Great quick service and pricing. I left it up to my husband to call plumber for our slow draining master bath which drank no longer worked. And one day it took hours to drain and our pipes were making noise with water running for long period.

I messaged 718 on a Sunday night and got a response within an half hour that their office would call in the am. They called at 830 ( I had my phone on DND) so called back about 930 and two guys here by 1015. They were so nice and efficient. Price was lower than my estimate and even lower with cash!

I will be calling 718 for any plumbing issues (hopefully don't have any) but highly recommend!

Javier and Peter are great! We were having sewer line issues during a recent rainstorm. I found Safeway here on Yelp and they were very responsive. They came when they said they would, they were super personable/professional, and importantly they took the time to explain what the issue likely was. After reviewing my pictures, Mike gave me a very reasonable quote to replace my floating vanity and sink.
He sent his colleague, Miguel to do the work. Miguel was pleasant and efficient. With one or two adjustments he was able to complete the work with in a couple of hours. I would recommend L&C.

I found myself in a situation where I had many choices and quick decisions to make after Hurricane Ida resulted in unprecedented government agency involvement.  I needed a trusted, written opinion from a plumbing expert who was aware of city codes, the intricacies of gas pipes, the interrelation of chimney channels and oxygen levels, water damage implications (or lack thereof), construction specialist opinions and awareness of budgeting limitations in the midst of inflation created by the supply chain debacle that has affected our nation and world.  I received an immediate phone call after being afforded the opportunity to send some photographs. Although others could have taken advantage of the fact that I am not well versed in plumbing jargon, I was treated with the utmost respect and felt very supported.  Information was provided in a manner that was never condescending and I learned so much in a short period of time.  Tom's Plumbing was very generous with their time.  They were extremely transparent in telling me what I did not need to replace and why.  Their multifaceted knowledge is as formidable as their honest decency is inspiring.  While never imposing their viewpoints, they could not have been nicer in calmly explaining what could and could not be done, always offering a clear reason.  All these exchanges of ideas took place on a Sunday evening when most persons are disconnecting from their livelihoods that can be a source of physical and cognitive stress.  Thanks to these very kind gestures, I will be able to comfortably meet application deadlines so I may take proactive measures to protect my boiler and water heater from future extraordinary basement flooding.  To say I am grateful would be an understatement.

I had a fantastic experience with Bk Piping and Heating. A part of my ceiling collapsed from a leaking pipe, and Bruno was over to inspect the problem within hours after my call. He immediately figured out the source of the issue, and they were able to install a replacement pipe early the next day. In total, it was less than 24 hours from when I called to when my pipe was completely fixed. Amazing! I can't recommend them enough.

I was very impressed with the quality of service and the friendly, informative interaction. Rich showed me how to do a minor repair on a tub/shower toggle lever and he clearly explained how he was addressing a bigger problem with my thermostatic cartridge. It's always nerve wracking to have repairmen come to my home, but he made me very comfortable and he fixed the problems to my satisfaction. I will recommend HUB to my neighbors.

After they Came, not even five minutes, they charged $325.00 just 5 minutes service fee. Totally not fair just turn on the boiler fire. Total rid off. Not even tell me a advance. I has same service before with other company. The standard charge is $100.00. I understand he made the service, unless pls be reasonable.....

My bathroom faucet needed to be replaced and they were very efficient and responded to my service request quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Serve Well came to replace a boiler following the Super Storm Sandy aftermath. With  demand for boilers at a peak, they were not only able to supply a boiler but were able to install within days after our call to them. They are professional, cordial, honest and on the ball! I recommend them for any plumbing job large or small. Very happy with their service!

Our first floor toilet was leaking onto the roof of the basement. We thought it was the bathtub drain that was leaking. We arranged for Igor to come and check it out. We sent pictures to him so that he could give us a quote. He gave us quotes for initial inspection and then the different fixes that may have to be done.
He came at the appointed time and realized that it was just a caulking issue. He told us that this was not something he could fix but then he didn't even charge us for coming in and doing the inspection. I really appreciate the integrity of this business.

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. This was after I already tried to ask many other plumbing companies for solutions to no avail. I even went to a plumbing supply store but that didn't help either. Thanks to GG Plumbing, I was able to install the toilet seat with minimum cost. Even though I didn't need for GG to come help, his quoted price was also much more reasonable than the other plumbing companies I reached out to.

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

I have to say I have dealt with many contractors but Chris is awesome!  Very reliable, reasonable and a excellent plumber. I am so happy that I now have a reasonable plumber who I can trust. And he is great with pets!

Had previously had good experiences with this company as my co-op has used them for a few years. That said, last time they came and did radiator work they caused a lot of damage to my window sill from a saw they were using to cut radiator pieces. Both the window and the radiator need to be repaired/repainted. I was put in touch with Paul who was apologetic, and offered to have someone come paint it. I replied back with my preferred solution, and ask of $75 to have my painter handle it while he was here for other work. I've followed up 5 times since and Paul has never responded. Harry is awesome! I had a leaking pipe and he helped me fix it in 5 minutes at a reasonable cost. Very quick, understanding and professional. I'm glad that I didn't look at the previous review or I would have missed out on impeccable service and much needed plumbing tips. I highly recommend Waterhouse Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing repairs. Also not sure what experience the person who reviewed before me had in terms of finding the office but I don't think that they're talking about the same company since they have a legitimate office on Attorney St which is where I paid my invoice.

Shpat and Ricardo came to help install a new toilet and bidet at my apartment. They were exceptional - fast, effective, and really easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I called at a really late hour, after many rejections (even though many businesses claim 24 hours service, that's a crap lie, because many of them told me, oh sorry, call me in the morning instead.  Well NO- plumbing isn't my kitchen cabinet is chipped. For goodness sakes, it's a NECESSITY!  Plumbing is an emergency, for crying out loud, the entire bathroom is not only out of order but that darn flooding is not going to wait until tomorrow morning! So for those who advertise they are 24-hours, please remove that line and state your stinky accurate hours. Pun.)
Well, enough of that diatribe - I wanted to say that this place absolutely delivered.  It was late evening and terribly sorry to really burden anyone who has to go dinner or a home to go to - but this was serious and we were in absolute dire need for help.

The professional plumber came to inspect and in few minutes, started the job.  The cost was provided right after few minutes of inspection (so no funny business on that too.).  Plus it was reasonable so we gave a good tip for being so accomodating, considering it was late.  And yes, many can argue that they sign up for this job, for its risk and odd hours - got that.  Again, the gripe here is that many of these companies put it out there like they are up and ready to come, when most of them say sorry, it is too late.  Oops, sorry to digress again.  Focus.

I am highly recommending this business based on the experience with one professional.  Left no mess and was very good at keeping things tidy.  Also very informative and provided suggestions on our next steps. It wasn't even an hour (because many of these licensed individuals charge by the time, so they would belabor the job at times.)  I did apologize for the late hour, but was so thankful.  The professional was very understanding and kept saying it is okay.  

Therefore, 5 stars for this business, but 10 stars for the person who came to save the day.

I had a flooding leak from the floor above, which caused my ceiling to fall.  
ESP came the same day I called, after being disappointed by 2 other plumbers.

The leak was repaired within 2 hours,  and both my tenant, and I were able to take showers again.

We had an appointment window of 11a to 3p and called repeatedly, someone shows up at 8p.  We called to have a bathroom faucet replace and they wouldn't give any pricing over the phone - said we would get it on site. When the plumber got here, he quoted us $450 and said it was a 30 minute job. This is outrageous pricing for 30 minutes or work (in addition to all of the extra waiting time). We said no way and sent them away.
