I am very satisfied and content with the work that Safeway Sewers conducted. Both Peter and Javier were very accommodating to my schedule and the needs of service to our toilet that was leaking with every flush. They were communicative prior to arrival and as they fixed the piping they also cared to explain what was the cause. They ensured that nothing was leaking after and took their time to do it right. I appreciate their services during these times and would definitely recommend them to others looking for work to be done and/or fixed.

Bathtub wouldn't drain last night so I put out a request for service and they responded within minutes.

Needed a leaking water heater replaced ASAP.  Called Tom's Plumbing and they showed up the next day.  They delivered a new water heater, replaced the old one and hauled it away.  They were very friendly and helpful.   Would definitely call them again for any future plumbing problems.

Our toilets were  In Desperate need of repair as well as 2 faucets that had corroded pipes that all needed to be replaced.

BK responded immediately and gave us an estimate. Upon inspection they explained exactly what was needed and what it would cost. Plus, they respected our house and worked so efficiently and clean. Even pointed out we had a drainage problem in the garage and gave us same day service on that.

Horrible.  Made an appointment for the next day.  I waited until 30 minutes after the appointment time to call for an ETA.  An hour and a half later (2 hours after the appointment time) I get a call from a different plumber, saying that Hub had given them my name and number because they could not come.  Totally unprofessional to 1) not call me directly and tell me they couldn't come; 2) to give my cell number to another company without asking first.

They were fast, responsive, and got the job done. I got my pipes and faucet replaced they seemed to have given a fair price. It's hard to compare since I didn't try others, but they seemed pretty good.

My bathroom faucet needed to be replaced and they were very efficient and responded to my service request quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Serve Well came to replace a boiler following the Super Storm Sandy aftermath. With  demand for boilers at a peak, they were not only able to supply a boiler but were able to install within days after our call to them. They are professional, cordial, honest and on the ball! I recommend them for any plumbing job large or small. Very happy with their service!

Javier was great! I am a black female and I called him about leaks in the kitchen and toilet in a half bath. The same day within 2 hours he got a technician Justin scheduled who came to the house and explained all the issues. Due to age of the toilet the itemized items to fix started to add up. Called Javier explained my concern with the cost. He immediately called me reworked the cost and offered discounts and provided all new parts to toilet with warranty. These guys are great. I will recommend using them for any and all plumbing needs.

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

It was Saturday afternoon, I knew i was going to have a hard time finding a plumber.  It wasn't a huge job (although to me it was), and typically the smaller jobs don't seem to get much attention from some of the bigger guys.  I called Kris, he answered, and said he could come Sunday morning at 10:00am.  I thought he might just come by on Sunday and diagnose or schedule a time to come back...Nope, he spent a few hours and fixed everything to perfection.  

I can happily recommend MKC Plumbing, in fact I won't use anyone else again.

I had a very mixed experience with these guys. Manny and his helpers seemed like nice enough guys initially. The TL;DR is that they wired the system incorrectly which resulted in a lot of wasted heat and potential damage/wear to a brand new boiler. Manny also wasn't shy about squeezing an exorbitant amount of money from us (far beyond his quote over the phone) and then taking a really aggressive tone with my wife when she rightfully expressed concern about the unexpected cost.

They came to the rescue over the Christmas holidays when my hot water heater sprang a leak. They installed the new hot water maker and connected all of the plumbing just fine. However, the electrician they sent (which they made me pay separately) didn't know what he was doing and wired the aquastat on the hot water maker (which is indirectly heated from the gas boiler) to fire up the boiler whenever it needed to make more hot water. The result was that every time someone would take a hot shower, the boiler would have to fire on full blast to circulate enough hot water to the hot water maker and everyone in the house would bake because the boiler would also make steam as a byproduct that overheated the house. The correct way to wire it would've been to wire the aquastat to turn on the pump to bring in the hot water from the boiler to the hot water maker. Something that wouldn't be rectified until more than a year later by a more knowledgeable plumber. But what really soured our experience with Manny was the way we were aggressively squeezed for a lot more money than was initially quoted. Anyhow, we finally have a plumber we can trust so we count ourselves fortunate.

Harry is awesome! I had a leaking pipe and he helped me fix it in 5 minutes at a reasonable cost. Very quick, understanding and professional. I'm glad that I didn't look at the previous review or I would have missed out on impeccable service and much needed plumbing tips. I highly recommend Waterhouse Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing repairs. Also not sure what experience the person who reviewed before me had in terms of finding the office but I don't think that they're talking about the same company since they have a legitimate office on Attorney St which is where I paid my invoice.

I had a great experience with Bargain Plumbing and Heating. They came on time and the technician, Shpati, was friendly and quiet. They charged $85 to diagnose the problem and then put that amount towards the labor and materials.

I had a corroded pipe under my sink and it was a little difficult to get to. Shpati stayed for an a little over an hour and the total price was $245. It might be a little high for one hour of work and I know the pipe didn't cost much, but the easy service and friendly demeanor, was worth it to me. Shpati also cleaned up the area when he left. I would definitely call them again if I need a plumber.

Our bathtub was clogged and Robert got it unclogged fast and neatly. Super kind and nice too. Would recommend
