I want to thank this company for their prompt service today at my mom's house in Queens NY. The technician was very polite and he was able to clean the kitchen drain within 20 minutes when another company trayed to open the drain and was not able for over 30 minutes. I would always use your company from now on and would recommend you to all my friends.

Got quoted $2500 for sewer hydro-jetting when everyone else was giving me quotes for $400-$500 range. Thiefs and very unethical because originally they quoted me $500 and then after agreeing to do the job, within 5 minutes om the same phonecall they changed the price to $2500. FYI i got the same job done for $400. They upped the price because I was very cooperative and willing to pay the $500 and they thought they caught a big fish as I heard them giggling ik the background.

I put in a project request last night and within 15 minutes Luigi responded to me and asked me to give him a call. We agreed on a time for this morning and a man named Miguel came over and fixed our problem within 30 minutes! He was so nice and explained very well what the issue was and he was very honest about what he can for the most affordable solution and we appreciated that very much.
We would definitely be using L&C again and will specifically ask for Miguel!!!

I had a severe clog in my shower drain. They were quick to respond, reasonably price, and had someone at my place within an hour. The plumber was efficient and professional, solving the issue in 15 minutes. Would use again.

I rarely write reviews but this company warrants another 5 star review.  I have had poor experience with contractors in NY because of a lazy approach to their business. Rude on phones, miss appointments and try to rip you off.

Hub, and special accolades to John Wood for understanding the true concept of customer service. Won't go through the details but called for assistance wit a shower that kept running water. Well beyond a drip. We had some issues with the repair initially but John stepped up and had open communication with me to really want to work out the situation.

It was all resolved to my satisfaction and the 5 star review is for a company that understands and practices customer service.
Hub is my go-to plumber for any future needs. Highly recommended.

Found Top Pro Plumbing via yelp.  I needed a pipe in the basement fixed that had developed a leak.  Benny responded very quickly on yelp.  We set up a time to meet and he came and gave me a free estimate.  It was fair and very reasonable so we set up to do the work the next day.   Benny called and showed up on time and the pipe was changed quickly with no surprises.  I am setting up an appointment now for other plumbing work that needed to be done that I had been putting off.  Thanks, Benny!

This review is based on communication and basic consideration from this company. I made an appointment for someone to stop by before noon this past Saturday.

On the morning of I called early to confirm the appointment. There was no answer on the phone and a voicemail was left. At 12:30 PM I called again. No answer and another voice mail was left.

Now the following Monday, I still have not heard back with an apology let alone to reschedule. Highly unprofessional company with no respect for its prospective customers. I understand things happen but the minimum level of customer service is to pick up a phone. Don't take appointments you can't keep.

What a great overall experience with WaterMac Plumbing. Igor the owner was VERY professional and extremely responsive. From the beginning was he was completely transparent and accommodating.  We scheduled a time for our appointment, i received a text when he was on his way and guess what unlike many contractors i've dealt with in the past showed up on time!  When he got here he introduced himself and was personable. It seemed like perhaps there was potentially a misunderstanding on the # of faucets that needed to be fixed but he even handled that Professionally and i didnt feel like i was being taken advantage of. While he was here i also asked about adding a valve and he didnt try to sell it to me hard like others may have and/ or give me a ridiculous price.  Again, he gave me the info and let me decide...Overall, i HIGHLY recommend Igor and frankly he most likely just became my family's official plumber based on  our experience!!!

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

Kris came over with a quick response and was able to fix my leaky faucet right away. The service was speedy and would definitely call again for plumbing issues. The speedy response was the most important factor as I tried fixing it myself and ended up making it unusable.

I either had to spend more money on buying dinner for my family or just spending it to get the faucet fixed and eating a delicious home cooked meal. I obviously chose the latter

This review is for Manny. Our boiler stopped working the week before Thanksgiving, so I started my search for a professional who could help me with the repair. When I first called and spoke to Manny, I didn't realize how fortunate we have been, but two weeks later today, I can say with confidence that Manny is a true professional and we could not have managed without him. Since we had a complex situation, it took a long time for us to figure out what we needed to do. Throughout the process, Manny was as knowledgeable and efficient as he was kind and generous with his expertise and insights. It is so evident that Manny cares about the work he does, but he cares even more about getting it done the right way. Over five visits in two weeks, he patiently walked us through every problem, and was always honest and accessible in his communications. I cannot recommend him more highly and while it was frustrating to be sure for us to have to deal with a malfunctioning boiler and we had our fair share of the few days without heat, Manny is as good as it gets in the world of heating and plumbing professional. My dishwasher was leaking and I called waterhouse to repair, They came and fix the problem within an hour. Very professional and fast, will call again!

Great company.  I need a gas grill hooked up for a client.  They came first to do an evaluation and an estimate.   Once they scheduled, they were on time.  They also corrected the existing piping.   They will be my go-to guys for any more work going forward!

Rusty did the job no one else could! We had been trying to find a plumber to replace a very old toilet in the house. Previous plumbers said they would have to rip open the whole wall to complete the job. Rusty came and completed the job quickly, efficiently and with minimal mess. Highly recommend!!

I had a flooding leak from the floor above, which caused my ceiling to fall.  
ESP came the same day I called, after being disappointed by 2 other plumbers.

The leak was repaired within 2 hours,  and both my tenant, and I were able to take showers again.

I called and asked how much it would be for someone to pit in a pilot valve on my boiler. I already know whats wrong with it. My old one was buzzing and my friend already bought the part, he just hasmt had time yet to install. The wasnted $175 TO WALK IN MY DOOR to look at it. Just to assess the problem they wanted almost $200 and their address is about a mile from my house. Dont walk RUN. I dont care how many good reviews they get. I no lonher believe any of these boiler people reviews.

Unethical, incompetent plumber and then a defensive supervisor when I called to relay the disastrous estimate experience,
