Gave me a price estimate via yelp message when I told him my clogging issue..received a text that the workers were coming shortly and in no time they were at my door.

UNFORTUNATELY 5 months later, I had to edit my review about this company due to a worker. I contacted this business once again due to slow draining in my basement shower, usually when this happens it's due to my house trap being clogged.

Messaged the company via Yelp, Jimmy is a great guy must I add! He responded quickly and called me to set up an appointment ASAP. Justin was sent over the same day, took a look at the trap, we ran the shower and he told me that my water flow was great and there was no type of clog in the trap, advised me to plunge the shower. Justin spend no more than 15 minutes at my place and assured me that my trap was perfectly fine.

I asked him what is the charge, he replied nobody gave you a price I replied no, he hesitated and told me $100 ... $100??? For a 15minute job to tell run my shower for 10seconds??? Wow !! I then tried to get a hold of jimmy to explain but I guess he was busy and there was no answer, I messaged him via Yelp as well...I didn't want the worker standing outside in the cold and just gave him the $100.

I totally understand that time is money & gas is expensive to make that trip to evaluate the problem. But cmon $100? In September when i did have the trap blockage I was charged the same price! The workers advised me to have the trap maintained every 6 months and I was totally fine with $100 for maintenance! I really thought that I had found an honest company finally! Jimmy, returned my call and told me that if I have a blockage problem he will have a worker come free at charge. But what if I never have the problem again? I'm sorry but I court see if the guy charged me at least under $100 for a 15 minute job.

The receipt says that Justin stated there was muck in the trap .. if there was muck he should have removed the muck. There was NOTHING removed from the trap as Justin stated it was a clear and he was no blockage.

This company has good guys. They get the job done right the first time. I found out the hard way you get what you pay for in drain cleaning. I was paying 4995 every month for the past 2 years. Peter came by and I haven't had a problem since. Definitely using them for future problems/maintenance and will recommend to others. Great job guys!!!

I put in a project request last night and within 15 minutes Luigi responded to me and asked me to give him a call. We agreed on a time for this morning and a man named Miguel came over and fixed our problem within 30 minutes! He was so nice and explained very well what the issue was and he was very honest about what he can for the most affordable solution and we appreciated that very much.
We would definitely be using L&C again and will specifically ask for Miguel!!!

I found myself in a situation where I had many choices and quick decisions to make after Hurricane Ida resulted in unprecedented government agency involvement.  I needed a trusted, written opinion from a plumbing expert who was aware of city codes, the intricacies of gas pipes, the interrelation of chimney channels and oxygen levels, water damage implications (or lack thereof), construction specialist opinions and awareness of budgeting limitations in the midst of inflation created by the supply chain debacle that has affected our nation and world.  I received an immediate phone call after being afforded the opportunity to send some photographs. Although others could have taken advantage of the fact that I am not well versed in plumbing jargon, I was treated with the utmost respect and felt very supported.  Information was provided in a manner that was never condescending and I learned so much in a short period of time.  Tom's Plumbing was very generous with their time.  They were extremely transparent in telling me what I did not need to replace and why.  Their multifaceted knowledge is as formidable as their honest decency is inspiring.  While never imposing their viewpoints, they could not have been nicer in calmly explaining what could and could not be done, always offering a clear reason.  All these exchanges of ideas took place on a Sunday evening when most persons are disconnecting from their livelihoods that can be a source of physical and cognitive stress.  Thanks to these very kind gestures, I will be able to comfortably meet application deadlines so I may take proactive measures to protect my boiler and water heater from future extraordinary basement flooding.  To say I am grateful would be an understatement.

We woke up to a flood in our basement and kitchen and couldn't figure out the source. We sent a message on Yelp which Bruno replied to right away with his number. He walked my husband though trying to figure out the source of the leak on the phone, looked at pics and was willing to come by on short notice. Our HVAC repair guy happened to be in the neighborhood and came by to fix it. However, we were so impressed with Bruno's professionalism and patience over the phone that we had to leave him a good review. If we ever have another plumbing issue we would not hesitate to use this company.

I cannot praise this company enough. We had a shower fixture from actual hell that to replace would have required breaking down a mosaic tile wall. Fixing the shower was so complicated. No matter what the supplier told us and how many parts they sent, it wouldn't work. Rich only charged us for the first visit and came back every time to figure out what the issue was until we finally got to the bottom of it. We were so helpless and many plumbers that came before gave up on us after taking our money. This is a plumbing company with strong values. They don't just come to perform a service but actually think resourcefully about how to resolve issues permanently. The issue with our shower lasted 6 years and we had Rich making visits to our place for 3 months. I highly recommend

Came really, really late (over 2 hours the appointed time) and over charges for half-assed, incomplete jobs. A rip-off. Dishonest. Takes advantage. Shady.

I had  to immediately hire someone else to correct what he did. Waste of time and money. Never again. This is someone you hire just once or better, not at all.

My bathroom faucet needed to be replaced and they were very efficient and responded to my service request quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Called and an appointment was given for a specific date and time.  Plumber never showed up and no one even bothered to call to cancel.  Kept me waiting, wasting valuable time.

This is the third time i hired WaterMac Plumbing & Heating.  The reason I keep hiring this company is because in every aspect of business they display nothing but professionalism.  I hired WaterMac Plumbing & Heating this time to install a new bathtub. I felt so comfortable with the company that I didn't bother getting an estimate from another.  When they work, there is so much care that it seems like they are working in their own home.  Highly recommended!!

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

Imagine your boiler stops working and it's New Years Eve - and the weather is expected drop to below 20 degrees...well that's what happened to us.  Having worked my way down the Yelp recommendations and getting either no response or no they don't repair boilers, I came upon MKC Plumbing.  How lucky we were that Chris was able to fit us in, drive over and resolve the boiler issue and remedy the lack of heating.   Chris was nearly stymied by the boiler, but he kept at it and didn't give up.  Hardworking and honest, you'll feel as blessed as we did having found him.  We will be keeping his number for future projects and emergencies.

FRAUDS-DISHONEST
I started to change the float system in my toilet tank got it all drained and old removed and hit an impasse. I called the company which forwarded me to a cell phone. I told him the issue, asked him a price. I had the equipment already (brand new float and flapper combo) has already taken the tank apart and old float and flapper our. He told me if I had the equipment it would be 175+tax. I agreed. He told me to call the front desk and give them my credit card. I did such and he sent over a worker.
The worker was respectful and neat and did a great job. But he told me he had to use his own equipment since he was responsible for the job. I told him to use mine or take mine since I just opened it and won't have use for it.
He completed the project. It worked and still works great.

Four days later I get a charge for 275+. I email/call and text him. He tells me to call the store for a reason and then calls me and said it's because they used their own equipment. It was a forced issue. I asked for a refund 100.00. I told him I would dispute the claim for 100.00 because I was willing to pay the agreed to cost not a billed one he made up. I NEVER SIGNED A RECEIPT FOR 275+.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH INDIVIDUALS LIKE THIS. Good riddance

My dishwasher was leaking and I called waterhouse to repair, They came and fix the problem within an hour. Very professional and fast, will call again!

Got Shpat helping me out with 3 different plumbing issues in retail store. He response to my call quickly and charge fairly. All issue is clear and store manager all have positive feedback to his service.
Recommended and will continue call them for any other issue.

John is not only an expert in his field and he is an honest man. He told me what the issue was and how that could be fixed. He went on further that if the issue was inside the wall it should be the building's responsibility and asked me to speak to building management. He cares about his customers and thinks for them. I highly recommend him and trust his business will do great because he is an honest man and a real customer centered service!

I called and asked how much it would be for someone to pit in a pilot valve on my boiler. I already know whats wrong with it. My old one was buzzing and my friend already bought the part, he just hasmt had time yet to install. The wasnted $175 TO WALK IN MY DOOR to look at it. Just to assess the problem they wanted almost $200 and their address is about a mile from my house. Dont walk RUN. I dont care how many good reviews they get. I no lonher believe any of these boiler people reviews.

Unethical, incompetent plumber and then a defensive supervisor when I called to relay the disastrous estimate experience,
