Had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Asked for a request from Yelp, response was nearly immediate. I called the number and spoke with Mike (mechanic). He was super nice/helpful even though I'd not gotten the office directly. Said I'd call back when I was sure. Chose them out of the bunch. He was here in an hour and done in 15 minutes. No mess, cleaned up after himself and was, for lack of a better term, very easygoing and positive. Great experience and great results. Adding the number to my contacts for future services.

I called at least 10 companies and Tom was the only one who picked up and was willing to come out the same day.  Other companies either didn't pick up or wanted pictures of the pipes in the ceiling or some other excuses, but Tom picked up and came over quickly.  

Another heating pipe plumber could have changed pipes to make money, but Tom diagnosed the issue as being a boiler part that needed to be cleaned and he changed a steam valve that was leaking and everything is working perfectly now.  

I'm so glad that of all the plumbers I called that Tom was the guy I got through to because he did EXCELLENT, COST-EFFICIENT work.  I recommend him 100%.

We needed a vanity replaced. Bruno was accommodating on scheduling the following Saturday. He arrived promptly, was efficient and even gave me a a heads up on the age of the pipes, which was appreciated.  He also helped get the old vanity out and down 3 flights of stairs, which was very helpful. We have hired several plumbers in the past and Bruno is my go to from now on. He will be getting all my future work. Hire him you won't regret it.

Had a leak in the pipe under my sink, it didn't seem like a very hard job, unfortunately I'm not too mechanically inclined so I called them and they came the next day and got it fixed in less than an hour

I found myself in a situation where I had many choices and quick decisions to make after Hurricane Ida resulted in unprecedented government agency involvement.  I needed a trusted opinion from a plumbing expert who was aware of city codes, construction specialist opinions and awareness of budgeting limitations in the midst of inflation created by the supply chain debacle that has affected our nation and world.  Intrepidus followed through immediately and I even received friendly follow-up calls to ensure I received whatever corroborating documents I needed to proceed in meeting timely application deadlines so I may take proactive measures to protect my boiler and water heater from future extraordinary basement flooding.  To say I am grateful would be an understatement.

My bathroom faucet needed to be replaced and they were very efficient and responded to my service request quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Called the office after another plumber stood me up. Donna was very courtesy over the phone, and called me back within the given time frame to let me know Tom could be arriving within 2 hours. When Tom arrived he was polite and told me exactly what was wrong and quoted me a reasonable amount. He was done within the time frame given. It's been over a week and we are very happy with the work Tom performed. I would definitely recommend Tom and his company for your plumbing needs.

We had a clogged bathtub drain. Called early in the morning. Justin arrived in the mid morning which was great for me. He inspected the problem, answered all my questions, was neat/clean and professional. Justin cleared the clog and ensured all was working as intended before leaving. He also added some caulking where the spout meets the tile and let me know the importance of ensuring there is a seal in that spot. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will be sure to call this company back.

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

Kris was a God sent!!!!  My father passed away and I had to help my mother take care of an apartment building on short notice.  Kris came fixed boiler, tuned up boiler, reseated a toilet, unclogged a sink, fixed a leaky kitchen sink and installed a new faucet all in one day!!!!!! All with no notice requiring him to make multiple trips supply store and Home Depot.  He did quality work, very quickly and professionally at a very reasonable price.  I am currently using him for another job in my own house.  I cant recommend Kris highly enough.  I will continue to use Kris and recommending him to all my friends and family.

I am 100% pleased with the service I received from Franco Belli Plumbing today on my radiators and boiler.  The guys were here first thing at 8:30am and had the problem with the non-functioning third floor radiator diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. They noticed one of the radiators was spitting wildly on the third floor and fixed that too.  I've had these problems for years and had other plumbers come to look at them...only to quote insanely high prices per radiator and tell me I should just gets new boiler....not these guys.  They had it all figured out and fixed on a very reasonable hourly rate.  Manny the supervisor called after to check in, confirm I'm happy, and thank me.  I'm genuinely relieved to have found Franco Belli - they are my plumbers for life!  Thanks guys!  Really great work.  

Caveat: the process of scheduling the appt was a little quirky, but the scheduler was lovely and they over delivered at every important opportunity.

Plumbing emergency is not cheap, But the perfect job makes it less painful. We definitely use them again.

These are the best plumbers I have used. They came and resolved all the issues in a professional and speedy manner, even showing me how to fix some small issues in the future on my own. The pricing was super reasonable and lower than other quotes that I had gotten. Will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Quick and friendly service! Called to inquire about sewer services and less than 2 hours later, Rusty was at my house. Didn't know exactly what the problem was but he explained that the sewer line needed to be cleaned and gave us a quote. He started working right after he provided the quote. Great service, really appreciate the turnaround time.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink for some time now and have not been able to locate a plumber. ESP Piping was quick to respond and was helpful over the phone for an initial diagnosis. John came in, located the cracked pipe and replaced it under 30 minutes.  Extremely nice! Professional , reasonable pricing and also provided great maintenance tips.

Nush is professional, decent, and incredibly knowledgeable. He is also, most importantly, trustworthy. 4 months ago I was installing a new bathroom and he came to put in the rough in valves. I told him I'd like him to come back after I finished the tiling to put the fixtures on the valves and he agreed. I paid him the entire amount up front. 4 months later I texted him to tell him the bathroom was ready for him to put in the fixtures. The only experience I had with him was back in November and frankly I was iffy on whether he would bother to come back. He did. Not only did he do that, but when I asked him to install my toilet, he quoted me, started putting it in and then pointed out a problem that meant I actually needed to replace the toilet. He could have just installed it, pocketed the money and been on his way but instead he told me he'd come back to install it after the new toilet arrived, and you know what? I believe him.

He's my go-to guy now. If he's busy, I'll wait until he's free. He's that good.

We had an appointment window of 11a to 3p and called repeatedly, someone shows up at 8p.  We called to have a bathroom faucet replace and they wouldn't give any pricing over the phone - said we would get it on site. When the plumber got here, he quoted us $450 and said it was a 30 minute job. This is outrageous pricing for 30 minutes or work (in addition to all of the extra waiting time). We said no way and sent them away.
