HISTORY

Established in 2013.
Justin Tormanen started in the plumbing industry 2004 working with a few different companies working on a wide range of plumbing projects from new construction, remodel, commercial construction, service plumbing, and home repipes. In 2013 he started Aqua Star Plumbing LLC and has been serving the Southwest Washington area ever since.

He graduated from Clark College with an Associates Degree and is now a current residential and commercial Journeyman Plumber serving the Southwest Washington, Vancouver, Wa / Battle Ground, Wa Area.

Accurate and competitive quote. Did a great job. He fixed two pipes under the house quickly. Fast, efficient and professional. For some reason other plumbers would not even get back to us. Justin knows what he is doing and will get the job done right.

Justin was great to work with. Called for a fix on a water heater. He came in below his original estimate, fixed the problem perfectly, and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use him again and recommend him for friends and family.

We had an emergency with a broken pipe this afternoon. While we were searching local companies in panic, Justin responded right away, came over and took care of it. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable person. Not only he did an excellent job fixing the pipe for a very reasonable price, he also cared about keeping our house clean and recommending us some other professionals in subsequent water restoration field.

My toilet started leaking and my bathtub developed a small crack. No one wants anything leaking in their home. I was referred to Aqua Star plumbing by a family member that had a great experience during a re-pipe. From the first call I knew that Justin is a master at his craft. He was able to come out same day and come up with a resolution quickly. I've since hired him to help with my bathroom renovations. I would recommend Justin and Aqua Star hands down no questions. Very polite, efficient, trustworthy and professional all while using high quality products. If your in need of plumbing work Justin is the guy.

Justin at Aqua Star Plumbing is a true professional! After calling numerous local plumbers that turned out to be mostly flaky or rude we found Aqua Star Plumbing and I'm so glad we did. Ours was a somewhat complicated commercial project (we needed a utility sink installed in a storage room where there was no existing plumbing) and Justin literally saved us hundreds of dollars compared to other bids we received. His entire crew was very professional and helpful from start to finish. What stood out to me the most was their attention to detail. They had to cut concrete, dry wall, etc. and the area was spotless when they were done. This is something I certainly didn't expect but greatly appreciated. I think it's rare to find service professionals like this anymore who take pride in their work and do what they say they're going to do. All we wanted was a plumber who was reliable, did good work, and was reasonably priced and this is exactly what we got. Thank you Aqua Star Plumbing!

I manage several properties for my grandma in Battle Ground, it's difficult due to my physical location being over 3000 miles away. I found Justin at Aqua Star after a low water pressure issue at one of the rentals. I called several plumbers that I have used in the past to receive a quote for the work. On a whim I called Aquastar to compare rates even though I had not used them and was pleased that not only did Justin have a competitive price but he excelled in customer service. I booked him for the first property and found that he was prompt, easy to work with, and my tenants really liked him. He provided updates and making the payment was simple. I have now used him three times in the past month and every time I am more and more impressed. He is the first and only plumber I will call for issues in the area now. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I have a honest company to work with. Thanks!
