Their tech arrived when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem then resolved it with minimal hassle, for a very reasonable price at the lowest end of their estimate. Mike was great. He actually had to lowest of three quotes and saved me a couple of hundred dollars. He came the same day to give me a quote and came back the next day with Miguel to start and finish the job. Miguel was on point. They removed a pipe that was no longer working and then bricked and cemented the hole closed. Miguel then used the rest of the cement to patch up a couple of old holes that were in the wall as well (at no extra charge). They also replaced about 20 feet of a damaged cast iron drain line. Mike guarantees his work for 10 years and writes it on his receipts.

Our sink had been clogged and would not drain no matter how hard I tried to snake or plumb the drain hole. I contacted Tom and he responded within 30 min to set up an appointment the next day to come fix the issue for me. He was professional and did a great job fixing the clog. Will do business with again!

Bruno responded to my message right away and came out within 2 hours to help fix a small leak with an outdoor faucet.  He got the job done right away (for a fair price) and didn't try to upsell me with any costly extras.  Thanks for the great work!

Jason, at Hub Plumbing, sets the gold standard for terrific service.  As we dealt with a nightmarish situation, Jason was a skilled and responsive expert in expediting the entire process.  He and Jon, the owner, quickly navigated the bureaucracy for getting the permits.  Jason was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the job.  He was incredibly easy to work with, moved super fast and did a fantastic job.

Chris from Intrepidus was very quick to respond to my plea for help fixing a leaking tub faucet. What impressed me was his willingness to immediately address my problem and propose solutions, as opposed to piece-meal exchange of information. He was able to make it out the following day and worked relentlessly to help me out. I will be using Intrepidus for my plumbing needs going forward.

Only thing I would like to point out is that, I never got the bill email I was promised or the drain cover photo or link email that will work better for me.

We used them earlier this year to replace our toilet and redo the piping under our kitchen sink.  Quick, professional and clean.  

We called them a second time to help us with our dishwasher unfortunately it could not be saved.

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. This was after I already tried to ask many other plumbing companies for solutions to no avail. I even went to a plumbing supply store but that didn't help either. Thanks to GG Plumbing, I was able to install the toilet seat with minimum cost. Even though I didn't need for GG to come help, his quoted price was also much more reasonable than the other plumbing companies I reached out to.

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

Fast, honest and fair price. The high rating appears to be legit. After 2 services over a year I would use them again and recommend MKC to anyone looking for honest fast labor.

Called them to take a look at low hot water pressure in our shower and bathroom and kitchen sinks. They sent two plumbers out.  They were courteous and professional, texted before they arrived, and did not waste time. Now my shower has plenty of hot water and the sinks have no issues as well. Has a positive experience,  would call again in the future.

I've used Waterhouse twice when my old 1920s bathroom had issues that I couldn't resolve on my own. When you need a plumber, it's always an emergency, and they respond in a timely manner, and once they even came on the weekend. They care about doing good work, and have even replaced old valves in my apartment that are clearly above and beyond the scope of the work that I had called them out for.

When you look for people to service aspects of your home, you never know who's going to be good and who you can trust, but I've found my plumber!

wow - what an unprofessional company.  Tried calling over and over and someone answers the phone and hangs up on you.  Nice.  Dont' bother with sending emails - they never answer them.  How does this plumbing company stay in business - I wouldn't trust them with my pipes - keep looking and find a better company.

Fast and reliable work. Definitely one of the best plumbing services in town. Recommended for people who can't decide who to go to and are very skeptical when it comes to getting a service from somebody new.

Our sewer line broke causing a back up. We did not want water damage and immediately searched for a company that can help. I requested a quote on yelp and got a response back in less than 20 minutes. They arrived, walked me through the process, the scope of work, and completed my new sewer line in 2 days. Highly recommended, they were professional, finished in a timely manner and were cost sufficient.

We had an appointment window of 11a to 3p and called repeatedly, someone shows up at 8p.  We called to have a bathroom faucet replace and they wouldn't give any pricing over the phone - said we would get it on site. When the plumber got here, he quoted us $450 and said it was a 30 minute job. This is outrageous pricing for 30 minutes or work (in addition to all of the extra waiting time). We said no way and sent them away.
