A good plumber is hard to find but Juan is really excellent. Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable by the time he finished he had my old steam heat system running better than ever and at a very reasonable price.

Had a toilet running- very annoying.  I called mid-morning- made an appointment.  They let me know when they were arriving, they were prompt and efficient.  Will definitely call them again if need be!

I needed a sewer clean up ASAP!! Sinani came within 1 hour  did an assessment, explained the problem and within 30 minutes all clear and running as water pipes should.  With an 86 yr old in the house running water is a must  Thanks a million Sinani

I have just purchased a home and as soon as I turned my AC on it didn't work (of course).  I searched Yelp for an AC guy and Brett's company came up.  I called and he came out the next day to take a look.  Long story short, as a newbie homeowner Brett could have taken me for a serious ride by having my entire unit replaced.  Instead he figured out that the condenser was the issue.  He had it replaced 2 days later and I was good to go.  Even though my AC unit is pretty old he recommended some occasional maintenance and said it could probably last me a while yet.  Brett  is fair, reliable, knowledgeable, and honest.  You really can't ask for more.  He was patient with my many questions about the house in general, most were unrelated to plumbing and AC.  He made recommendations on how to handle many situations around the house on my own.    He even added that I could reach out to him if I had any questions at a later date.  Brett could not have been more professional.  I highly recommend him!

Speedy and reliable.  They always get the job done and don't leave a mess.  I use them for jobs at home and for work.  Prices are normal and work is great.  Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service. Our main drain was backing up and we called at about noon on a Sunday. They arrived here in about a half hour and the problem with taken care of with no problems. Very professional and helpful. We would definitely use Bergen Drain Cleaning again.

John DeGrace runs a top notch operation. His plumbers are on time, friendly, competent and (most importantly, in my case) problem-solvers. I am renovating a kitchen in my historic home and made the mistake of buying appliances and cabinets with no clear way how to plumb them all to the existing gas service - uh oh! They figured out how to reroute everything to save the project and keep me on-time and in-budget. I also signed up for their annual boiler service and I couldn't be happier.

Adam is horrible. Never returns phone calls. Called him several times. He doesn't guarantee his work. I don't recommend him!! Find a REAL plumber that makes returning their customers phone calls a priority.

These guys were great! When we needed help they were there to help us out. I have had a lot problems with plumbers not doing a good job or just overcharging me, but not these guys! Overall I give them a 9.5 out of 10!

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet.My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake.The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks.No jerk off just shopping and getting a price.He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really.That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional.He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name.The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions.As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested.All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber.If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough.Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
