Away on vacation, pipes burst... a wonderful neighbor went to my home, turned off the main water value / firemen turned off circuit breakers... now what?
I called Ian (from Scotties Electric). He was unbelievable, immediately he found a Plumber ( i had called many with no luck)... Ian went to my home to meet the plumber who repaired the pipes, and Ian restored my electric, heat, etc... my home would have been seriously damaged had it not been for Ian.

Fantastic all around!!  My situation was dangerous and getting worse.
My 50 gallon gas water heater set off my carbon monoxide alarms 3 times in 2 weeks.  Im around today only because I made sure to replace old batteries.  Beyond stressful to say the least.  Ive reached out to numerous contractors with no success.  The only thing they did was charge me a inspection fee, get their money, then never return any of my calls.  Within minutes of placing an ad here on Yelp, the Coterie team was the first to respond.  I spoke to Denish.  He arrived at my home same day within 2 hours.  Saw my very dangerous scenario then took action immediately by disabling the gas heater on the spot.  Then came up with a plan and a solution.  Two days later I had a brand new electric heater.  No more exhaust or worrying about that pilot light burning without proper ventilation.  I should mention I live in a duplex.  Main power grid is on first level.  Water heater is on second level.  Holes needed to be made in walls to run power.  In less than a few days, all work and repairs were done.  And now I can finally have a good night sleep.

Responsive team. I called and got a return call from Brian quickly. They showed up on time, completed all work, and cleaned up. The team is friendly and respectful. I highly recommend them. I've had a generator hook up installed  and then had them back for other electrical work.

They were super responsive and answered right away via phone call and text message. I was able to effectively communicate the problems I had (this time, the dishwasher wasn't working and previously, it was the AC within the unit). He assessed the issues through my messages and photos and gave very clear pricing and payment options for each scenario (if he's able to fix the issue vs. if he's not able to fix the issue). The pricing was very reasonable and he was able to visit, take a look and fix the issues the same day. I would recommend Chodaba as a go-to for any issues you have in your home.

Professional reliable affordable and very nice. I was so happy I had found the ad at a local school these I've been having so much trouble getting people to call back. and he did and he came and he fixed everything I needed and then some and great attitude and as I said affordable.

They came on short notice to address an electrical concern on a work-in-progress renovation.  They addressed our concerns with the utmost professionalism, and worked with us to plan needed electrical work in a way that was minimally invasive and code-compliant.

They are super nice guys, smart, professional, and worth every penny. Highly recommend this father-son team!

I have been using Dynamic Electrical Contractors for years. Both the owners are reliable, honest, hardworking - and always get the job done and on time. They were extremely patient and had a lot of great ideas. It has been a pleasure working with them and their crew.

Hired them to help us figure out our electrical issues in our brownstone. They were awesome.

There was a misunderstanding with BQ electric. The phone number that i was using was incorrect. As soon as brian found out about me trying to reach him he was there immediately and more then completed his hob.

Had some outlet and GFCI issues I tried to fix myself but David was able to resolve much faster than I could've. He quickly researched the issues from the outlets back to where the wiring was causing issues. Super responsive and helpful, will be holding onto his number for future jobs!

Devesh from Kunal Electrical promised to come at a time and did not show up. No respect for customer's time. I tried calling but no response. They do good job but not reliable, if they will show up or not.

Craig has done several jobs for my brick and mortar stores and I couldn't recommend him enough!

Craig is always on time, affordable, friendly and explains the job in entirety. He will give you a full estimate and it is always a very decent price. His workmanship is clean and efficient. Would definitely use him again for all future jobs.
