I have been using Harris Plumbing for the last 20 years. The staff is professional and accommodating. They explain the ins and outs and pros and cons of each Job. Patsy, Joe and Tony are great. They are licensed and are above board with their work and do not take short cuts. When they do a job, it's complete.  My only challenge using them is they are not readily available on weekends and late evenings for emergencies but on weekdays, you can get them at 7am and they are very responsive to your needs, often same day to within 24 hours. Their workers have been honest, professional, flexible, reliable and respectful.

They replaced my hot water heater, great service and experience.  They were on time, did good work, were professional, didn't nickel and dime me (what I paid was what they quoted over the phone), and even swept up and left the boiler room cleaner than it was when they got there.  Finding a good plumber is hard but I recommend them.

Had my viessmann hydronic boiler repaired . Stratos was not only knowledgeable but courteous and respectful throughout the process. Had me up and running quickly. His professional attitude and attention to detail was second to none.

Great service from my first call to the follow up text to ensure the new part was working. After speaking with plumbers from several other companies, who discouraged me from getting an adjustable air vent for my radiator, Strato understood my problem and  provided a quick and easy solution. He was communicative and punctual. I will be using Harris for all my future Plumbing needs.

We had a late no heat call. Harris had us up and running quickly! I would absolutely recommend! Strato was our tech and seemed very knowledgable and friendly!

They cleared the blockage in our underground drain pipes without resorting to tearing up the concrete above, saving us a lot of money and hassle. Along the way, they found and fixed several smaller issues, patching up holes with concrete and shoring up a very old drain -- they went above and beyond, at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.

I've had the work done by them and I have to say these are five star plumbers. I had work done on my home and they did such an excellent job. I don't have any plumbing issues and it's such a relief. I spoke to Salvatore and he was so helpful and patient with me.

I recently  used Harris Plumbing and Heating to help get my gas turned back on;  this was a stressful process because it involved filing papers with NYC. After interviewing,  several  Master  Plumbers, this company and its staff was caring,  honest, professional, and reasonably priced.  They completed the Job and I am very pleased.

wow i just call with an emergency, but is nobody available they are close on weekend and don't  have emergency contact personal for customers that is a real shame

These guys did a great, timely job completing some radiator repairs on a house I just sold.  They are licensed and insured, showed up when they said they'd show up, effectively communicated their arrival and completion times, and were reasonably priced.  I highly recommend these awesome guys for your plumbing needs in Brooklyn.  Thanks Chris, Tony and Joe!!  Happy New Year!

I have been using Harris Plumbing for several years. Harris Plumbing is licensed and insured. They are very competent. Always come at the appointed time or earlier.
