With these recent very heavy rains my backyard drain was moving incredibly slow and needed professional attention. I initially contacted 49.99 drain service and had a terrible customer service experience over the phone and will never use them again. I then contacted Roto Rooter and they came to my house looked at the drain and gave me a price of $385 plus tax!!!! I said no thanks! I turned to yelp and found so many glowing reviews about original
718. I  called  them after 9 am today (Saturday). Michael the owner answered. He asked me about my problem and quoted me a price of 100 dollars! He sent someone over that morning after 11 am!!! Incredibly competent and polite technician took care of my problem! Thank you for polite, efficient, swift and affordable service!!!  I will definitely use again and recommend to my neighbors as well!!

When my shower started putting out only boiling hot water with no way to adjust it from the handle I suspected my shower cartridge (The piece behind the handle that controls water pressure and temp) had gone bad. Having experience changing them before I took a crack at my Kohler shower fixture. After an evening of trying just to remove the shower handle and bonnet that wouldn't budge I knew something was off and I didn't want to apply unnecessary torque potentially cracking a pipe or worse behind the wall. Time to call a pro...

I put the word out on Yelp and Tom's was the first to respond (within 20 min). He communicated over text with a quick estimate and availability. A few texts back and forth gave me a good feeling so I scheduled for the next day. I was really impressed with their efficiency and communication, while the 3 other plumbers all responded with a give me a call (ain't no one got time for that) Tom's Plumbing and Heating Services was hustling!

True to form they showed up at 10am (right at the start of the 10am-12pm window) got started right away. I felt relieved and concerned that he also struggled a bit to remove then handle/bonnet - the reason was poor initial installation. A knucklehead tightened and skewed the piece on incorrectly. Once removed it was determined that the replacement shower cartridge I bought (not being able to see through walls I bought what goes with the current model, mine was an older one). He tried to fix the existing one, but to no avail. He went to try to get the part locally, but only one half (this model has two pieces instead of most that have one cartridge). Tried to see if installing that would fix the issue but it needed the other half because water was still not adjustable. He ordered it and said he would come back when it was in.

He got the part the next day, came to install the following morning and got everything back up and running perfectly. The price was on target with the original quote, but extra to cover the unexpectedly purchased parts. This was a fantastic experience where it pays to have straightforwardness, experience and efficiency doing a job - especially valuable traits when it comes to plumbing. I would not hesitate to call Tom's again and plan to soon with some other projects I have in mind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our kitchen sink started to leak and progressively got worse over the course of a couple days - Quickly went to Yelp and messaged a number of plumbers and Bruno was the first to respond. He was very responsive, quick to assess the issue, schedule an appointment, was extremely efficient and explained the problem very clearly. Also was nice enough to look through a couple of other plumbing issues while he was here to look at the kitchen sink. I really can't say enough good things about Bruno and his service. Would refer him to anyone and he would be my first call for all future plumbing needs. Thank you again Bruno!

Plumbers, like mechanics, can be intimidating. They know everything you don't about your pipes (or your car) and you have to trust them completely. Thankfully, I found a plumber I know I can trust.

They were fast, responsive, and got the job done. I got my pipes and faucet replaced they seemed to have given a fair price. It's hard to compare since I didn't try others, but they seemed pretty good.

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

This review is for Manny. Our boiler stopped working the week before Thanksgiving, so I started my search for a professional who could help me with the repair. When I first called and spoke to Manny, I didn't realize how fortunate we have been, but two weeks later today, I can say with confidence that Manny is a true professional and we could not have managed without him. Since we had a complex situation, it took a long time for us to figure out what we needed to do. Throughout the process, Manny was as knowledgeable and efficient as he was kind and generous with his expertise and insights. Best Plumber In History!!!! We had a recurring issue for more than a year, had a dozen different guys come in, not one of them could figure out the issue. But then we called Bargain Plumbing and Kush came in with his super-hero cape, identified the issue, and came back right away with the necessary parts, permanently fixing the issue. Amazing. I have a new go-to plumber now. I strongly suggest Bargain Plumbing!

so i have my main line clogged and needing cleaning. no experience with what that should cost so i put out an open request on yelp for estimates along with a basic description of the problem. i've gotten 16 replies in the last hour or two, every single one of them with a price for main line cleaning or at least a price range as well as an invite to discuss the problem further over the phone with it being obvious that they read my request and understood what my problem was.

except THIS company. all i got from them was a generic hi, if you're interested in a consultation or quote please contact us at ect ect... nothing about my specific problem, nothing about a price range, just a spam email that could have been sent to anyone with ANY plumbing problem. Are you kidding me ? there is zero chance in HELL i'm hiring someone who just spams every request for an estimate on yelp with the same generic email. or who is possibly too damn stupid to figure out what the word estimate means.

Very responsive and professional. Helped me troubleshoot an issue with my boiler. John Luke came over the next day and explained the issue--thankfully it was a quick fix. Will definitely be using ESP again!
