I used him to replace a leaking hot water heater. He called back on a Sunday and was there by the next day. Professional in his approach and demeanor. He thought a valve might also need to be replaced after looking at the pictures I sent him to allow him to quote a price, and he said he would not charge extra for that. When he came, that valve was fine, but there was a connection he was not happy with that a prior plumber made, and he replaced that without charge.  I had checked him out online and mentioned that his business was not open that long, and he replied that he had been teaching plumbing and not doing private work while teaching. Very happy with him.

Called on NYE with a kitchen sink issue and Sam was incredibly fast, easy and knowledgeable. Explained the problem to me, showed me what he was doing to fix it and price was very reasonable (right in line with the quote I got via yelp). Highly recommend!

I called in the morning because we noticed some water coming up from the bathroom shower, Kirk immediately told me the main sewer line was backed up. He told me someone would be here between 1pm and 3pm and they arrived at 1:15pm! The employee came in with his mask and was very friendly and took care of the problem quickly. i highly recommend this company.

We chose Michael blindly from Yelp reviews and so glad we did. Professional, friendly and reasonable. He was so kind as to help us with a big job which was sort of last minute and stayed late too. Then again a few days later with a separate issue.  I would absolutely call him again for a job and recommend him to all.

Artem installed a new medicine cabinet for me and did a wonderful job. His manager was extremely responsive and Artem was very professional and diligent. He did a great job on the installation, lining up the cabinet perfectly, and even cleaned up thoroughly after he was done. I would definitely use Tim Golden Hands again!

Rob was great! Friendly, efficient, and stuck to his original price estimate. He was in and out so quickly, fixing a hole/leak in our kitchen sink drain and leaving it looking and working great! We'll definitely be contacting Rob again for all our future plumbing needs.

We had an issue with a toilet drain pipe and DOV was AWESOME. Very personable, yet professional. They walked me through the price of everything and how they were doing it. Their services are guaranteed (I think for 2 years, or maybe depending on the project), so that gave us a piece of mind too. I highly recommend them.

Olsi might just be the most honest plumber I have ever met.  Very good at communication and telling me what he could do and not do.  I really appreciated everything about him, including the fact he drove from Astoria to Union Square in the middle of the day, knowing parking was horrendous.  I was already looking for a new permanent plumber for my office and I am glad I found him.  I would recommend AXR to anyone looking to for either emergency or project based work.  Thank you Olsi!

I think what frustrated me the most was his lack of communication and then his random i'm busy. i have other clients. i'm coming text messages.
had he had told me he was busy the day I requested I wouldn't have cared. But he made it seem as if he could come within the hour @ 10 AM and then still be BSing me until 5 PM

I cannot recommend Kirill highly enough! He got back to me right away, actually went to the store and found the perfect faucet for me, and came the same day for a quick, professional install. In between he called to give me periodic updates on his progress so I knew what was going on, when to expect him, etc. Honestly, this is the kind of experience you always hope to have when contacting a new business.  I was so, so pleased and definitely plan to have him come back to do some work in our bathroom later on this Fall. I have been using Josh and Bullseye for my condo in Manhattan for many years.  He is always communicative, professional and repairs whatever the problem is for what I believe is a very fair price.  I most recently had a shower issue and when he arrived he was able to fix it in just a few minutes.  He said he was not even going to charge me for his time (no parts needed) as it was such a simple thing.  He would not accept payment and I appreciate his honest and fair business.  I have recommended him to others in my building and trust him and his work.

Our basement flooded  in the middle of the night, while we were out. Imagine coming home to a flooded basement. That's what happened. We cleaned the basement and we're trying to find someone to help use with a burst pipe. I've tried calling 5-6 other people, but they were unresponsive. JP was available first thing Sunday morning. Stop by the house and fix our pipes before noon. Reliable quick and reasonable priced, highly recommend!

I've worked with Eugene twice now, once this past week. First off, he is very responsive. I typically hear back from him within the hour, if not within a few minutes, and that was consistent even when he wasn't available on a particular day.

He has wall mounted a desk for us, anchored furniture, and hung some simply (but heavy) artwork.

He has always come prepared with tools and extra hardware and depending on the project, has had a nice balance between using parts that came with an item versus suggesting other approaches. Everything he's done has been exceptionally secure and straight/level, even months later.

Highly recommend!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

I am very glad I contacted these guys. I needed an AC unit installed, and Robert Chavez responded right away, was very cordial and professional. Communication was great, he did a great job, showed up exactly when he said he would. I highly recommend him.

Hassan is very knowledgeable and professional. He did some work on my boiler and gave me some pointers to prevent any long-term issues. He was easy to request a quote and made our appointment convenient. I will be remodeling soon and now I have a heating connection to do quality and reliable work. I would highly recommend to anyone.

CHRISTMAS DAY!!!

Yes!!! they came out on CHRISTMAS DAY... within 2 hours of me calling that my basement was backing up/flooding they stopped it... on CHRISTMAS DAY!!  I didn't know jack about traps or dual traps, but they were so patient and explained what the issue was and how it would repeat.  John, Charley, Sal and the Perpal team came out the next day to address the real issue. There work was so excellent that I had them install Utility sink, refrigerator water line, my washer and my dryer the following week.

Honest and straight forward no nonsense work and people!!!!

What I didn't mention is their CHRISTMAS DAY visit they didn't even charge me. WOW!!!
