I highly recommend this company. Very efficient work at a reasonable price. They are competent at their job, and good at explaining the work they are doing to someone who does not know all the technical terminology. They are friendly guys I would trust in my house. Glad we found them and will call them for future plumbing jobs.

I had a terrible experience with Boris Mechanical.  My bathroom faucet was dripping. First, I called to schedule an appointment.  They took my credit card number.  I would not suggest giving this company your credit card number until a job has been completed.  Scheduling was a little rough, I had to call back, but that was OK.  What was not OK was the guy who arrived at my apartment.  He had no tools when he arrived.  He said his boss had his tools. I left him alone for a few minutes to do his thing with the faucet. I then see that he is banging on the top of the faucet (which is attached to the wall) with his hand.  I stop him from doing this and find out that he has no idea what he is doing because it's a modern faucet.  He ends up removing silicone from where the hot and cold handles are attached to the wall, leaving these worse off than when he arrived.

He calls his boss who says he will send someone else who has the skill to fix modern faucets. I never get a follow up call and my follow up call is ignored.

I had a cracked main sewer pipe in the basement that needed to fixed. Ardit was super responsive ,  did quality work and charged what I feel was a very fair price. Would definitely consider him for future projects.

Brett's and Paramus plumbing is magical. He comes so quickly even though it's last minute and he works super late to accommodate everyone. He is pretty reasonable price wise and does a good job, but is quick and efficient. Thanks!

I've used Plumbing Pro three times and I'm consistently impressed. Yesterday I called as an emergency just before 8am and they were at my house within 28 minutes. I've found all the folks at Plumbing Pro to be super nice and friendly and also very efficient and respectful of keeping our home clean. They clearly know their stuff and are very good at explaining what's happening. The cost is reasonable and I'm happy to recommend them. It's great knowing that there's such a responsive and reliable local company.

I own a two-family rental property in Jersey City. i have been looking for a reliable, trustworthy, go-to plumber forever, and I have finally found him -- this company is top notch and trustworthy. They stand by their work and don't look for short cuts. In fact, they had to repair short cuts that i prior owner's contractor had made. I'm glad i called this company. First things first, we had called to set up an appointment to fix 2 leaky toilets and maintenance of clearing out sewer lines via flushing. Scheduling was simple. We didn't have to play phone tag (as i have had too with other contractors) -- phone calls and text are always answered punctually. The team assessed the problem and gave a reasonable priced estimate -- explanation of the problem made sense. Coincidentally, a few days later another separate pipe issue was discovered and this is where Larry hit the home run. Once again we called him up and he came right away and he tackled a large behind the wall pipe problem and really came through for me (as owner) and the tenants. He really delivered, stayed later and fixed the problem impacting both tenants. Everything was cleaned and everyone is content. Job well done. Will call up Bergen drain cleaning again in a heart beat. This is top notch and reasonably priced plumbing company. Very much deserves a strong positive review.

The worst dishonest plumber in our State. Please chose anybody but him, will be an improvement. He tries to build up the bill and steal from you at any and all costs. His workers call him from outside and get directions from John behind your back to repair things that aren't broken. He tried to charge me $750 to replace a $10 wax seal on the toilet and replace the lead band which was not cracked or broken. He uses PVC everywhere as he can't work with pipes. They lied and said it was cracked and needed to be replaced. He could never work in New York City where PVC and Pex are illegal. Moreover, he could never deal with New Yorkers or New York City Consumer Protection.

They were prompt, efficient and did the job.  I have been living without a working hot water handle for months and Parkset came in to do the job within the hour.  Highly recommend!

There plumber nyc fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

They were responsive and reliable, and were available to arrive on the same day. I needed to repair my kitchen sink pipe and Tony took care of it in just a couple of hours. Great service! Will keep them in mind for future needs.

It was easy dealing with Solo Plumbing. They do excellent work, reasonable prices,clean,responsible, and reliable. I know that I used too many adjectives to describe the company but I will explain. I called on several occasions and he responded right away. He keeps me posted when he is coming by text or phone call. Adam came to my home a few minutes earlier than the appointment time. He knows his stuff. He is honest. He worked clean. I had an emergency on a Sunday morning. I didn't really think he would respond, but amazingly he called me back and showed up! This last time he replaced the sewer pipes. He made sure all was
perfect before he left. He took the old pipes to dispose. Totally satisfied customer. Highly recommend him.

Been waiting over a year for someone at Demar to get back to me for a broken radiator.   All of a sudden, I get a final demand for payment for them coming to take a look at my broken radiator, which, I already knew was broken.   Ridiculous.   No follow-up, no service.  And over-priced.

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet.My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake.The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks.No jerk off just shopping and getting a price.He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really.That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional.He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name.The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions.As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested.All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber.If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough.Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
