Starting with the communication from their office staff, I was able to get a response immediately. Very courteous and helpful and informative. I had Joe and Darwin arrive as promised to install a new outlet on my hot tub. I am really happy with the pay attention to details work they did and how they left the area cleaner than they arrived. I've used their services twice and will use them again if needed.

1. Did not read part of the job and decided to ignore even after it was reminded to him. To add insult to the injury, he insisted he was doing me a favor on this (a 5min task), even after he himself apologized for having misunderstood.
2. Asked for 50% upfront two days prior to the appointment (on a $200 job!) which was not what we agreed upon when confirming the job.
3. Complained about working in the attic, asking me ceiling height and being a snob to the job I had in general, telling me he was doing me a favor on my $200 job instead of going after $40K jobs and saying that Secaucus was out of his way, even though he (falsely apparently) advertises he covers areas much further than that.

If you are willing to have your (verbal) contract breached in every way possible, you may proceed at your own risk.

We were very happy with our experience with ASAP Solutions from beginning to end. We had to replace a shower body, which can be a difficult job, involving a building water shutdown, breaking a wall and replacing tile. ASAP was very responsive, provided the co-op insurance promptly (thanks to Ming), and completed the job in one day, including providing and installing new tiles that actually matched our existing tile. Toni & Danny did excellent and professional work, and the result was a beautiful upgrade to the bathroom. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

Robert and his crew were great- responsive, professional, friendly and did a great job fixing a leak and repairing drywall in my condo. Robert is busy so we had to reschedule a few times but he communicates often and keeps you up to date on when he will arrive and how long the project will take. 10/10 would use him again.

Although I had to wait a few days, the service provided was fair, professional and courteous. Would recommend.

Peter and Derrick were awesome. I had leaks in my house due to pipes bursting from being frozen. They went above and beyond to find where all the underlying problems were and not only stop the leaks but had my boiler running great. The leaks were tricky to find and they explored all possibilities. They even stayed a bit extra to make sure my boiler stayed running and no other leaks surfaced. They were very professional and personable. They provided me a lot of tips and pointers. Highly recommend him.

Artie was fantastic he came within a very short period of time (even at night).  Knew what he was doing, was quick and efficient.

Very reasonable cost, especially for New York.  I will be hiring him again!

The best. I will definitely be getting more work done in my apartment by Riviera Electric. Josh was so helpful in guiding me through the different options for the work. He came over twice to check things out before giving me a full quote, and looked into everything very thoroughly. He  was super helpful in finding cost effective solutions and helping me stay within my budget, and I ended up spending less than I expected. I had one outlet moved, another one fixed, some fans replaced, and some recessed lights installed with dimmers. Josh advised me on the right parts to buy in order to save money. When it came to he work his team was awesome and very fast, and his plasterer made it look like nothing ever happened. Riviera Electric really take care of their neighbors, I recommend them highly.

When I posted my job on Yelp, Martin was the first electrician to contact me.  He followed up the next day to see whether the problem had yet been resolved.  He said he would come and give me a free estimate.  We set up a time and he arrived exactly at that time.  He is such a nice man.  He took time to explain what the problem was caused by, made a recommendation to avoid it in future.  He also helped me remove and wash the glass globe and replaced it in the fixture.  (No more yucky fingerprints- from the original installation.)  He also replaced a burned out bulb in track lights in another room. I felt the price he asked was very reasonable.  He is now officially my go - to for electrical work.

Purchased our first home in Port Reading, we needed a panel and service upgrade along with adding additional outlets, installing light Fixtures, etc. We received multiple quotes after what seemed like a thousand interviews. First Class Electric was going to be our last quote. When Mariano showed up he instantly made us feel comfortable and calmed our anxiety that came with making the right decision on such a big project. He took his time answered all our questions in detail and provided different options to accomplish all our requests. He handled the permit and scheduling of the inspection. Outstanding & Awesome!  Highly Recommend! We Can't find nearly enough words/great things to say about Mark/MD Electrical!  My Husband & I are first time home buyers & we were scouring to find an electrician for home electrical upgrades including adding new wiring for our electric fireplace.  Called Mark/MD Electrical & he was able to make himself available that very evening to look at the job & provided a quote within 24 hrs.  Obviously we hired him!   He got the job done promptly, explained everything in detail & even cleaned up afterwards!  We appreciated all of that so much.   Also, you can see that he actually enjoys what he does & will ensure that you're satisfied.  
A week later (after the initial job was done), my husband & I decided to call him back because we were inspired & hired him to do a small 2nd job that we thought of last minute, totally unplanned.   We hired Mark again and he managed to squeeze us in & even worked later evening hours to get the job done because he knew we wanted to finish the sheet rock/close the wall.

Responsive, quick, and great completing the electrical work. Initially, the work was to repair 2 outlets but it ended being more outlets that needed repair as well as a circuit breaker. All of which Gary was communicative about and respected my request for him to run all additional work by me before commencing. All in all, I plan to have him return to fix other electrical issues.

I reached out to a dozen of electricians (a lot of high Yelp ratings) to put in a 40 amp Wallbox EV charger in my garage. Some wanted to overcharge me and some did no call no shows. Roland from NYC Tesla Electricians gave me a quick response, arrived to my house ON TIME for the consultation, and completed the job in one day. He also didn't try to overcharge like other electricians. I am usually wary of hiring companies with no Yelp review but I am so lucky to find this company to finish my small project. Please give NYC Tesla Electrician a try and support them by giving them Yelp reviews so they get more future projects!

This guy does all wrong wrong . You will need to hire someone to rd do everything .

I hired him for two projects to change all sub panels . He couldn't even wire the breakers properly .

He also plays a game gives you a price n then says o this is extra .

You clearly know what you need to get the job done . But he will leave things out so he can bill you more

Be aware . Stay clear you will have to do double work
