Carlos is an amazing plumber!! He has done dozens of jobs for our family over the last year. He's reliable, hardworking, and always a pleasure to work with. Also, his prices are always fair. The number one thing that I love about this company is, anytime I call, they are there for me small or large job. He's punctual and dependable! All of those things make him an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this talented plumber and handyman!

I've had horrible experiences with just about every contractor, so I was surprised that these guys were actually nice and reasonably responsive.  They also were the preferred plumber for my waste disposal company, which saved me some time and money when I had to go through a warranty claim.

This was the worst service ever. He came dipped a pipe down the toilet and said don't put toilet paper in the toilet (something we have been doing for over 11 years of living in my home) all for $150.00. As soon as he left, the toilet was clogged again. Now I have to find someone else who knows what they are doing and can tell me what the problem is.
I will definitely not recommend Sinani piping & heating.

I was in need of changing a leaking hot water shower faucet.  I tried one company and they treated me like they didn't need the business. Very short, curt, and straight to business.  So I jumped onto Yelp and came across Paramus Plumbing.  I couldn't get over all the positive reviews, so I just had to try them out.
I got a hold of Brett, he treated me with a professionalism mixed with an old fashion type of customer service.  The kind of service you don't see anymore from companies.  It seemed like I've been doing business with him for years.  It was a very down to earth type conversation.  Very honest and opened, not the type you normally get from a plumbing company.  Which typically is cut and dry, this is the price per hour and we are going to charge you an arm and a leg just to come see you.
Brett came out within 24 hours, took a look at it and got the job done. The best part, I can tell you I still have my arm and leg.  Fair price and very knowledgable, actually almost an educational visit. Found out they also have a HVAC license.
Paramus plumbing found a new customer with this experience.  I know my 27 year old central air conditioning system is going to crap out soon.  When it does I got the company to get the job done.  Paramus plumbing is a must call, see what Bret can do for you.

Best plumbers!   We've used them for over ten years and they have always done a great job.  We used them for out kitchen remodel, for new boiler and other plumbing jobs.   They're professional and always very nice.  I have recommended them to other family and friends and they allhave had a positive experience.   Don and Kenny are the best.

The two guys came over and we're honest with us. They said the garbage disposal needs 3 screws and that it is something that I can do. They didn't charge us. Super nice. If we need to get plumbers, I'm calling these guys.

I had an emergency--no heat and no water due to a heating leak. I called and left a message with the receptionist, and John called in 10 minutes. HE told me over the phone what he thought the problem was and promised they would be here between 12:30 and 4. Anthony and Billy arrived at 2:00 and were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. By 4:00 heat was on and the water was again flowing. Price was very fair and reasonable. Highly recommended!

Parkset was the third plumbing company I called to help me fix a leaking sink at my place of business. The other two companies came in, looked at the job, charged me $100-$200, told me to go get a new sink, and walked out the front door. I called Parkset via a random google search and they had someone at my shop at 9am. They couldn't fix it on the spot but they told me what to do and what to get (as far as the new sink and fixture). The plumber even looked at pictures I sent him of sinks my local hardware store had in stock and gave me a yes or no on what would work. Parkset came back the next day and although the plumber who showed up this time first tried to say he couldn't do what needed to be done, the office called me within minutes and assured me they would get the job done (which required deconstruction of a custom made sink and removal of all the junk that wasn't working after ten years). I said I have a problem, and I needed it fixed, no matter what that means. They said they understood and would handle it. They told me they couldn't promise that they wouldn't have to cut the sink up into pieces (it was wood) but they managed to save the sink per my request and were done in an hour or two. They left the space in good working order and clean. I can't speak to the price (if it was high or low, we paid $800), but we were in crisis mode and I couldn't get anyone else to do the job. I am thoroughly please with their work ESPECIALLY with the admin and office side of things. I have called fixers so many times to make an appointment and they never even show up! Or they show up and do crappy work. The new sink works perfectly and I am very happy with the results. I would use Parkset again any time.

There plumber nyc fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

They were responsive and reliable, and were available to arrive on the same day. I needed to repair my kitchen sink pipe and Tony took care of it in just a couple of hours. Great service! Will keep them in mind for future needs.

This company is excellent and friendly. Their prices are great and they even cleanup after completing the job.

It took them 4 days to fix the heat in my bldg. Plumbers are expensive. Generally they're a pain in the ass. These guys are nice; professional; and--provided we're not 20 deep into a blizzard--they show up on time. Franklin, Francisco, and Ted know what they're doing; and know how to communicate. They could use a couple more dedicated office coordinators/telephone operators, though.

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet.My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake.The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks.No jerk off just shopping and getting a price.He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really.That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional.He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name.The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions.As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested.All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber.If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough.Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
