Great quick service and pricing. I left it up to my husband to call plumber for our slow draining master bath which drank no longer worked. And one day it took hours to drain and our pipes were making noise with water running for long period.

I messaged 718 on a Sunday night and got a response within an half hour that their office would call in the am. They called at 830 ( I had my phone on DND) so called back about 930 and two guys here by 1015. They were so nice and efficient. Price was lower than my estimate and even lower with cash!

I will be calling 718 for any plumbing issues (hopefully don't have any) but highly recommend!

Needed a plumber in the area for a stubbornly clogged drain and was thrilled Safeway had someone over in a few hours. Very friendly with excellent communication throughout and fair/transparent pricing. I appreciated the extra attention to covid-19 safety protocols as well.

Mike was great. He actually had to lowest of three quotes and saved me a couple of hundred dollars. He came the same day to give me a quote and came back the next day with Miguel to start and finish the job. Miguel was on point. They removed a pipe that was no longer working and then bricked and cemented the hole closed. Miguel then used the rest of the cement to patch up a couple of old holes that were in the wall as well (at no extra charge). They also replaced about 20 feet of a damaged cast iron drain line. Mike guarantees his work for 10 years and writes it on his receipts.

Absolutely fantastic!! Very quick to respond and great service. I had a gas leak in my basement and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it straight away. He also knew exactly how to fix my water heater, quickly and efficiently. Definitely will hire again as he knows his stuff.

The shutoff valve to our outdoor hose line was faulty, and water was leaking through at a steady stream. With cold weather incoming, they managed to come out the next day and replace the valve for a reasonable price. Professional and worked quickly, really appreciated it especially given the timing urgency. Would definitely recommend.

Can't speak for the rates as we didn't get any other prices. Seemed steep, but they saved us having to keep our water off all weekend. I called 8 plumbers to get someone out to fix a broken pipe on a Saturday afternoon. Hub returned my call immediately, the plumber called with an estimated time and was here 30 minutes early! The work was neat, clean and successful. I'd defiantly call them again - either in a bind or not.

Very awesome work. Chris was very thorough in all his explanations and for his understanding of the current status of my family's home. Gave good insight as to building code as well as potential for other issues that could arise. I'll definitely be coming back to request help if any related issues happen to come up.

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. This was after I already tried to ask many other plumbing companies for solutions to no avail. I even went to a plumbing supply store but that didn't help either. Thanks to GG Plumbing, I was able to install the toilet seat with minimum cost. Even though I didn't need for GG to come help, his quoted price was also much more reasonable than the other plumbing companies I reached out to.

This review is for Manny. Our boiler stopped working the week before Thanksgiving, so I started my search for a professional who could help me with the repair. When I first called and spoke to Manny, I didn't realize how fortunate we have been, but two weeks later today, I can say with confidence that Manny is a true professional and we could not have managed without him. Since we had a complex situation, it took a long time for us to figure out what we needed to do. Throughout the process, Manny was as knowledgeable and efficient as he was kind and generous with his expertise and insights. My dishwasher was leaking and I called waterhouse to repair, They came and fix the problem within an hour. Very professional and fast, will call again!

Called them for an emergency job and was very pleased.  Parsim and Shpat were professional and meticulously cleaned up after their work.  They got our clog fixed, new toilet installed and stopped the leak. They told us what they were doing every step of the way and explained everything.   Couldn't be happier   Would definitely recommend

Fast and reliable work. Definitely one of the best plumbing services in town. Recommended for people who can't decide who to go to and are very skeptical when it comes to getting a service from somebody new.

John came in to fix my kitchen sink by replacing the piping and putting in the faucet. He was communicative about his eta and was efficient in his work. The price was fair compared to other quotes I got and I could tell this is an honest company.

He was funny to chat with and very personable. He gave some tips and ideas for the sink maintenance going forward and bathroom work.

Overall, great job and would def use them again for work in the future!

Back in November my water heater went out and I called Allstate Piping Corp and spoke to Nush. I told him that I tried to relight the pilot but to no avail it failed. Nush said to send him the model number on the water heater and in the morning the next day he was at my house. Mind you, I live in Rockaway and they're located in the Bronx. I called my home warranty company and nobody else responded so I took it upon myself to call Allstate Piping. They came at 8:00am and were finished by 9:05am. Back in business! Hot water! Fast forward to Christmas weekend, Coastal flooding took out my water heater and my gas burner via 4 ft. of water. I immediately called Nush and he told me that I was going to have a new gas burner delivered to my house in the afternoon. 12 degrees and 50 mph winds, my burner arrived as planned. Nush said that he will be at my house the next morning, on Christmas Eve 8:00am to install the new water heater and the gas burner. What other company would do that? I doubt nobody would want to be bothered. 5 hours later everything installed system ready to go, frozen pipes! After a little investigation he figured out were the problem was and defrosted the pipes and the heat started to flow. This was in my basement garage, cold as you can imagine, where snowmen would want to seek refuge they came and conquered the elements. They bailed me out on 2 occasions with super fast response time and I am very grateful for that. Thanks again guys for everything.
