Carlos is an amazing plumber!! He has done dozens of jobs for our family over the last year. He's reliable, hardworking, and always a pleasure to work with. Also, his prices are always fair. The number one thing that I love about this company is, anytime I call, they are there for me small or large job. He's punctual and dependable! All of those things make him an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this talented plumber and handyman!

Had a toilet running- very annoying.  I called mid-morning- made an appointment.  They let me know when they were arriving, they were prompt and efficient.  Will definitely call them again if need be!

I needed a sewer clean up ASAP!! Sinani came within 1 hour  did an assessment, explained the problem and within 30 minutes all clear and running as water pipes should.  With an 86 yr old in the house running water is a must  Thanks a million Sinani

Had different quotes from plumbers in the area for drainage issues in my sink and tub and Brett was straight forward over the phone and quoted me the most reasonable price. Arrived on time and got the job done. He also gave recommendations as to what I need to do in the near future to avoid this problem again.

Couldn't fix the problem.  Had to get another plumber.  Not very customer service oriented.

I called in the morning and spoke with Lenny and he came over that morning to give me an estimate on my plumbing problem. My shower wasn't working properly, when I turn on the water to a comfortable temperature the entire fixture would shake and knock. Lenny told me when he would be coming, he then let me know when he was on his way. After he examined the problem he explained it to me. I thought I would need to replace all the pieces, but Lenny said I didn't. He left to get parts and returned promptly and he fixed it that morning for a fair price!  I can't say enough good things about this experience. Lenny is honest and does great work. I'm so happy to have found a great plumber!

Hot water heater broke on a Tuesday. Wednesday new hot water heater was installed and old one taken away. The work was done quickly and neatly. I have never been disappointed in the work by these local plumbers.

I know that COVID had made it difficult for most businesses to stay afloat. No pun intended but I thought Parkset plumbing would be my go to company for me and my neighbors needs but this business have a very rude and very unprofessional individual answering the phone and keeping someone on hold for long periods of time or disconnecting the call I don't and won't beg anyone to take my hard earned money during these over price and hard times. Park at not only have you lost two customers you lost many more because when it comes to suggesting a company I will warn them they are not reliable professional or trustworthy . COVID will be a semi thing of the past but you will realize that word of mouth is the best and worse form of advertising!

There plumber nyc fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

They were responsive and reliable, and were available to arrive on the same day. I needed to repair my kitchen sink pipe and Tony took care of it in just a couple of hours. Great service! Will keep them in mind for future needs.

This company is excellent and friendly. Their prices are great and they even cleanup after completing the job.

Adam is horrible. Never returns phone calls. Called him several times. He doesn't guarantee his work. I don't recommend him!! Find a REAL plumber that makes returning their customers phone calls a priority.

When my apartment (135 years old) has a plumbing or heating problem...Demar is the best.
They can handle anything and they do it fast and professionally.
i have 100+ year old pipes...and a 70 year old open flame heater...all working safely and correctly with the aid of Demar Plumbing.

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet.My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake.The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks.No jerk off just shopping and getting a price.He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really.That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional.He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name.The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions.As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested.All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber.If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough.Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
