My kitchen sink was clogged bad, water would not go down and needed a plumber asap.   Called, left a message and Jimmy returned my call at a reasonable time frame.  Explained my situation, he quoted me a good price that was better than the competition.  I want to add, that I sent another plumbing company on his way due to customer service skills the day before.  
718-S&D came within the hour and was on point.  Service was excellent and would highly recommend! No need to call anyone else.

I rarely give reviews but I felt 718 Sewer&Drain deserved it.

Peter and Javier were wonderful to work with. They installed three new toilets for me and a kitchen faucet, all for a very reasonable price. This job was not easy and they encountered several problems along the way, but they came up with creative solutions and got everything done. I have never written a review on Yelp before, but for Peter and Javier I feel that I must. Trust me... you will not be disappointed as really they are the best!

They are truly amazing! I had several issues that needed to be fixed on top of a complete bathroom remodel. They did demo, clean up, the main plumbing issues and the remodel. There was an issue that popped up right after they were finished but they came right away to make sure everything was perfect. They have great communication and fair prices. I already recommended them to someone else.

Our sink had been clogged and would not drain no matter how hard I tried to snake or plumb the drain hole. I contacted Tom and he responded within 30 min to set up an appointment the next day to come fix the issue for me. He was professional and did a great job fixing the clog. Will do business with again!

Bruno and his crew replaced an old Laars mascot 2 boiler with a new Navien system. He was very quick on getting back to me and was responsive throughout the entire process, especially since he was working with my tenants. I was able to handle everything by phone and I didn't have to drive out to NY to check his work. Everything is working great and would definitely hire Bruno again.

The faucet in my tub was spouting water while the shower was running.  It was a problem I had before.  I called and spoke to John and we arranged an appointment for the next day.  Angelo came and after he removed the knobs and probed inside the wall, he told me he could fix it but not completely stop some of the water dripping out of the faucet without pulling out tiles to replace the fitting from the knob into the connecting pipe along with the piece that connects them.  He was spot on as that was the advice I got when this happened once before some years ago.  Needless to say these are old fittings and since I can't get the tiles that would match the rest of the tiles in the tub area, I opted to have him correct the problem which he did.  The faucet still drops a little, but it very, very slight and much better than before.  Angelo arrived on time, was very polite, took off his shoes and was sure to ask if I could put something down in the tub before he stepped into it to do the work, which I did.  The last plumber I had just stepped into my tub with dirty shoes.  I really appreciate this kind of work and would no doubt call Hub again should I ever need any kind of plumbing work.

I am very glad to have finally found Intrepidus. Excellent service.  I worked with this company for years.  Professional .Punctual and efficient.  I had my boiler and pluming fixed by them  . No hidden prices . Very honest . In less then 24 hours for a non emergency issue the job well done.

we had a blocked sewage issue that caused flooding in our basement. When Kyle showed up he didn't have the right equipment so he left to go get it and come back. A little frustrating... but figured I'd still give them a try. Came back with another guy and I could hear them goofing off and making jokes in the basement instead of just getting the work done. When they did finish they said they would write up a bill and wanted to know if I'd pay cash or credit card. I said can I do credit card, but  they never provided a bill. I didn't argue because i just wanted them out of my home. So my husband called the owner after and let him know we felt they they overcharged us, and the owner just argued and said they did the work. they charged a lot of money to just fix the blockage but not clean up the mess. (We ended up renting a shopvac and cleaning it ourselves) Overall wouldn't call them again because I just felt uncomfortable in my own home and wanted them out ASAP, and didn't find them professional.

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. This was after I already tried to ask many other plumbing companies for solutions to no avail. I even went to a plumbing supply store but that didn't help either. Thanks to GG Plumbing, I was able to install the toilet seat with minimum cost. Even though I didn't need for GG to come help, his quoted price was also much more reasonable than the other plumbing companies I reached out to.

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

I'm very grateful we got such a great plumber on such short notice. Chris showed up on time and fixed an unusual copper pipe layout fitting an old home's pipes to modern appliance. Would definitely recommend. Polite and professional too. Thank you Chris of MKC!

Amazing plumbers!!! I first met them when they fixed an emergency gas pipe leak and I couldn't thank them enough -- beautiful professional job. I should have called them 6 weeks ago when my boiler wouldn't start. I did the mistake in calling Arnica plumbers who installed my boiler in 1998. Arnica's plumber said a part that I needed for my boiler wasn't being made anymore -- so after a patch up job and an 800 dollar bill my boiler only worked for 6 weeks. He tried to push a new boiler on me. So last night my boiler stopped working I called Arnica and an appointment wouldn't be available for a full day. I'm flying tomorrow noon for Thanksgiving holiday and they wouldn't make an exception. I called Franco Belli and that part that Anika said wasn't made anymore Franco Belli found it in a heart beat. I love these guys in two hours I had heat again. They know the trade and they don't rip you off!!! Amazing workers -- thank you so much for being honest and reliable!!!

I've used Waterhouse twice when my old 1920s bathroom had issues that I couldn't resolve on my own. When you need a plumber, it's always an emergency, and they respond in a timely manner, and once they even came on the weekend. They care about doing good work, and have even replaced old valves in my apartment that are clearly above and beyond the scope of the work that I had called them out for.

When you look for people to service aspects of your home, you never know who's going to be good and who you can trust, but I've found my plumber!

So far so good!!! The plumbers showed up to repair a boiler in an emergency ON CHRISTMAS DAY!!! They showed up within 20 minites of the earliest window and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes!!!

If all goes well-heat will be on in our building for a warm and  fuzzy Christmas!!!! Will expand on this  review as we proceed with the repair!

So-actually the automatic water feed needed to be replaced! Parsom went to his warehouse and got the part and replaced it very quickly! All told the repair took less than 2 hours and was done in an extremely expedient and professional manner!

Called to have a toilet unclogged. Plumber arrived the same day and was finished in less than an hour. He reassured me the toilet would not clog again, and if I have any issues he would return to fix them. Highly recommended!

Very responsive and easy to schedule - the time from initial quote request to service was just a few hours (on a Saturday).  Resolved my toilet issue quickly at a very reasonable rate (replaced feed valve and flapper) and the tech was friendly and professional.  Would definitely recommend ESP despite there only being a few reviews up here so far - guessing that will change soon!

We had an appointment window of 11a to 3p and called repeatedly, someone shows up at 8p.  We called to have a bathroom faucet replace and they wouldn't give any pricing over the phone - said we would get it on site. When the plumber got here, he quoted us $450 and said it was a 30 minute job. This is outrageous pricing for 30 minutes or work (in addition to all of the extra waiting time). We said no way and sent them away.
