I placed a call to Safeway at 2pm because my bathroom drain was very slow. They told me they would be there by 6 pm. Well Javier showed up at 4:45 pm. He was beyond punctual and that was a plus for me. He was very respectful and had on a mask. He was able to clear the drain for us. He did tell us that our pipes probably need to be replaced due to corrosion.  The price he quoted over the phone didn't change. The service was excellent. I highly recommend Safeway. I had sewer line backup and needed to get it addressed ASAP. L&C were super-responsive, came right away, fixed issue without gouging me. THANK YOU-hopefully we won't have issues but we would definitely use L&C again!

In the past, I have tried two other plumbers, but of the three, Tom's Plumbing and Heating Services is the best.  

He will not only fix your plumbing issues, but he will get it right the first time.  I messaged Tom's for a quote via Yelp, agreed on a date and time, and the employee Tom's sent was responsive and punctual.  My toilet would not flush properly and he immediately identified the problem, replaced the part that needed replacing, and got my toilet flushing first rate again.  He worked deftly and cleaned up after himself.  He also patiently and politely answered my battery of questions in a way that I could understand, despite my complete lack of knowledge about how plumbing works.  

I will undoubtedly call Tom's for future plumbing issues.  If you're looking for someone to resolve your plumbing needs, have no fear, Tom's is here!  Tom's is the best!  Better than all the rest.

This guy gave me a price to run a 80' copper pipe underground for water that will already be trenched for $2600. Not fixtures, no connections just rough the pipe in the ground. 300 worth of material. Stay away. Received quotes from 2 licensed plumbers for under 800.

I had a slow leak that was difficult to diagnose so I called Hub on a Tuesday and made an appointment for Thursday.  The cost was $50 to show up.  Angelo diagnosed a faulty faucet and told me where to buy a new faucet on line to save money and showed up the next week to install the faucet.  He did an excellent job and maybe I'm being naive but labor cost of $325 for the 30/45 minutes it took to install the faucet seems a bit pricey.

Great plumbers.  Very knowledgeable.  Responded to my emergency immediately.  Estimate was accurate and work was completed quickly.

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

Our main floor was without heat for about 3 1/2 days. Although it is a busy time with many people experiencing issues like this, Kris came within an hour from when I called. He was efficient and thorough. He was clearly knowledgeable and experienced. He caught another problem, and without pushing her to repair it, explained the issue to my wife. His price was fair. We will be calling him again if we have any issues in the future. Fantastic work!

Manny came by to fix a problem with our boiler a few weeks ago. He was efficient and neat throughout the whole process. Unlike others I have called in the past, he was pleasant and honest with me. I will definitely call and recommend Manny for future projects.

SKETCHY. Went way over quote, didn't know about the coupon on YELP when I tried to redeem it, changed the final price several times. Did an incomplete job and had to come back two weeks later but then pretended like he wasn't the same guy who came the first time.

Have done several jobs for my apartment which has some very old and unusual plumbing issues.  They have done excellent work and I highly recommend them. Were able to accommodate to do the work on my schedule (evening) and charged very fair price for the work done.  Honest, fair and efficient.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink for some time now and have not been able to locate a plumber. ESP Piping was quick to respond and was helpful over the phone for an initial diagnosis. John came in, located the cracked pipe and replaced it under 30 minutes.  Extremely nice! Professional , reasonable pricing and also provided great maintenance tips.

I called and asked how much it would be for someone to pit in a pilot valve on my boiler. I already know whats wrong with it. My old one was buzzing and my friend already bought the part, he just hasmt had time yet to install. The wasnted $175 TO WALK IN MY DOOR to look at it. Just to assess the problem they wanted almost $200 and their address is about a mile from my house. Dont walk RUN. I dont care how many good reviews they get. I no lonher believe any of these boiler people reviews.
