Great quick service and pricing. I left it up to my husband to call plumber for our slow draining master bath which drank no longer worked. And one day it took hours to drain and our pipes were making noise with water running for long period.

I messaged 718 on a Sunday night and got a response within an half hour that their office would call in the am. They called at 830 ( I had my phone on DND) so called back about 930 and two guys here by 1015. They were so nice and efficient. Price was lower than my estimate and even lower with cash!

I will be calling 718 for any plumbing issues (hopefully don't have any) but highly recommend!

This company has good guys. They get the job done right the first time. I found out the hard way you get what you pay for in drain cleaning. I was paying 4995 every month for the past 2 years. Peter came by and I haven't had a problem since. Definitely using them for future problems/maintenance and will recommend to others. Great job guys!!!

I had sewer line backup and needed to get it addressed ASAP. L&C were super-responsive, came right away, fixed issue without gouging me. THANK YOU-hopefully we won't have issues but we would definitely use L&C again!

Fast response time and superb service. Justin responded very quickly and was able to schedule an appointment for same day to fix 2 broken toilets in my apartment. He diagnosed the problem immediately and also found replacement parts that were compatible with my toilets. He fixed both issues within a couple of hours and also checked out the water piping in my bathrooms. He was very helpful in explaining the issue and how to reduce risk of happening in the future. I would highly recommend Tom's plumbing services and will definitely call him the next time I have an issue.

I called Hub Plumbing & Mechanical over the weekend because my whole house was backed up. It is extremely hard to find a plumber to come out on weekends. After my 6th phone call to a plumbing company I finally got an answer. Their phone receptionist was very friendly, and helpful and she scheduled for their plumbing tech Rich to come out. Rich showed up on time and quickly got to work. He was able diagnose the problem, and he gave me an upfront price of the work to be done. Through past experience with sewer back ups I could tell that his price was very fair and reasonable even for a weekend call. In the end I was more than happy with the service provided, and if I ever needed a plumber again they will be first on my list to call! Thanks Rich!

Very awesome work. Chris was very thorough in all his explanations and for his understanding of the current status of my family's home. Gave good insight as to building code as well as potential for other issues that could arise. I'll definitely be coming back to request help if any related issues happen to come up.

My bathroom faucet needed to be replaced and they were very efficient and responded to my service request quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs and I would definitely use them again in the future.

I was looking for a plumber who could replace my Weil McLean Cga-4 boiler from 1970's. I started looking at old yellow pages from 2007 to find a reputable heating contractor. I studied a lot of reviews of different contactors. I read a lot of negative reviews for other contractors. I called a few contactors and they all gave me a estimate from $4800 to $12,000. The cost of the Weil Mclean cga-5 is about $2000 for just the boiler. I was tempted to do some of the work myself to save money but decided against it since it was November already. Anyways ,I called and Fred the owner came out to give me estimate(he is an early bird,so he came like 7 am) . He gave me an estimate in low 6000. I did not find any bad reviews about this company however for someone who has been in business for a long time they did not have too many reviews which made me nervous. I took a chance and signed a contract. Fred did not negotiate even though I told him I got a lower estimate from another contactor. The crew of 3 persons came out and started work. They played out paper on the floor so when they removed the old boiler the soot doesn't ruin the carpet. Within 1/2 hour they had the boiler out of the basement. Before I even noticed they had the new boiler in. They were pretty professional. The main guy doing the work was very knowledgeable. Fred stopped to check and look at the work. Overall very professional. 4 Stars because the price is take it or leave it. The work is Good. Crew is professional. They were done by 2:30 pm I did have one issue after they left and when I called Fred they quickly came back and resolved it. Overall I recommend their work. They stand by their work and they know what they are doing.

The answering service associate was professional and polite, Igor promptly reached out and was able to accommodate a same day, morning appointment, for my leaking tub faucet. Justin evaluated the issue and performed impeccably efficient and very neat and clean work. He was very approachable and took the time to explain the mechanisms behind the problem and repair. Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

Kris was amazing.  My water-heater broke and he was out the same day.  Excellent work, on-time, super professional.  Price was very fair.  I was so satisfied that I had Kris come back two weeks later and replace another water-heater that was aged out.  I read the positive reviews on Yelp for MKC Plumbing, now let me add mine to the mix.  I highly recommend, and Kris will be the first one I call in the future.

Manny at Franco Belli did a great job diagnosing the problem I was having with my Quietside water heater (which is a terrible machine--if you're thinking about installing one, DONT). There was a major installation issue that he figured out, then got on the phone with the company to get them to send me a replacement part, which he and an associate then came and installed. I'm really hoping that's the last time I'll need to call them about this heater, but I'll definitely call them again for other plumbing or heating issues that come up!

My dishwasher was leaking and I called waterhouse to repair, They came and fix the problem within an hour. Very professional and fast, will call again!

Absolutely the best plumbing service I have ever used. I called this morning at 8:00am regarding a small leak with my water heater. They called back within 30 mins with a free quote and estimate. He said he could have a service man out between 9:00am and 11:00am. The service tech called at 10:00am to let me know he was on his way. and would be here within 5 mins.  He showed up on time assessed the situation offered a great price, and finished the work in less than 20 mins.

Bargain Plumbing and Heating will be my go to guys for any plumbing issues from here on out. You've earned a customer for life.

Things started off well.
Good prices, prompt service.
I thought this would be a 5-star review.
Over time, I was still hoping for 3 stars.
Several hiccups, but I still thought he was a nice guy and that the basic
work was good enough.
But he got every single thing wrong - in addition to trying to rip me off!
What should have been one appointment became 4.  And things were still totally messed
up after the 4!

I needed a new toilet and to have my mainline snaked out.
Rusty gave good quotes for each.
He came to check the toilet and be certain of the size, etc.
He was on time for that - a very unusual thing in that industry.

But that was the last thing that went smoothly.
We made an appointment to do the work on Sunday at 2:00.
I texted at 1:05 to see if he was running on time.
He asked if we could do 3:00.  I said ok.
Around 2:30, he called to ask if we can reschedule for another day.
I said ok.  Asked what day.  He said Saturday.
I told him pushing back a full week wasn't good.
So, we settled on Wednesday.
He came and snaked the mainline.
He said it was more work than expected.
That instead of $100, he's charging me $250 and that he'd have to
come back to do the toilet.
How do you get to change price on the same job??
If one thing lead to another, that's one thing.
If someone said that after changing the boiler, they find that one of the radiators
still not getting hot and needs to be changed, that could be understandable.
But saying I gave you a price to unclog a drain and I'm raising (250%!!) because the drain was clogged is insane!  I hired you to take care of a clog.  You are complaining that the clog was clogged??

He came back a couple days later to do the toilet.
As he was getting ready to leave, I go to check it out.
It was the wrong model of toilet!
We'd discussed multiple times.
I showed him our last text where I'd reintegrated it for the 3rd time to avoid just this sort of thing.
He did acknowledge that he made a mistake.  That is rare these days.
So, he gets points for that.

But he didn't come back for 5 days.
It was early morning.  He should have come back same day.

In the interim:
I was putting the trash cans by the curb.
I found 3 big bags of construction debris.
I thought someone put their stuff in my yard.
I hadn't had a demoition.
It turns out that he smashed up the old toilet and left it in those bags for me to deal with.
Him taking it away in his truck was part of our agreement!

I went to fill up a bucket from the downstairs bathtub.
I slid open the shower door and I see 2 toilet plungers in the tub!
Seriously??? the dirtiest thing there is, you put into the vessel that people go into to get clean???
That is so disgusting!

The day for the new appointment finally comes.
Appt is for 10:00.  
At 8:45 I text to ask if he's running on time.
He says yes sir.
At 10:15, I text to get an update.
He says Boss, give me time.  Your toilet is not easy to find.
Seriously (again!)???  
5 days later, you didn't obtain it???

He finally shows around 11:00.
Tells me that he was trying since 6AM.
Of course that is BS.  Who's open at 6AM for him to shop?
And either way, I still want to know why he didn't get it days ago.

He's finally installing it annnnnd, wrong one!  Again!
He did get the dual flush.  But now it was elongated, not round.
Now, the $50 seat that I kept from the old one doesn't fit.

So, my choice was to get yanked around for another 2 weeks or install the one that doesn't fit my seat.  I went ahead with the installation.
Turns out the seat it comes with is not only thin and awful.  But not even soft close!

Eventually, he left.  I don't know why he hovered for half an hour after finishing.
I had company and it was annoying.

I finally got a chance to take another look at it.
It wasn't American Standard!  
So, it wasn't ANY of the things we discussed!

When he first arrived, he asked about my next door neighbors.
He said he'd done a job for them 11 years ago.
It should have occurred to me that with all the work they have done, why hadn't they ever hired him again? Had to learn that the hard way....

Our sewer line broke causing a back up. We did not want water damage and immediately searched for a company that can help. I requested a quote on yelp and got a response back in less than 20 minutes. They arrived, walked me through the process, the scope of work, and completed my new sewer line in 2 days. Highly recommended, they were professional, finished in a timely manner and were cost sufficient.

Very nice and effective, got the problem found in a minute and solved in less than 15.
I can only recommend his plumbing services.

We had an appointment window of 11a to 3p and called repeatedly, someone shows up at 8p.  We called to have a bathroom faucet replace and they wouldn't give any pricing over the phone - said we would get it on site. When the plumber got here, he quoted us $450 and said it was a 30 minute job. This is outrageous pricing for 30 minutes or work (in addition to all of the extra waiting time). We said no way and sent them away.
