Thank you! Thank you! Thank you. If anyone has been thru the horror of having National Grid to shut down your gas. it is truly awful. When i called and spoke to James and discussed my situation. He was said a time and he showed up. We walked and discussed in detail and he conduct a inspection. He gave me the steps to resolving the issues and very reasonable price. We made the deal and he showed up the next and the ball started rolling. As we moved forward it was obvious that James was a man of his word. Fast forward my nightmare is in the rear view mirror. Thank you James for your professionalism and workmanship. Lionel

Just like the ratings on this page, they are highly recommended to use for plumbing/hvac. They went above and beyond to finish the job and serviced other problems that they noticed. Prompt replies made it even easier to deal with. Will use again!

We had an issue with the sink in our tenant apartment, we called him on a Sunday in the evening, explained the situation he gave us a round about price. Set a time for an appointment for the following day. He came took care of the issue within 30 mins, priced well. Pretty much saved the day. I will call him for all our plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

Dishonest plumber. That is one of first words this plumber told me. I am not a dishonest plumbing. Then why say it if it isn't true especially upon a simple first inquiry of the bill. My elderly parents used John Degrace plumbing for a leak under their sink. It only leaked when they turned on the cold water. The hot water was fine. The technician oversold my dad who could be talked into anything due to his advanced age. They told him everything needed to be replaced. The faucet the hot and cold water valves, lines, faucet, drain pipe, basket all said and done it was about $1100. My mom called me about the bill before the work was completed. I tried to talk to the technician to see what they were being billed for but he would not talk to me. I called the company's main number to stop work to further discuss the work and got a call an hour later after the job was finished. The owner said they needed everything. He refused to give me an itemized bill at that time, rattled somethings items off, and demanded payment. He said he had pictures of what was broken and did not send those either when I asked for those as well. Their house is old in rough shape and my elderly mother still works to make ends meet. In short the house and the kitchen that really needs to be replaced did not warrant a new faucet and everything. It only needed a repair. The bill was more than her 2 weeks of her gross salary. They really probably needed a supply line. The same plain unilever faucet the owner said he sold my dad for $250, I found in Home Depot for $149. I even found a similar cheaper one for $89. They pretty much did the same thing as a prior review that I read after the fact. The technician would not speak to me and obviously called the owner who told him what sell based on the fact the owner said he had the pictures of what was broken. Again these pictures were not shared with me. There is a difference to ask for a repair and to replace the whole setup. The hot water never leaked so at least that part did not need to be replaced (at that time anyway) including the basket and basket (that is separate from the facet). I feel they took advantage of the situation. I did not get itemized bill. I asked for the old parts which were not left or returned. They do unnecessary work to add overpriced materials and labor that unnecessary pads the bill.

Parkset was wonderful to work with. The admin / routing team was super responsive and professional and our plumbers always arrived on time. I found they also looked for the simplest solution before assuming bigger work had to be done. Great experience!

It was easy dealing with Solo Plumbing. They do excellent work, reasonable prices, clean, responsible, and reliable. I know that I used too many adjectives to describe the company but I will explain. I called on several occasions and he responded right away. He keeps me posted when he is coming by text or phone call. Adam came to my home a few minutes earlier than the appointment time. He knows his stuff. He is honest. He worked clean. I had an emergency on a Sunday morning. I didn't really think he would respond, but amazingly he called me back and showed up! This last time he replaced the sewer pipes. He made sure all was
perfect before he left. He took the old pipes to dispose. Totally satisfied customer. Highly recommend him.

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet. My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake. The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks. No jerk off just shopping and getting a price. He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really. That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional. He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name. The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions. As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested. All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber. If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough. Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
