I needed to have a pipe replaced under my kitchen sink. I called several plumbing businesses. Jimmy from 718 called back within ten minutes. His techs were booked for that day, but he said if I wanted service that day, he would find a way to get one to my house. I told him it was not an emergency, and he booked an appointment for the next morning. The tech, Rich, arrived on time. He assessed the job and quoted a very reasonable price. He did the job efficiently and thoroughly. He was pleasant and answered all my questions.  I now have a place to call with confidence for any subsequent plumbing issues. Thanks again.

This company has good guys. They get the job done right the first time. I found out the hard way you get what you pay for in drain cleaning. I was paying 4995 every month for the past 2 years. Peter came by and I haven't had a problem since. Definitely using them for future problems/maintenance and will recommend to others. Great job guys!!!

They are truly amazing! I had several issues that needed to be fixed on top of a complete bathroom remodel. They did demo, clean up, the main plumbing issues and the remodel. There was an issue that popped up right after they were finished but they came right away to make sure everything was perfect. They have great communication and fair prices. I already recommended them to someone else.

My  building's superintendent called this company on a Friday night for an emergency drain clog. My kitchen sink was blocked completely and the super couldn't get it. I forget the guy's name, but he was there within an hour or so after my super's call, and had the sink working again in very short order. He even cleaned up after himself! This made it possible for me to go about my Friday with almost no interruption. Great job, great company.

Saved the day when we had major flooding problems. Showed up on time, sorted the issue, had to come back a second time. Also on time. Very efficient.

I needed  kitchen faucet replaced, and my prior plumber was not being responsive.  As a result, I reached out to WaterMac, and they came to Evaluate the situation, ordered the parts that I needed, fixed the issue, and were kind and professional throughout the process.  I will definitely use them for future plumbing issues again!

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

I forgot his name but he was great and honest. He came to install a boiler but it want that easy. He has to remove gas lines and replace them up to code. He was very experienced and kind. He showed me what he was going to do and did a great job. He was sooo great.. Thank you for everything u have done. I now have a hot water.. Five stars I would of gave 10

Had previously had good experiences with this company as my co-op has used them for a few years. That said, last time they came and did radiator work they caused a lot of damage to my window sill from a saw they were using to cut radiator pieces. Both the window and the radiator need to be repaired/repainted. I was put in touch with Paul who was apologetic, and offered to have someone come paint it. I replied back with my preferred solution, and ask of $75 to have my painter handle it while he was here for other work. I've followed up 5 times since and Paul has never responded. Before and after pics of the damaged window attached.

Highly recommend.  Installed new shower tub valve in East Village coop. Super fast and affordable.   We plan on using again for all our plumbing  needs in East Village.

I had a good experience with Bargain Plumbing.  I was helping out my friend's aunt who owns an apartment in Brooklyn.  My friend was out of town, so I helped out.  Bargain Plumbing came out, were on time, the technician was friendly, worked fast, but efficiently and gave what I thought was a fair price.  They didn't leave much of a mess either.  A good experience!

I had a pipe burst and had the company fix it. the company was professional and very reliable. It was bit overcharged but so far I'm okay.

We had an issue with our boiler at my house in jersey city. I thought it was just a new damper but it needed to be replaced entirely. The tech was responsive and professional. He replaced the boiler and now my system works better than ever. I also called them to check to see if I had a pipe leaking, they responded quick for that as well. ESP is substantially more honest and a better value than the local guys from JC. I highly recommend working with them.

We had an appointment window of 11a to 3p and called repeatedly, someone shows up at 8p.  We called to have a bathroom faucet replace and they wouldn't give any pricing over the phone - said we would get it on site. When the plumber got here, he quoted us $450 and said it was a 30 minute job. This is outrageous pricing for 30 minutes or work (in addition to all of the extra waiting time). We said no way and sent them away.
