I had issues with my 2 sewer drains in the basement. He fixed that problem and since at the time i also had a clog in my upstairs bathroom and sink. So i asked him to alleviate the problems with those as well. Respectful guy. Good service.

I put in a project request last night and within 15 minutes Luigi responded to me and asked me to give him a call. We agreed on a time for this morning and a man named Miguel came over and fixed our problem within 30 minutes! He was so nice and explained very well what the issue was and he was very honest about what he can for the most affordable solution and we appreciated that very much.
We would definitely be using L&C again and will specifically ask for Miguel!!!

Our kitchen sink started to leak and progressively got worse over the course of a couple days - Quickly went to Yelp and messaged a number of plumbers and Bruno was the first to respond. He was very responsive, quick to assess the issue, schedule an appointment, was extremely efficient and explained the problem very clearly. Also was nice enough to look through a couple of other plumbing issues while he was here to look at the kitchen sink. I really can't say enough good things about Bruno and his service. Would refer him to anyone and he would be my first call for all future plumbing needs. Thank you again Bruno!

Can't speak for the rates as we didn't get any other prices. Seemed steep, but they saved us having to keep our water off all weekend. I called 8 plumbers to get someone out to fix a broken pipe on a Saturday afternoon. Hub returned my call immediately, the plumber called with an estimated time and was here 30 minutes early! The work was neat, clean and successful. I'd defiantly call them again - either in a bind or not.

Very awesome work. Chris was very thorough in all his explanations and for his understanding of the current status of my family's home. Gave good insight as to building code as well as potential for other issues that could arise. I'll definitely be coming back to request help if any related issues happen to come up.

My bathroom faucet needed to be replaced and they were very efficient and responded to my service request quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Responsive, prompt and courteous but their itemized estimates and actual invoice did not reconcile. I received an estimate for 4 issues, they worked on 3 of the issues but charged me MORE than the itemized estimate and said it was for all of that extra work...in short, I was overcharged which included being charged for a part/labor that did not correct one of the issues (otherwise 4 star service for sure). I must say, the owner is a nice guy. He came back to my location over the weekend to identify a couple of lingering issues and had his staff return the next business day to make the adjustment.

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. This was after I already tried to ask many other plumbing companies for solutions to no avail. I even went to a plumbing supply store but that didn't help either. Thanks to GG Plumbing, I was able to install the toilet seat with minimum cost. Even though I didn't need for GG to come help, his quoted price was also much more reasonable than the other plumbing companies I reached out to.

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

Called Chris in the evening, and he showed up the next morning. Chris explained the issue and remedy, and had my kitchen sink re-piped within an hour.

I've used this plumber a few times in the past and what separates them from the rest is honesty. If you have no knowledge of plumbing or heating, other companies might take advantage of you. They might create unnecessary work or tell you that you need to replace a certain part in order to squeeze more money out of you. Franco Belli sent a guy who was nice and helpful and TOLD ME how to fix the problem if it should happen again in order to help me save money. That is integrity in a nutshell. That reason alone makes this my go-to company for any plumbing or heating needs.

Harry is awesome! I had a leaking pipe and he helped me fix it in 5 minutes at a reasonable cost. Very quick, understanding and professional. I'm glad that I didn't look at the previous review or I would have missed out on impeccable service and much needed plumbing tips. I highly recommend Waterhouse Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing repairs. Also not sure what experience the person who reviewed before me had in terms of finding the office but I don't think that they're talking about the same company since they have a legitimate office on Attorney St which is where I paid my invoice.

We used Bargain Plumbing and Heating to install a faucet after getting new counters. We were impatient to have our faucet re-connected after about a week without one and Bargain Plumbing and Heating was very responsive and sent someone out the next day if memory serves.

Shpat, our plumber, was super friendly and even helped me get our cabinets back together. Our plumbing was mis-labeled so the hot setting on the faucet was linked to the cold water and he came back and fixed it for us.

I thought there was a leak in my bathroom sink. Rusty made a free in-person consultation and concluded that it was most likely condensation. I appreciate his honesty since he could very well have charged me for unnecessary work.

If and when I do need a plumber, I'll be calling him. He was very courteous and professional.

John and his crew are the BEST. They are reliable, communicative and so easy to work with. We called him because we had issues with our heating system, and John resolved with quickly and without any BS. If you need help with your heating or plumbing, he's the guy!

Needed a check valve installed for my sewage main line as well as cover caps replaced. They gave a fair quote for the work. Arrived on time as agreed (15 minutes early actually) and finished the work relatively quick. Answered any questions I had. After they finished up I had a completely separate question about my sump pump which was leaking and Allstate looked at my problem and patched it up real quick for no charge. I was amazed and grateful for their generosity. Overall they were very prompt and professional and I would not hesitate to contact them for future work.

We had an appointment window of 11a to 3p and called repeatedly, someone shows up at 8p.  We called to have a bathroom faucet replace and they wouldn't give any pricing over the phone - said we would get it on site. When the plumber got here, he quoted us $450 and said it was a 30 minute job. This is outrageous pricing for 30 minutes or work (in addition to all of the extra waiting time). We said no way and sent them away.
