I selfishly detest writing good reviews for services  such as these because I worry when companies get too big, the excellent service slips away. Alas, that is not only assuming but also mean of me to think and so I will go ahead and reveal to you that Sam's is truly the way to go if you need basic plumbing help here in Brooklyn. Possibly big and fancy jobs too though I, personally, can't speak to those situations.

I can tell you the man fixes a leaky sink with quickness and precision and without breaking the bank. He communicates well ahead of arrival by asking for photo/videos via text messaging to get the ball rolling. His work is clean and effective, and he stands by it along with having the most competitive prices around.  In essence, he is too set on making a good, honest business that he doesn't seem to have time or resources to not just do it right and well from the get go. You can't go wrong. Yay Sam!

Kirk was so pleasant and reassuring. First, he understood our concerns about keeping our family safe from the Corona Virus, and we coordinated our interaction to maintain physical distancing throughout his visit. Second, he understood that our old plumbing needed to be approached with caution, so we were not forced to make a repair that was more extensive than needed. His work was neat and he made sure to disinfect the work area before he left.
Kirk responded quickly to our phone call and came when he said he would. His prices were reasonable as well. What more can you ask of a plumber? He is the best!

We highly recommend Dove sewer and drain. He called us back after an early morning leak on a Sunday, was able to give us excellent insight over the phone and made himself available within the hour. It was so amazing! What a relief! He is a responsive, intelligent trouble shooter that resolves things quickly!

I was moving out in 2 days time and needed a quick job on my toilet done. He responded within a very good timeframe and came that evening and completed the job. He was honest, reliable and direct about the work required. I had to send him pictures by phone and email. When he came, saw the work to be done, he quoted me a very reasonable price and only once I agreed did he start the work. I would definitely recommend this plumber and use him again in the future. He's based in Astoria which suited me (I'm in Long Island City) and works all over NYC. I found him on Yelp and he was exactly what I needed.

Marcel was knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem we had and even offered to stop at a hardware store to purchase the necessary replacent pieces we needed for our plumbing issue prior to coming for the repair.
He was prompt, polite and on time on a Sunday afternoon.
Previously, we have contacted many plumbers and most of them didn't even bother to answer the phone and those who did answer had no desire to fix our toilet and would suggest to call back in the next couple of days.
Even tough, they advertise their business as open until 10pm or open 24/7 in some instances.
Marcel treated our situation as an emergency and went above and beyond to repair it without the astronomical cost when a fix is treated as urgent.

I called up JP to get some help on replacing an old pipe that was giving me issues when it rained. Make a long story short this was a Wednesday, he came by the next day and we settled on a day soon after. The work was done 2 days later and it went perfect. The communication is just what you want from a place that you want to trust and rely on. Pricing is fair and the people who do the job are total professionals. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of some plumbing or sewer issues and I k ow I'll give them a call for anything I need in the future.

Sergey came out on a holiday to repair a bathroom leak. His pricing is fair and his work was excellent - a rare find in NY plumbers!

If you want the most reliable plumber who knows what he is doing on any job in Plumbing this is a guy his name is Hassan. If there was 10 stars I would definitely give him for sure.. I found him on yelp, read the reviews and its true what people say about him.. He has a great personality, he never disappoints you from his work and he is very professional at what he does. He will come to you when you have a problem and try to fix it right away.. There is nothing that he don't know.. He knows how to do anything and everything.. I called him for to reconstruct my whole basement to replace all the old water pipes, gas pipe and valves and change it to everything new. He changed my old steam boiling system to a new one and now it works faster and better ofcourse. He change my water tank to tankless.. He did bathroom a whole Plumbing from scratch. He was very reasonable with the price that he gaved me because I had 4 different Plumbing guys and they ask too much, making it like I had a lot of problems. So I am very happy with Hassan..
