We have used Palmerio for multiple plumbing issues and projects. When we had major issues such as hot water heater broke and more recently we had some pipes leaking in the basement, they came out immediately (within an hour) and were very helpful, respectful, and explained our issues and options. Great company!
I had to call Joe to ask a few questions & he took the time out of his busy schedule to answer. He's very nice & thorough in his work. Excellent!
Had a drain issue and without taking anything apart or inspecting the pipes,other than looking at them, the employee they sent said they'd have to run all new piping. Had a second opinion and what they quoted me at over 1,500 ended up only costing $85. Because it only needed a simple cleaning. Had other issues also but reached out to the owner to make him aware. Completely blew them off and accused me of lying. Many better options out there.
Called him with an emergency with our pipes being clogged. He came to the house within 2 hours of calling. Very helpful, very informative, and very very nice. He was equipped with a mask and kept his distance the whole time. He cleared the pipes and apparently it was an easier solution so he didn't even charge us but we gave him a nice lil tip anyway. This guy is awesome!
Palmerio Plumbing is great! Professional, efficient and very flexible with scheduling. I received a call back right away when I called them. They were willing to work with my schedule. They were very respectful and I did high quality work. I would recommend!
Contacted Palermo Plumbing due to the excellent Yelp reviews. Reviews were spot on, quick professional service, Bryan diagnosed the issues and corrected them and provided us with a new easy to use thermostat. We are new to the area and now do not need to worry about any future plumbing needs.

Had extreme cold temperatures and my pipes froze even though the area was heated. I had zero water in the whole house. I called Palmerio Plumbing and Joe came out within an hour. He quickly diagnosed where the problem was and water was on within 20 minutes of his arrival. Cost was very reasonable for an emergency call. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thanks Joe! I was stressing this morning!
We used Palmiero Plumbing on two occasions. At first Joe was very responsive and came out to the house to fix the problem quickly. The bill was more than we had anticipated and more than we had paid other plumbers for similar work in the past, but the quality of the work was good. We paid for the work on the day the work was finished. We later had another plumbing problem in the barn. This time Joe was slower to respond and missed coming out as promised a few times without calling to let us know. We then discovered that the automatic waterers no longer worked after Joe had repaired the other problem in the barn. We then called Joe again. He promised to come out many times, but each time he has missed the appointment and didn'teven have the courtesy to call. We have now been hauling water for two horses by hand for three weeks, and it's getting old! We now must find another plumber to fix the problem in the next two weeks before we go on vacation so the horsesitter doesn't have to haul heavy water buckets. Bottom line... work is good but expensive and communication is virtually nil.
I have used Palmerio Plumbing several times for some emergency plumbing situation and each time they have showed up on short notice and completed an awesome job. Today I had the pleasure of working with Ernie and within minutes of his arrival he was able to diagnose the issue. Ernie was professional, repairs were quick and efficient and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend Palmerio Plumbing to anyone with big or small plumbing issues!
Fast service and great communication! Just finished a job for us repairing a leak in our yard and very pleased with the work done. Would recommend to anyone asking for a plumbers name!
Great plumber! If i could give em 10 stars i would. Brian and joe are great, brian showed up on time and i told him what i knew and what i did about the problem and he investigated all the culprits and tried to find out how we could try to see the problem. They were barely invasive and were easy to try as i didnt want to disturb or get massive amounts of dust or whatnot all over the place where my daughter plays. The problem was fixed within an hour and thanks to Brian's high tech tools it was easy to find and super easy fix. The quote was given before he does any work and it was not a wallet buster by any means. Upfront, honest, hard working guys, you wont find a better set of guys and they are on my speed dial if i have anymore problems and they should be on yours too!
These guys are great. Cost is reasonable, Joe is a hard working professional with good attitude. Cool looking truck. LOL Don't be stupid.....call these guys!
I knew Joe from a large project he did at his prior job. I decided to reach out when I needed some work, knowing that he had his own business. Joe has been both responsive, fast and communicates problems and solutions clearly. Compared to others on the main line, I also consider his prices competitive and fair. He will complete the work on time and as promised with a team of professionals. This is inconsistent with the general tendency of main line contractors to over charge. I will call Joe back for future plumbing needs.
Needed a repair of my water line to hook up my new washing machine. Brian answered the call and said he would be there this afternoon at 2. He was there promptly at 2 and assessed my problem. He said he needed some additional Parts and would return in an hour. He returned promptly in an hour, fixed my problem within a half an hour. He was very professional and cleaned up afterword. I am totally satisfied and would highly recommend Brian. 5 stars!

Joe and Brian are the best. We had the new pex system installed in our house, they did it in exceptional time and did a great job. Any questions we asked they answered with no problem. I would recommend Palmerio for any of your plumbing needs.
