A good plumber is hard to find but Juan is really excellent. Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable by the time he finished he had my old steam heat system running better than ever and at a very reasonable price.

I can't review their work. I called them to take over a job and the said they would review current status online. When they called me back it didn't seem like they had looked into the job. However they seem confident that they could do it. Their rate is the same rate I pay my construction lawyer so that gives you an idea.

I had a cracked main sewer pipe in the basement that needed to fixed. Ardit was super responsive ,  did quality work and charged what I feel was a very fair price. Would definitely consider him for future projects.

My aunt was having an ongoing issue with her plumbing and went through about 4 local companies and no one could get to the bottom of the problem.  I called on Brett and asked him to check it out at his first opportunity.  He immediately called me back, scheduled something for the next day, did what he does best and permanently fixed the problem.  His prices were totally reasonable as my aunt has done this before, he worked quickly and efficiently and all with a great attitude and sense of humor.
I have recommended him to 2 different contacts of mine, and we all agree, if anyone asks do you know a good plumber?  we proudly say yeah, we got a guy! :)

We have a job that needs completing but your phone just has a busy signal for the past week! Please call or contact me!! I would really appreciate this getting done before cold weather sets in! I am trying not to call someone else as the parts have already been ordered and it will take a while for them to be ordered from another company!

I called in the morning and spoke with Lenny and he came over that morning to give me an estimate on my plumbing problem. My shower wasn't working properly, when I turn on the water to a comfortable temperature the entire fixture would shake and knock. Lenny told me when he would be coming, he then let me know when he was on his way. After he examined the problem he explained it to me. I thought I would need to replace all the pieces, but Lenny said I didn't. He left to get parts and returned promptly and he fixed it that morning for a fair price!  I can't say enough good things about this experience. Lenny is honest and does great work. I'm so happy to have found a great plumber!

I'll keep updating as I continue to get superior service. Mr De Grace and his workers came to our rescue again. With this old house the are slowly becoming our best friends!

We've had occasion to use Parkset several times recently, once to replace a shower, another to fix a leaky faucet, and another to replace an aging hot water heater. They were quick to set up a visit and to do the work, and at a reasonable price (half what a leading competitor quoted). Everything was done quickly and well. The technicians they sent were all skilled and friendly. Will definitely call them again.

There plumber nyc fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

They were responsive and reliable, and were available to arrive on the same day. I needed to repair my kitchen sink pipe and Tony took care of it in just a couple of hours. Great service! Will keep them in mind for future needs.

Great service.. called in the morning they were here in the afternoon and they were on time, friendly and courteous. Fixed the issue I problem. Definitely recommend for plumbing needs in the Hudson County area.

Adam is horrible. Never returns phone calls. Called him several times. He doesn't guarantee his work. I don't recommend him!! Find a REAL plumber that makes returning their customers phone calls a priority.

This morning 12/24/2020 several Demar workman showed up; one was not wearing a mask and they were not keeping social distancing. this afternoon another one was not wearing a mask. These were just chance sightings. These are violations of the executive order regarding renewed construction activities. There seemed to be no one controlling or responsible for this here and no one answered their phone or responded to a left message about this. Very upsetting.

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet.My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake.The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks.No jerk off just shopping and getting a price.He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really.That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional.He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name.The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions.As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested.All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber.If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough.Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
