Great quick service and pricing. I left it up to my husband to call plumber for our slow draining master bath which drank no longer worked. And one day it took hours to drain and our pipes were making noise with water running for long period.

I messaged 718 on a Sunday night and got a response within an half hour that their office would call in the am. They called at 830 ( I had my phone on DND) so called back about 930 and two guys here by 1015. They were so nice and efficient. Price was lower than my estimate and even lower with cash!

I will be calling 718 for any plumbing issues (hopefully don't have any) but highly recommend!

Second time using Safeway, the team is super quick to respond, extremely reliable and communicative. They are officially my go to!

All I can say is Tom Terrific!  He reviewed the site, suggested a less expensive option of replacing our water tank with a new one instead of installing a tankless unit. Very reasonable, job was done in less than 2 hours, everything is humming along nicely.

Bruno responded within 10 minutes of my  inquiry and squeezed me in for an emergency check of a ceiling leak. He showed up to my home within an hour, despite having a fully planned work day, and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Although he had to cut into my ceiling to assess the source of the problem, he ultimately said it was a non-plumbing related issue and refused to charge for his time/effort. He is super honest and we would call him anytime for go-forward business due to his integrity. Highly recommend!

Very professional service.  HUB Plumbing responded quickly and showed up when they said that they would, on time. The plumber showed up in a clean, neat uniform.  It was explained to me exactly what the problem was, and my options.  I was given a written price quote detailing what work would be performed and what it would cost, no guessing. Yesterday night, February 15th, we were having heating issues. Called a couple local plumbers to see if they can come check out my boiler, but since it was Saturday night, a lot of companies couldn't provide me service. Went on yelp to see which companies were open late, saw Intrepidus Piping and Heating open 24/7 emergency services, decided to give it a try. Contacted them, no less than 10 minutes, Kaitlyn had a plumber come to my location in no longer than 30 minutes. The plumber, Chris, noticed that my pilot was not lit. Had to replace a few parts for a reasonable price. Great service and solved the problem quickly!

Found Top Pro Plumbing via yelp.  I needed a pipe in the basement fixed that had developed a leak.  Benny responded very quickly on yelp.  We set up a time to meet and he came and gave me a free estimate.  It was fair and very reasonable so we set up to do the work the next day.   Benny called and showed up on time and the pipe was changed quickly with no surprises.  I am setting up an appointment now for other plumbing work that needed to be done that I had been putting off.  Thanks, Benny!

Serve Well came to replace a boiler following the Super Storm Sandy aftermath. With  demand for boilers at a peak, they were not only able to supply a boiler but were able to install within days after our call to them. They are professional, cordial, honest and on the ball! I recommend them for any plumbing job large or small. Very happy with their service!

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

Called MKC plumbing for a leak under my sink. Spoke to Chris who was at my house 20 minutes later. Fixed the leak and also put a brace on the dishwasher hose (it was never put on when installed by another plumber). He wouldn't leave it like that  saying not on my watch.  He had all the parts in his truck and the job was completed in 30 minutes.  His work was neat and clean. Very professional and you can tell he takes pride in fixing things correctly. Very reasonably priced. No more leaking. RECOMMEND MCK PLUMBING HIGHLY!!

I just had to replace a water heater in the building.  Steven and his helper showed up same day and swapped the boiler same day despite having to remove doors to get the boiler in.  After getting the hot water working, they scheduled a follow=up appointment to finish cleaning up and taking everything away.  The nicest people and you can  speak to the boss.
Manny came by on the 2nd visit to help clear up some other issues and i could not be happier.

I own a business on the lower East side of Manhattan, I had a pipe leak and Harry from Waterhouse was there within the hour.. He fixed the problem and business was back to normal. Harry is very professional and also made me laugh. Thank You Harry!!

Have done several jobs for my apartment which has some very old and unusual plumbing issues.  They have done excellent work and I highly recommend them. Were able to accommodate to do the work on my schedule (evening) and charged very fair price for the work done.  Honest, fair and efficient.

so i have my main line clogged and needing cleaning. no experience with what that should cost so i put out an open request on yelp for estimates along with a basic description of the problem. i've gotten 16 replies in the last hour or two, every single one of them with a price for main line cleaning or at least a price range as well as an invite to discuss the problem further over the phone with it being obvious that they read my request and understood what my problem was.

except THIS company. all i got from them was a generic hi, if you're interested in a consultation or quote please contact us at ect ect... nothing about my specific problem, nothing about a price range, just a spam email that could have been sent to anyone with ANY plumbing problem. Are you kidding me ? there is zero chance in HELL i'm hiring someone who just spams every request for an estimate on yelp with the same generic email. or who is possibly too damn stupid to figure out what the word estimate means.

These guys went above and beyond to make sure that the issues in our bathroom were fixed. Excellent service and we are glad we have found our new plumber! Highly recommend

Marinel was an excellent plumber with whom to work. Very professional, fast, easy to schedule with, and very true to his word. The overall experience couldn't have moved more smoothly. I had a water heater die mid-day, and Marinel had the new water heater installed the following morning first thing. Beautiful plumbing work too for the new unit, which was larger than the previous unit and required some reworking of the pipes. Highly recommend!
