HISTORY

Established in 2013.
Brent Staats has been in the plumbing industry since 1997 and is a State of Ohio Licensed Plumber and Certified Backflow Tester. Brent got his start at and worked for a plumbing company located in Westerville for 15 years where his final role was Director of Operations. During the summer, of 2013, he was approached with the opportunity to take over The Z Man and service the existing customers effective October 2013. Excited for the opportunity of creating a new chapter in life for his family, Brent and his wife, Bethany, created Staats Plumbing LLC in order to take on the new venture. .

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Brent has been in the plumbing field since 1997. He is a licensed plumbing and backflow contractor in the State of Ohio. In his spare time Brent enjoys spending time outdoors with his friends and family. Brent has been married to his wife Bethany since 2007, they have a son and a daughter together.

These guys are honest guys. I knew the owner when he worked at another competitor as their lead manager. Did a ton of work for our rentals and was always professional and communicative. After he left, the company went down he drain (no pun intended.) I found out that Brent started his own business with Nick doing plumbing work. They do a great job and I call them for all of my plumbing jobs. The only problem I think they have is that they are pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a while to get out to us so if you have an immediate problem, I would call but not sure how quickly they can respond due to the amount of business they are experiencing.

Very satisfied. Nick corrected a problem we have lived with for more than 15 years which other plumbers have been unable to identify let alone fix. I am pleased to give 5 stars. The cost of the service call and work was very reasonable as well.
I'm very happy to know these guys and will recommend to friends and family.
