Good service. They know what they are doing and they are very nice and friendly. Also gave me useful advice. price is also very fair. I am very satisfied.
Only thing to complain is that they told me they would be here around 1230pm and they arrived after 4pm. I can wait till that time, but it would be better to let me know at the beginning so I can better plan my day.
Good experience overall.

I hired L & C to replace my parents' broken sewer pipes in Staten Island.  They came over within a couple hours to give an estimate, and started the project a day later.  The team did an excellent job, worked diligently to ensure the proper pitch was set for the new cast-iron pipe, and had everything completed within several hours.  My elderly parents felt at ease with the workers and are very appreciative of the hard work L & C did.  I definitely recommend L & C Sewer & Drains for your plumbing needs.

Bruno responded within 10 minutes of my  inquiry and squeezed me in for an emergency check of a ceiling leak. He showed up to my home within an hour, despite having a fully planned work day, and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Although he had to cut into my ceiling to assess the source of the problem, he ultimately said it was a non-plumbing related issue and refused to charge for his time/effort. He is super honest and we would call him anytime for go-forward business due to his integrity. Highly recommend!

It really is hard to find great service in NYC, but when I do find it, whatever it may be, I stick with it. In this case, Hub Plumbing came to the rescue at my Hells Kitchen apartment.

The bathroom was being redone and the building made me install isolation valves, which was a surprise to me, and an added cost. The building plumber was slow and rude, so I looked up Hub and they expedited all permits and paperwork and had sign off three weeks after the job was completed. On top of that, the guys were polite and considerate of my time and apartment.

I wish all servicemen worked the way the guys at Hub do.

I am very glad to have finally found Intrepidus. They have been perfect with everything - fantastic pre-job communication (so many places don't even get back to you now!), friendly, timely, and most importantly, they are skilled and can be trusted to do a great job. They're able to communicate exactly what is happening, in detail, without talking down to you. And the final icing on the cake is the price, which is exceptionally reasonable; this is one of the rare times in professional services where I actually feel like I'm getting well more than my money's worth. Found Top Pro Plumbing via yelp.  I needed a pipe in the basement fixed that had developed a leak.  Benny responded very quickly on yelp.  We set up a time to meet and he came and gave me a free estimate.  It was fair and very reasonable so we set up to do the work the next day.   Benny called and showed up on time and the pipe was changed quickly with no surprises.  I am setting up an appointment now for other plumbing work that needed to be done that I had been putting off.  Thanks, Benny!

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic! I came home on a Friday evening to a broken water heater and a damp basement. Given all of the phased openings and general uncertainty around Covid-19 my family expected cold showers until Monday at least I launched a request for quotes either way.

Tom and Fred responded to my request almost immediately! Then I had to re-read the message several times because I could not believe they would be available for this job Saturday morning (the very next day)! But it gets better, they showed up early! It's early Saturday AM, we have a fantastic new water heater, cleanly installed and the old water heater has been carted away. I can't say enough about Serve-Well, hire this team with confidence!

We've hired WaterMac Plumbing twice and will continue to for all our plumbing needs ! Kyle came both times and the first time he went out of his way to help us, we had a Rebath shower, the faucet was leaking badly. Every other plumber told me the wall would have to be knocked down or some just out right refused. Kyle was nice enough to talk to the company that made the part I needed and fixed it ! Yesterday he installed a double sink, great job and the best part is they didn't rip us off ! I would highly recommend them !

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. This was after I already tried to ask many other plumbing companies for solutions to no avail. I even went to a plumbing supply store but that didn't help either. Thanks to GG Plumbing, I was able to install the toilet seat with minimum cost. Even though I didn't need for GG to come help, his quoted price was also much more reasonable than the other plumbing companies I reached out to.

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

Called MKC plumbing for a leak under my sink. Spoke to Chris who was at my house 20 minutes later. Fixed the leak and also put a brace on the dishwasher hose (it was never put on when installed by another plumber). He wouldn't leave it like that  saying not on my watch.  He had all the parts in his truck and the job was completed in 30 minutes.  His work was neat and clean. Very professional and you can tell he takes pride in fixing things correctly. Very reasonably priced. No more leaking. RECOMMEND MCK PLUMBING HIGHLY!!

This place has great reviews but horrible expierence. I call to make the appointment last week for today from 8am-12noon. Get up early today, waiting for the plumber to come to my home and 1230pm rolls around no plumber, I call the office, no apology after I explain to him the situation. He tells me he will call plumber to see what the hold up is. 45 mins later no call back. I call him the office again. No apology again, puts me on hold comes back and says I need to cancel with the actually plumber not the office. Meanwhile I made the appt with the office.. what??? I got angry telling him I wasted  a whole morning waiting when I have a million things to do and you can't cancel the appt for me, his response, again no apology and says you made the appt with him I can't cancel it. He was cool as a cucumber, not a Care for how fucked up this all is. Wow all I got to say.

In response to your response. Your office guy gave me no care in the world that I stood home from 8am- 1pm waiting for your plumber. No apology, no feeling bad. I felt dropped and not cared for. That's not customer service. I understand freak accidents happens like heading to the Hospital but the way it was handle (the customer service) is what I had the problem with. Then telling me I need to get a hold of the plumber myself to cancel because he put me hold and he tried to reach him and couldn't. And saying I need to cancel with plumber because I made the appt with him when really I made the appt with the office. I even told your office guy before I hung up on him that I will be writing a negative review on Yelp, why didn't he try to call me back and clear things up with me, make it right? No call back.

Harry is awesome! I had a leaking pipe and he helped me fix it in 5 minutes at a reasonable cost. Very quick, understanding and professional. I'm glad that I didn't look at the previous review or I would have missed out on impeccable service and much needed plumbing tips. I highly recommend Waterhouse Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing repairs. Also not sure what experience the person who reviewed before me had in terms of finding the office but I don't think that they're talking about the same company since they have a legitimate office on Attorney St which is where I paid my invoice.

What an amazing experience with Bargain Plumbing! Parsim and Shpat were able to replace two appliances in less than an hour! Amazing customer service and will be using them in the future for all of my plumbing and heating needs. Contact them for professional and efficient service, would recommend.

I just wanted to say thank you! I had a dripping faucet in the kitchen that I wanted to replace, and rusty gave me an estimate that slightly exceeded my expectation, but I decide to give a try because he said everything included in that price. The next day, Rusty showed up with the faucet that I really liked but didn't want to buy (i.e., good brand but expensive!) he even paid attention to the color of the sink so now they match! I am very happy with his service and completely persuaded that he was very honest with the pricing quote.

Our sewer line broke causing a back up. We did not want water damage and immediately searched for a company that can help. I requested a quote on yelp and got a response back in less than 20 minutes. They arrived, walked me through the process, the scope of work, and completed my new sewer line in 2 days. Highly recommended, they were professional, finished in a timely manner and were cost sufficient.

Needed a check valve installed for my sewage main line as well as cover caps replaced. They gave a fair quote for the work. Arrived on time as agreed (15 minutes early actually) and finished the work relatively quick. Answered any questions I had. After they finished up I had a completely separate question about my sump pump which was leaking and Allstate looked at my problem and patched it up real quick for no charge. I was amazed and grateful for their generosity. Overall they were very prompt and professional and I would not hesitate to contact them for future work.

We had an appointment window of 11a to 3p and called repeatedly, someone shows up at 8p.  We called to have a bathroom faucet replace and they wouldn't give any pricing over the phone - said we would get it on site. When the plumber got here, he quoted us $450 and said it was a 30 minute job. This is outrageous pricing for 30 minutes or work (in addition to all of the extra waiting time). We said no way and sent them away.
