We had a leak under the kitchen sink. We fixed it and thought we were all good. Unfortunately, the water must have been leaking for a longer time than we realized. The maple floors around the sink started to warp really badly. I found Anthony and Make Ready on Yelp. He was very responsive. He sent a guy to look at it, gave me a quote, sent my building manager a Certificate of Insurance and had a team of experienced floor guys show up as scheduled. They removed the warped floor, replaced some boards and sanded the whole place so that the new wood blends in perfectly. When the floor guys took all the furniture out of the living room and packed it neatly and carefully in other rooms, I realized that the walls and sills were a mess. They hadn't been painted in 20 years. I asked Anthony if he had painters who could come in right after the flooring. He did and we added to the job. In two long days, they painted a large, irregularly shape room with 11 foot ceilings.

These guys were fast, efficient, and above all, reasonably priced. Will call them again if I have an electrical problem.

I had an electrical issue that caused my boiler to shutdown, this happened on a cold Sunday during the winter. Called Legacy, George showed up promptly. The guys addressed the issue, and did a clean job. I would definitely use them again.

Toby is knowledgeable, helpful, dedicated to making you satisfied, follows through and follows up. Few other business owners are as solid as he is and because of that he's my go to for all things lighting.

Great service from the start. Professional manner to appraise and quote work, prompt attention to detail in the massive job we had, sinking all wires for a mounted TV to an opposite wall and hanging a chandelier. Friendly, courteous and even creative when we found challenges along the way! Would highly recommend Troy - thank you!

Super quick and great service. Vincent responded within a few minutes of getting the Yelp request, came early the next day for an estimate, which was very fair. Work was done the next business day - the work team was very professional and left the house in great shape when done. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I've worked with Malfettone electric, both times for outlet installs (plus running cat5 cable the first time). They're great. Super responsive, prompt, easy to work with, extremely professional, nice, and most importantly, the jobs were perfectly executed, and quickly. They explained any options clearly and identified what the best practices are. I also really appreciated that they were willing to do smaller jobs - a lot of electricians and contractors aren't. So happy to have found them!

Darren, the owner is great and so are his workers. They are reliable and do great work and the prices are very fair. I highly recommend them and they are the only electrical company I will ever use. Thanks for everything Darren.

I hired Paul and his team to install fixtures in my newly purchased co-op and replace old outlets that needed to be updated. The experience was great! He was prompt with communication, was on time and finished the work in the time he said he would. Him and his team explained what the work entailed clearly and were receptive to my questions and concerns. Paul was great in making sure he was doing the necessary work and not anything extra that may not have been needed. I am glad I can have a resource for any future electrical work and as recommendation for my friends. His service was amazing!

I called Primo to get a quote, the rep I talked to was prompt and quick with responses. Danny and his associate to came to install my 75 TV, sound bar and a chandelier light on the wall.
They were very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job with the install. They made two extra outlets to hide the wires behind my tv, which freed up more outlet space.
During the job, I asked them to install a bike rack and cabinet on the wall as well for a reasonable price, they did an awesome job on that as well. For the bike rack I had my own bike kit with screws, but they recommended and used their own screws which were bigger and provided more support.
Everything took around 2-3 hours which probably would of took me 2 days to do everything, so it was worth the price. I would definitely recommend them for any small job or tv install.

He replaced the water tank with a Chinese version of a piece, which ruined the tank. The breakers also weren't actually checked. I had to replace my water tank with.a new one and it my hot water still doesn't work. I blew so much money on a new tank and installation, only to find out it was a breaker problem, that wasn't initially checked and mended. No explanation after this experience. Horrible.
