They are competent at their job, and good at explaining the work they are doing to someone who does not know all the technical terminology. They are friendly guys I would trust in my house. Glad we found them and will call them for future plumbing jobs.

When i called and spoke to James and discussed my situation.  He was said a time and he showed up. We  walked and discussed in detail and he conduct a inspection. He gave me the steps to resolving the issues and very reasonable price. We made the deal and he showed up the next and the ball started rolling.  As we moved forward it was obvious that James was a man of his word.  Fast forward my nightmare is in the rear view mirror.  Thank you James for your professionalism and workmanship. I needed a sewer clean up ASAP!! Sinani came within 1 hour  did an assessment, explained the problem and within 30 minutes all clear and running as water pipes should.  With an 86 yr old in the house running water is a must  Thanks a million Sinani

First of all Brett answers his own phone and we did not have to leave a message and wait for him to return our call.  Very impressed with his professionalism and his easy explanations.  He was neat and tidy and his rates were reasonable and fair.  I would highly recommend his service.

I called in the morning and spoke with Lenny and he came over that morning to give me an estimate on my plumbing problem. My shower wasn't working properly, when I turn on the water to a comfortable temperature the entire fixture would shake and knock. Lenny told me when he would be coming, he then let me know when he was on his way. After he examined the problem he explained it to me. I thought I would need to replace all the pieces, but Lenny said I didn't. He left to get parts and returned promptly and he fixed it that morning for a fair price!  I can't say enough good things about this experience. Lenny is honest and does great work. I'm so happy to have found a great plumber!

John DeGrace has been my plumber for many years. I trust him to tell me the

pride in his work and respects each and every one of his customers.  John and his well-trained men have installed a completely new heating system in my home.  The work was very complicated and done in a timely way so I was not without heat for too long.  This new heating system has saved me thousands of dollars and works like a dream.

The apartment air conditioning had been on the blink and after many stinking hot days and nights, these guys came for an urgent call out and fixed the problem in an hour.
I can't speak to their billing as the apartment owner is paying the bill (urgent call outs are about $250ph), but the two guys who came were fabulous. They were professional, knew their stuff and explained everything. Would definitely use them again if we had another problem.

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet.My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake.The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks.No jerk off just shopping and getting a price.He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really.That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional.He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name.The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions.As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested.All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber.If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough.Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
