Ian is the best!  He is prompt and pleasant and knows exactly what he is doing.  He gives great advice and is honest as far as the work that needs to be done. I was also pleasantly surprised when he handed me the bill - no over charging from Scotty's!  He is the only electrician that I will allow in my parents home when I am not there.  He is honest, trust worthy and leaves the premises spotless!!

He gave me a fair quote and when I mentioned the yelp coupon he offered to take the discount off his final total. Matt was the electrician who came to do the job. He was courteous, methodical and explained everything before he started the job. The job was completed in a timely fashion and I am extremely pleased with the job done. I have been using Connect Electric for years now and just realized I have not reviewed. Steve has always been dependable, prompt and quite reasonable. We have had him replace numerous light fixtures (both indoor and outdoor) and troubleshoot a number of electrical issues that come with owning a house that is over 80 years old. We have always been satisfied with the services provided. Steve is also quite conscientious and trustworthy. Never had any issue with leaving him in the house to get the job done.

I have been using Dynamic Electrical Contractors for years. Both the owners are reliable, honest, hardworking - and always get the job done and on time. They were extremely patient and had a lot of great ideas. It has been a pleasure working with them and their crew.

An electrician company battling for business in NYC that does not the first thing about customer service. After calling to discuss business, one of the associates did not even begin to give me the time of day. As I was explaining  our needs the associate hung up, but not before mumbling something under his breath. I can sit here and say I am thankful to never do business with such a B grade company. I'd rather stick a paper clip in an outlet than do business with H & A.

I had them upgrade the service in my house to 220, change the fuse box, and add several outlets. They were easy to get hold of to schedule the job and the job was done quickly. They gave us a fair estimate, especially given the quality of the work. Didn't try to upsell us on repairs that didn't need to be made. I'll have them back to do any work in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

We used Dave for some electrical work in our house that we just bought. We wanted to add a new outlet in the Study, fix some outlets that didn't seem to work and adjust height of 2 chandeliers among other minor electrical work.

We were new in the area and not sure who to contact. Called Dave and a couple other electrical contractors. Dave was the most easily reachable and accessible at all times. In fact, on our first call he was on a vacation but still was able to talk briefly about availability and rates.

He showed up in the morning of the very first Sunday and did all the work with exceptional professionalism. To be honest, I was a little skeptical at first when I heard the rates but when the work was done, it was worth every penny. We were very pleased with the work done. Not even an extra scratch. They even vacuum after they are done :).

Besides he is very personable. We didn't feel that we were meeting him for the first time. Would definitely use him/Tower electrical for every electrical project in our house going forward.

Devesh is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He fixed a problem for us a few months ago, and when a more complicated problem came up this week in a different room, Devesh was able to diagnose and fix it and to recommend steps to prevent a recurrence.

Craig is a great guy and did a wonderful job. Came on time, performed the job quickly and well. Will use him next time. I recommend very highly!
