With these recent very heavy rains my backyard drain was moving incredibly slow and needed professional attention. I initially contacted 49.99 drain service and had a terrible customer service experience over the phone and will never use them again. I then contacted Roto Rooter and they came to my house looked at the drain and gave me a price of $385 plus tax!!!! I said no thanks! I turned to yelp and found so many glowing reviews about original
718. I  called  them after 9 am today (Saturday). Michael the owner answered. He asked me about my problem and quoted me a price of 100 dollars! He sent someone over that morning after 11 am!!! Incredibly competent and polite technician took care of my problem! Thank you for polite, efficient, swift and affordable service!!!  I will definitely use again and recommend to my neighbors as well!!

Today was the second time I used this company's services. Excellent work and fair pricing.  They stick to their quote range, do good quality work without cutting corners and are very pleasant to deal with.  You won't be disappointed- give them a call!

They are truly amazing! I had several issues that needed to be fixed on top of a complete bathroom remodel. They did demo, clean up, the main plumbing issues and the remodel. There was an issue that popped up right after they were finished but they came right away to make sure everything was perfect. They have great communication and fair prices. I already recommended them to someone else.

My kitchen sink was leaking from the drain, so I went on the searching for a plumber on Yelp.  There was a few reply but not only did Tom gave the best quote, he gave a clear plan as to what he will replace and why it was needed. So I scheduled an appointment with him where is was punctual and had executed his plan to the T. There was no hidden agenda nor any additional cost. Tom services was truly professional. I hired BK Piping and Heating in the Bronx to repair a minor leak in the bathroom sink on July 14, 2019.  On the phone, Kalaj told me that the fee would be $220 with no hidden or extra cost.  He texted me before he arrived at the apartment and asked to send pics of the leak which I did. When he arrived at 430pm he fixed nothing and was paid in cash the $220 ,he said he would return on the next day at 6pm to finish the repair and the cost would be an extra 130$ for a new faucet.  He refused to give a receipt for $220 in cash that I paid him. Today on July 15, 2019 he called at around 4pm mentioned that he can only find a replacement faucet for $200, nothing less. It is now 6pm and he has not arrived to finish the job. I am disgusted with this SCAM ARTIST!!! Don't lose out on money, never pay without a proper receipt & take your business elsewhere or do it yourself!!!

John at HUB plumbing is fabulous.  Friendly, easy going, professional, and prompt.  Did a terrific job and explained everything.  Never going to try another plumber again.

Serve Well came to replace a boiler following the Super Storm Sandy aftermath. With  demand for boilers at a peak, they were not only able to supply a boiler but were able to install within days after our call to them. They are professional, cordial, honest and on the ball! I recommend them for any plumbing job large or small. Very happy with their service!

What a great overall experience with WaterMac Plumbing. Igor the owner was VERY professional and extremely responsive. From the beginning was he was completely transparent and accommodating.  We scheduled a time for our appointment, i received a text when he was on his way and guess what unlike many contractors i've dealt with in the past showed up on time!  When he got here he introduced himself and was personable. It seemed like perhaps there was potentially a misunderstanding on the # of faucets that needed to be fixed but he even handled that Professionally and i didnt feel like i was being taken advantage of. While he was here i also asked about adding a valve and he didnt try to sell it to me hard like others may have and/ or give me a ridiculous price.  Again, he gave me the info and let me decide...Overall, i HIGHLY recommend Igor and frankly he most likely just became my family's official plumber based on  our experience!!!

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. This was after I already tried to ask many other plumbing companies for solutions to no avail. I even went to a plumbing supply store but that didn't help either. Thanks to GG Plumbing, I was able to install the toilet seat with minimum cost. Even though I didn't need for GG to come help, his quoted price was also much more reasonable than the other plumbing companies I reached out to.

So when his apt. had another issue we called them and they spent 3.5hrs and did a fantastic job. This was the first time we had direct experience with them.
They solved a very complex blockage problem between the washing machine in the bathroom and the kitchen drain in the next room. They really kept at it until they figured the root cause and then they fixed it.
I cannot recommend Larry and his partner highly enough. Trustworthy, competent and experienced. They also cleared up very well.

Best Plumber In History!!!! We had a recurring issue for more than a year, had a dozen different guys come in, not one of them could figure out the issue. But then we called Bargain Plumbing and Kush came in with his super-hero cape, identified the issue, and came back right away with the necessary parts, permanently fixing the issue. Amazing. I have a new go-to plumber now. I strongly suggest Bargain Plumbing!

I just wanted to say thank you! I had a dripping faucet in the kitchen that I wanted to replace, and rusty gave me an estimate that slightly exceeded my expectation, but I decide to give a try because he said everything included in that price. The next day, Rusty showed up with the faucet that I really liked but didn't want to buy (i.e., good brand but expensive!) he even paid attention to the color of the sink so now they match! I am very happy with his service and completely persuaded that he was very honest with the pricing quote.

Our sewer line broke causing a back up. We did not want water damage and immediately searched for a company that can help. I requested a quote on yelp and got a response back in less than 20 minutes. They arrived, walked me through the process, the scope of work, and completed my new sewer line in 2 days. Highly recommended, they were professional, finished in a timely manner and were cost sufficient.

Marinel was an excellent plumber with whom to work. Very professional, fast, easy to schedule with, and very true to his word. The overall experience couldn't have moved more smoothly. I had a water heater die mid-day, and Marinel had the new water heater installed the following morning first thing. Beautiful plumbing work too for the new unit, which was larger than the previous unit and required some reworking of the pipes. Highly recommend!

We had an appointment window of 11a to 3p and called repeatedly, someone shows up at 8p.  We called to have a bathroom faucet replace and they wouldn't give any pricing over the phone - said we would get it on site. When the plumber got here, he quoted us $450 and said it was a 30 minute job. This is outrageous pricing for 30 minutes or work (in addition to all of the extra waiting time). We said no way and sent them away.
