Good service. They know what they are doing and they are very nice and friendly. Also gave me useful advice. price is also very fair. I am very satisfied.
Only thing to complain is that they told me they would be here around 1230pm and they arrived after 4pm. I can wait till that time, but it would be better to let me know at the beginning so I can better plan my day.
Good experience overall.

This company has good guys. They get the job done right the first time. I found out the hard way you get what you pay for in drain cleaning. I was paying 4995 every month for the past 2 years. Peter came by and I haven't had a problem since. Definitely using them for future problems/maintenance and will recommend to others. Great job guys!!!

I called Mike of thesewerguyinc.com aka L & C Sewers and Drains late in the morning a couple of days ago. I had already hired two different plumbers who had tried and failed to clear a sewage line from a kitchen sink, and dealt with two other plumbers who strung me along and then dropped me before ever showing up so I was getting pretty stressed out.  Mike and I talked briefly about the problem and he told me he'd get someone over there in the early afternoon, and that he felt confident that his guy Giovanni would succeed where others had failed.  Because of some challenges his guy had at the first job, he ended up coming later than expected, but there was pretty good communication, so it wasn't such a big deal. Mike ended up coming with the other guy Giovanni and with an arsenal of plumbing snakes, cameras, and other tools to get the job done. After a couple of unsuccessful first attempts to clear the line, he told me that he was the best person for the job because he was committed to figuring out a solution, and that he wouldn't give up until he succeeded. After four false starts with other plumbers, I loved hearing that!  He suggested several possible last resort measures he could take but ended up going with something much less costly and that didn't require opening any walls. He charged me a reasonable fee, was very pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up well before he left. I recommend this business 100%. I feel so glad to have found them.

Tom was super responsive and fixed our clog super quickly. He was also just very helpful and kind in terms of advice on how to avoid the problem in the future...highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Bruno was amazing! I called about an issue my tenant was having with her bathtub, and he came the same day. The entire sewage line for the house was backed up. Bruno couldn't access the basement since it was locked, so he came the next day to help fix the issue. He was extremely flexible, reliable, and transparent about pricing (all things I value especially since I don't live that close to my investment property). 10/10 would recommend Bruno and will be calling him for my future plumbing and heating needs.

Very professional service.  HUB Plumbing responded quickly and showed up when they said that they would, on time. The plumber showed up in a clean, neat uniform.  It was explained to me exactly what the problem was, and my options.  I was given a written price quote detailing what work would be performed and what it would cost, no guessing. Hub's plumber worked quickly and clean.  When he was done he cleaned up completely; as if he was never there.  The price was fair and I couldn't be happier.  I would definitly use them again and recommend them.   Sal- Brooklyn, ny

I found myself in a situation where I had many choices and quick decisions to make after Hurricane Ida resulted in unprecedented government agency involvement.  I needed a trusted opinion from a plumbing expert who was aware of city codes, construction specialist opinions and awareness of budgeting limitations in the midst of inflation created by the supply chain debacle that has affected our nation and world.  Intrepidus followed through immediately and I even received friendly follow-up calls to ensure I received whatever corroborating documents I needed to proceed in meeting timely application deadlines so I may take proactive measures to protect my boiler and water heater from future extraordinary basement flooding.  To say I am grateful would be an understatement.

called the company and in the outset it says free inspection but after talking to the receptionist I will be charged $60 for the visit. Not an honest way to approach any new customers like that!!! waste of time.

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

Thank you Kris for rushing right over and changing the valve on my radiator.  I have to give it to Kris for handling a close to 300lb radiator like a champ. I would definitely recommend MKC in an emergency.

This place has great reviews but horrible expierence. I call to make the appointment last week for today from 8am-12noon. Get up early today, waiting for the plumber to come to my home and 1230pm rolls around no plumber, I call the office, no apology after I explain to him the situation. He tells me he will call plumber to see what the hold up is. 45 mins later no call back. I call him the office again. No apology again, puts me on hold comes back and says I need to cancel with the actually plumber not the office. Meanwhile I made the appt with the office.. what??? I got angry telling him I wasted  a whole morning waiting when I have a million things to do and you can't cancel the appt for me, his response, again no apology and says you made the appt with him I can't cancel it. He was cool as a cucumber, not a Care for how fucked up this all is. Wow all I got to say.

In response to your response. Your office guy gave me no care in the world that I stood home from 8am- 1pm waiting for your plumber. No apology, no feeling bad. I felt dropped and not cared for. That's not customer service. I understand freak accidents happens like heading to the Hospital but the way it was handle (the customer service) is what I had the problem with. Then telling me I need to get a hold of the plumber myself to cancel because he put me hold and he tried to reach him and couldn't. And saying I need to cancel with plumber because I made the appt with him when really I made the appt with the office. I even told your office guy before I hung up on him that I will be writing a negative review on Yelp, why didn't he try to call me back and clear things up with me, make it right? No call back.

Harry came promptly and fixed our problem -- a clogged toilet -- in about two minutes. I would give five stars for service. But the price seemed high. For those two minutes of work in the middle of an ordinary workday, he wanted $250. No replacement parts were needed; the only tool he used -- a toilet augur -- sells for about $30 online. After he left, I ordered one for myself.

I had a very bad experience with them. My wife called them to remove our drain from the tub, something very simple for a plumber. They told us on the phone that its $85 for the call and if additional services needed, the guy would tell us in advance. The guy came and it took him about 15 minutes of work to complete the job. Only then, I was told that the job would cost $320!!!
I later found out that this did not even include taxes and they actually billed us $348!! That was after he completed the job and not before like I was told.
Needless to say, my wife and I felt completely manipulated by these people. Quite a trick they have. I would have never agree to pay that much if I knew at the beginning that this would be the cost.

I had a guy that was willing to do the job for a $100, flat. I should have gone with him.

I hope my story will be a warning for the rest of you.

I just wanted to say thank you! I had a dripping faucet in the kitchen that I wanted to replace, and rusty gave me an estimate that slightly exceeded my expectation, but I decide to give a try because he said everything included in that price. The next day, Rusty showed up with the faucet that I really liked but didn't want to buy (i.e., good brand but expensive!) he even paid attention to the color of the sink so now they match! I am very happy with his service and completely persuaded that he was very honest with the pricing quote.

We had a plumbing emergency and these folks couldn't have come faster or provided better service.

Marinel was an excellent plumber with whom to work. Very professional, fast, easy to schedule with, and very true to his word. The overall experience couldn't have moved more smoothly. I had a water heater die mid-day, and Marinel had the new water heater installed the following morning first thing. Beautiful plumbing work too for the new unit, which was larger than the previous unit and required some reworking of the pipes. Highly recommend!

We had an appointment window of 11a to 3p and called repeatedly, someone shows up at 8p.  We called to have a bathroom faucet replace and they wouldn't give any pricing over the phone - said we would get it on site. When the plumber got here, he quoted us $450 and said it was a 30 minute job. This is outrageous pricing for 30 minutes or work (in addition to all of the extra waiting time). We said no way and sent them away.
