These guys came the next morning after calling them the previous afternoon. My bathroom's sink was not pushing out hot water. They replaced the valve, the pipe feeding faucet and the mechanism in faucet for a fair price. Great service. Highly recommend these guys.

Sam was wonderful to work with!  He was responsive, great at communicating, and his pricing is very reasonable.  

My tenant had a running toilet and I'm based out of state at the moment. He was able to make it to the apartment quickly, was brilliant about staying in contact with me and fixed it for a very reasonable price. He was also nice enough to have a conversation with me about how I can be proactive about future problems I may encounter (he wasn't pushy or up-selling in the least, he was genuine and I really appreciate it).

I discovered a lateral crack in a 5' length of pipe on our main sewer line. Kirk asked for photos and offered a reasonable estimate. He was easy to schedule, arrived on time, and completed the repair neatly and on budget. He was knowledgable, professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

Based on previous yelp reviews I reached out on a Friday afternoon with a small non-emergent job to replace bathtub fixtures that were stripped. I wanted to hire him and he wanted $50 sent to him via via IAM some money thing Venmo I don't know anything about Venmo and I think that's really poor business. I would not use him he wants money upfront to secure the appointment and I think that's really shifty.

Fast, professional and affordable. It was an effortless experience. I am so thankful for this company. Came and repaired my dumb drain cleaner mistake quickly and for a reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend them! I will use them again but am really hoping I don't have to do so. No more drain cleaner for me!!

This company is not an expert in their field which they have admitted to. They are crooks.  We called them on an emergency water heating leak and the came the next morning. They told us to replace and install a new water heater, and haul away the old one it would be $1687. That's tax included. We later realized that that flute was not installed correctly on the water heater which can lead to carbon monoxide leakage. If you go on the CDC website you will see the correct way it should have been installed. cdc.gov/co/faqs.htm. I called them shortly after realizing this and they told me they just put it back how they found it. It's not their problem if it's wrong. We only fix water heaters. In conclusion, These men claim to have experience in water heating supply and they do not; took our money took our money, did a poor job and Is aware of their lack of experience and you only find out later. Now I know better. Please stand clear of companies like this. They are after you money not caring how it may affect you or your family.

Olsi might just be the most honest plumber I have ever met.  Very good at communication and telling me what he could do and not do.  I really appreciated everything about him, including the fact he drove from Astoria to Union Square in the middle of the day, knowing parking was horrendous.  I was already looking for a new permanent plumber for my office and I am glad I found him.  I would recommend AXR to anyone looking to for either emergency or project based work.  Thank you Olsi!

Christopher responded promptly and went the extra mile to obtain a part for an old toilet so that the job could be completed as quickly as possible.

We wanted to replace our kitchen faucet and sink but didn't know where to begin to measure what kinds of sinks/faucets would fit. Kirill worked with us to understand what we were looking for and find options for replacements when other companies I contacted would only help us install. The install ended up taking longer than anticipated for various reasons but he was calm and professional throughout and took the time to explain what he was doing as he was doing it.

No walk-ins. The company not physically located at the address listed. I attempted to visit the company as they were the closest plumber in my area only to find out that the company is a home-based business located outside Manhattan.

The plumber came on time and unclogged the drain. Cleaned up. The gentleman was polite and efficient. Very happy with the result.

Sergey came in and checked our broken shower but unfortunately the parts that he has don't match with our shower valve so he needed to go to the nearest store to buy one. He even called me just to confirm if the price was okay with me. He really did a good job. He is very professional, trustworthy and  polite. Contacting the company itself was very smooth and easy. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Try them and you will not regret it. Reasonable price too. Thank you for your service. Keep up the good work.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.
Robert is an excellent technician, professional, neat and courteous.
I will definitely use them in the future and will highly recommend them.

We had an issue with our switch in the bathroom. It should operate the ceiling light but instead, it shorts the circuit whenever we try to turn it on. So we reached out via Yelp and then text, and scheduling was super easy. They were super responsive and were able to come within the next two days. They gave us a time frame between 9 and 10 and came on time. It took them about an hour from start to finish to figure out and fix the problem (turns out we also need a brand new light).

They followed Covid protocols by wearing a mask (much appreciated!) and they also took off their shoes before entering the apartment (also appreciated!). Pricing was also cheaper than a few other quotes we received. Would definitely reach out again if we ever need their services again.

Hassan is excellent.  Exhausted from dealing with several other individuals who failed miserably on getting my boiler running consistently, Hassan serviced it in the fall of last year. After Hassan worked on it, the thing ran as expected, with no issues all winter; and I note, this is a 20-year-old boiler.  This week I sent Hassan a text, he responded right away, and Nabil, who is also excellent, serviced my boiler two days later. Their customer service since last year has been courteous, reliable, responsive, and efficient. Also, their service pricing has been competitive and reasonable.  I recommend Four Season Piping & Mechanical to my closest friends and family.

I called JPeral with an issue and the person I spoke with was able to guide me through fixing it over the phone. They explained everything very clearly. I learned something about my plumbing, the issue was fixed, and they didn't even charge me since it was just the call!
I feel really grateful. I think a lot of plumbers would have just scheduled a visit where I would have had to wait, pay them a bunch of money, and not even have learned how to fix the issue on my own in the future.
