I highly recommend this company. Very efficient work at a reasonable price. They are competent at their job, and good at explaining the work they are doing to someone who does not know all the technical terminology. They are friendly guys I would trust in my house. Glad we found them and will call them for future plumbing jobs.

I had a cracked main sewer pipe in the basement that needed to fixed. Ardit was super responsive ,  did quality work and charged what I feel was a very fair price. Would definitely consider him for future projects.

Bret really came to my families aide, after trying to unclog a nasty kitchen pipe for days by myself Bret came out that same day and diagnosed the problem and provided a long lasting solution. I'd highly recommend his services as his professionalism is what really set him apart from the rest of the pack.

Great & very reliable!! Did not try to upsell on anything and were very honest to deal with. They were quick to fix an issue with one of our pipes.  Definitely know their stuff and would highly recommend.

Father and son owned business .. I called them up because My sewer drain backed up ... these guys came in and I couldn't find my clean up valve ( I think thats how it's called) well he came and he looked until he found it... these guys came quick, got to business cleaned up the biohazard and gave me future instruction on how to avoid this problem in the future, Which is the best thing anyone can do for anyone ...when they walked out I knew this should be the last I would have to deal with sewer problems .... and would call them in a heart beat if so !!!!

The worst dishonest plumber in our State. Please chose anybody but him, will be an improvement. He tries to build up the bill and steal from you at any and all costs. His workers call him from outside and get directions from John behind your back to repair things that aren't broken. He tried to charge me $750 to replace a $10 wax seal on the toilet and replace the lead band which was not cracked or broken. He uses PVC everywhere as he can't work with pipes. They lied and said it was cracked and needed to be replaced. He could never work in New York City where PVC and Pex are illegal. Moreover, he could never deal with New Yorkers or New York City Consumer Protection.

I was very relieved that Parkset Plumbing came to my rescue after I began a job I thought I could easily do myself, but once I got halfway into it I realized I had better leave it to the professionals. Tom came over made an assessment and the next day early in the morning the job was done quickly efficiently and professionally. Will definitely be using them again.

There plumber nyc fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

They were responsive and reliable, and were available to arrive on the same day. I needed to repair my kitchen sink pipe and Tony took care of it in just a couple of hours. Great service! Will keep them in mind for future needs.

I have been using Solo Plumbing for years and I highly recommend them. If you want honest, professional and a licensed plumber use this company. Adam the owner is amazing!. Nice to have someone you can trust!

total rip off - plumber didn't fix anything and charged 300 after a shrug and a IDK - check with the building.

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet.My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake.The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks.No jerk off just shopping and getting a price.He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really.That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional.He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name.The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions.As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested.All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber.If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough.Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
