After being cancelled on by another plumbing company and unable to find an appointment, I was lucky to come across Manhattan Sewer Drain Inc! Manny returned my phone call within a few minutes, set up an appointment and came to my apartment within the half hour. He fixed my toilet problem and was very prompt and efficient. And the price was great! Thank you Manny!

Yesterday, Sunday, we had a plumbing emergency. My husband looked on google to find a plumber that worked on a Sunday to help us and he found Juan Marin from Statewide. He had really great reviews so my husband called him. Juan was close to our house working so he said he would be to us within 1.5 hours. True to his word, Juan came to our house when he said he would. He assessed the situation and  quickly figured out what the problem was. He is not only competent but he was extremely courteous too. He arrived with a mask on and before entering our home he asked if we wanted him to remove his shoes. Within a couple of hours our problem was resolved! We found his rates to be very affordable with no weekend up-charge! I would definitely use his services again and would also recommend him!

I Highly recommend this Company. Zach is really responsive to any communication semd his way. After couple text message we set up a date and time. The day of the sheduled work his crew showed up in time and where easy to work with. They left the place clean and organized and all the work was done in the timeframe zach gave us... I would hire again .. thank you

My family has been using Frank for almost a decade. He has done almost every installation or repair possible for us...and some very complex jobs. He always provides outstanding quality, quick turnaround, fair prices, available at short notice, and always with a smile. Do not hesitate to hire him. My only regret on posting this review is now I can't monopolize his services.

Carmine is absolutely the best! He's a one man shop by choice and specializes in old boilers. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, and funny. He came to look at my 1987 Burnham boiler, completely cleaned it out, inspected it, changed some old parts, and taught me how to maintain it. He's responsive and timely and chargers a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Rolando is my go to plumber & hvac service. He has a team of technicians that are very available. I recently had a leaking hot water heater and he had a technician to the property within 30 minutes. I doubt these positive reviews are from real people. Set up 3 different appointments, they never showed up. Each time I called to inquire they had no memory or notation of my appointment. Cancelled and would not use again.

Have been using Joe for a number of years now and have always found him to be more than fair and honest - and lead times for appointments has been reasonable.  Excellent communication.  Also nice to see that Joe and crew are wearing masks during this time of COVID.  I don't remember how I found him but I'm glad I did and I haven't hesitated to recommend him to others.  Joe has installed faucets, repaired toilets and also repaired my boiler and I will continue to use him in the future.  Just a good guy.  Rare these days.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

Came quick and fixed the issue I had. A little pricey but that's fine given the work they did. Thank you my guy!

Called these guys on a Saturday and left a msg about my water main being frozen.  I left a msg and was called back within 15 minutes. The person who returned my call (forgot his name) listened to me explain what the issue was and walked me through some trouble shooting steps. When it was clear to him that indeed my problem was a frozen water main he gave me some advice.

He said that it would cost $275 for them to come and look at it, but basically there was nothing he could do that I had not already tried and he told me as much. Then he suggested what I should do next to fix the issue.

I was not charged a dime and was listened to and given professional advice in an unhurried manner. You don't get that often enough these days. Next time I need a plumber I will certainly think of Martin Plumbing.

I live in Bayonne and was in need of some light plumbing work.  Joe stopped by on a Saturday and did a fantastic job at a great price.  Would highly recommend Angelo for anyone in need of a small or large project.  Very professional.

Will hire again! Mo and Juan were super easy to work with and had a quick turnaround time. Communication was great and they made sure I was completely satisfied with their work before concluding the job. Thanks again for helping us out in a pinch!

I called to try to schedule a service and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude.  After insulting my intelligence they told me to call back the next day and hung up.
