Stand up guy. Contact was prompt. Michael came as he said and went above and beyond. He not only fixed the old valve, he took a look around as obvious the house is in much needed repair. Not to mention great conversation while working. Will recommend.

While booking the appointment could have been smoother, John Sr. and Jr. really knew their stuff! They found a good heatless alternative to sweating a fitting in an insulated wall and had my leaky valve replaced in about an hour despite working in a very tough location. They also managed to do this without damaging any of the tile, which will make patching the access hole much simpler.

I know enough about plumbing to evaluate their work, and it's top-notch.

They were great.  Came on time and did a competent job clearing my drain.  I would hire them again. Much better and cheaper than Roto Rooter.

I needed an outlet replaced as well as recessed into a concrete wall of a 130 year old house. Ciro responded immediately, came by the next day to look at everything and give an estimate- which was less than anyone else and very reasonable. He arrived the next morning early to fix it. Was super professional, cleaned up after himself, was fast and even answered questions about other things around the house. It looked better than I imagined and I'll be using him for all kinds of things going forward.

They arrived early and went through several steps to solve our problem. Had the necessary tools to deal with an odd situation. Explained and showed issue on camera during the process.

I had a very good experience with NYC. I had a list of things I needed done, and their estimate was about half what the other company I called gave.
They arrived on time and worked efficiently.
They forgot to include one of the problems in my estimate and ultimately did not do it (the most minor of the issues, and frankly one that I didn't need anyway)

Used these guys for multiple sewer and plumbing issues. Usually they are able to help the same day which has been a life saver. Easy to communicate with and tend to be fair on pricing. Would definitely recommend

This company is the best.  I needed a sump pump installed and Steve Morris and his crew came in and evaluated the situation, installed and tested the sump pump and it works like a charm.   Punctual, experienced, excellent workmanship and ethically fair.  They are not robber barrens like some of these plumbing companies.  Steve Morris, the boss has a quiet demeanor, very pleasant attitude, knowledgeable and understanding of all types of plumbing situations.

Discovered that I had a leak under my kitchen sink and at first I thought I might be able to fix it myself and so I tried to just tighten the pipe... well as soon as I turned it the pipe snapped off!!!

Immediately I began looking for a plumber on yelp. Mike responded right away with a quote and came out the next morning and repaired the broken pipe all for the price he had quoted me which included labor and parts. He was very responsive throughout the process calling and texting to let me know when he was on his way. I will definitely be using him again if I have any issues that I need to address.

I came home from vacation to a burst pipe and a flooded basement!  I called Aladdin, and they arrived the next morning to pump out the basement and fix the pipe.   They were the only plumbers who even responded to our call.  Over the next week, they continued to be there at every turn, and even responded to an emergency call on Friday night after I screwed up a radiator after they had just been here to fix everything.  The plumbers were great - patient, polite, and service-oriented.  This is my first Yelp review, and I'm happy to write it.  Thanks guys!

Tri-Star?  Better to Try Harder.  What do you get for a $250/hr professional?   Excuses & more excuses.  

It's bad business to have a 7 day COI turnaround because they couldn't copy the sample I sent.   Their EXCUSE, was that they don't offer COIs?!  Every NYC trade pro does, so that's lame.  They should have paid me for all the extra work and time I had to do just to get them to do it right.  

It's also bad business to wait around all day to have them cancel in the final hour.  Their EXCUSE, that they're an emergency business & schedules are subject to change.  I hope you will never need them for an emergency.  Am i paying for the responsibility to be understanding and accommodating them?

There were almost too many unnecessary mistakes that cost me more time & money, when all I required was a certified plumber to hook up a new stove!

I am tired of businesses that make like they are doing us a favor while overcharging.  A good business would take accountability & offer a small compensation or concession.  Their worst EXCUSE is why they didn't offer either.  They said Your job wasn't big enough.

You can belittle us, but consumers have a big voice today, and there are plenty of other plumbers out there to chose from.   As another professional in the business, I can not in good conscience make any recommendation or refer to use this company.

I work for a property management company, we discovered CN Coterie on Yelp 2 years ago. Initially we contracted them a electrical repair on one of our property, our tenant at the time was pleased and they expressed to us that CN was punctual, professional and gave them a detail explanation of the electrical fault and solution.

After our first experience with CN we then started to use them for more of our properties. They are very reliable especially when we are in need of emergency services. If CN says that they will be there in 45 minutes then they will be there in 45 minutes. Ever since working with this company we never had a issue that needed to be repaired twice. If CN come out to make a repair then that issue is fixed, we never have to worry about the same issue recurring.

It's a relief to know that if we have a service request on one of our properties we all that we have to do is just send CN a email detailing the work needed and they will get it done efficiently.

Jay got my heat on late November when I was freezing in Floral Park. He was fast and reliable and taught me a bunch about my system. Great plumber and very helpful.

Amazing company! The owner showed up quickly and fixed a major sewage leak in my basement. So efficient and well worth the price. He even had a cleanup crew come and clean up everything. I will only use them from now on!!!!
