Called .. and got Timmy. Timmy said Richie could show between 10am to 12pm the next day.. and he did at 10am ish.. Richie brought his tools of the trade (snake and etc) and fix the slow Tub/Shower drainage. Was careful with the pipes and etc. Under 1/2 hour to address the problem. The fee pricing was what was quoted. Tk goodness :).
Would use them again.

Had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Asked for a request from Yelp, response was nearly immediate. I called the number and spoke with Mike (mechanic). He was super nice/helpful even though I'd not gotten the office directly. Said I'd call back when I was sure. Chose them out of the bunch. He was here in an hour and done in 15 minutes. No mess, cleaned up after himself and was, for lack of a better term, very easygoing and positive. Great experience and great results. Adding the number to my contacts for future services.

Justin came through and saved the day when I had a heavy pipe leak in the AM that my landlord couldn't be bothered with. Very quick, came within two hours of contacting and at a lower rate than other neighborhood shops who got back to me after it was already fixed. I recently bought a house in the New Rochelle Westchester NY area and i called this plumbing company. All the pipes in my house are old and bruno did all the work. He changed the pipes to copper pipes and made the connection for our washer. When we bought the house we had no connection for a washer and he did everything at a reasonable price. We also had a leak from one of the old pipes unexpectedly. I called Bruno and he picked up on the first ring he fixed the leak immediately. Bruno changed the valves and gave us advice on things we can do to prevent future leaks. Lastly, when changing my back splash the pipes for the sewer vent cracked. I called Bruno and once again he picked up on the first ring and changed the connection for sewer vent in one day! I was able to complete the backsplash in a timely fashion because he was so reliable and he was available fix the issue. Everything we asked for Bruno completed the task with no complaints!!! Anyone who needs a plumber this is the company to go with!!!!

Wow! I am entirely impressed with Hub Plumbing and Mechanical. I called on Monday for a Tuesday appointment. Angelo was sick and unable to make it Tuesday. He waived the 50 dollar fee because of the inconvenience and came the next day. He fixed the sink faucet within minutes and was extremely pleasant. Best of all, it was FREE! I can't say enough great things about this organization.

Found Top Pro Plumbing via yelp. I needed a pipe in the basement fixed that had developed a leak. Benny responded very quickly on yelp. We set up a time to meet and he came and gave me a free estimate. It was fair and very reasonable so we set up to do the work the next day. Benny called and showed up on time and the pipe was changed quickly with no surprises. I am setting up an appointment now for other plumbing work that needed to be done that I had been putting off. This is not an honest company.
My boiler's hot surface igniter goes on and off. I called the office and spoke to Donna two days ago. I asked what do they charge for making a visit. She replied the big boss will be there so I should ask him. A guy came and tightened wires and said there is nothing to maintain for my boiler. He said it's working fine and charged us $150 for something that took him less than ten minutes. I called Donna to ask if they would charge again if the igniter goes out again. She sounded very annoyed and said maybe she'll give us a discount if it goes out next few days. Well the igniter went out eight hours after he visited and I called and left a message. It's been more than 24 hours since I left a message and no one got back to me.
They should make it very clear what they charge for their first hour and additional hours plus parts. I know plumbers are in high demand in the winter time, but my experience with this company was pretty bad. I felt like we got robbed because he did not fix what I called him for.

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. Kris came over with a quick response and was able to fix my leaky faucet right away. The service was speedy and would definitely call again for plumbing issues. The speedy response was the most important factor as I tried fixing it myself and ended up making it unusable.
I either had to spend more money on buying dinner for my family or just spending it to get the faucet fixed and eating a delicious home cooked meal. I obviously chose the latter

We had an issue with our apartment where the hot water coming from the shower only lasted 5 minutes max! Serge and his helper came and diagnosed the issue and provided a detailed explanation on how everything works. He told us that we needed a new gas regulator on our hot water heater.
We had just bought the house last year, so he suggested that we get a new hot water heater (plus gas regulator) under warranty. Franco Belli Plumbing & Heating took care of everything for us! They called the hot water heater manufacturer and got us a new hot water heater under warranty then installed it in 3 hours! Everything works perfectly now! They charged us for 2 hours of diagnostic time and 3 hours for installation.
Great customer service! Definitely will use these guys again and again!

Best Plumber In History!!!! We had a recurring issue for more than a year, had a dozen different guys come in, not one of them could figure out the issue. But then we called Bargain Plumbing and Kush came in with his super-hero cape, identified the issue, and came back right away with the necessary parts, permanently fixing the issue. Amazing. I have a new go-to plumber now. I strongly suggest Bargain Plumbing!

Things started off well.
Good prices, prompt service.
I thought this would be a 5-star review.
Over time, I was still hoping for 3 stars.
Several hiccups, but I still thought he was a nice guy and that the basic
work was good enough.
But he got every single thing wrong - in addition to trying to rip me off!
What should have been one appointment became 4. And things were still totally messed
up after the 4!
I needed a new toilet and to have my mainline snaked out.
Rusty gave good quotes for each.
He came to check the toilet and be certain of the size, etc.
He was on time for that - a very unusual thing in that industry.
But that was the last thing that went smoothly.
We made an appointment to do the work on Sunday at 2:00.
I texted at 1:05 to see if he was running on time.
He asked if we could do 3:00. I said ok.
Around 2:30, he called to ask if we can reschedule for another day.
I said ok. Asked what day. He said Saturday.
I told him pushing back a full week wasn't good.
So, we settled on Wednesday.
He came and snaked the mainline.
He said it was more work than expected.
That instead of $100, he's charging me $250 and that he'd have to
come back to do the toilet.
How do you get to change price on the same job??
If one thing lead to another, that's one thing.
If someone said that after changing the boiler, they find that one of the radiators
still not getting hot and needs to be changed, that could be understandable.
But saying I gave you a price to unclog a drain and I'm raising (250%!!) because the drain was clogged is insane! I hired you to take care of a clog. You are complaining that the clog was clogged??
He came back a couple days later to do the toilet.
As he was getting ready to leave, I go to check it out.
It was the wrong model of toilet!
We'd discussed multiple times.
I showed him our last text where I'd reintegrated it for the 3rd time to avoid just this sort of thing.
He did acknowledge that he made a mistake. That is rare these days.
So, he gets points for that.
But he didn't come back for 5 days.
It was early morning. He should have come back same day.
In the interim:
I was putting the trash cans by the curb.
I found 3 big bags of construction debris.
I thought someone put their stuff in my yard.
I hadn't had a demoition.
It turns out that he smashed up the old toilet and left it in those bags for me to deal with.
Him taking it away in his truck was part of our agreement!
I went to fill up a bucket from the downstairs bathtub.
I slid open the shower door and I see 2 toilet plungers in the tub!
Seriously??? the dirtiest thing there is, you put into the vessel that people go into to get clean???
That is so disgusting!
The day for the new appointment finally comes.
Appt is for 10:00.
At 8:45 I text to ask if he's running on time.
He says yes sir.
At 10:15, I text to get an update.
He says Boss, give me time. Your toilet is not easy to find.
Seriously (again!)???
5 days later, you didn't obtain it???
He finally shows around 11:00.
Tells me that he was trying since 6AM.
Of course that is BS. Who's open at 6AM for him to shop?
And either way, I still want to know why he didn't get it days ago.
He's finally installing it annnnnd, wrong one! Again!
He did get the dual flush. But now it was elongated, not round.
Now, the $50 seat that I kept from the old one doesn't fit.
So, my choice was to get yanked around for another 2 weeks or install the one that doesn't fit my seat. I went ahead with the installation.
Turns out the seat it comes with is not only thin and awful. But not even soft close!
Eventually, he left. I don't know why he hovered for half an hour after finishing.
I had company and it was annoying.
I finally got a chance to take another look at it.
It wasn't American Standard!
So, it wasn't ANY of the things we discussed!

He said he'd done a job for them 11 years ago.
It should have occurred to me that with all the work they have done, why hadn't they ever hired him again? Had to learn that the hard way....

Very responsive and easy to schedule - the time from initial quote request to service was just a few hours (on a Saturday). Resolved my toilet issue quickly at a very reasonable rate (replaced feed valve and flapper) and the tech was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend ESP despite there only being a few reviews up here so far - guessing that will change soon!

Contacted me 15 min before scheduled arrival time and said he would be 2.5 hours late. Huge inconvenience and very unprofessional. Fixed the leak for $300 (with a mismatched part) left a slight drip then tried to charge me $300 MORE to fix that. Ran the water an hour later to clean the tub (he did not put down a towel to keep the space clean) and there was an additional leak. NOT a happy customer! I definitely wish I'd chosen a different plumber. Please do not waste your money like I did and look elsewhere.
