The slow-moving drain in the tub went to completely clogged with standing water-Yuck!  My super wasn't available so decided to find a plumber on my own and found Manhattan Sewer. Based on Yelp reviews called Manny & called me back right away, and was here the next day and problem solved in no time.  I felt the price was reasonable and told me that if I had any problems in the next 30 days, he would come back to fix it at no charge. PS- I had to change the time of our first appointment due to work, and Manny was very accommodating. Will absolutely use him again. Highly recommend!

I got to give shout out to Juan. He came out on a Sunday night no questions asked. Took care of the problem efficiently and professionally. Looks like we got us a new plumber.

This review is a little late but I really wanted to come back and make sure to give this business a huge shout out.

I had a very small problem with my sink that I wanted to fix myself. Zach spoke with me on the phone and talked me through the whole thing, step by step, and didn't charge me a dime! He was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient and DEFINITELY earned my trust and future business!

My family has been using Frank for almost a decade. He has done almost every installation or repair possible for us...and some very complex jobs. He always provides outstanding quality, quick turnaround, fair prices, available at short notice, and always with a smile. Do not hesitate to hire him. My only regret on posting this review is now I can't monopolize his services.

I chose Primary Plumbing because of his great reviews, well he now has another one. I called Mr. Carmine and he asked me questions and for pictures of my furnace. He came the next day and cheked out my furnace and the number of radiators I had.I decided after his analysis that I needed a new furnace.He explained what the work entailed and gave me a detailed contract of the cost for the whole job. He started work the Oct. 6th and finished on the 7th,2020. In a day and a half, he dismantled and removed my large old furnace, collected and installed my new one,and cleaned up everything by himself. He checked and made sure all radiators were heating and I was satisfied. He left saying if any problems please call him. I do have more work to do and I certainly will be calling Mr. Carmine. I just used Clear Flow and am sure I was being taken advantage of. The original quote was $550 plus tax to cap a pipe. After calling another reputable service I've used in Southern Jersey, I was told that was an unfair quote, and should have been closer to $250. After I mentioned that, Clear Flow brought the price down to $445. I still did not agree to the work however, because they hadn't even evaluated the entire situation.
Eventually (after starting the work without my approval) we came to an agreed price of $350 plus tax, but they requested CASH!?!? Come on. They started the work of capping the pipe and assured me it would not affect other appliances. Famous last words because once it was all complete, my stove didn't work! They did fix their problem without a fight...so that is good i guess. But when it came to payment they said they did not take credit cards although the Clear Flow website clearly states that.
I've lived in Jersey City for 10 years. I have yet to find reputable workers that are trustworthy and kind. I'll continue searching and post when they day comes.

Ralph Barone is the best!!! He is extremely nice and easy to deal with. He calls you back when he says he will. He is prompt; he told us between 9 and 10 and arrived 9:30 on the dot.

He clearly knows what he is doing and works quickly and efficiently -- he will answer any questions but also doesn't waste time (since he was charging us hourly, this was especially appreciated.) He's also very thorough. When the water came back on, there was a small & temporary issue in the apartment upstairs and Ralph immediately went to check on it.

His rates are extremely reasonable (I called around, so I can REALLY vouch for this) and he has a license and insurance so your co-op board will be happy too.  I hope to not need a plumber again too soon, but will call him first whenever I do need one.

Have been using Joe for a number of years now and have always found him to be more than fair and honest - and lead times for appointments has been reasonable.  Excellent communication.  Also nice to see that Joe and crew are wearing masks during this time of COVID.  I don't remember how I found him but I'm glad I did and I haven't hesitated to recommend him to others.  Joe has installed faucets, repaired toilets and also repaired my boiler and I will continue to use him in the future.  Just a good guy.  Rare these days.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. As an added bonus we needed new fixtures and John helped us find the best (and tasteful, fashionable desiegn) kind and stay within our budget. We won't hesitate to call Plumber NYC again.

As a former contractor, I can appreciate great service when I see it.  Pete was exceptional!  He was able to come the same day that I called and was able to help solve my problem quickly and without an inflated cost.  He is honest and very responsive, which is hard to come by these days.  I highly recommend Pete for any of your plumbing needs.  I have used his services on more than one occasion and he has been great every time!  I have also recommended him at work and he was a pleasure to work with there as well.

Ryan did a great job with my plumbing needs. He was quick and efficient,. His prices are fair and he tells you right up front exactly how much the job will cost. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not realize all the different types of plumbing he does. I will definitely use him again next time I need any type of plumbing done. I used Martin Plumbing for the first time and had a great experience.  I found the plumber, Nuquay, very nice and it was clear he knew his trade. Like most contractors they will give you a 2 or 3 hour range for when they will arrive.  I asked them to call in advance so I had enough time to get home and they did that which was very helpful.  I feel like they are a very customer focused company which is great.  
Also I felt the company's pricing was fair.  Overall I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends.

We used Angelo to remodel our first floor bathroom.  The work was adequate, with a few notable exceptions.  We had to disconnect our washing machine in the basement for him to work on the bathroom.  He cut the lines to the washing machine and never reconnected them.  I told him about this when I made the final payment, and he said he come back and fix it, but never did.  I had to buy the parts and do the work myself.
He connected a shower in the basement to be used while the bathroom was being remodeled.  He made me buy the pump to evac the water from the shower, without giving me a model number.  I bought a pump from the supplier he recommended, and he epic failed on the install.  He used the wrong pipe size, did not use a drainage slope, set 90 degree pipes when the instructions clearly state that 45 degrees is the max, and used about 5 clamps and adapters instead of the one provided.  The result is that the kitchen sink drained into the shower stall, and the pump would never shut off because it was overtaxed.  
Also, the bathroom he set up is leaking into the basement.

In short, I had to fix half the stuff that he set up.  Do NOT ever call this guy.  He has no clue what he is doing, and will not come back to fix his mistakes.

I'm usually not one to comment on services but I had recently moved into my first apartment and didn't know where to start when it came to electricity issues. I asked one of my neighbors and she recommended leading electric. Needless to say, I'm happy I took her advice. Their customer service and work was impeccable. They were at my place at the exact time they promised and talked me through the whole process. I made sure to have someone there with me to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off and he was impressed with their work as well.
I will definitely be calling them again in the future with any questions or help that I need.

A pipe to my oven needed to be replaced - and I found out about it over a weekend. I called and left a message and someone called me back first thing Monday (it was a non-emergency), and scheduled me an appointment at my convenience. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to and replaced the pipe quickly and efficiently.
