I will not call Lightning electric again !!

1904 Electric & Solar installed a manual transfer switch for me. The company was competent, explained the process, and did a very professional job. Furthermore, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend 1904 Electric & Solar and if I need additional electric work, I will go back to them.

I called Stolle Electric recently when I needed to have two hardwired smoke detectors replaced in my home.  Bob Stolle was able to squeeze us in the very next day and did an excellent job.  I am a very pleased customer and will definitely call  Stolle Electric again if any needs for an electrician should arise.

Pay for what you don't get!

They came out for a yearly service on an admittedly old system we have. After getting lost and knocking on my neighbors door for ten minutes and then calling me to finally realize where they were, two young guys arrived. Were here for ten minutes, said they flushed out my lines, checked everything, basically an 18 point inspection, took only ten minutes, wow! They actually took more time trying to convince me to purchase a yearly inspection plan which, thank goodness, I did not do. Three weeks later my ceiling caved in from the condensation lines that backed up, the overflow did not work, automatic shutoff did not work nothing. Hundreds of dollars of repairs. When I called Fox to talk to them, they said they weren't responsible. All of the things they checked and said were either clean or operating properly would have kept the condensate lines from overflowing into my ceiling. They said they weren't responsible.
Go Green Heating and Cooling came out in an emergency call in 90 minutes and made sure everything was working properly and then didn't charge me.
A few weeks later, a Fox rep called and refunded the cost of our inspection; $109. I did appreciate that because the ceiling repairs cost over $600.

Added value to my backyard!!

I just felt robbed.  $79 service fee and then $1000 estimate to just diagnose my problems of a simple doorbell check, ceiling fan check, and taking a look at a tripped circuit.  Holy smokes!  I told them they needed to go after they told me it would be at least $1000.  $79 for them to tell me I need to pay $1000.  Robbery
