I called American Sewer for a badly clogged kitchen drain. Nothing was getting through. I made the call at 9:52AM Monday, he said he was on another job and would call me within 2 hours to tell me he was on the way. Exactly 1 hour later he called to tell me he was 20 mins away. When he arrived, he examined the problem, set up floor cover and found the clog in the main line. Within 20 mins the drain had opened and was flowing freely. I was so relieved, especially when he said he'd guarantee the work for a year. Not only was I happy about that, but he was so clean. He cleaned up after he was done because some sludge had splattered under the sink when he was pulling the snake back. I wish I had called him first because the first guy I called ($49 sewer guys) came over with a hand held snake line that didn't make it too far, they also made mess for me to clean up. I was happy with Rich's work and highly recommend him. I will definitely call him first for a clogged drain next time.

He has already completed multiple jobs for my moms house and I only found him two weeks ago. He put up a new towel rod through tile, installed a new mailbox, fixed our leaky basement pipe, and helped with a minor repair on our screen door. These guys were great! I was having flooding in my basement - a plumber came out and looked and snaked it but it didn't solve the issue - i had flooding after the next rain due to sewer backflow.  These guys cam out and did a heavy duty flushing out/ clearing of the main line clog.  The flooding immediately receded and no problems after that.

This company is the best.  I needed a sump pump installed and Steve Morris and his crew came in and evaluated the situation, installed and tested the sump pump and it works like a charm.   Punctual, experienced, excellent workmanship and ethically fair.  They are not robber barrens like some of these plumbing companies.  Steve Morris, the boss has a quiet demeanor, very pleasant attitude, knowledgeable and understanding of all types of plumbing situations.

They suck charged me 400 dollars for a thermostat installed a boiler the pipes keep banging he said because it's a new boiler it's been a year and it is still banging dont use they are very rude

I was in need of the cast iron trap assembly in my unfinished  basement. It's Been epoxy patched  over the decades   and a new leak developed  in a hard to reach  section of cast iron pipe ,  under a support beam.  It was time to change it all, and finally do the job right !
I have used a home repair app on my phone  on my last few  home projects with pretty good results. This time the App hooked me up with cesspool companies.  Then I saw a ad for Plumbwell in a local town newspaper. I got a very competitive price with  two different options that would that would effectively correct  the job in a professional and  proper  manor.   The owner Rob,  also noticed  the old  Cast Iron assembly  was back pitched ( tilted away from the waste water's  natural flow, Meaning there's always waste water just sitting in the pipe. Not flowing  out.
A Long story short: very fair price. 2 workers,  worked about 5 hours. The Guys were amazing !  Super clean job replaced with pvc.  I don't know too much about plumbing, but noticed their  equipment  seemed to be modern and new.  I'm very happy. It's  nice to see some new competition in Northern  Nassau!
I'm glad I noticed their ad in the Roslyn Newspaper.  
They will have my future business if needed.
