my husband tried to DIY a clogged drain and managed to create a leak instead. of course, he did this on a thursday night before we were leaving for the weekend, which left me just friday to try and get it fixed. i reached out to two plumbers and while both were prompt in responding, vuksani was much more reasonably priced for a same day repair.

Sam came out to my investment property in Brooklyn after I received an emergency call from a tenant. He was able to prioritize my situation and make it to my house to address the issue within 2 hours of my emergency call to him. He was professional and courteous, and very thorough. As an out-of-state owner, it's often difficult to find reliable services, but Sam is DEFINATELY a keeper. If you're looking for a plumber that you can trust and will get the job done right, Sam (and his staff) are who you want to call!

Issue: Clogged bathroom sink drain.

Spoke with Kirk, he was very friendly and courteous! Scheduling was fast and responsive, I got a heads-up call from the plumber who was dispatched notifying me about 30mins before he would be arriving within our scheduled window.  

Resolution: Nick came, he snaked the clogged main pipe, and went on his way. He was nice and competent, cool guy! It was a good experience, nothing out of the ordinary happened. There was some mild splatter as the snake head was being removed, maybe this could have been foreshadowed and I would've removed a few items from the bottom of the sink to avoid it in hindsight. Nothing a quick wipe and rinsing a few things couldn't solve. If you happen to be in this situation, leave the area clean and clear!

Price was agreed prior and paid. I'm not sure what the average price is for this service in the area. The impression I get is that it may be slightly above average, but I'm talking out of my ass here lol just a guess, personally I'm a believer that everyone should charge what they feel makes doing something worth it. In certain situations I don't like to negotiate down because I don't like dealing with that myself, especially in this line of work, if I was a plumber part of my pricing consideration would be for the annoyance of work factor haha. For the experience I got, I'd say it was worth it and fair.

They seem reliable, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or reach out for future needs.

Our bath tub faucet had been dripping for a while, but had gotten worse. In addition, the drain to the tub was no longer sealing properly and wasn't keeping the water in the tub. Texted Mike. Since it wasn't an urgent job, we agreed for him to come a few days later. Mike came on time and wore a mask. He ran into a bit of snag with the repair and had to run out and get a new shower handle. But even with that, he was done in 2 hours. Everything works. He cleaned up after himself. He was polite and communicative. And his rate was reasonable. Would definitely use him again.

We had a stuck corroded bolt making it impossible to change out the toilet seat. Rob was able to get it done and was nothing but pleasant and professional!! Definitely recommend Astoria Plumbers for any of your plumbing needs!

Dov and his team are awesome. I called him at about 9pm because one of my pipes under the kitchen sink sprung a leak. Even though he couldn't come out at that time he walked me through how to shut the water off over the phone. The next day one of his team came over and quickly and CLEANLY fixed my pipe, wearing masks and even booties to cover their shoes. I was lucky to find him here and Yelp and will ABSOLUTELY be using him in the future. Fast. Efficient. And a fair price I believe.

Responsive, did the job right, at a reasonable price. Yelp wants me to keep adding characters but that about sums it up.

We had a really fun emergency with our toilet late at night.  I called every emergency plumbing  number I could find, and no one answered -- only Roto Rooter who said we could make an appointment for 10 in the morning.  By chance we reached Joshua, who actually answered the phone, asked me to send him some pictures of the offending toilet, and talked me through what to do to stop the leak.  Then he came over the next morning - keeping in touch when he was running late, a real plus -- and by the end of the day he had replaced our toilet (which had been giving us problems for years), taken away the old one, cleaned everything up, and basically solved all our problems -- well, at least our toilet-related problems.  He is kind and straightforward and obviously a very decent guy.  Is it clear I'm highly recommending Bullseye Mechanical Corp.?

My sewer backed up in the middle of the night on a Monday, and was worried about extra water damage being it looked as though there was a huge flood. I did a quick search on yelp and found J P sewer and drain cleaning. I reached out on yelp and received an immediate response with a quote, they came out to my location and took care of the problem in a timely manner. My problem was solved immediately they had great workman skills and they were professional. I would highly recommend them and use their services again.

Eugene was showed up right on time to fix my broken sink drain.  He went to go get some parts and finished in just about an hour. I appreciate punctuality because I can plan out my day and get on with it once the job is done.  His price might be on the higher end but he won't disappoint.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

The two handymen that were assigned to my project (Alex & Oscar) handled everything professionally. They were always on time!

They put together all my beds, closets, tv console, drawers, shelvings, and mounted two TVs, and hung miscellaneous things around my unit.

We work from home so, we had to get our office area up and running quickly and Riverside Handyman did that for us!

They are honest! Trustworthy! And very reasonably priced !!! I was able to leave the handymen alone in my unit!!

I hired them around 4-5 times and they worked tirelessly to get everything I needed done on time.

They cleaned up after themselves and always communicated with me regarding things that needed my attention.

Robert was very great at communication and scheduling and always got back to me quickly.

I will definitely be using this company moving forward!

When I went to turn on my outside water spigot to attach my garden hose for Spring watering and connecting a garden hose, I discovered there was a crack in the pipe. Water was spraying out of a seam in the pipe instead of filling up the garden hose. I sent out requests for quotes and Hassan responded within minutes.  I took a short video of the water spraying out of the pipe and sent it to him. Within a few text messages, we agreed on a price.  He showed up the next morning, right on time and fixed the problem efficiently.  He was very professional.  He also showed me the correct way to shut the water off in the Fall so that my pipe does not burst over the winter.  He did not make me feel foolish for not doing it correctly this past winter which caused the damage to the pipe.  I will use him again and I do not hesitate to recommend him.

These guys are life savers!! They came when my water pipe had bursted from the last time the temperature had dropped drastically. I called at 10pm & like 10 minutes later they said they were on there way to my house and mind you I live in New Jersey. They knew exactly what to do as soon as they arrived. Very professional & super fast. After two days of not having water & Roto rooter not showing up after having a 12-4pm appointment and calling every hour to say they were 'running behind, don't worry we are going, it was 9pm after waiting all day & when I called to see where they were they just simply said sorry but no one is no longer working at this time. So seriously F*^k ROTO ROOTER! BUT anyways back to these guys, they took out the bursted pipe and put a whole new one. My water was all good and running right away. I will definitely call them again if I ever need their help. I highly recommend them to everyone. You guys need any plumbers CALL THESE GUYS!!! Would give them 10 Stars but 5 is the limit.
