Wow so much to say about Eskew electric. All the guys with this company are really great guys who do fantastic work. You can tell when someone cares about the quality of work they do and I must say that Eskew electric has that going on. I've heard they have been in business for a really long time here in Austin so glad to have found out about this electric company. Look no further these guys are great to work with!

KDR Electrical Services Inc. fixed some rat-chewed wiring in my attic, and they did a thorough job.

I was referred to KDR by my air conditioning company.  By default I would have gone with Fox because (1) I remember them because I see their trucks and advertising everywhere (2) they repaired my attic wiring the last time this happened.  The air conditioning guy said I might get a better rate from KDR, and he said they did good work, so I gave them a call.

John, a KDR electrician, showed up bright and early on Monday morning.  He looked at the wiring and told me how long he thought it would take.  After I gave him the go-ahead, he installed new wiring and sheathed it in aluminum conduit to protect it from the rats.  (Why didn't Fox do that?)  His time estimate was spot on.

The next time I need an electrician, I will call KDR.

Called Steven yesterday afternoon. Requested him to come first thing in the morning.  He was here on time, friendly, took care of my issue very quickly. The issue Im having faults out within 3 to 4 days.  He mention to me he would come back if the breaker wasnt the problem.  So far, so good!

We have been planning to upgrade fans and lighting and install new fixtures throughout our home for some time. We knew this would be a big project and I wanted to make sure we found a qualified company to complete it. I reached out to KW Electric and they responded right away to my request for a quote and offered first an initial and, later, final walk-through to ensure the plan matched what we wanted perfectly. Dennis P. and his apprentice, Joseph, took the time to thoughtfully plan and install everything including a 72 fan and recessed lights in our 24' great room. I wasn't sure how an electrician would accomplish what we wanted, but KW Electric team explained their process every step of the way. They were quiet, kind, courteous, and responsive, always taking care to clean up the area they had finished in, before moving to the next. They are fully licensed and insured and I would recommend this company without any reservations to anyone looking for high-quality, comprehensive electricians. We have a couple more projects in mind and I look forward to working with Dennis in the future. Thank you, KW Electric, for helping us bring our vision to life.

Had a in issue with several plugs not working and tripping the breaker. We initially thought it could be a problem with the breakers and changed those out, but the problem persisted.  Called Volthouse Electric and Anthony came out the next day.  He was very nice and professional and figured out the problem and got it fixed right away.  We will definitely use them for any future electrical issues.

Bert Shipley tackled my problem with my old House electrical system and worked on the problem until it was solved. His workers, Aaron and Adan, were the best.

What to say about Cal? He is honest, really good at his job and fair priced. He shows up when he is suppose to, shoots straight, charges a fair rate and has tons of experience. He knows what he is doing and does it with a smile. He just retired from being in charge (not meant as an electrical pun) of rebuilding and maintaining the electrical systems at the governors mansion. Give him a shot, you'll be glad, nothing he does will shock you! (grin)

Great customer service!  Clint was very professional, courteous and clean cut. He knew exactly what to do, how long it would  take,  and cleaned up any mess made during the project. I will definitely use Hahn Electric again and highly recommend them.

Like I stated before, we hired this company again! You know how you remember an prior experience and then you go back a year later and it isn't quite how you imagined? Well, you won't find that with this group. We called Teri on Tuesday regarding our back patio light. The home builder had installed a flushed can light which we had issues with flickering and struggled to change the bulb when it went out. We had called the builder and were told yeah, there have been multiple complaints about that. Other homeowners have changed it out. (This was prior to being in our newly built home for less than a year.)

Teri got us booked that same week, even recalled the service area we were in, and explained the service technician would call us prior to arrival. Thursday morning, 15 minutes prior to our appointment, I received a call. Jim was in our neighborhood and would be here shortly. Jim arrived and greeted us like old friends. His customer service was nothing less than exceptional! He reviewed our issues, made some recommendations, installed the fixture we selected, and was finished with the area looking as if no repairs even took place in less than an hour.

I will ONLY hire this group for any electrical service work, based off my experiences. They value their customers and it shows! The work meets all expectations, and their service is fast, friendly, and affordable. For this Texan, there is only one choice and it's RAW Electric.

Dallas at Bonnet Electric exceeded our expectations -- highly, highly recommend!

A power surge caused an outlet to fry (not just need to be reset) and cut off power to the lower half of an entire room in our home. He responded promptly, coming out the very same day to replace the outlet.

We really appreciated that he wore a mask, and he explained what he was doing. He didn't try to upsell us, rather I asked him what we could do to prevent the issue in the future and he recommended a home surge protector. He told us how we could buy and install ourselves, but it's not a simple task and we were thrilled to hire him to come back and professionally install this added layer of protection.

If you call Bonnet, you will be in great hands with someone who is friendly and a true professional :-)

Sometimes I throw business cards away, sometimes I scan them with a note akin to 'don't ever use' and sometimes.... sometimes... the business card gets placed near my computer so I remember to write a yelp review as soon as I have a moment.  You know... if they were superb, fantastic and all that jazz.

Rumsfield's card got put next to my computer. Here's why:

- Answered phone, Took information, Made appointment

- Came when he said he would

- Assessed situation and fixed it up lickety split.

- Charged me in relation to the complicated-ness (or lack there-of) of my problem.
(Read: DIDN'T try to charge me $300 for something that ended up being minor.)

- Friendly and personable in just the right proportion.

Really can't think of  even a single thing I'd improve. Stellar.

For the curious:

My problem was one of those embarrassingly simple ones.  Some of my outlets mysteriously stopped working. Not ALL of them, just some.  (I've mentioned before that while I don't shy from garage tools and the like, electricity is a fear. Silly, but true. Thus, I was not the person who was gonna be opening up outlets and poking around at wires.)  

Anywho... As it turns out...the problem was just some connections that were poorly installed. Adjust, tighten, re-do and all was good.  That was a few months ago and I've had zero problems since.  His remedy has truly stood the test of time.

I would really like to give a huge thank you to the Mike at M&M electric. We recently sold our house and needed to relocate a junction box on our AC unit. I called him up and the next day he came out to our house and got it fixed and was super reasonable. I highly recommend him for any type of electrical work that you may need at all.

Mike and Trent saved me again. Had them come out and hang a new dinning room light and outside flood lights. Thank you guys for always helping out

Do not recommend. Very unprofessional organization. Doesn't want to work with customers to resolve issues and apparently doesn't need the business.

Awesome work helping my dad on short notice !!  Jason was very polite and professional, we will definitely have him back for our next project!
