I'm really happy with this company's work, I had a real emergency and in less than one hour everything was resolved. I know it is a little expensive but the professionalism is very difficult to find in today dates and is worth the money. They have a great combination of quality, punctuality and professionalism.

I got to my basement and saw a tub full of dirty water.  After a quick google search I realized I would need a plumber.  I put up a description on yelp and was happy to get some quick replies.  After a few messages I decided to go with Safeway because they had a reasonable quote and were very responsive.   Safeway sent two plumbers for the job.  They did excellent work and even answered some questions I had about a shower I had recently installed.  They were quick, considerate, affordable and kind.  I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.  All home owners need a plumber they can trust and I am very happy to have found them!

I put in a project request last night and within 15 minutes Luigi responded to me and asked me to give him a call. We agreed on a time for this morning and a man named Miguel came over and fixed our problem within 30 minutes! He was so nice and explained very well what the issue was and he was very honest about what he can for the most affordable solution and we appreciated that very much.
We would definitely be using L&C again and will specifically ask for Miguel!!!

My radiators were banging very loud, I was not able to sleep at all at night. I called Tom and he was able to set up an appointment in same day with reasonable price!!! Super happy with his service! Now the radiators have no sound and I can sleep at the night, thank you for great service.

The faucet in my tub was spouting water while the shower was running.  It was a problem I had before.  I called and spoke to John and we arranged an appointment for the next day.  Angelo came and after he removed the knobs and probed inside the wall, he told me he could fix it but not completely stop some of the water dripping out of the faucet without pulling out tiles to replace the fitting from the knob into the connecting pipe along with the piece that connects them.  He was spot on as that was the advice I got when this happened once before some years ago.  Needless to say these are old fittings and since I can't get the tiles that would match the rest of the tiles in the tub area, I opted to have him correct the problem which he did.  The faucet still drops a little, but it very, very slight and much better than before.  Angelo arrived on time, was very polite, took off his shoes and was sure to ask if I could put something down in the tub before he stepped into it to do the work, which I did.  The last plumber I had just stepped into my tub with dirty shoes.  I really appreciate this kind of work and would no doubt call Hub again should I ever need any kind of plumbing work.

Saved the day when we had major flooding problems. Showed up on time, sorted the issue, had to come back a second time. Also on time. Very efficient.

My bathroom faucet needed to be replaced and they were very efficient and responded to my service request quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Serve Well came to replace a boiler following the Super Storm Sandy aftermath. With  demand for boilers at a peak, they were not only able to supply a boiler but were able to install within days after our call to them. They are professional, cordial, honest and on the ball! I recommend them for any plumbing job large or small. Very happy with their service!

WaterMac tech failed to secure the blower door when he changed my filter. This resulted in the unit not powering and I had NO HEAT!

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

Great service! I called before noon regarding a leak in my home and 2 technicians stopped by the same day. The main technician was knowledgeable and able to provide me with a solution to the problem. They acted in a professional manner and I highly recommend their services if you are experiencing plumbing issues.

After experiencing some initial frustrations with the company and posting a negative Yelp review Franco Belli promptly and graciously corrected the issues we were experiencing at no charge.

Harry is awesome! I had a leaking pipe and he helped me fix it in 5 minutes at a reasonable cost. Very quick, understanding and professional. I'm glad that I didn't look at the previous review or I would have missed out on impeccable service and much needed plumbing tips. I highly recommend Waterhouse Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing repairs. Also not sure what experience the person who reviewed before me had in terms of finding the office but I don't think that they're talking about the same company since they have a legitimate office on Attorney St which is where I paid my invoice.

STAY AWAY!  False advertising.  Advertises free estimate but charges $85 - so it's not free!  The ad is false and misleading.  Told representative to remove the false ad and she said:  we'll, we haven't updated our website.  It's called FRAUD!
If they lie about this, what else?

John was wonderful, extremely responsive/communicative/friendly. Can't say enough about his communication! And he worked with a kind of water heater that several other plumbers said they couldn't work with. I already intend to recommend him to others in my building.

Marinel was prompt, courteous and very professional. He was on site within hours of needing his services and price was exactly what was estimated. Will definitely call again for any other plumbing issues I may have.

We had an appointment window of 11a to 3p and called repeatedly, someone shows up at 8p.  We called to have a bathroom faucet replace and they wouldn't give any pricing over the phone - said we would get it on site. When the plumber got here, he quoted us $450 and said it was a 30 minute job. This is outrageous pricing for 30 minutes or work (in addition to all of the extra waiting time). We said no way and sent them away.
