I want to thank this company for their prompt service today at my mom's house in Queens NY. The technician was very polite and he was able to clean the kitchen drain within 20 minutes when another company trayed to open the drain and was not able for over 30 minutes. I would always use your company from now on and would recommend you to all my friends.

Safeway was awesome! We needed our sink and faucet hooked up after new counters were installed and we'd been having a heck of a time finding a reliable plumber. But Safeway was quick, accommodating and came same day! If you have a plumbing issue, give them a call!!

I called Mike of thesewerguyinc.com aka L & C Sewers and Drains late in the morning a couple of days ago. I had already hired two different plumbers who had tried and failed to clear a sewage line from a kitchen sink, and dealt with two other plumbers who strung me along and then dropped me before ever showing up so I was getting pretty stressed out.  Mike and I talked briefly about the problem and he told me he'd get someone over there in the early afternoon, and that he felt confident that his guy Giovanni would succeed where others had failed.  Because of some challenges his guy had at the first job, he ended up coming later than expected, but there was pretty good communication, so it wasn't such a big deal. Mike ended up coming with the other guy Giovanni and with an arsenal of plumbing snakes, cameras, and other tools to get the job done. After a couple of unsuccessful first attempts to clear the line, he told me that he was the best person for the job because he was committed to figuring out a solution, and that he wouldn't give up until he succeeded. After four false starts with other plumbers, I loved hearing that!  He suggested several possible last resort measures he could take but ended up going with something much less costly and that didn't require opening any walls. He charged me a reasonable fee, was very pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up well before he left. I recommend this business 100%. I feel so glad to have found them.

Spoke to Tom at approximately 10am explained the issue we were having with our toilet. He arrived by noon.  Toilet was fixed by 12:15pm.  We will definitely call him again.  He was a pleasure to deal with.

Showed up in less than 40 minutes and sorted my issue in less than hour. Fast, efficient, and reasonable rate. Would definitely use Bruno again!

Our sink had a bad leak and we were worried that no one would come in on a Sunday afternoon let alone with a corona virus going around but his team sent Chris right over within the hour to fix our sink and even an additional problem with the toilet all on one quote. He was very nice and even cleaned up after himself! I highly recommend Chris and his team!

My bathroom faucet needed to be replaced and they were very efficient and responded to my service request quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs and I would definitely use them again in the future.

This is the third time i hired WaterMac Plumbing & Heating.  The reason I keep hiring this company is because in every aspect of business they display nothing but professionalism.  I hired WaterMac Plumbing & Heating this time to install a new bathtub. I felt so comfortable with the company that I didn't bother getting an estimate from another.  When they work, there is so much care that it seems like they are working in their own home.  Highly recommended!!

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. This was after I already tried to ask many other plumbing companies for solutions to no avail. I even went to a plumbing supply store but that didn't help either. Thanks to GG Plumbing, I was able to install the toilet seat with minimum cost. Even though I didn't need for GG to come help, his quoted price was also much more reasonable than the other plumbing companies I reached out to.

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

Kris is an amazing plumber and person. He is attentive, trustworthy and honest. He will go above and beyond for his customers. He has helped me with several plumbing issues and I have been completely satisfied. He is prompt, effective, clean and professional.  He gets the job done and does it fast!

Yes, I agree with Belle M.  -- DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE FOR SMALL JOBS -- they send the hacks out to do them.  I had a small simple job (installing a mini radiator), they hire poorly trained people for these jobs -- the first attempt at install was totally screwed up, plus hustling behavior for the guy they sent out, then they charged me $500 for it. It's like they're using YOU for on-the-job training for their entry-level employees.

In general -- you're going to get screwed in the plumbing business because it's a licensed business that restricts competition.  But at least for $500 you should expect a simple job to be done right and professionally -- but don't expect that here.

Harry came promptly and fixed our problem -- a clogged toilet -- in about two minutes. I would give five stars for service. But the price seemed high. For those two minutes of work in the middle of an ordinary workday, he wanted $250. No replacement parts were needed; the only tool he used -- a toilet augur -- sells for about $30 online. After he left, I ordered one for myself.

STAY AWAY!  False advertising.  Advertises free estimate but charges $85 - so it's not free!  The ad is false and misleading.  Told representative to remove the false ad and she said:  we'll, we haven't updated our website.  It's called FRAUD!
If they lie about this, what else?

Things started off well.
Good prices, prompt service.
I thought this would be a 5-star review.
Over time, I was still hoping for 3 stars.
Several hiccups, but I still thought he was a nice guy and that the basic
work was good enough.
But he got every single thing wrong - in addition to trying to rip me off!
What should have been one appointment became 4.  And things were still totally messed
up after the 4!

I needed a new toilet and to have my mainline snaked out.
Rusty gave good quotes for each.
He came to check the toilet and be certain of the size, etc.
He was on time for that - a very unusual thing in that industry.

But that was the last thing that went smoothly.
We made an appointment to do the work on Sunday at 2:00.
I texted at 1:05 to see if he was running on time.
He asked if we could do 3:00.  I said ok.
Around 2:30, he called to ask if we can reschedule for another day.
I said ok.  Asked what day.  He said Saturday.
I told him pushing back a full week wasn't good.
So, we settled on Wednesday.
He came and snaked the mainline.
He said it was more work than expected.
That instead of $100, he's charging me $250 and that he'd have to
come back to do the toilet.
How do you get to change price on the same job??
If one thing lead to another, that's one thing.
If someone said that after changing the boiler, they find that one of the radiators
still not getting hot and needs to be changed, that could be understandable.
But saying I gave you a price to unclog a drain and I'm raising (250%!!) because the drain was clogged is insane!  I hired you to take care of a clog.  You are complaining that the clog was clogged??

He came back a couple days later to do the toilet.
As he was getting ready to leave, I go to check it out.
It was the wrong model of toilet!
We'd discussed multiple times.
I showed him our last text where I'd reintegrated it for the 3rd time to avoid just this sort of thing.
He did acknowledge that he made a mistake.  That is rare these days.
So, he gets points for that.

But he didn't come back for 5 days.
It was early morning.  He should have come back same day.

In the interim:
I was putting the trash cans by the curb.
I found 3 big bags of construction debris.
I thought someone put their stuff in my yard.
I hadn't had a demoition.
It turns out that he smashed up the old toilet and left it in those bags for me to deal with.
Him taking it away in his truck was part of our agreement!

I went to fill up a bucket from the downstairs bathtub.
I slid open the shower door and I see 2 toilet plungers in the tub!
Seriously??? the dirtiest thing there is, you put into the vessel that people go into to get clean???
That is so disgusting!

The day for the new appointment finally comes.
Appt is for 10:00.  
At 8:45 I text to ask if he's running on time.
He says yes sir.
At 10:15, I text to get an update.
He says Boss, give me time.  Your toilet is not easy to find.
Seriously (again!)???  
5 days later, you didn't obtain it???

He finally shows around 11:00.
Tells me that he was trying since 6AM.
Of course that is BS.  Who's open at 6AM for him to shop?
And either way, I still want to know why he didn't get it days ago.

He's finally installing it annnnnd, wrong one!  Again!
He did get the dual flush.  But now it was elongated, not round.
Now, the $50 seat that I kept from the old one doesn't fit.

So, my choice was to get yanked around for another 2 weeks or install the one that doesn't fit my seat.  I went ahead with the installation.
Turns out the seat it comes with is not only thin and awful.  But not even soft close!

Eventually, he left.  I don't know why he hovered for half an hour after finishing.
I had company and it was annoying.

I finally got a chance to take another look at it.
It wasn't American Standard!  
So, it wasn't ANY of the things we discussed!

When he first arrived, he asked about my next door neighbors.
He said he'd done a job for them 11 years ago.
It should have occurred to me that with all the work they have done, why hadn't they ever hired him again? Had to learn that the hard way....

I had a clogged kitchen drain, leaky faucet, and very old pipes that leaked. I decided to use ESP plumber l. They came the same evening, unclogged the drain, and recommended replacing the faucet and pipes to prevent a huge disaster. I informed them that I would like to proceed based on their estimates for the parts and service and they were able to come the next day. Although the tech was running late, they kept me
updated and informed of the reason for delay such as traffic. Overall, they were very professional, communicative, and provided excellent service. I am happy with the new detachable faucet and pipes. I highly recommend using their services!

Quick and prompt service. We needed a gas line terminated and they were able to complete the job the very next day.

Unethical, incompetent plumber and then a defensive supervisor when I called to relay the disastrous estimate experience,
