Had another company come to clear a clogged main sewer line and after running 60 feet of cable it still was clogged. Told me I needed high pressure flush to clear years of sludge that acculturated.
Price offered $1200 and I was like WTH and he could not do it that day. I decided to call the original 718 sewer and drain company to see if they had somebody that could help. I spoke with Jimmy on the phone although it was his day off he was quick to take a call and see if he could give us some assistance. Within three minutes I got a call back telling me a technician Victor would be there within the hour. Upon victors arrival I explained the situation with the other company what they did the first thing he did was open up the manhole cover in the street to check the main drain. Everything seems to be functioning normally there so he came in surmised the situation and said traditional snake would not be effective. He also recommended the high pressure cleaning although at half the price the other company had quoted. Still a bitter pill to swallow being a homeowner what choice do you have I put my faith in him he took care of the problem immediately courteously and  efficiently. My pipes are now clean, LOL I did not think that they took advantage rather offered immediate and sound advice to remedy this situation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and if you get Victor consider yourself lucky.

Today was my 1st time receiving drain cleaning from this company and I was very pleased with the service the quick responses, very polite and professional. Overall I had a great experience with the technician Pete. I will definitely continue using them in the future and I will recommend

Update: Our sink is now fixed. Also, our bathtub was snaked.  The first visit was on a Saturday night. Follow up to do the job was on Monday.  We could not be happier.  These guys really are special. First visit was from the owner himself. The installation was performed by Miguel two days' later.  Excellent service. Eternally grateful!

Justin is very reliable and responsive with good etiquette! My bathroom drain was clogged and needed emergency treatment.   He was very professional, diligent and thoroughly examined the problem to get to the bottom of the issue.  Highly recommend!!!

Excellent and reliable service.  Plumber came out same day to give free quote And then returned at my convenience (which was a few days later) ON TIME to do the work.  I repeat,  ON TIME.
Within a couple of hours, my faucets were replaced with zero hassle. This was excellent customer service.
This was also all done remotely as I am in Boston and he was doing the work for me in NYC.
I am extremely grateful that I found a plumber I could trust and who didn't try and take advantage of me price wise. This is a good guy.

Our sink had a bad leak and we were worried that no one would come in on a Sunday afternoon let alone with a corona virus going around but his team sent Chris right over within the hour to fix our sink and even an additional problem with the toilet all on one quote. He was very nice and even cleaned up after himself! I highly recommend Chris and his team!

This review is based on communication and basic consideration from this company. I made an appointment for someone to stop by before noon this past Saturday.

On the morning of I called early to confirm the appointment. There was no answer on the phone and a voicemail was left. At 12:30 PM I called again. No answer and another voice mail was left.

Now the following Monday, I still have not heard back with an apology let alone to reschedule. Highly unprofessional company with no respect for its prospective customers. I understand things happen but the minimum level of customer service is to pick up a phone. Don't take appointments you can't keep.

Igor was a real life saver. We were looking for a licensed plumber with insurance to change the valves in our shower. Igor was very clear about what the issue was, gave us a fair quote. I know this because I called 10 other plumbers. He came with a team of three and completed the job in two hours with no fuss at all at the exact estimate. I highly recommend going through him.

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. This was after I already tried to ask many other plumbing companies for solutions to no avail. I even went to a plumbing supply store but that didn't help either. Thanks to GG Plumbing, I was able to install the toilet seat with minimum cost. Even though I didn't need for GG to come help, his quoted price was also much more reasonable than the other plumbing companies I reached out to.

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

We had a leak in our Boiler room that was coming from the first floor. Kris came that very same day I inquired about getting it fixed. He quoted me a very reasonable price considering the leak was coming from the main water line. He also had to open the wall and repair a long cooper pipe. He was very knowledgeable and professional. After he was finished with the repair, I was so satisfied that I told him that he's officially my plumber for any future leaks. Hopefully there isn't any anytime soon. I would recommend him to my friends and family if they need a plumber!

Manny and Frank did a great job helping remove an old radiator and cutting and sealing a floor pipe. They were easy to work with, and explained everything they were doing, on-time, and responsive. So glad I found them after another local plumber never showed to our appointment, and some others wouldn't give me a price estimate without charging me to come out. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Highly recommend.  Installed new shower tub valve in East Village coop. Super fast and affordable.   We plan on using again for all our plumbing  needs in East Village.

Had to wait longer than expected for all repairs to be completed because of COVID, but understandable. Their plumber Shpat was the best one I've ever had. Wore a mask, very polite and patient in explaining cause of problems and he knew his shit when it came to my specific toilet, sink and shower/tub! A true professional and a credit to his profession.

Quick and friendly service! Called to inquire about sewer services and less than 2 hours later, Rusty was at my house. Didn't know exactly what the problem was but he explained that the sewer line needed to be cleaned and gave us a quote. He started working right after he provided the quote. Great service, really appreciate the turnaround time.

John is not only an expert in his field and he is an honest man. He told me what the issue was and how that could be fixed. He went on further that if the issue was inside the wall it should be the building's responsibility and asked me to speak to building management. He cares about his customers and thinks for them. I highly recommend him and trust his business will do great because he is an honest man and a real customer centered service!

Had a sink pipe leaking emergency, not sure who to turn to, Nush and Marinel were able to respond to me quickly with a very professional and helpful attitude that makes me feel me I'm in good hand, they show up the next day right on time, efficiently solve the problem. I highly recommended them.

We had an appointment window of 11a to 3p and called repeatedly, someone shows up at 8p.  We called to have a bathroom faucet replace and they wouldn't give any pricing over the phone - said we would get it on site. When the plumber got here, he quoted us $450 and said it was a 30 minute job. This is outrageous pricing for 30 minutes or work (in addition to all of the extra waiting time). We said no way and sent them away.
