I called several other places for a quote and a date for service. A competitor quoted almost three times as much and could send a plumber a week later! These guys gave me a great price and sent two plumbers the next day.

I was looking to buy a condo, but the ceiling had water damage from another apartment. Two gentlemen who arrived were able to help me assess the damage and give me advice on what to ask from contractors. I recommend 10/10

Safeway sewer exceeded my expectations on every aspect of there service. Easy scheduling through yelp with questions answered quickly. Lots of communication through phone and accurate small window of when he was coming. The plumber did more than he should have and triple checked everything to make sure before he left. Best part is there prices are extremely reasonable compared to all the other quotes I received. Cannot recommend them enough

Update: Our sink is now fixed. Also, our bathtub was snaked.  The first visit was on a Saturday night. Follow up to do the job was on Monday.  We could not be happier.  These guys really are special. First visit was from the owner himself. The installation was performed by Miguel two days' later.  Excellent service. Eternally grateful!

In the past, I have tried two other plumbers, but of the three, Tom's Plumbing and Heating Services is the best.  

He will not only fix your plumbing issues, but he will get it right the first time.  I messaged Tom's for a quote via Yelp, agreed on a date and time, and the employee Tom's sent was responsive and punctual.  My toilet would not flush properly and he immediately identified the problem, replaced the part that needed replacing, and got my toilet flushing first rate again.  He worked deftly and cleaned up after himself.  He also patiently and politely answered my battery of questions in a way that I could understand, despite my complete lack of knowledge about how plumbing works.  

I will undoubtedly call Tom's for future plumbing issues.  If you're looking for someone to resolve your plumbing needs, have no fear, Tom's is here!  Tom's is the best!  Better than all the rest.

Very responsive. We called about a surprise (and serious) kitchen leak during evening hours. Left a message and got a call back within minutes. I texted a couple of photos of the pipes and received an estimate, again within minutes, and an appointment was set up for the next morning. They were very pleasant to work with, and I will definitely be calling them again.

Can't speak for the rates as we didn't get any other prices. Seemed steep, but they saved us having to keep our water off all weekend. I called 8 plumbers to get someone out to fix a broken pipe on a Saturday afternoon. Hub returned my call immediately, the plumber called with an estimated time and was here 30 minutes early! The work was neat, clean and successful. I'd defiantly call them again - either in a bind or not.

I suddenly noticed the piping under my sink had rusted through and contacted a bunch of plumbers through Yelp. Chris and his team answered my request right away and were able to show up the next morning. They offered to come that night, but I have a newborn and she had finally settled down for the night! Chris came the next morning and replaced the piping and helped me choose a new faucet. He even drove me to Home Depot! His pricing was reasonable as well. I hope to contact him again when I want to re-do my bathrooms.

Found Top Pro Plumbing via yelp.  I needed a pipe in the basement fixed that had developed a leak.  Benny responded very quickly on yelp.  We set up a time to meet and he came and gave me a free estimate.  It was fair and very reasonable so we set up to do the work the next day.   Benny called and showed up on time and the pipe was changed quickly with no surprises.  I am setting up an appointment now for other plumbing work that needed to be done that I had been putting off.  Thanks, Benny!

Called the office after another plumber stood me up. Donna was very courtesy over the phone, and called me back within the given time frame to let me know Tom could be arriving within 2 hours. When Tom arrived he was polite and told me exactly what was wrong and quoted me a reasonable amount. He was done within the time frame given. It's been over a week and we are very happy with the work Tom performed. I would definitely recommend Tom and his company for your plumbing needs.

What a great overall experience with WaterMac Plumbing. Igor the owner was VERY professional and extremely responsive. From the beginning was he was completely transparent and accommodating.  We scheduled a time for our appointment, i received a text when he was on his way and guess what unlike many contractors i've dealt with in the past showed up on time!  When he got here he introduced himself and was personable. It seemed like perhaps there was potentially a misunderstanding on the # of faucets that needed to be fixed but he even handled that Professionally and i didnt feel like i was being taken advantage of. While he was here i also asked about adding a valve and he didnt try to sell it to me hard like others may have and/ or give me a ridiculous price.  Again, he gave me the info and let me decide...Overall, i HIGHLY recommend Igor and frankly he most likely just became my family's official plumber based on  our experience!!!

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. This was after I already tried to ask many other plumbing companies for solutions to no avail. I even went to a plumbing supply store but that didn't help either. Thanks to GG Plumbing, I was able to install the toilet seat with minimum cost. Even though I didn't need for GG to come help, his quoted price was also much more reasonable than the other plumbing companies I reached out to.

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.

I called Kris because I needed rusty pipes to my water heater replaced.  He came over a few hours later and replaced them in less than an hour for a reasonable price.  I would definitely call again for future jobs.

Manny was amazing! We had a leak in our boiler room for our 8 unit coop and 4 other plumbers told us we needed to replace the whole thing... we got bids as high as $19,000! Then Manny came by and suggested we look closer to see if its fixable- he discovered the problem was actually a gasket that was rotted and not a cracked section of the boiler as everyone else told us. It was a day of work to replace it, but in the end we saved thousands of dollars and huge hassles of dealing with the DOB etc. Manny is the man!

Harry came promptly and fixed our problem -- a clogged toilet -- in about two minutes. I would give five stars for service. But the price seemed high. For those two minutes of work in the middle of an ordinary workday, he wanted $250. No replacement parts were needed; the only tool he used -- a toilet augur -- sells for about $30 online. After he left, I ordered one for myself.

What an amazing experience with Bargain Plumbing! Parsim and Shpat were able to replace two appliances in less than an hour! Amazing customer service and will be using them in the future for all of my plumbing and heating needs. Contact them for professional and efficient service, would recommend.

John came in to fix my kitchen sink by replacing the piping and putting in the faucet. He was communicative about his eta and was efficient in his work. The price was fair compared to other quotes I got and I could tell this is an honest company.

He was funny to chat with and very personable. He gave some tips and ideas for the sink maintenance going forward and bathroom work.

Overall, great job and would def use them again for work in the future!

Back in November my water heater went out and I called Allstate Piping Corp and spoke to Nush. I told him that I tried to relight the pilot but to no avail it failed. Nush said to send him the model number on the water heater and in the morning the next day he was at my house. Mind you, I live in Rockaway and they're located in the Bronx. I called my home warranty company and nobody else responded so I took it upon myself to call Allstate Piping. They came at 8:00am and were finished by 9:05am. Back in business! Hot water! Fast forward to Christmas weekend, Coastal flooding took out my water heater and my gas burner via 4 ft. of water. I immediately called Nush and he told me that I was going to have a new gas burner delivered to my house in the afternoon. 12 degrees and 50 mph winds, my burner arrived as planned. Nush said that he will be at my house the next morning, on Christmas Eve 8:00am to install the new water heater and the gas burner. What other company would do that? I doubt nobody would want to be bothered. 5 hours later everything installed system ready to go, frozen pipes! After a little investigation he figured out were the problem was and defrosted the pipes and the heat started to flow. This was in my basement garage, cold as you can imagine, where snowmen would want to seek refuge they came and conquered the elements. They bailed me out on 2 occasions with super fast response time and I am very grateful for that. Thanks again guys for everything.
