Cannot say enough about this team. My basement flooded and I wasn't sure what to do or who to call. So....hello google...

I called on a Friday and was told they were overbooked through Tuesday. The lovely lady answering the phone said she would still take down my info in case there was any time that came available. Within just a couple of hours, they had techs who could help.

The techs showed up when they said they would, very quickly assessed the situation and just as quickly resolved my issue. Techs were nothing but professional, efficient and so kind.

Fantastic experience and don't hesitate to give them a call!

I called them on Saturday evening asking if they provide emergency plumbing because my basement had flooded. I explained what was happening and he said they could get guys out the next day, great. They sent drain cleaners to the wrong address first of all, and when they got to our home they realized they were the wrong people for the job. Still charged us $140 service fee even though they did nothing. When I called back to reschedule actual plumbers I confirmed they do in fact do that type of job, and asked if we can use that service fee for when the correct people come back out. The man on the phone told me that I would have to take that up with the shop when they come - even though the techs had told my husband that that man on the phone was the owner so I'm not sure how that wouldn't be his responsibility. He said they'd call me the following morning to let me know when they could be here. A woman called me and said they couldn't come out today (Monday) but they could on Tuesday. Fine. I called Tuesday morning to check when they'd be out so I could be there, and another woman informed me that it was actually scheduled for the FOLLOWING Tuesday. So I canceled it, because it cannot wait one week. So now we are out $140 for literally nothing, when the entire miscommunication was on them. I explained what happened and they should be able to understand what I need - because I am not in this profession. The guy told me that he thought I said I had sewage backup, which I absolutely did not say. And he acted like it was my fault. Their techs have been out to us before and they themselves had been great and helped us out, but unfortunately their dispatchers are terrible at communicating. We would have continued to use them, but now we will not again.

We called CPR after a sewer back up with all the rain a couple of days ago. It was too late Sunday for them to get out, the schedule was full. They added me to Monday and were here in the afternoon. The cleared the drain AND cleaned the area!! They were helpful and offered some strategies for moving forward. Hope I don't need to call them again soon, but I do I will not hesitate!

I knew I needed C.P.R. ASAP. My pipes were clogged filled with gunk, slush and grime. This time there was no getting away with a  plunger job.

As I had a prior occasion to utilize their services, I was not put off by the dazed dispatcher who answered my woman in distress early morning call. He was having a difficult time understanding me, he couldn't spell the word H-E-I-G-H-T-S and took my number down wrong. Service was to arrive later that morning or early afternoon. When that didn't happen, I made a follow-up call. I learned dazed dispatcher had written my contact info wrong. Fortunately, within a half hour of my callback, the plumber arrived.

Joe was great. As I watched, he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it.  Less than 30 minutes later mission accomplished with use of motorized, mobile snake machine.  My kitchen plumbing was once again operational. He also gave me good advice: clean garbage disposal once monthly with ice cubes, nothing white down disposal and run COLD water over grease when pouring down drain opposite of disposal (it should be clumped)

This set me back $120. Cash or credit.

This is my go-to place for plumbing issues. They charge $160 for the first hour and then charge $100 for each additional hour (billed in 15 minute increments). They will tell you this when making the appointment. Depending on the time of day I can get service the same day or the next one.

They've unclogged sinks and run a snake through the main sewage line. With each visit they've explained what was causing the issue and offered me ways to keep prevent it from happening again.

My basement flooded & my neighbor had used CPR to clear her drains & recommended them. I had called everyone in town & most said they could not clear my drains until the water was pumped out of the basement. A restoration company was here pumping, but the progress was really slow. I called CPR back and they agreed to come take a look. Alex ran into multiple roadblocks (sewer pipes inaccessible, water too high), but was determined to try to help. He called his office for suggestions, found another sewer connection in an out-of-the-way corner of the basement & ran his giant heavy machine from upstairs since he couldn't haul it down the stairs in the water. Absolutely amazing determination to solve the problem no matter what. The bill was $240 (2 guys). Ridiculously cheap & super effort. Highly recommend.

CPR Drain replaces and cleaned out one of our gutter drains to the street. Ron and Justin were excellent. Very professional and helpful in explaining everything they were doing. Could not be more pleased.  I also feel the cost was very reasonable considering the time and work that need to be done.  Would highly recommend CPR.

I'll keep this short. This company came to my home, because that's who my landlord chose. I did not hire them (thankfully, or else this would make this situation even worse, knowing that *I* was actually *out* money).
And in all fairness, MAYBE this company is good and this is just a case of some bad apples. However, from the 2 office personnel that I spoke with, along with the 2 gentlemen that came into my home, I'm going to be VERY cautiously optimistic about this company at best.
Long story short, this company sent 2 men to do the job. One was very pleasant as in really didn't say much and/or contribute to his counterparts attitude/approach. However, the other one with a missing tooth was hostile, confrontational and just rude.
After they left, I realized that all but 1 of some controlled medication I had in my kitchen cabinet (conveniently right in the area they were working) had been stolen. That's right, folks. They sent junkies to my home, where my children are. Not only that, but one of them went to my basement, used my daughters restroom, peed all over the toilet, didn't flush and left the seat up. Really? When I called their office to report such, I was met with absolute rudeness and was told well then you'll just have to call the cops I guess. No attempt to say they would investigate their employees, no apologies, no inquiry as to what medication, which one I thought it might have been--- nothing. But the police sure asked those questions. And there may never be anything come from those thieves (I don't know that for certain, because I've never had junkies steal any medication from me before). However, at best, when their vehicles for this company come back into my town to do work, you betcha the police will watch them like a hawk.
Oh and get this- they created a leak (admittedly) and said someone else would come out to fix it another day. When I spoke with my landlord to let him know that I do NOT want anyone from that company back inside my home, my landlord said, Well they're refusing to come back anyway.
Yeah....I'll bet they are. Hard to actually face someone a second time knowing you've got junkies coming into people's homes and violating them right under their noses.
So, if you call them, and a guy with a missing tooth shows up with a skinny quiet guy-- hover over them like it's YOUR job. Because I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. Although, I can't imagine why anyone would hire them- but whatever.
I gave them 1 star, simply because I couldn't give them zero stars.

I had a clog deep in my kitchen drain that I couldn't reach with a 25 foot augur.  The plumbers gave me a time they'd arrive (about an hour window), and also called me again when they were on their way, so I wasn't waiting very long.  They cleared the clog quickly, and took the time to show me where the clog was located, and helpful tips to prevent it from happening again, such as flushing the drain once a month, and limiting use of the garbage disposal.

Very helpful and professional.

CPR Drain Cleaning provides great service. They were recommended to me for main sewer line repair. No one wants to have their yard torn up and pay the huge amounts it costs to do that. But since it had to be fixed I am glad CPR was the one doing it. Very fair price & Dave & Robert made sure my yard was put back as well as possible - even came out a second time to do so.

I have a rental home in Columbus that needed tree roots cleared from the pipes.  I was referred to this company by my friend's plumber. He'd had great experiences with them. He was right. They went to the house very quickly and per my tenant, they were done in less than an hour. It took two guys and the bathroom at issue is very small so this was not easy. They also waited to charge my credit card until I spoke with them to authorize it... after they'd completed the job. And the price they quoted me is the price they charged. They were very professional and my tenant had no complaints. I would definitely recommend them!

They were great! Honest, fast, knowledgable, & affordable.  They charged me 1/3 of the price another company quoted me.  I will definitely use them again!

I found this company to be a waste of $120 and 2/12 hours of personal time from work. Will be calling another company out today. Workers seemed disinterested asked no questions and didn't solve both my issues with my basement floor drains. Was a complete waste of my time and money. Never again!

tl;dr CPR employee attacked someone in my home and later returned to my home in an act of intimidation.  Police were called and my basement is still wet.

I hired CPR to find and repair the source of flooding in my basement.  After they completed the work, cleaning a clogged basement floor drain, it appeared the problem had been fixed.  One week later, we had a basement flood worse than the first.  I called CPR, who guaranteed their work for 30 days, and asked for the men who completed the repair to come back out and look for the issue.  They were able to come out that same day.  Once here, the man verified that the floor drain was clean and assured me that the flood did not happen as a result of the previous clog.  I asked him what he believed the reason for the flood  to be multiple times.  Each time he said he did not know; there did not seem to be a problem.  Of course, there was a problem as we were standing in a wet basement.  Another plumber who was working in my house, sensing my frustration, tried to explain to the CPR employee that the problem we were seeing did not occur until after their first repair.  The CPR employee became enraged.  He stood up and began to yell and curse at this other plumber.  He cursed repeatedly, questioning the other plumber's credentials while becoming incredibly defensive of his own work.  The CPR employee started to advance on the other plumber and in the end, attempted to strike him.  I asked CPR to leave my home, but he would not stop arguing.  In the end, it took two men (the other plumber and a neighbor) to escort the CPR employee out of my home.  Three hours later, they returned with 2 additional men.  These four men (A CPR Drain Cleaning owner, the 2 employee who were originally here and another employee) returned to my home.  They crowded around me telling ME that they were pressing charges.  In addition to this being insane, it was intimidating.  I called the police to again escort CPR off my property.  When the police arrived they determined that there was no reason for an assault report to be taken and successfully diffused the situation.  In the end, the owner offered to look at their work (after assuring me that their company did not cause any additional damage).  Realizing I would not receive an unbiased examination, I sent them away.  No repairs ever occurred.
